The differently sulfonated styrene–divinylbenzene cross-linked copolymer cationic exchange resins were prepared by oil-in-water polymerization and varied degrees of sulfonation. Several characteristics of the obtained resins were evaluated, i.e., Fourier transform infrared spectra, the ion-exchange capacity, microscopic morphology, size, and swelling. The resin characteristics were altered in relation to the degree of sulfonation, proving that differently sulfonated resins could be prepared. The behavior of chlorpheniramine (CPM) loading and in vitro release in the USP simulated gastric (SGF) and intestinal fluids (SIF) of the obtained resins were also evaluated. The CPM loaded in the resinates (drug-loaded resins) increased with the increasing degree of sulfonic group and hence the drug binding site in the employed resins. The CPM release was lower from the resins with the higher degree of sulfonic group due to the increase in the diffusive path depth. The CPM release was obviously lower in SGF than SIF because CPM, a weak base drug, ionized to a greater extent in SGF and then preferred binding with rather than releasing from the resins. In conclusion, the differently sulfonated resins could be utilized as novel carriers for drug delivery.  相似文献

Effect of microwave treatment on the shear bond strength of different types of commercial teeth to acrylic resin Objective: The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of microwave treatment on the shear bond strength of commercial types of teeth to acrylic resin, when the glossy ridge laps were unmodified (groups 1 and 5), bur abraded (groups 2 and 6), bur grooved (groups 3 and 7) or etched by monomer (groups 4 and 8). Background: Controversial findings have shown that mechanical or chemical changes in ridge‐lap surface of the tooth increase or decrease the bond strength between tooth and acrylic resin, and the microwave disinfection may cause different changes on this bond strength. Materials and methods: Eighty specimens (n = 10) were made with the acrylic resin bonded to tooth glossy ridge lap, polymerised in water at 74°C for 9 h, and deflasked after flask cooling. Specimens of the groups 5, 6, 7 and 8 were individually immersed in 150 ml of water and submitted to microwave treatment in an oven at 650 W for 3 min. Control specimens (groups 1, 2, 3 and 4) were not microwave treated. Shear bond strength test was performed in an Instron machine with a cross‐speed of 1 mm/min. Collected data were submitted to anova and Tukey’s test (α = 0.05). Results: Microwave treatment decreased the shear bond strength values of the tooth/resin bond. In the microwaved and non‐microwaved procedures, mechanical retention improved the shear bond strength when compared with the control and monomer treatments. Conclusion: Shear bond strength of the tooth/resin bond was influenced by the microwave treatment and different commercial teeth association, and was lower for the Biotone tooth.  相似文献

Flexural properties of repaired heat‐polymerising acrylic resin after wetting with monomer and acetone Objectives: Repair strength can be improved by treating fractured surfaces of a denture. Background: This study investigated flexural properties of heat‐polymerised acrylic resin specimens repaired with auto‐polymerising and visible light curing (VLC) resins after the repair surfaces were wetted with monomers or acetone. Materials and Methods: Fifty‐four specimens (65 × 10 × 2.5 mm) were prepared and 48 of them were sectioned to simulate denture fracture. Butt‐joint designed repair surfaces were wetted with heat‐, auto‐polymerising monomers and acetone for 180 s and repaired with auto‐polymerising and VLC resins. After repairs, specimens were subjected to three‐point bending test and flexural strength, strain, fracture load, modulus of elasticity and deflection values were recorded. Data were analysed with Student t and LSD tests (p ≤ 0.05). Results: Overall flexural strength, strain, fracture load and deflection values of specimens repaired with VLC resin were significantly higher than the specimens repaired with auto‐polymerising resin for all types of wetting agent (p < 0.05). Within the wetting agents, heat‐ and auto‐polymerising monomers produced the best mechanical properties, while wetting with acetone did not provide superior effect over both monomers. Conclusion: In clinical use, wetting the repair surfaces may result in stronger repairs. The use of bonding agent in VLC resin repairs in combination with wetting agent results in improved flexural properties.  相似文献

DL-2的胞外蛋白酶进行固定化,经过单因素实验优化条件得出最优固定化条件为:p H 8. 0的胞外蛋白酶溶液,25 g/L的ES-103B,45℃下反应8h。采用此最优条件下的固定化酶拆分(±)-乙酸苏合香酯制备出了e. e. p=97. 5%的(R)-1-苯乙醇(产率为45. 0%)和e. e. s=99. 2%的(S)-乙酸苏合香酯(产率为83. 9%)。该固定化酶拆分(±)-乙酸苏合香酯在重复使用8次后制备出的(R)-1-苯乙醇的e. e. p仍大于90%,且固定化胞外蛋白酶在4℃下具有较好的储存稳定性。  相似文献

Summary This paper describes a practical new use of 3-mercaptopropionic acid as a highly versatile multidetachable linker for solid-phase synthesis. Our approach is based on the stability of the alkylthioester functionality to optimized Boc-SPPS protocols and HF treatment, as well as on the mild activation of the thioester functionality toward nucleophilic or reductive displacement. This allows several C-terminal modifications to be introduced into a synthetic molecule during the cleavage step. We have shown that unprotected peptides can be efficiently cleaved from a propyl thioester-polyethylene glycol-poly-(N,N-dimethylacrylamide) copolymer resin using a great variety of nucleophiles to give the corresponding C-terminally modified peptides (esters, thioesters, carboxylic acids, thioacids, amides, hydroxamic acids, hydrazides, alcohols). The nucleophilic cleavage reaction is both rapid and exceptionally clean in all the cases tested. Soybean globulins were deamidated after removing phytate using ion-exchange resins, and then hydrolyzed by digestive enzymes. The phytate-removed deamidated soybean globulins (PrDS) retained high calcium-binding ability even after the hydrolysis by digestive enzymes. PrDS and its hydrolysates enhanced calcium absorption from the small intestine when injected into the small intestine together with a calcium solution.  相似文献

Twenty‐three resin samples have been obtained by tapping from individual Pinus pinaster adult trees grown in Corsica and submitted to acido‐basic partition. Identification and quantitative determination of resin acids has been carried out using 13C‐NMR spectroscopy following a method developed by our group. The main components were dehydroabietic acid (up to 37.6 %), levopimaric acid (up to 35.5 %) and abietic acid (up to 24.7 %). A lignan, pinoresinol, has been identified in some samples. Within the 23 compositions, submitted to k‐means analysis and Principal Component Analysis, two clusters have been perfectly differentiated, whose compositions were dominated by dehydroabietic acid (Group I, M=23.5 %, SD=6.3) and levopimaric acid (Group II, M=21.2 %; SD=6.2), respectively. 利用大孔吸附树脂DA-201为载体对海洋脂肪酶固定化,并探寻添加剂对固定化过程的影响。分别以NH_4Cl、甘露糖和甘氨酸为添加剂,采用单因素和正交实验相结合的方法优化条件。结果显示,以NH_4Cl为添加剂的最优条件:柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲液pH 6. 0,固定化温度30℃,载体投放量0. 5g,NH_4Cl浓度25mmol/L,固定化时间3. 0h,酶活力达到115. 27U/g;比不含有添加剂的固定化酶固定化效率提高47. 42%。以甘露糖为添加剂最优条件:磷酸二氢钾-氢氧化钠缓冲液pH7. 0,固定化温度35℃,载体投放量0. 5g,甘露糖浓度10mmol/L,固定化时间4. 5h;酶活力达到122. 75U/g,比不含有添加剂的固定化酶固定化效率提高6. 50%。以甘氨酸为添加剂的最优条件:磷酸二氢钾-氢氧化钠缓冲液pH7. 0,固定化温度20℃,载体投放量0. 5g,甘氨酸浓度为25mmol/L,固定化时间7. 5h;酶活力达到141. 69U/g,比不含有添加剂的固定化酶固定化效率提高26. 12%。采用不同添加剂对大孔吸附树脂DA-201的吸附固定化过程有较大影响,可以极大地提高吸附效率;同时发现缓冲液类型、pH、温度、添加剂浓度和固定化时间等对DA-201树脂吸附脂肪酶有很大影响,对后续吸附固定化工业酶研究有较好的参考价值。  相似文献
