报道了源于我国黑龙江的小孢盘菌属Acervus一新种,即黑龙江小孢盘菌A.heilongjiangensis。该种的显著特征为子囊盘杯状,无柄,直径5–10mm;子实层新鲜时黄色;外囊盘被为角胞组织至表层组织;子囊具囊盖,具8个子囊孢子,孔口在Melzer试剂中不变色,98–119×6.5–8.5μm;子囊孢子椭圆形,无分隔,9–10.5×3.9–5.5μm。对该种的形态学特征进行了描述和图示,并对其分类地位提供了DNA序列分析的佐证。  相似文献

对采自我国热带地区的柔膜菌科标本进行了研究,发现膜盘菌属1个新种,命名为海南膜盘菌,该种子囊盘盘状、具柄,外囊盘被为矩胞组织、厚60~160μm,盘下层为交错丝组织、厚80~400μm,子囊长棒状、8孢、(58~)61~70×5~6(~7)μm,子囊孢子梭椭圆形、7~8×2.5~3.0μm。对其形态解剖学特征进行了详尽描述和图示,对与相近种的差异进行了讨论。  相似文献

异型盘菌属Allophylaria首次在我国发现,包括1个新种和1个中国新记录种,均来自云南。新种小孢异型盘菌A.minispora的鉴别特征为子囊盘类白色,具柄;子囊顶孔在碘液中呈蓝色,32?45×3.8?5μm;子囊孢子梭形,无油滴,4.3?5.8×1.5?2.5μm;习居于草本植物茎上。原产于澳大利亚的果荚生异型盘菌A.atherospermatis首次在中国报道。提供了上述种的宏观和微观特征的详细描述及图示。  相似文献

1.棱紫盘菌 新种(图版:1—3) Acetabula purpurea Zang sp.nov. 子囊盘直径4.5—6.2厘米,初近球形,后平展呈盘状,不甚规则,菌肉微粘,外层表面紫色。柄高2厘米,粗1厘米。具洼痕和棱纹,褐紫色。子实层紫褐色或红褐色,光滑。子囊80—97×8—9.2微米,圆柱形—棒形,顶端钝圆,基部渐狭而变细,具8枚孢子,顶端具囊盖。子囊孢子8.7—10×4.5—5微米,单列,透明,椭圆形,光滑,具1—2个油滴,隔丝阔1.2—2微米,顶端粗2.5—3.5微米,纤细而具隔。单一  相似文献

对日本桃孢壳(Persiciospora japonica)菌进行了描述。该菌的子囊具8个子囊孢子,呈近双列排列;子囊孢子暗橄榄色至黑褐色,椭圆形至梭形,两端具芽孔,孢子表面具小的点状凹陷,光学显微镜下呈网状。该属真菌为我国新记录。  相似文献

对采自我国不同地区的菌寄生属标本进行分类研究,发现了该属的3个新种。鹅膏菌寄生Hypomyces amaniticola生长于鹅膏属真菌的子实体上,子囊壳埋生或半埋生于菌丝层中,橘黄色至黄褐色,卵圆形至梨形;子囊圆柱形,具8个孢子;子囊孢子长椭圆形至椭圆形,两端钝圆,无分隔,表面光滑。拟完整菌寄生H.completiopsis以牛肝菌为寄主,子囊壳橘黄色至黑褐色,梨形至近球形;子囊圆柱形,具8个孢子;子囊孢子纺锤形至披针形,两端具细尖,表面具疣。云南菌寄生H.yunnanensis子囊壳半埋生或近表生,黄褐色至褐色,梨形至近球形;子囊孢子近纺锤形,两端具细尖,1个分隔,表面具疣。提供了新种的详细宏观和微观特征描述及图示。此外,发现该属的2个中国新记录种,即小孢菌寄生H.microspermus和盘菌菌寄生H.stephanomatis,对我国材料的形态特征与原始描述进行了比较。  相似文献

报道了采自藏东南林区的炭角菌属一新种──委陵菜生炭角菌(XylariapotentillaeA.SXusp.nov.)。该种子座直立,头部分叉或柄基分枝,地上部分高2~4.5cm,顶端可孕。子囊座柱状或圆锥状或扁平,长1~3cm,宽3~7mm,表面精糙,桑葚状,黑色5内部蜡质,中实,白色。柄柱状,直或扭转,具纵皱折,地下具延伸的假根。子囊壳卵圆形,450~500×200~300μm,孔口突出,盾状或疣状。子囊棒状,70~100×6~8μm,8孢子,顶端遇Melzer's试剂变蓝部分为长方体状,6×2.5μm。子囊孢于单行排列,梭形、不等边椭圆形至半球形,10~163×5~7.5μm,成熟后褐至黑褐色,光滑,芽缝不明显,直,稍短于孢子长度。侧丝多,细长,径15μm,无色,无隔。地下假根寄生在蕨麻委陵菜(Potentillaanserina)的活根上。模式标本保存于西藏高原生态研究所标本室(HXZE)。  相似文献

1986年从辽宁沈阳东部山区采集到寄生于豆天蛾(Clanis bilineata Walker)幼虫体上一种虫草菌,鉴定为九州虫草(Cordyceps kyushuensis Kob.),是我国的新记录.九州虫草图版ICordyceps kyushuensis Kob., Bull. Natn. Sci. Mus. 7(2): 4, 1981. Plate I 子实体生于豆天蛾幼虫体上.虫体土黄褐色,表面覆盖白色菌丝,这些菌丝形成菌索.菌索白色,长1.6~2.8cm.子座生于菌索上,圆柱形、椭圆形或棍棒形,橙红色,高1.7~8.6cm,直径0.2~0.6cm.子囊壳半内生,卵形,367~495×260~316μm.子囊圆柱形,直径3.5~4.8μm.子囊孢子常断裂,次生子囊孢子短柱形,两端平截,3.9~5.4×1.0~1.2um.  相似文献

1994年6月采集自贵州梵净山和荔波茂兰保护区的虫草属真菌,中国新记录种──螳螂虫草(CordycepsmantidaecolaKob.etShim.)和属于蛇形虫草亚属头状组的一新种──贵州虫草(CordycepsguizhouensisLiu,LiangetLiusp.nov)。贵州虫草寄生于刺蛾茧上,茧表面褐色,椭圆形,大小为4~6×5~9mm,在一个茧上可长1~2根子座,子座单生,不分枝,圆柱形,高1.5~5cm;柄和可孕部分界线不明,粗细相当,直径1~2mm,均为淡黄色,可孕部分皮层为丝状细胞的伪柔组织,有的柄部为白色;子囊壳散埋生,梨形,黄色,230~250×160~180μm;子囊为棍棒状或纺锤形,60~140×5~8μm,头部3~4μm;每个子囊中有8个子囊孢子,子囊孢子梭形,具3~4个隔膜,40~60×0.8~1.7μm,不断裂成次生子囊孢子。  相似文献

It has now been over twenty years since a novel herpesviral genome was identified in Kaposi's sarcoma biopsies. Since then, the cumulative research effort by molecular biologists, virologists, clinicians, and epidemiologists alike has led to the extensive characterization of this tumor virus, Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus(KSHV; also known as human herpesvirus 8(HHV-8)), and its associated diseases. Here we review the current knowledge of KSHV biology and pathogenesis, with a particular emphasis on new and exciting advances in the field of epigenetics. Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. The dichtomously branched stigma in each carpel of the Tricyrteae is supplied by a bifurcated dorsal bundle.  相似文献

Microbial resistance to antibiotics is an unresolved global concern, which needs urgent and coordinated action. One of the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Preventions (CDC) to combat antibiotic resistance is the development of new antibiotics to treat drug-resistant bacteria. In our effort to find new antibiotics, we report the synthesis and antimicrobial studies of 30 new pyrazole derivatives. These novel molecules have been synthesized by using readily available starting materials and benign reaction conditions. Some of these molecules have shown activity with MIC values as low as 0.78?µg/mL against four bacterial strains; Staphylococcus aureus, methicillin-resistant S. aureus, Bacillus subtilis, and Acinetobacter baumannii. Furthermore, active molecules are non-toxic to mammalian cell line.
