对杜仲(Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.)一年生枝条休眠中的芽和维管形成层的结构和蛋白质含量进行了研究,探讨了杜仲不同休眠期转化的生理生化机理.结果证实了杜仲树的休眠期包括2个被动休眠期和一个生理休眠期.在生理休眠期,无论用外源IAA处理,还是给予适当的温度和光照,形成层都不能恢复活动.而且,雌株进入各个休眠阶段的时间都比雄株早.树皮中的蛋白质含量在第一被动休眠期间(Q1)显著地逐步增高(P<0.01),进入生理休眠期(R)后,急剧降低,但第二被动休眠期(Q2)开始后又显著升高(P<0.01).杜仲雌雄株树皮中的蛋白质含量变化趋势基本一致,但雄株发生变化的时间比雌株早.SDS-PAGE电泳结果表明,在Q1-R-Q2的转变期出现一11.8 kD的特异蛋白条带.此特异蛋白条带可能与形成层休眠期中各阶段的转变调节有关.  相似文献

Morphological changes of pancreatic tissue in young pigs caused by surgical ligation of the main pancreatic duct are described. Nineteen animals from 6 to 7 weeks in age were operated on and necropsied 3 or 6 to 8 weeks later. Twelve pigs developed a pronounced chronic pancreatitis with complete exocrine insufficiency. Of the 7 animals failing to develop ectasia of pancreatic ducts, 2 died due to surgical complications. In addition, 3 pigs were sham-operated and served as controls. In macroscopical studies it was observed that in the pronounced pancreatitis cases the ligated duct was greatly dilated by a clear watery fluid. Only remnants of pale and firm grandular tissues were seen around the ectatic ducts. Microscopically, typical changes of chronic pancreatitis were noted. Complete disappearance of acini was followed by ductular cell proliferations. Glandular tissues were divided into lobuli by fibrotic tissues and fat cells. The wall of the main pancreatic duct was greatly thickened and fibrotic, presenting intensely proliferating ductular cells and round cell infiltrates. Furthermore, enlarged endocrine islets surrounded by connective tissue fibres were seen.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to detect local gloss and surface structure changes of sodium chloride tablets. The changes in surface structure were reflected by gloss variation, which was measured using a diffractive optical element-based gloss-meter (DOG). By scanning a surface area, we constructed a 2-dimensional gloss map that characterized the tablet’s surface structure. The gloss variation results were compared with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images and average surface roughness values that were measured by conventional diamond stylus profilometry. The profilometry data showed a decrease in tablet surface roughness as a function of compression force. In general, a smoother surface contributes to higher average gloss values. The average gloss values for this material, in contrast, showed a decrease as a function of the compression force. The sequence of particle fragmentation and deformation together with crack formation in sodium chloride particles resulted in a loss of gloss for single sodium chloride particles at the tablet surfaces, which could be detected by the DOG. These results were supported by the SEM images. The results show that detailed information regarding tablets’ surface structure changes can be obtained by detection of local gloss variation and average gloss. Published: January 13, 2006  相似文献

Eucommia ulmoides (Eucommiaceae), a traditional Chinese medicinal plant, is often subjected to severe manual peeling of its bark. If the girdled trunk is well protected from desiccation, new bark forms within 1 month. It has been proposed that phytohormones play a key role in this process. Research has been conducted to determine the distribution of endogenous indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and abscisic acid (ABA) during the bark recovery, using high-performance liquid-chromatography (HPLC) and fluoro-immuno-localization techniques. Results showed that, from 2 d after girdling, the IAA content in the recovering bark (RB) increased markedly while that of ABA decreased. The opposite pattern was observed during progressive re-establishment of the tissues. Immuno-localization showed that most of the IAA was located in the RB tissue layers undergoing cell division, dedifferentiation and (re)differentiation, such as xylary rays, immature xylem, phellogen and cambial regions. This study also provides evidence that IAA and ABA are involved in the bark reconstitution.  相似文献

Serum levels of fructosamine were assayed in 57 samples from 23 Norwegian Red Cattle dairy cows in early lactation. The animals were assigned to a 22 factorial feeding experiment. The groups differed in energy and protein supply. All samples were collected before morning feeding. The relationship between fructosamine levels and the plasma concentrations of glucose, acetoacetate, free fatty acids, total cholesterol, lipoproteins, triglycerides, total proteins, progesterone and to weight and energy balance was studied. The overall mean fructosamine level was 1.41 ± 0.20 mmol/1 ranging from 0.92–1.92 mmol/1. Significant relationships were recorded between fructosamine and the concentrations of glucose, acetoacetate, free fatty acids, triglyceride, total cholesterol and energy and weight balance. Free fatty acids and cholesterol showed the best correlation with fructosamine (rs =–0.67 and 0.70, respectively, p < 0.001). The levels of fructosamine increased significantly between 2 and 4 weeks and between 4 and 8 weeks after calving. Animals with a weight gain during 3 weeks prior to fructosamine measurement had higher fructosamine levels than those showing a weight loss (<–7 kg/week) (p < 0.05). The results indicate that serum fructosamine levels in cows may be of interest as an indicator of metabolic status in the early stages of lactation.  相似文献
