目的:观察丽珠肠乐联合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及对患者炎症反应的影响。方法:选取我院2014年6月-2017年6月期间收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者120例,根据数表法将患者分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。对照组采用柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加丽珠肠乐治疗。连续治疗8周后观察两组患者的临床疗效以及结肠炎症状改善程度,并对两组患者治疗前后的血清炎症因子水平进行检测对比,同时观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组临床治疗的总有效率为93.33%(56/60),高于对照组的80.00%(48/60)(P0.05)。治疗后两组患者Sutherland指数评分、肠道菌群评分、肠镜评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后两组患者CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为13.33%(8/60),与对照组的8.33%(5/60)比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:柳氮磺胺吡啶联合丽珠肠乐治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效显著,能够改善患者的临床症状,降低患者体内的炎症因子水平,且无严重不良反应发生,临床应用价值高,值得进一步推广应用。 相似文献

CO2 fixation during photosynthesis is regulated by the activity of ribulose bisphosphate carboxylase (Rubisco). This conclusion
became more apparent to me after CO2-fixation experiments using isolated spinach chloroplasts and protoplasts, purified Rubisco enzyme, and intact leaves. Ribulose
bisphosphate (RuBP) pools and activation of Rubisco were measured and compared to 14CO2 fixation in light. The rates of 14CO 2 assimilation best followed the changes in Rubisco activation under moderate to high light intensities. RuBP pool sizes regulated

2 assimilation only in very high CO2 levels, low light and in darkness. Activation of Rubisco involves two separate processes: carbamylation of the protein and
removal of inhibitors blocking carbamylation or blocking RuBP binding to carbamylated sites before reaction with CO2 or O2.

BACKGROUND: COP9 signalosome subunit 2 (CSN2) is believed to be involved in human cancer, but its prognostic significance in colorectal cancer (CRC) has not been elucidated. PATIENTS AND METHODS: We retrospectively analyzed the expression of CSN2 andCD8+ tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), and mismatch repair (MMR) status in 267 paraffin-embedded specimens using immunohistochemistry in a training cohort. A number of risk factors were used to form nomograms to evaluate survival, and Harrell's concordance index (C-index) was used to evaluate the predictive accuracy. Further validation was performed in an independent cohort of 238cases. RESULTS: Low CSN2 expression and a low number of CD8 + TILs were significantly associated with diminished disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) in CRC patients, and patients with MMR-deficient CRC had enhanced DFS and OS. Moreover, the multivariate Cox analysis identified CSN2, CD8 + TILs, and MMR status as independent prognostic factors for DFS and OS. Using these three markers and four clinicopathological risk variables, two nomograms were constructed and validated for predicting DFS and OS (C-index: training cohort, 0.836 (95% CI:0.804–0.868) and 0.841 (0.808–0.874), respectively; validation cohort, 0.801 (0.760–843) and 0.843 (0.806–0.881), respectively). CONCLUSIONS: CSN2, CD8+ TILs, and MMR status were independent prognostic factors. The nomograms could be used to generate individualized predictions for DFS and OS. 相似文献

作者同步检测了30例肺癌患者化疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平及肠道菌群变化,同时观察了双歧杆菌活菌制剂-丽珠肠乐对它们的影响。结果表明,肺癌患者细胞免疫功能降低,肠道菌群失调,应用抗肿瘤药物后,上述变化更加明显,而丽珠肠乐有明显的改善和恢复肺癌病人肠菌群紊乱及细胞免疫功能的作用。 相似文献
