The complete mitochondrial (mt) genome of the Korean field mouse Apodemus peninsulae was sequenced and found to be 16,266 bp in length. The mt protein-coding genes of A. peninsulae had ATG, GTG, ATC, and ATA as initiation codons and TAA, TAG, TA, and T as termination codons. Two forms each of trnL and trnS and the three tRNA clusters, IQM, WANCY, and HSL were identified, as in the typical Rodentia mt genome. Among tRNAs, abnormal cloverleaf structure of trnS((AGY)) was identified in DHU arm. The l-strand replication origin has the potential to form a stable stem-loop structure and control region has several conserved sequence elements.  相似文献

A total of 2494 Menidia beryllina and 717 M. peninsulae (Atherinidae) were examined from the Pensacola Bay area for parasitic copepods. M. peninsulae was infested with Bomolochus concinnus (Bomolochidae) and Ergasilus marticatus (Ergasilidae) and had incidences (and intensities) of 12.3% (1.6) and 4.2% (1.3), respectively. Only seven M. peninsulae were infested with both species of parasites. M. beryllina was infested only with E. manicatus and showed different incidences (and intensities) in two areas: Mulatto Bayou, 13.2% (1.9); Catfish Basin, 53.0% (2.3). Fishes with parasites were significantly longer than fishes without parasites and the case of increasing number of parasites with increasing fish length was reinforced. B. concinnus is a warm water parasite on M. peninsulae while E. manicatus acts as a cold water parasite on M. peninsulae and a warm water parasite on M. beryllina . The parasites tended to be overdispersed on their hosts but at the same time showed evidence of negative intraspecific associations within a host. These data suggest intraspecific avoidance by the parasite but active acquisition by the host.  相似文献

A new evolutionary genetic phenomenon - increase in the number of B-chromosomes (almost threefold) accompanied by change in B chromosome morphotypes - was discovered in the Artybash population of East Asian mouse Apodemus peninsulae (Mountain Altai) over a historically short period (22 years), comparable with a small number of mouse generations (ten generations). The process of increase in the number of A. peninsulae B-chromosomes in Mountain Altai has been monitored over 26 years (1980, 1986, 1988, 1990, 2002, and 2006). A concept of a new type of genomic mutations - mutations in the number of B-chromosomes-has been substantiated. The phenomenon of genomic mutations in pro-B-chromosomes has been discovered only in the Mountain Altai populations. This region differs from the remaining A. peninsulae dwelling localities by pollution with unspent liquid propellant (UDMH, heptyl). It is assumed that the variants of mouse B chromosome system in the studied A. peninsulae populations in the overall habitation area over long-term periods are likely to remain relatively stable and that their variation is controlled by homeostatic processes. Disturbance of these processes, in particular, due to anthropogenic load, can disrupt the cyclic pattern of increase and decrease in the number of A. peninsulae B-chromosomes in individual years.  相似文献

为了研究大林姬鼠两亚种(韩国的指名亚种及中国东北和内蒙古地区的东北亚种)线粒体DNA 的变异程度并确定朝鲜亚种的分类地位,我们分别将来自韩国和中国东北长白山地区的两亚种的线粒体DNA 的细胞色素b 基因和控制区进行了测序分析。我们将测序所得到细胞色素b 基因序列与来自基因库的大林姬鼠5 个亚种的相应的单倍型进行了分析,结果显示大林姬鼠可分为4 个类群[类群1:韩国大林姬鼠指名亚种;类群2:中国长白山和内蒙古地区的东北亚种、俄罗斯外加贝尔的majuculus 亚种;类群3:中国长春的东北亚种、俄罗斯Primorye(俄罗斯远东地区) rufulus 亚种、俄罗斯库页岛(俄罗斯远东地区)和日本北海道地区的giliacus 亚种;类群4:中国黑龙江海林地区的东北亚种]。线粒体的控制区序列分析显示韩国指名亚种也不同于中国东北地区的东北亚种。本研究的类群1,2 和3 与Serizawa et al. (2002)的研究的K、S 和R 的分支相对应。这表明韩国指名亚种(类群1 和分支K)的线粒体DNA 与其他类群不同。另外,我们还发现在细胞色素b 基因构建的系统树中,东北亚种可以与类群2 (分支S)及类群3 (分支R 的不同亚种聚合在一起。我们认为线粒体DNA 的母性遗传与两个相邻亚种的个体之间的种内杂交造成了基于细胞色素b 序列对东北亚种的聚类分析结果与基于形态学特征的分类结果的不一致。因此,我们提出对这些显示出核苷酸序列多样性的东北亚种不能只用细胞色素b的数据进行亚种分类,还应该结合形态学和核DNA 特征进行进一步分析。最后,我们还发现韩国的指名亚种的细胞色素b 序列在平均距离16. 93% 的基础上不同于来自基因库的A. speciosus。Jones and Johnson (1965)指出了韩国的大林姬鼠在形态上的区别,所以我们认为韩国的大林姬鼠指名亚种A. p. peninsulae 是一种具有形态和遗传特异性的地方亚种。  相似文献

以黑线姬鼠(Apodemus agrarius)和大林姬鼠(A. peninsulae)为研究对象,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)不连续体系的方法,比较分析了心、肝、肾、肌肉、脑、肺6种器官和组织中超氧化物酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性,并建立了2种酶的电泳图谱。结果显示,上述2种酶在黑线姬鼠和大林姬鼠的6种器官和组织中均有表达并表现出明显的特异性,其中,2种鼠中超氧化物酶共分离出迁移率由0.15~0.66的9条电泳谱带,过氧化物酶共分离出迁移率由0.09~0.83的20条电泳谱带。在肝和肺中酶的活性最强,黑线姬鼠6种器官和组织中超氧化物酶活性均强于大林姬鼠,2种鼠组织中过氧化物酶的活性和分布相似,但在同一物种不同器官和组织间过氧化物酶的活性及分布存在明显差异。  相似文献

利用主成分分析、系统聚类分析和非参数检验,对采自北京地区的88只姬鼠标本(黑线姬鼠Apodemus agrarius除外)的10个形态分类指标进行了分析,以便确定出最具种问特异性的形态分类特征并给出定量判别标准.结果表明:除黑线姬鼠外,北京地区另有中华姬鼠(A.draco)和大林姬鼠(A.peninsulae)两种姬鼠;门齿孔后缘距上臼齿列前缘水平线的距离(x9)、上领M^1后内侧齿突向舌侧突出的程度(x1)及其与第2横嵴内侧齿突的相对大小(x2)是区分后两种姬鼠的最有效的形态分类指标;3个指标的种间界限大致为:中华姬鼠x9〈0.4mm,01≥0.2mm,x2≥0.6;大林姬鼠x9≥0.4mm,x1〈0.2mm,x2〈0.6.  相似文献

中华姬鼠(Apodemusdraco)和大林姬鼠(Apodemuspeninsulae)是形态学上十分相似的两种鼠类。为了对两种姬鼠的分类提供生物化学方面的依据,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦电泳方法比较和分析了两种姬鼠的LDH同工酶、EST同工酶和SOD同工酶的差异。结果表明,两种姬鼠的LDH同工酶酶谱基本相似,而EST同工酶和SOD同工酶酶谱则存在明显的种间差异。根据EST同工酶A2带的有无和SOD同工酶主带等电点的差别,能将两种姬鼠很容易区分开来。  相似文献

对甘肃省莲花山自然保护区秋季森林小型哺乳类群落的种类组成、多样性和生物量进行了初步研究共捕获7种138只,其中洮州绒鼾、大林姬鼠、中国鼩鼱为群落优势种。区系组成上,东洋界物种偏多。洮州绒鼾、大林姬鼠两种的生物量占绝对优势,水份可能足决定研究区域群落生物量的重要因素。  相似文献

本文采用染色体分带技术(G-,C-带和银染色),对中华姬鼠(Apodemusdraco)、大林姬鼠(A.peninsulae)和大耳姬鼠(A.latronum)的核型进行了观察分析。结果表明:3种姬鼠的2n均为48。中华姬鼠的染色体均为端着丝点染色体。大林姬鼠的常规核型中,除1对中着丝点染色体(No.23)外,其余均为端着丝点染色体。大耳姬鼠的核型中,有13对端着丝点染色体,2对亚端着丝点染色体,1对亚中着丝点染色体和7对中着丝点染色体。中华姬鼠C-带核型中,所有染色体着丝点C-带都呈强阳性,异染色质非常丰富,Y染色体整条深染。在大林姬鼠C-带核型中,Nos.7,11,15,21,22着丝点C-带弱化甚至近阴性,其余染色体着丝点异染色质C-带都呈现程度不同的阳性。且Nos.2,4,7有强弱不同的端位异染色质带。X染色体着丝点区有大块的异染色质斑带出现,Y染色体整条深染。大耳姬鼠除Nos.3,4,10,12,13染色体着丝点C-带很弱外,其余染色体着丝点C-带均呈阳性,并有8对(Nos.16-23)染色体出现异染色质短臂。从总体上看,大林姬鼠和大耳姬鼠的着丝点异染色质明显比中华姬鼠的少。中华姬鼠的Ag-NOR  相似文献

Although differences in food-hoarding tactics both reflect a behavioral response to cache pilferage among rodent species and may help explain their coexistence, differentiation in cache pilfering abilities among sympatric rodents with different hoarding strategies is seldom addressed. We carried out semi-natural enclosure experiments to investigate seed hoarding tactics among three sympatric rodent species (Tamias sibiricus, Apodemus peninsulae and Clethrionomys rufocanus) and the relationship of their pilfering abilities at the inter- and intraspecific levels. Our results showed that T. sibiricus exhibited a relatively stronger pilfering ability than A. peninsulae and C. rufocanus, as indicated by its higher recovery rate of artificial caches. Meanwhile A. peninsulae showed a medium pilfering ability and C. rufocanus displayed the lowest ability. We also noted that both cache size and cache depth significantly affected cache recovery in all three species. T. sibiricus scatter-hoarded more seeds than it larder-hoarded, A. peninsulae larder-hoarded more than scatter-hoarded, and C. rufocanus acted as a pure larder-hoarder. In T. sibiricus, individuals with lower pilfering abilities tended to scatter hoard seeds, indicating an intraspecific variation in hoarding propensity. Collectively, these results indicated that sympatric rodent species seem to deploy different food hoarding tactics that allow their coexistence in the temperate forests, suggesting a strong connection between hoarding strategy and pilfering ability.  相似文献

Instability of B-chromosomes was estimated in somatic and germline cells of samples Apodemus peninsulae from different localities of the species range. In 84 out of 188 animals (45%), in cells assessed for B-chromosome mosaicism, bone marrow cells with different B-chromosome number were observed. The numbers of B-chromosomes in spermatocytes at the pachytene stage were estimated in ten males. It was shown that the average number of B-chromosomes and the number of cell clones in germline cells was higher than the corresponding numbers in bone marrow cells. The higher number of B-chromosomes and their higher variability in germline cells than in somatic cells suggest the existence of a mechanism of premeiotic accumulation of B-chromosomes in spermatogenesis of A. peninsulae.  相似文献

The DNA of Apodemus argenteus was digested with DraI, and the resultant DraI fragment of highly repetitive DNA was isolated and analyzed by DNA filter hybridization, cloning, sequencing, and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Southern blot hybridization and nucleotide sequencing revealed that most of the DraI fragment consisted of a 230-bp repeating unit and contained no sex-chromosome-specific nucleotide sequences. The DraI fragment included the CENP-B box-like sequence, with a strong homology to the human CENP-B box sequence. FISH revealed that the DraI fragment was specific to all pericentromeric C-band-positive regions, as well as to the C-block of the X chromosome. No hybridization signals were obtained from A. speciosus, A. peninsulae peninsulae, A.p. giliacus, A. agrarius, A. sylvaticus, A. semotus, or Mus musculus when the DraI fragment was used as probe. Peptide nucleic acid (PNA)-FISH using the CENP-B box-like sequence in the DraI fragments as probe suggested that this nucleotide sequence was also specific to all pericentromeric C-heterochromatic regions of A. argenteus chromosomes. Zoo-blot hybridization using DraI-digested genomic DNA from three species of Apodemus (namely, A. argenteus, A. speciosus, and A. peninsulae) and from Mus musculus strongly suggested that the consensus DraI fragment contained nucleotide sequences that were species-specific for A. argenteus. These results also suggest that A. argenteus is phylogenetically distant from other Apodemus species examined, as well as the possibility that the DraI fragment might be related directly to the delayed quinacrine mustard fluorescence of many pericentromeric C-heterochromatic regions of the chromosomes in A. argenteus.  相似文献

Flow cytometry of nuclear DNA fluorescence in erythrocytes, coupled with gene dosage assessments derived from electrophoresis of proteins, reaffirmed that the Menidia clarkhubbsi complex of unisexual atherinid fishes is diploid. Non-recombinant hybrids between M. beryllina and M. peninsulae represented 18% (108 specimens) of the Menidia collected from three pools in the Copano Bay area and 9-6% (42 specimens) of those from a pool on Galveston Island. Of those hybrids, 35 and 5%, respectively, were triploids. Zymograms indicated that the triploids either had two doses of genes from M. beryllina and one from M. peninsulas or they had one from the former species and two from the latter. The hybrids seem to be maintained primarily, if not entirely, by ongoing hybridization and back-crossing of F1 hybrids to the parental species. Triploids apparently result from the combination of unreduced, diploid gametes from F1 hybrids with haploid gametes from either M. beryllina or M. peninsulae.  相似文献

本文研究了吉林省黄泥河林区5个次生植被类型的鼠类群落结构和生物量的变化。原始针阔混交林采伐后,大林姬鼠数量减少,棕背(鼠平)数量增加,黑线姬鼠侵入。形成次生阔叶林和人工落叶松林后,鼠类群落仍为原始针阔混交林中的大林姬鼠+棕背(鼠平)群落类型。人工红松林的形成使棕背(鼠平)数最明显减少,成为大林姬鼠群落。森林开垦成农田,相应形成黑线姬鼠+大林姬鼠群落。草甸发展成草甸森林,鼠类群落由东方田鼠+棕背(鼠平)演变成棕背(鼠平)群落。并分析了环境因素对鼠类演替的影响。  相似文献

Organization of B chromosomes in the Korean field mouse Apodemus peninsulae was analyzed. We painted its metaphase chromosomes with whole and partial chromosome paints generated by microdissection and DOP-PCR. The results of the painting indicated that all B chromosomes contained a large amount of repeated DNA sequences. The repeats could be classified in terms of their homology and predominant location. Pericentromeric repeats of B chromosomes were present in many copies in pericentromeric C-blocks of all autosomes and in non-centromeric C-blocks of the sex chromosomes. B arm specific type 1 repeats comprised the main body of the arms of almost all B chromosomes and were present in the arms of A chromosomes as interspersed sequences. B arm-specific type 2 repeats were found at the ends of some B chromosomes that did not undergo compaction at the interphase- metaphase transition and remained uncondensed. On the basis of comparative analysis of localization of B chromosome repeats in the chromosomes of two related species, A. peninsulae and A. agrarius, we suggest a hypothesis of B chromosome origin and evolution in the genus Apodemus.  相似文献

The presence of B chromosomes was reported in six species of the genus Apodemus (A. peninsulae, A. agrarius, A. sylvaticus, A. flavicollis, A. mystacinus, A. argenteus). High frequencies of Bs were recorded particularly in A. peninsulae and A. flavicollis. The origin of Bs in Apodemus seems to be rather ancient, and it is possible that the supernumerary elements, and/or a tendency for their appearance, were inherited from the common ancestor of the extant species. We have not found any correlated changes between frequencies of Bs and the level of protein polymorphism and/or heterozygosity assessed in electrophoretic studies. No measurable effect of Bs on overall genetic variability was thus revealed in studied populations. The pattern of evolutionary dynamics of Bs can be distinctly different between geographical populations, and both the parasitic and the heterotic models can be applied to explain the maintenance of Bs in different populations. Further studies are desirable to improve our understanding of the complicated evolutionary dynamics of Bs in the Apodemus species. An essential condition for success in this respect is much more detailed information on inheritance and the molecular structure of Bs.  相似文献

There is a general perception that central and northern Europe were colonized by range expansion from Mediterranean refugia at the end of the last glaciation. Data from various species support this scenario, but we question its universality. Our mitochondrial DNA studies on three widespread species of small mammal suggest that colonization may have occurred from glacial refugia in central Europe-western Asia. The haplotypes on the Mediterranean peninsulae are distinctive from those found elsewhere. Rather than contributing to the postglacial colonization of Europe, Mediterranean populations of widespread small mammals may represent long-term isolates undergoing allopatric speciation. This could explain the high endemism of small mammals associated with the Mediterranean peninsulae.  相似文献

为了研究黑龙江省大林姬鼠携带汉坦病毒(HV)的分子特征,对黑龙江省大林姬鼠分离株NA33的S基因进行了扩增和序列分析。结果表明,NA33株S基因全长由1 693nt组成,TA含量丰富,编码N蛋白的ORF起始于37nt,终止于1 326nt,编码的蛋白长429aa,符合HTN型编码。与HV参考毒株进行比较,NA33与Amur类汉坦病毒同源性最高,与其它HTN型相对较低,与SEO等同源性更低。N蛋白进化树分析表明,NA33位于Amur类病毒所在支系,并且与俄罗斯远东和吉林大林姬鼠分离株亲缘关系更接近,体现了一定的宿主依赖性和地理簇集性。序列分析发现,NA33的N蛋白具有Amur类汉坦病毒保守的氨基酸位点。黑龙江省大林姬鼠携带Amur类汉坦病毒,是重要的传染源。  相似文献
