Many studies have shown that the ubiq-uitin-proteasome pathway (UPP) for the degradation of short-lived proteins plays a key role in regulating cell cycle progression[1—3]. At least two distinct prote-olytic pathways are required for cell cycle process. 用PCR结合PAGE技术观察111例广州汉族男性DYS19、DYS389Ⅰ/Ⅱ、DYS390等位基因及单体型分布状况。结果显示:广州地区汉族男性DYS19基因座观察到5种等位基因,DYS389Ⅰ观察到4种等位基因,DYS389Ⅱ观察到5种等位基因,DYS390观察到5种等位基因;χ2检验表明上述各等位基因频率分布与其他地区人群存在明显的差异。此外,还观察到72种由上述基因座共同构成的单体型,单体型多样性达0.953。
Abstract: In order to apply a set of useful and high polymorphic Y?STRs in forensic practice and genetic analysis,we performed a population genetic study from Chinese.The allele distributions of the systems DYS19、DYS389Ⅰ/Ⅱ、and DYS390 were investigated in sample of 111 unrelated males from the area of Guangzhou, China.PCR products were detected using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and silver staining.5、4、5、5 alleles were observed in locus DYS19、DYS389Ⅰ、DYS389Ⅱ、DYS390 respectively.Different allele frequency distributions were observed when compared to other population.Haplotype frequency date of 72 different types were obtained. 相似文献

具高效种系嵌合能力的C57BL/6J 小鼠ES细胞系的建立 总被引:10,自引:2,他引:8
采用小鼠原代成纤维细胞作为饲养层,在含1×103单位白血病抑制因子(LIF)的DMEM高糖培养基中,建成了11个C57BL/6J小鼠的ES细胞系,成系率为9.6%。所建的11个ES细胞系中有5个核型正常率大于70%。这些细胞具早期胚胎细胞的特征,呈碱性磷酸酶阳性,具表达0014基因的特性5进行体内分化实验时能发生广泛的分化。通过嵌合体制作实验证明其中3个系具嵌合能力,并从中筛选出具高效种系嵌合能力的MESPU35细胞系,MESPU35细胞的克隆能达到种系传递,经过基因操作的细胞克隆,也保留了高效的嵌合能力。因此,MESPU35细胞可作为制作突变小鼠的有效载体。 相似文献

Illegally paid blood donation was a risk factor for HIV acquisition exclusively in Henan and Hubei Provinces of China,and not in Shanghai.Nucleotide sequences in the gag and env genes of HIV-1 were compared between isolates from Henan and Shanghai regions of China to test whether an expected higher degree of a common source of infections from this unique blood donation transmission risk would be evident as decreased variation among Henan isolates in an exploratory cross-sectional analysis.Among 38 isolates studied,23 of 23(100%)from Henan and 8 of 15(54%)from Shanghai were subtype B.In addition,fewer sequence differences were found in gp41 of subtype B isolates from Henan than from Shanghai isolates.Further studies with additional controls are therefore warranted to confirm the role of the degree of a common source of infections in differences in HIV variation across populations. 相似文献
