对蒙古口蘑干燥子实体研磨后,用磷酸盐缓冲液浸提,得到蒙古口蘑子实体的凝集素粗提物。对其性质进行分析表明,蒙古口蘑子实体凝集素对牛血和羊血都能凝集,且对羊血的凝集作用较强;D-果糖、β-葡萄糖、半乳糖和木糖对蒙古口蘑子实体凝集素均具有抑制作用;弱酸或弱碱性浸提液有利于凝集素的提取;蒙古口蘑子实体凝集素具有一定的热稳定性,直到70℃以后凝集红细胞的活力才丧失;凝集素的凝集活性对Ca2+、Mg2+、Mn2+和Fe3+这4种离子有不同程度的依赖。 相似文献

Peanut plants (Arachis hypogaea L.) are known to absorb Ca, P and S through the fruiting organs, but information on Zn uptake pattern is lacking. Therefore, a green-house experiment was conducted to study the uptake and translocation of Zn when applied in the rooting and fruiting zones of peanut plants. To locate the pathway and distribution of radioactive Zn, autoradiographs of plants were also taken.Zinc uptake data and autoradiographs indicated that a substantial amount of65Zn was absorbed through the fruiting organs (auxillary system). Of the total65Zn in the whole plant, 55.2 per cent was absorbed through roots and remaining 44.8 per cent through fruiting organs. Zinc was translocated to all the plant parts regardless of its absorption through roots or fruiting organs. 研究了镁对蜜环菌生长的影响, 蜜环菌对于镁的耐性和富集规律, 以及高浓度镁胁迫下蜜环菌的抗氧化酶的变化情况。3?15 g/L的Mg浓度对于蜜环菌菌体的生长有促进作用。Mg浓度19 g/L以上时, 蜜环菌菌体的生长受到抑制。蜜环菌的子实体形成和子实体生物量在Mg的浓度为11 g/L以下时不受影响, 超过11 g/L则子实体不能萌发。皮壳状菌丝和菌索中Mg的含量随培养基中Mg浓度的增大而增大, 培养基Mg浓度达到16 g/L后, 菌丝、菌索中Mg的含量都不再上升。子实体对Mg的富集量比菌丝体小的多, 在培养基Mg浓度在9、10 g/L时, 子实体中Mg的含量与对照组有显著差异。随着培养基中Mg浓度的提高, 菌丝和菌索POD、CAT、SOD活性都有增加, 而且菌丝与菌索之间抗氧化酶活力的差异随着培养基中Mg浓度的提高而增大。 相似文献

Fruit use by the Japanese black bear (Ursus thibetanus japonicus) and seed clumping in bear scat were studied in central Japan using fecal analyses. Between May and November 2003 and 2004,
the life form and fruit size of plants consumed by bears and the species composition and intactness of seeds contained in
scat were examined in five transects (approximately 10 km × 10 m) in broad-leaved deciduous forests. In 2003, scats with seeds
were found only in the autumn, when fruiting trees and shrubs were abundant. In 2004, scats with seeds occurred intermittently
from the summer, when fruiting plants were rare, up to the autumn. Yearly and seasonal variation in fruit use reflects the
opportunistic foraging behavior of Japanese black bears. Seven of the nine plant species detected in scats had medium-sized
fruits (6–15 mm width), whereas the other two species had relatively large fruits (20–100 mm width). In total, 14,492 seeds
were detected, of which 97.6% were intact; the remainder were damaged. Intact seeds of one or two species were found in each
scat. The number of intact seeds per scat ranged from 1 to 5476. Japanese black bears seldom digest ingested seeds, thereby
contributing to the seed dispersal of their food plants, including species with fruits that are too large to be swallowed

Bacterial cells are spatiotemporally highly organised with proteins localising dynamically to distinct subcellular regions. Motility in the rod-shaped Myxococcus xanthus cells represents an example of signal-induced spatiotemporal regulation of cell polarity. M. xanthus cells move across surfaces with defined front–rear polarity; occasionally, they invert polarity and, in parallel, reverse direction of movement. The polarity module establishes front–rear polarity between reversals and consists of the Ras-like GTPase MglA and its cognate GEF and GAP, that all localise asymmetrically to the cell poles. The Frz chemosensory system constitutes the polarity inversion module and interfaces with the proteins of the polarity module, thereby triggering their polar repositioning. As a result, the polarity proteins, over time, toggle between the cell poles causing cells to oscillate irregularly. Here, we review recent progress in how front–rear polarity is established by the polarity module and inverted by the Frz system and highlight open questions for future studies. 相似文献

Mushroom-forming fungi (restricted to basidiomycetous fungi in this review) differentiate by sensing several environmental factors for fruiting body formation. For fruiting body induction, nutrient, temperature and light conditions are critical environmental factors. Higher nitrogen and carbon sources in the media will suppress fruiting body induction in many mushroom-forming fungi, with induction being triggered by lower nitrogen and carbon concentrations. Low temperature or temperature downshift is another critical influencing factor for fruiting body induction in many cultivated mushrooms, such as Flammulina velutipes, Lentinula edodes, and Volvariella volvacea. Fungal response toward starvation and cold involves the production of sexual spores as the next generation. Species like F. velutipes and Coprinopsis cinerea can form fruiting bodies in the dark; however, light accelerates fruiting body induction in some mushroom-forming fungi. Remarkably, fruiting bodies formed in the dark have tiny or no pileus on heads (called dark stipe, pinhead fruiting body, or etiolated stipe). Light is essential for pileus differentiation in many, but not all mushroom species; one exception is Agaricus bisporus. Mushrooms have positive phototropism and negative gravitropism for effective dispersal of spores. Carbon dioxide concentrations also affect fruiting body development; pileus differentiation is suppressed at a high concentration of carbon dioxide. Thus, the pileus differentiation system of mushrooms may allow the most effective diffusion of spores. Full expansion of the pileus is followed by pileus autolysis or senescence. In C. cinerea, pileus autolysis occurs during spore diffusion. Fruiting body senescence, browning of gill, and softening occur after harvesting in several mushroom species. Mycorrhizal fungi were isolated and cultured from rhizomes of mycoheterotrophic Cremastra aphylla (Orchidaceae) plants collected in 3 sites across Japan. In total, 5 Cr. aphylla individuals were collected, and 10 fungal isolates were obtained. Sequence analysis of the internal transcribed spacer regions (ITS) of nuclear ribosomal DNA from the fungal samples revealed that all isolates belonged to the genus Coprinellus in the family Psathyrellaceae. All isolates from each site were of the same phylotype. In total, 3 ITS phylotypes were detected. One of the isolates produced fruiting bodies and was identified as Co. domesticus on the basis of macro- and microscopic characteristics of the basidiomata and ITS sequence data. In this study, the sharing of saprobic Psathyrellaceae fungus by the mycoheterotrophic and leafy Cremastra species was newly confirmed. 相似文献

The water-soluble crude polysaccharides were obtained from the fruiting bodies of cultured Cordyceps militaris by hot water extraction followed by ethanol precipitation. The polysaccharides were successively purified by chromatography on DEAE–cellulose-52 and Sephacryl S-100 HR columns, giving main three polysaccharide fractions termed P50-1, P70-1, and P70-2. Structural features of P70-1 were investigated by a combination of chemical and instrumental analysis, such as partial acid hydrolysis, methylation analysis, periodate oxidation – Smith degradation, GC–MS, 13C NMR, HPAEC-PAD, and FT-IR. The results indicated that P70-1 has a backbone of (1 → 6)-linked β-d-mannopyranosyl residues, which occasionally branches at O-3. The branches were mainly composed of (1 → 4)-linked -d-glucopyranosyl and (1 → 6)-linked β-d-galactopyranosyl residues, and terminated with β-d-galactopyranosyl residues and -d-glucopyranosyl residues. In the in vitro antioxidant assay, P70-1 was found to possess hydroxyl radical-scavenging activity with an IC50 value of 0.548 mg/ml. 相似文献
