1995-2015年武汉城市湖泊景观生态安全格局演化 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
以1995、2005、2015年3期遥感影像为数据源,通过景观指数和GIS空间分析方法研究武汉中心城区湖泊系统景观格局的演化特征,进而构建湖泊景观生态安全评价模型,以揭示武汉中心城区湖泊系统景观生态安全格局演变规律,并探讨其驱动因素。研究结果表明:(1)近20年来武汉中心城区湖泊系统总面积呈现不断下降趋势,1995-2005年以年均2.4%的速率缩减了28.95 km2,2005-2015年以年均1.8%的速率缩减了17.47 km2。(2)研究期湖泊系统的斑块密度、分维数呈现不断降低趋势,这表明武汉中心城区湖泊破碎化程度在不断降低,湖泊形状趋于简化;而连接度呈现不断增加趋势,湖泊分布集聚趋势不断加强,空间结构趋于紧凑集中。(3)武汉城市湖泊系统总体景观生态安全呈现不断恶化趋势,而次级湖泊水系景观生态安全呈现不同的演化特征。城市建成区的迅速扩展、湖泊由农业生产对象转化为可利用发展用地、房地产事业成为支柱产业是湖泊系统遭填占最主要的动力,直接危害了其景观生态安全,而市民环境意识提高引发湖泊保护倡议和实践,对湖泊景观生态安全产生着积极影响。对湖泊景观生态安全格局演变特征及驱动因素的研究,可以为武汉制定行之有效的生态管理政策和环境治理措施提供重要支撑。 相似文献

BACKGROUND: Recurrence or metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is mainly intrahepatic after curative resection, demonstrating that the peritumoral environment is important but often neglected. Programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) in intratumoral liver tissues is a poor prognosis factor whose impact is removed after curative resection. However, PD-L1 expression remains in the peritumoral liver tissues and its distribution and prognostic value are still not clear. METHODS: We assessed the expression of PD-L1 by immunohistochemistry in peritumoral liver tissues from 90 HCC patients who underwent curative hepatectomy. The results were validated in an independent cohort of additional 90 HCC patients. RESULTS: We found PD-L1 positive expression in 31.11% (28/90) of peritumoral tissues. Peritumoral PD-L1 expression was associated with a significantly worse overall survival (OS) (P = .000) and disease-free survival (DFS) (P = .001) compared to the negative expression group. Additionally, peritumoral PD-L1 positivity significantly correlated with vascular invasion and a lower albumin level (≤35 g/L). Univariate and multivariate Cox regression models both revealed peritumoral PD-L1 as an independent prognostic factor for OS (HR = 2.853, P = .002) and DFS (HR = 2.362, P = .003). The prognostic value of PD-L1 positivity was validated in the independent data set. CONCLUSIONS: Our data suggest PD-L1 expression in peritumoral hepatocytes is an independent prognostic factor for OS and DFS. This implies that future anti-cancer therapy should target not only residual tumor cells but also the “soil” for promoting tumor growth. Peritumoral PD-L1 could be a good target for adjuvant therapy after hepatectomy. 相似文献

黄河首曲湿地是黄河下游生态安全的重要屏障.通过实地调查,采用空间序列代替时间序列的方法,研究了黄河首曲湿地自然退化过程中植物多样性的变化,并用对比分析的方法研究了人工排水对植物多样性的影响.结果表明:在黄河首曲湿地自然退化过程中,经沼泽、沼泽化草甸、高寒草甸到草原化草甸,优势种向中生和旱生种演替,丰富度指数和多样性指数逐渐增大,即草原化草甸>高寒草甸>沼泽化草甸>沼泽,而优势度指数却逐渐减小,均匀度指数先降低后增加,植物物种多样性总体上表现为增加的态势.人为排水后,毒杂草在群落中的比例增加,导致丰富度指数和多样性指数增加,均匀度指数和优势度指数略有降低,群落相似性系数逐渐降低,主要是由于人工排水后,生境相对中生化,部分植物在群落内的零星分布导致多样性指数和丰富度指数增加,而均匀度指数下降.人工排水虽然增加了群落内的植物多样性,但增加的植物多为毒杂草,从而使湿地向杂草型退化方向演替. 相似文献

From the first case of COVID‐19 confirmed in Wuhan, the capital of Hubei Province, China, in early December 2019, it has been found in more than 160 countries and caused over 11,000 deaths as of March 20, 2020. Wuhan, as the city where the epidemic first broke out, has made great sacrifices to block the possible transmission. In this research, we estimate the case fatality rate (CFR) of COVID‐19 and quantify the effect of quarantine strategy utilized in Wuhan by developing an extended Susceptible–Infected–Recovered (SIR) model. The outcomes suggest that the CFR is 4.4% (95% CI [3.6%, 5.2%]) and the effect of the quarantine strategy is 99.3% (95% CI [99.2%, 99.5%]), which implies that such a method can significantly reduce the number of infections. 相似文献

城市水生态承载力能较好反映水资源-水环境-水生态-经济社会复合系统间多要素互馈关系,水生态文明城市建设对城市水生态系统具有多方面影响,对城市水生态承载力在水生态文明城市建设前后的变化进行定量研究具有重要意义。以城市"社会-经济-自然"复合生态理论为指导,充分考虑人类活动与城市水生态系统的响应关系,基于DPSIR框架构建城市水生态承载力评价指标体系,以水生态文明建设试点城市武汉市为例,综合运用熵权法、TOPSIS和障碍度诊断模型等方法,分析2008-2019年武汉市水生态承载力的变化趋势和影响因素。结果表明,水生态文明城市试点建设期间(2015-2017年)的水生态承载力平均水平(0.552)明显高于建设前(0.361)和建设后(0.438),建设成果主要体现在压力和影响指标的改善以及响应指标的大幅度提升上。阻碍武汉市水生态承载力提升的主要指标为生态环境状况指数、建成区绿化覆盖率、农田灌溉亩均用水量、酸雨量和饮用水源地水质达标率。根据评价结果提出水城共生共荣发展模式、引导产业结构转型等提升武汉市水生态承载力的建议。 相似文献

Pathological cardiac hypertrophy, which may lead to heart failure and sudden death, can be affected by multiple factors. In our previous study, we revealed that IKKi deficiency induced cardiac hypertrophy through the activation of the AKT and NF-kB signaling pathway in response to aortic banding (AB). Non-coding RNAs, mainly long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) and microRNAs (miRNAs), play a crucial role in normal developmental and pathological processes. In the present study, microarray analysis results from GEO database were analyzed, and upregulated lncRNAs in cardiac hypertrophy were identified. Of them, lncRNA cytoskeleton regulator RNA (CYTOR) obtained a fold-change of 6.16 and was positively correlated with IKBKE according to the data from The GTEx project. CYTOR knockdown significantly enhanced the inducible effect of AB operation on mice myocardial hypertrophy and Angiotensin II on cardiomyocyte hypertrophy. Moreover, miR-155 was significantly related to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM, |hsa05410) and predicted to target both CYTOR and IKBKE. Luciferase reporter and RIP assays revealed that CYTOR served as a ceRNA for miR-155 to counteract miR-155-mediated repression of IKBKE. Moreover, CYTOR knockdown reduced IKKi protein levels while activated NF-kB signaling pathway, whereas miR-155 inhibition exerted an opposing effect; the effect of CYTOR could be partially attenuated by miR-155 inhibition. Taken together, CYTOR might play a protective role in cardiac hypertrophy through miR-155 and downstream IKKi and NF-κB signaling, most possibly through serving as a ceRNA for miR-155 to counteract miR-155-mediated repression of IKBKE. 相似文献
