本实验在14只麻醉开胸狗心脏上观察了氟碳乳剂与右旋糖酐稀释血液对心肌耗氧量与供应缺血心肌氧量关系的影响。以左室压力-时间指数(SPTI)作为心肌耗氧量的指标,根据冠脉有效侧支血流量(ECF)、PaO_2和 Hb 浓度计算供应缺血心肌的氧量。实验结果表明,低分子右旋糖酐稀释血液后,SPTI 暂时性轻度增加(稀释后30min 时较对照增加7.1±2.7%,P<0.05,稀释后60min 时增加2.8±1.2%,P>0.05),ECF 明显增多(稀释后30min 时较对照增加58.5±6.1%,P<0.01),缺血区边缘心肌氧供需关系未发生明显变化。氟碳乳剂稀释血液后,SPTI 的变化规律与右旋糖酐稀释后相同(稀释后30min 和60min 时分别较对照增加2.5±0.7%和1.9±0.8%)ECF 和 PaO_2升高(稀释后30min 时分别较对照增加53.9±6.7%和93±8.9%),供应缺血心肌的氧量显著增加,缺血区边缘心肌氧供需矛盾明显改善。  相似文献

The aim of the study was to verify whether the infusion of a lipid emulsion causes a rise in vascular pressure related to an imbalance in the production of vasoconstricting and vasodilatating eicosanoids. Segments of umbilical veins were perfused with and without 1.5 μM indomethacin (cyclooxygenase inhibitor) in solutions differing only in their lipid content (control vs. lipid). The lipid-induced higher pressure (p < 0.05) was associated with an inhibition (p < 0.05) in the output of the vasodilatator PGI2, and an increase (p < 0.01) in the production of the vasoconstrictor PGF2. Indomethacin abolished differences in pressure, but produced a rise (p < 0.01) in vascular tone of both the control and lipid-containing solutions by inhibiting PGI2 synthesis. Prostacyclin was the only eicosanoid significantly correlated (p < 0.01) to vascular tone. The lipid emulsion was therefore linked to the inhibition of the conversion of PGH2 to PGI2. The ensuing greater PGH2 availability would result in vivo, in the increased synthesis of vasoconstricting eicosanoids. The lipid-containing solution produced vasoactive responses similar to those reported with tert-butyl hydroperoxide, suggesting that hydroperoxides contaminating commonly used lipid emulsions could be causing a prostanoid-dependent vasoconstricton.  相似文献

Studies on the batch extraction of lactic acid using an emulsion liquid membrane system are reported. The membrane phase consists of the tertiary amine carrier Alamine 336 and the surfactant Span 80 dissolved in n-heptane/paraffin and aqueous solutions of sodium carbonate in the internal phase. The effects of internal phase reagent, extraction temperature, and initial external phase pH on the extraction efficiency and the emulsion swelling are examined. A statistical factorial experiment on extraction from clarified lactic acid fermentation broth was carried out to obtain knowledge of the performance of the extraction system from a broth. The extraction efficiency from the fermentation broth is found to be lower as compared to aqueous solutions of pure lactic acid. Microcapsules of a water-in-oil-in-water (W/O/W) emulsion, which contained a hydrophilic substance, 1,3,6,8-pyrenetetrasulfonic acid tetrasodium salt (PTSA), in its inner aqueous phase, was prepared by hot-air-drying or freeze-drying the emulsion using a single-droplet-drying method. Pullulan, maltodextrin, or gum arabic was used as a wall material, and the oily phase was tricaprylin, oleic acid, olive oil, or a mixture of tricaprylin and olive oil. An encapsulation efficiency higher than 0.95 was reached except for the microcapsules prepared using gum arabic and oleic acid. The hot-air-dried microcapsules were generally more stable than the freeze-dried microcapsules at 37°C and various relative humidities. The stability was higher for the microcapsules with tricaprylin as the oily phase than for the microcapsules with oleic acid. The higher stability of the microcapsules with tricaprylin would be ascribed to the lower partition coefficient of PTSA to the oily phase. There was a tendency for the stability to be higher at lower relative humidity for both the hot-air- and freeze-dried microcapsules. The volumetric fraction of olive oil in its mixture with tricaprylin did not significantly affect either the encapsulation efficiency or the stability of the hot-air-dried microcapsules.  相似文献

Abstract

The semi-empirical thermodynamic model reported in an earlier paper (Hall et al., 1991) is further developed to describe the zeta potential behaviour of an intravenous fat emulsion in the presence of magnesium and zinc cations. The effect of interfacial protonation is also explored. We have now established that a previously reported formation constant for the calcium interaction is actually a conditional value and together with the new data for zinc and magnesium, overall formation constants are calculated.  相似文献

The concomitant production of formic acid and pterin compounds from guanosine-5′-triphosphate (GTP) has been found in cell-free extracts of Serratia indica. Among the pterin compounds, l-threo-neopterin–the major Crithidia factor in S. indica–, a cyclic phosphate of neopterin (cNP), d-erythro-neopterin and 6-hydroxymethyl pterin were detected and isolated. Formate-14C elimination from GTP-8-14C was quantitatively distributed in the ethyl acetate layer in the ehyl acetate-hydrochloric acid partition system. Carbon 8 of GTP was released as formic acid. Enzymatic production of formate and cNP was linear for 2 hr at 37°C. Formate production was proportional to the enzyme concentration. The optimum pH for formate elimination was observed around pH 8.6. Optimum temperature for the production of formate and cNP was 50°C. The apparent Km value of GTP for formate production was 6.2×10?bm. Formate eliminating activity was activated by disodium phosphate but was inhibited by Mg2+ or AMP. Incorporation of GTP-U-14C into pterin compounds was also regulated with disodium phosphate. Effective incorporation into cNP and d-erythro-neopterin occurred in the presence of phosphate. When phosphate was omitted from the system, however, effective incorporation into 6-hydroxymethyl pterin was observed. The biosynthetic process of the Crithidia factors, i.e. l-threo-neopterin and cNP, from GTP in S. indica is also discussed.  相似文献

Roasted almond volatiles were separated into basic, carbonyl and non-carbonyl fractions. Each fraction was analyzed by combination gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Twenty-five compounds, in addition to eighteen known components, were identified. Many of the components identified were considered to contribute to the overall flavor. 2,5-Dimethyl-4- hydroxy-3(2H)-furanone, which was identified from methanol extract of roasted almond, seemed to make the largest contribution to the sweet aroma of roasted almond.  相似文献

This study examines dispersions of rapeseed oil (RSO) in water by mechanical agitation under conditions mimicking those found in certain antibiotic fermentations; for example, in the presence of air, antifoam, and finely divided CaCO(3) particles. A problem with residual oil has been reported for such fermentations, and it has been suggested that the use of pre-emulsified oil can reduce this problem. Hence, the dispersion of a pre-emulsified oil produced by the "phase inversion temperature (PIT) method" has been evaluated. In both cases, the volume fraction of oil was 2%. For the RSO systems, a relatively high agitation speed was required to disperse the oil, especially in the presence of the particles and, when the agitation was stopped, separation occurred rapidly. The Sauter mean drop diameters depended on the system, being at an average energy dissipation rate of approximately 0.9 W kg(-1), 180 microm for RSO/water, 130 microm for RSO/water(antifoam)/air, 580 microm for RSO/water/CaCO(3), and 850 microm for RSO/water(antifoam)/air/CaCO(3). For the same four systems, the PIT emulsion, once dispersed, was very stable and the drop size was essentially independent of the operating conditions, with a Sauter mean diameter of approximately 0.3 microm. The implications of these findings for fermentations in which oil is used as a carbon source are assessed.  相似文献
