摘    要:目的探讨细胞因子TNF-a和黏附分子si CAM-1在嗜肺军团菌(LP)感染患者血清中的表达情况。方法选取2012年1月到2013年1月于沈阳军区总医院就诊的LP感染患者共45例作为观察组,同期选取45例健康者作为对照组,采用ELISA检测法,对血清中的细胞因子TNF-a和黏附分子si CAM-1的表达进行对比。结果观察组血清中的TNF-a和黏附分子si CAM-1表达在急性期浓度明显高于对照组,组间治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 LP感染患者血清中的TNF-a和黏附分子si CAM-1表达的检测,能为临床了解病情发展,制定科学预后方案提供准确的信息,对预后判断都有着重要的意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of cell factor TNF-a and adhesion molecule si CAM-1 in in serum of patients with Legionella pneumophila( LP) infection. Methods A total of 45 patients with LP infection from January 2012 to January 2013 in our hospital were selected as the observation group,with 45 healthy persons as the control group. ELISA method was used to detect and compare the expression of cytokines TNF-a and adhesion molecules si CAM-1 in the serum. Results The expression of TNF-a and si CAM-1 in serum of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group in acute period. There was significant difference in the treatment effect between two groups( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The detection of TNF-a and adhesion molecule si CAM-1 in serum of patients with L. pneumophila infection can provide accurate information for clinical understanding of disease progression,and is of great significance for scientific prognostic scheme development and prognosis.
