以田间西安绿茄突变产生的白花茄子筛选出的优良株系和原亲本群体为试材,研究了茄子的花色遗传及其对植株、花朵、果实等相关性状的影响。结果表明,茄子的花色由一对完全显性的基因Col—col控制,紫花对白花完全显性。遗传稳定的紫花株与白花株杂交,F1代表现为紫花,F2代群体的紫花和白花植株呈3:1分离;F1代植株与白花株交配,后代呈1:1分离。白花株系与紫花株系相比,植株生长旺盛,植株高、株幅大,每花的雄蕊数多,花粉粒大、花粉量少,果内种子数少、果实大、产量高。白花变异可直接做栽培资源利用,还可作为育种材料或用做茄子杂交种纯度鉴定的标记性状。 相似文献

Solanum melongena (eggplant) cv. Picentia and the wild species Solanum integrifolium were transformed with both a wild type (wt) and four mutagenized versions of Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) gene Bt43 belonging to the cry3 class. The Bt gene was partly modified in its nucleotide sequence by replacing four target regions (W: +1 to +170; X: +592 to+1057 ; Y: +1203 to +1376; Z: +1376 to +1984) with synthetic fragments obtained by polymerase chain reaction amplification of crude oligonucleotides. The synthetic Bt genes were designed to avoid, in their modified regions, sequences such as ATTTA sequence, polyadenylation sequences and splicing sites, which might destabilize the messenger RNA. Furthermore, the codon usage was improved for a better expression in the plant system. The amino acid composition was not altered. Four versions of the modified Bt gene were obtained, BtE, BtF, BtH and BtI, with a nucleotide subtitution percentage of 8.2, 8.6, 14, and 16%, respectively, in comparison to the wt gene Bt43. Modified versions contained different subsets of substituted regions: BtE - W+Z, BtF - Y+Z, BtH - X+Y+Z, BtI - W+X+Y+Z. In the final modified version (BtI), overall guanine + cytosine was increased from the 34.1% of the wt gene to 45.5%, and most of the destabilizing sequences were eliminated. Transgenic plants obtained with the more modified versions, BtH and BtI, were fully resistant to Leptinotarsa decemlineata Say first- and third- instar larvae, while Bt43 wt, BtE and BtF genotypes did not cause mortality and did not affect larval development. 相似文献

The apparent lack of durability of many resistance (R) genes highlights the need for the constant identification of new genetic sources of resistance for the breeding of new disease‐resistant crop cultivars. To this end, we screened a collection of accessions of eggplant and close relatives for resistance against Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato (Pto) and Xanthomonas euvesicatoria (Xeu), foliar plant pathogens of many solanaceous crops. Both pathogens caused substantial disease on most genotypes of eggplant and its relatives. Promisingly, however, some of the genotypes were fully or partially resistant to either of the pathogens, suggesting the presence of effective resistance determinants in these genotypes. Segregation of resistance to the growth of Xeu following infiltration in F2 progeny from a cross of a resistant and susceptible genotype suggests that resistance to Xeu is inherited as a multigenic trait. With regard to Pto, a mutant strain lacking all 28 functional type III secreted effectors, and a Pseudomonas fluorescens strain expressing a P. syringae type III secretion system (T3SS), both elicit a strong cell death response on most eggplant lines. Several genotypes thus appear to harbour a mechanism for the direct recognition of a component of the T3SS. Therefore, eggplant and its close relatives are promising resources to unravel novel aspects of plant immunity and to identify new candidate R genes that could be employed in other Solanaceae in which Xeu and Pto cause agriculturally relevant diseases. 相似文献

选择耐低温性不同的6份茄子高代自交系幼苗为材料,进行白天10℃/夜间7℃低温处理10d,调查其耐低温性、生长指标(株高、茎粗、鲜重、干重)、生理指标(POD、SOD、APX活性及脯氨酸含量),以探讨低温对茄子幼苗生长过程中的生长和生理指标的影响.结果显示:(1)各材料的上述性状在常温下均差异不显著,而在低温处理下差异极显著;与对照相比较,幼苗株高、茎粗、鲜重和干重下降,而POD、SOD、APX活性及脯氨酸含量上升.(2)各材料指标的升降幅度与其低温耐受性密切相关,耐低温性强的材料生长指标下降幅度较小,而生理指标提高幅度较大,耐低温性弱的材料则表现相反.(3)各指标间相比较,茄子耐低温性与株高、茎粗、干重、POD活性、SOD活性呈显著正相关,与其余性状的相关未达显著水平.研究表明,低温使茄子幼苗的生长受到一定程度的抑制,但耐低温材料能够通过调节自身的保护酶系统活性来减轻低温的伤害,维持植物体的正常生长及生理代谢功能. 相似文献

【目的】紫外线阻断膜可以吸收光线中波长在380 nm以下的紫外光,从而影响昆虫的视觉反应,因此有望用于害虫防控。本研究旨在明确该项措施的可行性。【方法】以日光温室茄子Solanum melongena为作物对象,对紫外线阻断棚和使用普通棚膜的对照棚中3种主要害虫(西花蓟马Frankliniella occidentalis、烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci和桃蚜Myzus persicae)的发生情况进行了比较,分析了紫外线缺失对茄子植株生长和果实品质的影响。【结果】紫外线阻断棚中西花蓟马、烟粉虱和桃蚜的最大发生量均显著低于对照棚(P0.05),分别是对照棚中的44.3%,50.4%和37.5%;与对照棚相比,紫外线阻断棚中茄子株高偏高,但二者差异不显著(P0.05);紫外线阻断棚中茄子产量、果实重量和周长均降低,茄子果实颜色偏浅,果实中维生素C、可溶性糖、可滴定酸、粗脂肪和花青素含量下降(P0.05),Ca,K,Cu和Zn等矿物离子含量上升(P0.05)。【结论】本研究表明紫外线阻断技术可以显著抑制温室茄子上3种主要害虫的种群增长,但对茄子的生长和果实品质有一定影响。今后需要进一步研究该项技术在茄子品种和其他作物中的应用方式。 相似文献

Under greenhouse conditions, three insect growth regulators, buprofezin, flufenoxuron and pyriproxyfen, at field concentrations and other two lower concentrations were evaluated for controlling of root knot nematode, Meloidogyne incognita, infecting eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) cv. Baladi. Generally, the tested pesticides reduced the number of galls, egg masses, females and developmental stages in roots and juveniles in soil compared to untreated check. The percentages of reduction were positively proportional with the respective concentrations. Flufenoxuron at its highest concentration was the most effective pesticide in reducing galls, egg masses, females and developmental stages compared with pyriproxyfen and buprofezin. The percentages of reduction caused by flufenoxuron were 67.80, 69.57, 70.75 and 95.23% for the, respective nematode criteria, while buprofezin at the highest concentration was the most effective in reducing number of hatched juveniles in soil followed by flufenoxuron and pyriproxyfen. Data showed that the length and fresh and dry weights of root and shoot of egg plant were increased with the lowest concentrations than the highest ones. 相似文献
