Dependence of lipid peroxidation on the typologic characteristics of the nervous system and their relation to the resistance of the body to exertion

Resistance of animals with different type of the nervous activity to physical exercises depends on the activity of lipid peroxidation processes in tissues. The highest degree of adaptation to prolonged running is observed in the inhibitory-type rats as against the excitable and even-tempered ones.     

Nifedipine-sensitive low voltage-activated calcium current in neurons of the rat laterodorsal thalamic nucleus

The kinetic and pharmacological properties of low voltage-activated (LVA) Ca²⁺ channels were studied in neurons of the laterodorsal (LD) thalamic nucleus in brain slices from 12-day-old rats. A homogeneous population of LVA Ca²⁺ channels was found in the tested neurons. LVA Ca²⁺ current evoked by a step depolarization from a holding potential more negative than −70 mV was found to be sensitive to nifedipine (K _d=2.6 (M). This current gained its maximum at −55 mV and demonstrated fast monoexponential decay with the time constant of 32.3±4.0 msec (n=15). Lanthanum (1 μM) effectively blocked LVA Ca²⁺ current, while nickel (25 μM) did not affect this current. It is concluded that the channels that, according to their pharmacological properties, provide the studied LVA Ca²⁺ current cannot be regarded as T-type Ca²⁺ channels and belong to some other type of LVA Ca²⁺ channels.     

非药物治疗极低出生体重儿喂养不耐受的临床观察

目的:将非药物性干预措施与传统药物方法治疗极低出生体重儿喂养不耐受的临床疗效进行观察比较。方法:选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院2011年1月至2013年4月出生的喂养不耐受极低出生体重儿110例。按入院顺序随机分为药物治疗组(MED)55例、非药物治疗组(NON-MED)55例。药物治疗组采用红霉素;非药物治疗组采用腹部按摩法与非营养性吸吮。结果:两组患儿经治疗后,MED组腹胀消失天数(4.4±0.5)、呕吐天数(2.2±0.5)、每日呕吐次数(3.5±0.8)、胃潴留量占每日喂养量(18.3±0.8)、达全肠道喂养天数(8.2±0.7);NON-MED组腹胀消失天数(3.7±0.1)、呕吐天数(1.9±0.6)、每日呕吐次数(2.8±0.1)、胃潴留量占每日喂养量(12.6±0.4)、达全肠道喂养天数(6.1±0.3)。各项治疗指标的对比中,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。MED组治疗有效率76.4%;NON-MED组治疗有效率83.6%。结论:非药物性干预措施可有效改善极低出生体重儿喂养不耐受。     

FXR在胃粘膜肠化生及胃癌中的表达及其意义研究

目的:研究FXR在胃炎,胃粘膜肠化生及胃癌组织中的表达,分析其在胃癌发生中的意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测FXR在55例胃炎组织,61例胃黏膜肠化生组织及61例胃癌组织中的表达,利用统计学方法 SPSS17.0软件分析其在三种组织中的表达变化,结合文献回顾,分析FXR在胃癌发生中的意义。结果:FXR在胃黏膜肠化生中的表达明显高于胃炎组织(P0.05),而在胃癌组织中,FXR的表达显著低于胃粘膜肠化生组织(P0.05)。结论:FXR是一个潜在的胃癌发生生物标记物,其具体机制有待于进一步探索。     

Characteristic of gastric response to acute and chronic stress and to their combination

Experiments on 39 rats subjected to the effect of acute, chronic stresses and to that of their combination have revealed a parallelism between the degree of the ulcerogenic effect and depression of antioxidant activity of the stomach tissue cells.     

籼粳稻杂交衍生RIL系的苗期抗旱性评价

为鉴定籼粳稻杂交衍生系的苗期抗旱性,以课题组自育的高代抗逆品系ZD15为母本、籼稻品种IR29为父本,以及杂交衍生的重组自交系群体120份为试验材料,利用PEG-6000对各材料苗期进行干旱胁迫处理,测定根长、根冠比、地上部鲜重、地下部鲜重、地上部干重和地下部干重;利用PEG-6000对各材料芽期进行干旱胁迫处理,测定芽鞘长和芽长。采用主成分分析和隶属函数法对各材料的抗旱性进行综合评价,根据综合抗旱D值可将122份材料分成3类,D值在0.201～0.400之间的有33份,属于不抗旱材料;D值在0.401～0.600之间的有79份,属于中等抗旱材料;D值在0.601～0.800之间的有10份,属于抗旱材料。利用D值进行逐步回归分析,结果表明根长、根冠比、地上部鲜重、地下部鲜重、地上部干重、地下部干重、芽鞘长和芽长8个性状均可作为水稻苗期抗旱性的评价指标。本研究筛选出的抗旱材料,可作为育种中间材料进一步培育,或作为育种资源加以利用,以丰富本区水稻育种的资源库。     

孢子丝菌复合体分子分型研究进展

孢子丝菌复合体属于双相真菌,全球分布,可引起人类及动物的慢性深部感染。不同地域的菌株在致病力、传播途径及药物敏感性等方面均存在差异。孢子丝菌病作为一种人兽共患病,其发病率逐年上升,出现多次暴发流行。分子分型不仅是明确感染源和传播途径、预防和控制疾病流行的有力手段,同时有助于了解孢子丝菌基因型与表型的相关性,在研究其致病机制以及临床诊治过程中都具有十分重要的意义。本文对孢子丝菌的分子分型方法的研究进行综述。
