研究了三氯异氰尿酸(TCCA)和盐酸环丙沙星(CPFX)对小球藻、大型溞和稀有鮈鲫的急性毒性。毒性试验结果表明,TCCA和CPFX对小球藻的96hEC50分别为0.31mg·L-1和20.61mg·L-1、对大型溞48hLC50分别为0.19mg·L-1和135.15mg·L-1,TCCA对稀有鮈鲫96hLC50为1.76为mg·L-1,CPFX对稀有鮈鲫不产生急性毒性。对于TCCA,大型溞最敏感,小球藻次之,稀有鮈鲫最不敏感;对于CPFX,小球藻最敏感,大型溞次之,稀有鮈鲫最不敏感。  相似文献

对室养条件下20尾雌性稀有鮈鲫的产卵频次、成熟卵巢卵径分布及卵子补充过程进行了研究。产卵间隔中卵径分布呈现不同的峰值,卵母细胞成熟是分批的,Ⅴ期卵巢中MA、RE卵母细胞的数量代表了即将进行的一次产卵的产卵量;卵子补充速度快,成熟卵巢每隔数天可发育成熟一批卵,一级贮备库在12─33d即更新一次,不同发育时期卵母细胞的补充是连续的。对273批鮈产卵进行了统计,每尾雌鱼平均4.5d产卵一次,平均批产卵量265.6粒。稀有鮈鲫的产卵类型为连续产卵类型。    相似文献

在室内模拟环境条件下, 研究了刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)对鳗草(Zostera marina)、裸沙和石块生境的选择性和偏好性, 比较分析了刺参在不同生境的平均聚集率、行为特征(爬行、摄食与排泄行为)和生理状态(刺参肌肉ATP含量、体腔液多巴胺、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素和皮质醇含量)。结果显示: (1)刺参对鳗草生境的选择和偏好显著高于裸沙生境与石块生境, 其在鳗草生境的平均聚集率达到64%, 是裸沙生境的4.5倍; (2)刺参在鳗草生境的行为活动显著高于石块生境与裸沙生境, 其爬行行为和摄食行为的出现频率是石块生境的2倍, 排泄行为明显, 刺参粪便的长度和厚度分别是裸沙生境的1.9倍和2.5倍; (3)刺参在鳗草生境的肌肉ATP含量是裸沙生境和石块生境的2倍。结果表明, 刺参对鳗草生境具有明显的选择性, 其在鳗草生境行为活跃, 免疫功能提高, 说明鳗草草床是刺参绿色生态牧场构建的优良生境。  相似文献

采用活体解剖和显微技术对人工养殖的稀有鮈鲫消化道组织结构进行了详细观察,并描述了其形态结构。结果表明:稀有鮈鲫为杂食性无胃鱼,肠道系数0.64±0.06。消化道包括口咽腔、食道、肠和肛门。口咽腔和食道粘膜层为复层扁平上皮,内含较多杯状细胞、粘液细胞和少量味蕾;食道粗短,肌肉层发达。肠由前肠、中肠和后肠三部分组成。肠道由前到后,粘液细胞数量逐渐增多,粘膜皱褶数量逐渐减少,粘膜皱褶高度逐渐降低。  相似文献

稀有鮈鲫(Gobiocypris rarus)已作为新型实验动物而逐渐成为生物学研究各领域的热门对象,但是,其系统分类位置仍存在争议。本研究制作了稀有鮈鲫的透明骨骼标本,对其骨骼特征进行描述;选取47个形态特征,与鲤科各亚科鱼类的典型特征进行比较,建立了分支分析特征矩阵,并使用PAUP4.0软件中的最大简约法(MP)构建系统发育树。结果显示,稀有鮈鲫和鮈亚科鱼类聚在一起,属于鮈亚科。  相似文献

抗草鱼出血病病毒转基因稀有鮈鲫的初步研究   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
研究采用草鱼H1基因启动子,以草鱼呼肠孤病毒(Grass carp reovirus,GCRV)外衣壳蛋白VP7基因为靶基因,以增强型绿色荧光蛋白(eGFP)为报告基因,构建了3个小发卡RNA(shRNA)表达载体pH1siGCRV(x)-CMVeGFP。CIK细胞感染实验表明,pH1siGCRV2-CMVeGFP具有较高的病毒抑制作用。通过显微注射将pH1siGCRV2-CMVeGFP导入稀有鮈鲫(Gobiocypris rarus)受精卵,获得转基因稀有鮈鲫P0代群体。转基因稀有鮈鲫攻毒实验显示,转基因稀有鮈鲫死亡率为30%,抗草鱼出血病能力显著提高。进一步的实时荧光定量PCR检测证实,转基因稀有鮈鲫脾脏、后肠和肝脏中GCRV的含量显著低于对照鱼,并随着时间的延续逐渐减少,转基因稀有鮈鲫体内GCRV的复制受到有效抑制。研究为抗草鱼出血病转基因鱼育种奠定重要基础。    相似文献

目的通过验证稀有鮈鲫作是否适用于幼体生长试验,为相关化学品测试国家标准的制定提供依据。方法以重铬酸钾和3,4-二氯苯胺为参比物质,按照《OECD化学品测试准则No.215鱼类幼体生长试验》,分别开展三次实验室内稀有鮈鲫幼体生长试验以评价试验结果的重复性,进行实验室间比对试验以评价试验结果的再现性。结果实验室内重复试验中,重铬酸钾和3,4-二氯苯胺对稀有鮈鲫生长抑制效应(EC_(20))平均值分别为30.9 mg/L和163μg/L,变异系数均小于15%;实验室间比对试验中,虽然变异系数增大,但是各实验室的28 d EC_(20)均在【math14】±2s范围之内。结论稀有鮈鲫幼体生长试验结果具有良好的重复性和再现性,且稀有鮈鲫对3,4-二氯苯胺的敏感性与虹鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)相当,因此稀有鮈鲫可作为鱼类幼体生长试验的本土受试鱼种。  相似文献

Within aquatic ecosystems, turbid environments will have a significant impact upon predator-prey interactions if both the predator and their prey rely upon vision as their primary sense. Increasing water turbidity will reduce the probability of being detected by a predator, and once detected should provide prey with cover that is close and ubiquitous. We tested the extent that these features of a turbid environment will have in affecting the impact of predation risk on habitat quality using Fathead Minnow (Pimephales promelas) as the prey, and Yellow Perch (Perca flavescens) and Black Bullhead (Ameiurus melas) as visual and non-visual predators, respectively. Our experiments demonstrated a strong preference for turbid habitats in the absence of a predator. When a predator was present in a turbid habitat, the minnows reduced their use of this location but still preferred it to a clear habitat with no predator. These data suggest turbidity confers a benefit to feeding Fathead Minnow that more than compensates for the cost of predation risk.  相似文献

We investigated the mechanisms and functions of shoal choice in relation to nutritional state in the zebrafish. Single fish that had been well fed or food deprived for 2 days were presented with a choice between two stimulus shoals. Food-deprived test fish showed a significant preference for well-fed stimulus fish over food-deprived ones whereas well-fed test fish did not exhibit any significant preference. Subsequent experiments showed that food-deprived test fish had a significantly higher foraging success in shoals consisting of well-fed individuals than in ones that comprised food-deprived fish. No difference in the locomotory behaviour of food-deprived and well-fed stimulus fish was found with respect to the proportion of time spent swimming (as opposed to being motionless), the proportion of time spent in the upper part of the test tank and the number of sharp turns. However, body weight, stomach width (measured directly behind the pectoral girdle) and ventro-dorsal height significantly decreased over a 48-h food-deprivation period. Aim

Hydrologic alterations are widespread in freshwater ecosystems worldwide and often detrimentally impact fish populations. Habitat suitability models are commonly used to assess these impacts, but these models frequently rely upon observed fish–habitat relationships rather than more mechanistic underpinnings. The aim of this study was to demonstrate how to incorporate swim performance into a measure of habitat connectivity at a fine scale, providing a method for assessing the availability of suitable habitat for stream fishes.

Location

We applied this technique to an endangered species, the Western Silvery Minnow Hybognathus argyritis, in the Milk River of southern Alberta, Canada. The Milk River is an augmented system, where a diversion in nearby St. Mary River augments flow by a factor >3 × (from 1–5 m3/s to 15–20 m3/s).

Methods

We used laboratory measured swim performance of Western Silvery Minnow to develop a movement cost function that was used in conjunction with a habitat suitability model to assess habitat availability via a recently developed graph‐theoretic metric, equivalent connected area (ECA).

Results

Stream augmentation altered not only habitat suitability but also habitat connectivity for this species. During augmentation, suitable habitat area declined by 81.3%. Changes in habitat connectivity were site dependent. Movement costs between habitat patches were lower during augmentation due to current‐assisted dispersal and increased distance to patches during natural flows from dried streambeds. When movement costs were incorporated into ECA, ECA decreased by 78.0% during augmentation.

Main conclusions

With changing climate and increasing anthropogenic impacts on aquatic ecosystems, understanding how freshwater fishes relate to their habitat is critical for appropriate management. In many cases, such as the Western Silvery Minnow, mitigating habitat suitability may not be sufficient, as species are unable to reach suitable habitat. The incorporation of swim performance into habitat connectivity assessments, as carried out here, can be easily adapted to other species and situations and can improve the understanding of impacts to stream fishes and increase the effectiveness of mitigation efforts.  相似文献

Summary Amphibious behaviour in fish has evolved separately many times since the first amphibious fishes, the rhipidistian crossopterygians, ventured onto land about 350 million years ago. This behaviour has resulted in the colonization and eventual domination by vertebrates of the terrestrial habitat. It is generally proposed that aquatic hypoxia, owing to metabolic oxygen consumption and organic decay, was the most important selective force in the evolution of air-breathing vertebrates (e.g. Randall et al., 1981). Modern amphibious fish species give an insight into the reasons for leaving and eventually abandoning the aquatic habitat. Amphibious fishes today leave the water for a variety of reasons associated with degradation of their aquatic habitat, or biotic factors within it.The possible causal factors which may elicit an emergence response are summarized in Fig. 1(a) and (b). Amphibious fish inhabiting closed systems, as typified by freshwater or intertidal pools, may leave water for any of the reasons detailed in Fig. 1(a). The relative importance of any one stimulus is likely to vary between different species. However, it is possible that in closed systems, adverse fluctuations in physico-chemical parameters will have a more important effect in eliciting amphibious behaviour than will biotic factors. In open systems, such as coastal waters or large freshwater bodies, effectively two routes of escape from adverse aquatic conditions are available to amphibious fish. They may move onto land, or alternatively they may move underwater to find better conditions. In such a system, where physico-chemical parameters remain relatively constant, abiotic factors are unlikely to have a significant influence on amphibious behaviour. The dominant stimulus in open systems is possibly the three-way interaction between predation, competition, and short-or long-term food availability (Fig. 1(b)).It is unlikely that any one of the factors discussed in this review will act alone in causing amphibious behaviour, and in this respect the available literature on fish leaving water is lacking. Much of it is fragmentary and partly anecdotal, and the limited amount of experimental work tends to concentrate on individual causal factors. There is evidently scope for detailed examination of emersion in a number of amphibious fishes, testing a matrix of environmental and biotic stimuli, in an attempt to determine in more detail the reasons for such behaviour.  相似文献

为了探讨水流对鱼类趋光性的影响, 利用自制的循环水槽装置, 以草鱼(Ctenpharyngodon idellus)幼鱼为研究对象, 研究其在光照度为300 lx, 不同流速工况(0、0.1和0.2 m/s)下的趋光性行为, 同时设黑暗静水工况为对照组。结果表明: (1) 0.2 m/s的流速可完全激发草鱼幼鱼的趋流性, 使其游泳方向多数与顶流方向呈± 20°。(2)根据草鱼幼鱼在不同流速工况下随光照度衰减在水槽内的分布情况, 计算得其在3种流速工况下的光强期望值分别为: 52.45, 34.62和37.86 lx。(3)当照度为300 lx时, 静水工况下的实验鱼在水槽中呈现“两头高, 中间低”的分布情况, 并未表现出对某一光强范围的偏好行为; 在小于感应值的低流速下, 草鱼幼鱼的分布情况总体趋势与静水工况类似, 但在远离光源处的分布较多, 多呈“逆流后退”行为; 当流速值超过感应流速时, 在趋流性的作用下, 鱼类在尾部的聚集情况明显下降, 同时在水槽中的分布更加均匀, 其原有光环境的作用减弱。研究初步证明了略大于感应值的小流速所引发的草鱼趋流性即可对其光环境响应行为产生影响。  相似文献

【背景】细菌生物膜在废水处理领域显示出良好的前景,但目前应用于海水养殖水体处理的菌株主要源自淡水菌株,存在难以适应海水高盐环境的问题。源自红树林的海洋着色菌(Marichromatiumgracile)YL28应用于海水养殖水体处理,不仅具有高效除氮能力,而且趋光贴壁能力很强。【目的】阐明海洋着色菌(Marichromatium gracile) YL28的生物膜形成特性和规律,以期为海水养殖水体生物膜反应系统的开发和应用提供参考。【方法】以生物膜和游离菌体生物量、脱氢酶活性、生物膜多糖含量和蛋白含量、无机三态氮去除活性为测定指标,在光照厌氧环境中研究海洋着色菌YL28菌株的生物膜形成规律、生物活性和脱氮效果。【结果】随着时间延长,4 000 lx光照时游离菌体生物量逐渐升高,但在稳定期前快速降低,而成膜生物量经过延滞期后逐渐升高并趋于稳定,表明培养过程中游离菌体能趋光贴壁生长并形成生物膜。在0-5 000 lx光照范围内培养4 d,低光照强度(500 lx)时成膜率(71.21%)最高,1 000-4 000 lx光照强度下成膜率虽然不是最高(54.64%-68.66%),但适宜菌体成膜,膜生物量干重达到0.60-0.80 mg/cm2。除了5 000 lx光照对成膜菌体脱氢酶活性有不利影响外,成膜菌体和游离菌体脱氢酶活性随光照强度升高而升高,而且没有明显差异。生物膜的形成会导致光反应器内部光照受限,但反应器内部游离菌体的脱氢酶活性并没有降低,由此表明,培养液中的菌体主要在生物膜及其界面生长并游离扩散至培养液中。随光照强度(1 000-5 000 lx)和培养时间(4-10 d)的变化,胞外复合物(Extracellularpolymericsubstances,EPS)中蛋白含量变异较大,多糖含量变化较小;随时间延长,蛋白含量升高,其中3 000 lx时蛋白含量最高;4 000 lx时生物膜菌体与游离菌体脱氮活性相比,单位质量菌体的氨氮和亚硝氮去除活性未受到明显影响,而硝氮去除活性有所降低。【结论】海洋着色菌YL28具有良好的生物膜形成能力,其成膜过程主要是菌体趋光贴壁生长成膜,成膜菌体具有良好的脱氮活性,这为利用生物膜系统消除海水养殖水体氮污染奠定了基础。  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Mit handaufgezogenen Tannenmeisen, die in verschiedenen Habitattypen aufwuchsen, wurde untersucht, inwieweit Umwelt und genetische Prädisposition die spätere Habitatwahl beeinflussen. Eine optimale Periode für das Entstehen einer Bindung an das umgebende Habitat scheint zu existieren. Der Grad der entstehenden Bevorzugung ist davon abhängig, wie gut die umgebenden Habitatstrukturen einem angeborenen inneren Bild des arttypischen Koniferenlebensraums entsprechen. In den neophoben Reaktionen auf verschiedene Pflanzentypen bestehen angeborene Unterschiede, die eventuell ebenfalls durch unterschiedliches Übereinstimmen mit dem angeborenen Habitatschema erklärbar sind.
Innate and learned components in the habitat selection of Coal Tits (Parus ater)
Summary We examined the mechanisms which lead to the establishment of habitat preferences during the ontogeny of the Coal Tit. Hand-reared birds were raised under different conditions: in differing sequence two groups were held in deciduous and coniferous habitat, successively; a third group was kept in a deciduous habitat. Subsequently, the development of preferences for one or the other habitat type was studied in a choice experiment (Fig. 1). In addition, trials on neophobia were carried out (Fig. 2) to investigate, if differences in neophobia towards different plants were correlated with innate or learned preferences. The results show that both innate dispositions and early experience influence habitat preferences. Juvenile experience is the decisive factor, determining habitat preference in a way similar to imprinting. A genetically preprogrammed time frame seems to exist which constitutes the optimal period for the development of habitat preference. The degree of the developing preference is dependent on an interior template of species-specific coniferous habitat and on how well the surrounding habitat structures fit this innate template. Due to innate differences in neophobic reactions to different plant types, Coal Tits probably have to overcome little or no neophobia when encountering species-typical coniferous habitat.

Multivariate predictive models are widely used tools for assessment of aquatic ecosystem health and models have been successfully developed for the prediction and assessment of aquatic macroinvertebrates, diatoms, local stream habitat features and fish. We evaluated the ability of a modelling method based on the River InVertebrate Prediction and Classification System (RIVPACS) to accurately predict freshwater fish assemblage composition and assess aquatic ecosystem health in rivers and streams of south-eastern Queensland, Australia. The predictive model was developed, validated and tested in a region of comparatively high environmental variability due to the unpredictable nature of rainfall and river discharge. The model was concluded to provide sufficiently accurate and precise predictions of species composition and was sensitive enough to distinguish test sites impacted by several common types of human disturbance (particularly impacts associated with catchment land use and associated local riparian, in-stream habitat and water quality degradation). The total number of fish species available for prediction was low in comparison to similar applications of multivariate predictive models based on other indicator groups, yet the accuracy and precision of our model was comparable to outcomes from such studies. In addition, our model developed for sites sampled on one occasion and in one season only (winter), was able to accurately predict fish assemblage composition at sites sampled during other seasons and years, provided that they were not subject to unusually extreme environmental conditions (e.g. extended periods of low flow that restricted fish movement or resulted in habitat desiccation and local fish extinctions).  相似文献

The distribution of freshwater fish in creeks throughout the Brisbane region was determined by a survey carried out in 1977–78. Seventeen native and six exotic species were recorded in 55 creeks. Sixteen native and four exotic species were collected in a more restricted survey of central Brisbane in 1981. Urban development and the establishment of exotic plants have resulted in substantial changes to the aquatic environment in many of the creeks surveyed. Exotic grasses, especially para grass (Brachiaria mutica) have reduced the extent of free water by growing partly into stream channels. Floating exotic plants blanketed some stream reaches. Native aquatic macrophytes have declined, apparently due to dredging, siltation and other disturbances. These changes have affected the distribution and abundance of native and exotic fish. Native species with a preference for open water and beds of aquatic plants have declined in creeks overgrown by para grass and floating plants. Melanotaenia fluviatilis, Retropinna semoni, Pseudomugil signifer, Craterocephalus stercusmuscarum and Ambassis nigripinnis have been affected. Para grass and floating plants have not affected the range or abundance of Hypseleotris galii, H. compressus and Mogurnda adspersa. Gambusia affinis and Xiphophorus helleri have been advantaged by expansion of their preferred habitat type - the edges of pools where exotic grasses have grown partly into the water. The effect of exotic fish on native species is unclear. There was a correlation between large numbers of G. affinis and small numbers of H. galii and M. fluviatilis. Correlations could result from predatory or competitive interactions between species. Alternatively, correlations could be due entirely to the effects of habitat alterations on exotic and native species. However, H. galii was evidently not disadvantaged by the habitat alterations studied. Thus there may be a complex interaction between this species and G. affinis. There was no evidence that X. helleri had affected the range or abundance of native species.  相似文献

【目的】为揭示光照度对斜纹夜蛾Prodenia litura(Fabricius)幼虫体色变化的影响,建立一套新的昆虫体色评价体系。【方法】采用计算机视觉检测技术,将斜纹夜蛾幼虫的颜色数值化,评价了斜纹夜蛾幼虫体色随日龄的变化规律及光照度对斜纹夜蛾幼虫体色变化的影响。【结果】随着日龄的增加,斜纹夜蛾幼虫的明度(B)和彩色指数(CI)逐渐减少,体色偏差系数(BDV)逐渐增加,色泽从开始的绿色占主导逐渐转变为红色占主导,不同日龄间主观色各颜色指标都差异显著(P<0.01);在低光照度(0~1 000 lx)下,明度(B)和体色偏差系数(BDV)主要受光照影响,而彩色指数(CI)和归一化RGB值主要受发育日龄的影响,在高光照度下(1 000 lx以上),所有颜色指标均受发育日龄影响较大,受光照处理相对较小,光照度对斜纹夜蛾幼虫体色影响的阈值为1 000 lx,在阈值下,明度(B)、彩色指数(CI)及体色分化系数(BDC)都随光照度的增加显著增加,体色偏差系数(BDV)、RGB色差则随光照度的增加而减少。【结论】光照度主要影响斜纹夜蛾幼虫体色的明暗程度,对色彩程度影响不大,且光照度的影响阈值大约为1 000 lx。  相似文献
