Plebein A (1), a sesquiterpenoid with a novel skeleton and another sesquiterpenoid, plebein B (2), and four new diterpenoids plebeins C-F (4–7), along with six known compounds were isolated from the whole plant of Salvia plebeia R. Br. The absolute configuration of 2 was established by an X-ray crystallographic study. In addition, compounds 4, 6 and 9 showed anti-proliferative activity against CaCo2 and MCF-7 cell lines, with IC50 values ranging from 9.65 μM to 45.96 μM.  相似文献

Four new guanacastane-type diterpenoids (14), named plicatilisins E-H, together with the known compound, plicatilisin D (5), were isloated from two fermentation extracts (i.e., solid state fermentation on PDA medium & static fermentation of malt extract broth culture medium) of the fungal strain Coprinus plicatilis 82. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis, including 1D and 2D NMR as well as FT-ICR-MS, UV, and IR, and comparison with literature data. All the compounds showed insignificant cytotoxicities against the cancer cell line HCT116.  相似文献

Twenty-one alkaloids, including five new ones, acoapetaldines A–E (15), were isolated from the whole plants of Aconitum apetalum. Among them, 1 is an aconitine-type diterpenoid alkaloid, 2 and 3 are aporphine alkaloids and 4 and 5 are napelline-type diterpenoid alkaloids. The structures of the new alkaloids were elucidated by spectroscopic data analysis and that of acoapetaldine D (4) was confirmed by single crystal X-ray crystallography. Acoapetaldine A (1) and aconorine (12) exhibited moderate anti-tobacco mosaic virus (anti-TMV) activity, while corydine (15) displayed moderate antimicrobial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa.  相似文献

Three new C19-diterpenoid alkaloids vilmotenitines A-C (1-3), together with seven known ones, vilmorine D (4), talatizidine (5), isotalatizidine (6), vilmorrianine B (7), vilmorrianine D (8), talatizamine (9), 8-deacetyl-yunaconitine (10), were isolated from Aconitum vilmorinianum var. patentipilum. Vilmotenitines A (1) and B (2) are the second natural occurrences of C19-diterpenoid alkaloids with a unique rearranged six-membered B ring formed by the C(8)–C(10) linkage.  相似文献

From the commercial extract of the leaves of Stevia rebaudiana, three new diterpenoid glycosides were isolated besides eight known steviol glycosides including stevioside, rebaudiosides A–F and dulcoside A. The structures of the three compounds were identified as 13-[(2-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-β-d-glucopyranosyl) oxy]-kaur-16-en-18-oic acid-(6-O-β-d-xylopyranosyl-β-d-glucopyranosyl) ester (1), 13-[(2-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-β-d-glucopyranosyl) oxy]-17-hydroxy-kaur-15-en-18-oic acid β-d-glucopyranosyl ester (2), and 13-[(2-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-β-d-glucopyranosyl) oxy]-17-oxo-kaur-15-en-18-oic acid β-d-glucopyranosyl ester (3) on the basis of extensive NMR and MS spectral studies. Another known diterpenoid glycoside, 13-[(2-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-β-d-glucopyranosyl) oxy]-kaur-15-en-18-oic acid β-d-glucopyranosyl ester (4) was also isolated and its complete NMR spectral assignments were made on the basis of COSY, HSQC and HMBC spectral data.  相似文献

Diterpenoid alkaloids have been acknowledged as of chemotaxonomic significance in plants from the genus Aconitum (Ranunculaceae). Phytochemical investigation on the Aconitum spathulatum W. T. Wang, an endemic Aconitum species in China, has led to the isolation of twelve C19-diterpenoid alkaloids. The chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds are summarized.  相似文献

从丽江乌头根中分离、鉴定了三个二萜生物碱成分,其中碱Ⅰ、碱Ⅱ分别为已知成分阿克诺辛(aconosine)和嘟拉碱(dolaconine);碱Ⅲ为一新的C_(18)-型二萜生物碱,从MS、IR、~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR等光谱数据推定了其结构,并命名为丽日碱甲(liconosine A)。  相似文献

维西香茶菜Rabdosia weisiensis C. Y. Wu产云南西北部海拔2600米沟谷中,其化学成分的研究未见报道。从该植物叶的乙醚提取物中,分得两个二萜成分,一为已知成分trichorabdal A(2),一为新成分,命名为维西香茶菜甲素weisiensin A(1)。 维西香茶菜甲素weisiensin A(1),C_(26)H_(36)O_9,mp 298—300℃,其~(13)C NMR谱显示存在三个CH_3,三个CH_2,八个CH,三个四取代碳,三个Ac,二个烯碳和一个羰基  相似文献

从北京地区产兰萼香茶菜[Rabdosia japonica (Burm. f.)Hara var.glaucocalyx(Maxim.)Hara]叶中分得三个对映-贝壳杉烯二萜化合物,其中二个为已知物兰萼甲素(2)和乙素(3),另一个为新化合物,命名为兰萼丙素,经光谱和化学方法证明,其结构为对映-7β,14α,15α-三羟基-16-贝壳杉烯-3-酮(1)。  相似文献
