The effects of external electric field: creating non-zero first hyperpolarizability for centrosymmetric benzene and strongly enhancing first hyperpolarizability for non-centrosymmetric edge-modified graphene ribbon H2N-(3,3)ZGNR-NO2

How to generate a non-zero first hyperpolarizability for a centrosymmetric molecule is a challenging question. In this paper, an external (pump) electric field is used to make a centrosymmetric benzene molecule generate a non-zero value of the electric field induced first hyperpolarizability (β ^F ). This comes from the centrosymmetry breaking of electron cloud. Two interesting rules are exhibited. (1) β ^F is anisotropic for different directional fields (F _i, i?=?X, Y, Z). (2) The field dependence of β ^F is a non-monotonic function, and an optimum external electric field causes the maximum value of β ^F . The largest first hyperpolarizability β ^F reaches the considerable level of 3.9?×?10⁵ a.u. under F _Y?=?330?×?10^?4 a.u. for benzene. The external electric field effects on non-centrosymmetric edge-modified graphene ribbon H₂N-(3,3)ZGNR-NO₂ was also studied in this work. The first hyperpolarizability reaches as much as 2.1?×?10⁷ a.u. under F _X?=?600?×?10^?4 a.u. for H₂N-(3,3)ZGNR-NO₂. We show that the external electric field can not only create a non-zero first hyperpolarizability for centrosymmetric molecule, but also remarkably enhance the first hyperpolarizability for a non-centrosymmetric molecule.     

近60年挠力河流域生态系统服务价值时空变化

根据1950-2005年挠力河流域土地利用数据,利用中国陆地生态系统单位面积生态服务价值当量表,对近60年挠力河流域生态系统服务价值的时空变化进行研究.结果表明,自1950年至2005年,挠力河流域生态系统服务价值逐渐减少,由749.84亿元降低至308.82亿元,损失约58.82％;价值空间格局由以高价值区为主导的状态逐渐转化为以低价值区为主导的状态,且价值质心由北向南发生转移;挠力河流域生态系统服务价值的全局自相关指数逐渐减小,高-高自相关类型沿河流主干道逐渐萎缩,且呈现破碎化趋势,低-低自相关类型呈先减少后增加的“V”趋势,呈现不显著连片化趋势.人为垦殖活动是该流域生态系统服务价值时空动态变化的主要驱动因素.     

非损伤微测技术在植物根系生长发育研究中的应用

进出组织和细胞的无机离子的运输对植物生命极为重要。膜片钳和荧光成像等传统方法技术要求高、设备要求先进且测得的数据很难直接用于样品植株上。"非损伤微测技术"因其具有非损伤性、高的时空分辨率的特点,使其可以在不破坏样品的前提下测到样品的生理特征和生命活动规律,测得的数据生理真实性高,可以直接应用于样品植株上。文章较详细地介绍了运用非损伤微测技术,尤其是用于测量离子流的SIET技术和MIFE技术,及其在测量植物根部净离子流量以研究植物根系生长发育的一些报告。     

不同树龄水曲柳半同胞家系生长性状变异研究

为筛选优质的水曲柳种质资源,以吉林省三岔子林业局国家水曲柳良种基地的16年生水曲柳子代测定林75个半同胞家系为材料,分别在第4、11和16年对其树高、地径（胸径）和材积进行测定。方差分析结果表明,不同变异来源各指标均达极显著差异水平（P<0.01）;各指标表型变异系数变化范围为22.20%~63.30%,家系遗传力变化范围为0.796~0.981;相关性分析结果表明各指标间均呈极显著正相关;以材积为评价指标,按10%入选率对家系进行评价选择,初步筛选8个优良家系,入选的家系材积平均值比总平均值高0.007 m³,遗传增益为36.03%;该研究选出的优良家系可为良种登记提供基础,也可为种子园的改建提供材料。     

皮肤细胞复合改性聚乳酸构建组织工程皮肤

目的:探讨以改性聚乳酸为细胞外基质网架构建组织工程皮肤的可行性。方法:采用盐溶法制备机械性能得到部分改进的聚乳酸多孔泡沫网架,向改进的聚乳酸网架接种真皮成纤维细胞和表皮角质形成细胞,以普通聚乳酸支架作为对照,构建组织工程皮肤。体外培养一周,对网架进行形态学观察。主要观察指标:①一般形态观察②组织学观察。结果:复层组织工程皮肤在结构上与正常皮肤相似,具有真皮、表皮双层结构。改性聚乳酸网架上有双层细胞生长,生长的细胞与网架接触,并且在其表面形成较为明显而连续的细胞层。随着培养时间的延长,发生了一系列变化:表皮部分细胞层数逐渐增多,真皮部分细胞也逐渐增多,并向表皮层深入,位于表皮与网架之间。结论:双醛淀粉作为良好的增柔剂在改善聚乳酸网架的机械性能的同时,也具有良好的细胞相容性,不影响细胞的生长增殖和代谢,可以进一步用作组织工程皮肤的支架材料。     

Phenanthroimidazole derivatives act as potent inducer of autophagy by activating DNA damage pathway

A series of imidazo[4,5f][1,10]phenanthroline derivatives (1–6) have been synthesized in this study, and their inhibitory activity was evaluated by MTT assay. Results showed that all of these compounds demonstrate a promising inhibitory activity against a panel of human cancer cell lines. The 6, the most effective compound with IC₅₀ of approximately 2.3 ± 0.1 µM, was against the growth and could induce autophagy of HepG2 cells. This condition was confirmed by abundant autophagic vacuoles appearing in cells and evident ultrastructural changes observed under transmission electron microscopy. The autophage induced by 6 has also been demonstrated by up-regulating LC3-II and Beclin1. The apoptosis and G2/M phase cell cycle arrest through DSB damage have also been confirmed after the HepG2 cells were treated by 6. These multiple effects, especially induction apoptosis and autophagy, indicate the potential of 6 for development as a novel anticancer drug.

九种蝗虫精子发生过程中c-kit蛋白特异性表达比较分析(英文)

c-kit蛋白在昆虫和哺乳动物生殖细胞发育中发挥着重要作用。本研究通过免疫组织化学法和生物统计方法,比较分析了隶属于直翅目蝗总科的9种蝗虫精子发生过程中c-kit蛋白表达差异。结果显示,蝗虫精子发生过程中c-kit蛋白均出现阶段特异性表达,并且在9种蝗虫种间c-kit蛋白表达出现显著差异。
