2008年5~10月,采用随机捕捉法、扫网法和扣管法相结合,对贵州赤水桫椤自然保护区内的灌丛、竹林、稻田等生境的蜘蛛群落结构进行了调查,共采集蜘蛛标本1937头,隶属于24科81属159种,其中以跳蛛科(38种)、园蛛科(29种)和球蛛科(23种)最多,占总量的56.6%。稻田内结网型蜘蛛数量明显少于竹林和灌丛,而游猎型蜘蛛数量则相对较多,群落稳定性较差;灌丛空间异质性大,蜘蛛数量大、种类丰富,群落稳定性强;竹林生境单一,但受人为干扰较小,地面相对干燥,结网型蜘蛛介于灌丛和稻田之间,游猎型蜘蛛则很少,但均匀度较高。3种生境蜘蛛群落结构为中等不相似,表明植被类型与蜘蛛群落结构密切相关。另外发现5~10月灌丛蜘蛛群落里肖蛸科的西里银鳞蛛Leucauge celebesiana处于优势种地位,具有较大的开发利用潜力。  相似文献

Lion tamarin monkeys are among a small number of primates that repeatedly use a few tree holes for the majority of their sleeping sites. To better understand why lion tamarins rely on tree holes as sleeping sites, we compared the physical characteristics of frequently used sleeping sites, infrequently used sleeping sites, and randomly selected forest locations at multiple spatial scales. From 1990 to 2004, we recorded 5,235 occurrences of sleeping site use by 10 groups of golden lion tamarins (Leontopithecus rosalia) in Poço das Antas Reserve, Rio de Janeiro State, Brazil. Of those, 63.6% were tree holes. Bamboo accounted for an additional 17.5% of observations. Frequently used tree holes were more likely to be found in living trees and their entrances were at lower canopy heights than infrequently used tree holes. We also found that frequently used sleeping sites, in comparison to random sites, were more likely to be found on hillsides, be close to other large trees, have a lower percent of canopy cover, and have larger diameter at breast height. Topography and small‐scale variables were more accurate than were habitat‐level classifications in predicting frequently used sleeping sites. There are ample tree holes available to these lion tamarins but few preferred sites to which they return repeatedly. The lion tamarins find these preferred sites wherever they occur including in mature forest and in relics of older forest embedded in a matrix of secondary forest. Am. J. 为筛选和验证条纹斑竹鲨肝脏中环形RNA(circRNA)及探究其在肝癌细胞HepG2中过表达对肝癌细胞增殖、迁移能力的影响,本研究主要进行了两项实验:对条纹斑竹鲨肝脏circRNA进行高通量测序和预测,随后设计正、反向引物验证其真实性;构建circRNA过表达载体,将其瞬时转染进肝癌细胞HepG2,进行CCK-8和划痕实验来评价其对肝癌细胞增殖和迁移能力的影响。结果显示:预测到有4558条circRNAs,并确认了14条circRNAs的真实性;qRT-PCR实验表明在肝癌细胞HepG2中能瞬时过表达circRNA 13-566、circRNA 4-475、circRNA 5-402、circRNA 294-177、circRNA 30-219;且CCK-8和划痕实验显示,这5条circRNAs过表达后,均能不同程度地抑制肝癌细胞的增殖和迁移能力,其中circRNA 4-475、circRNA 294-177作用尤为显著。上述结果为深入研究条纹斑竹鲨肝脏中circRNA及其在肝再生、肝癌治疗方面的功能提供了新思路和基础。  相似文献

堆肥是实现畜禽粪便处理及资源化利用的有效途径,但传统堆肥过程存在升温脱水效果不佳及氮素损失的问题.本文利用猪粪进行堆肥试验,探讨了堆肥过程中添加不同比例竹炭对堆肥升温脱水及氮素损失的影响.结果表明: 与不添加竹炭的对照相比,添加竹炭处理可以使堆体升温时间缩短24~48 h,脱水率提高13.6%~21.4%,堆肥高温期持续时间延长216~264 h;添加竹炭处理可以增加堆肥铵态氮、硝态氮及总氮含量,使氮素固定率提高28.3%~65.4%.

Livestock grazing and the collection of bamboo shoots are the main threats to giant panda (Ailuropoda melanoleuca) habitat in the Liangshan Mountains in China. It is important to clarify the effect of these disturbances to the giant panda to formulate targeted management policies. Based on species distribution models and daily activity models, we investigated the effects of livestock grazing and bamboo shoot collection on giant pandas from May 2021 to July 2022. Our results indicated the giant panda's suitable habitat in the reserve covered 51.83 km2 (15.02% of the reserve area). Grazing and bamboo shoot collection led to losses of 19.08 km2 and 7.68 km2 of suitable habitat, respectively. Together, the 2 activities resulted in a loss of 28.35 km2 of suitable habitat, which was more than half of the area of panda habitat. The areas of suitable habitat for giant pandas significantly overlapped with the areas affected by both disturbances. Giant pandas did not show significant differences in daily activity rhythms under a single disturbance, but the daily activity rhythms of giant pandas differed when we compared the area combining the 2 disturbances with the undisturbed area. Our study reveals that the anthropogenic disturbances in the reserve have varying effects on the suitable habitat range and daily activity rhythm of giant pandas and evidence of a synergistic effect. Therefore, when formulating relevant conservation policies, it is important to fully evaluate the extent and characteristics of anthropogenic disturbances in shaping the population distribution and habitat preferences of the giant panda and other wildlife to enhance the efficacy of conservation management practices.  相似文献

为揭示2008年汶川地震后大熊猫主食竹拐棍竹无性系种群的天然更新状况及影响因子,研究了3种不同地震干扰强度(强度、中度和对照)生境中拐棍竹的生长和发笋状况.结果表明:在3种生境中,拐棍竹存活笋的基径为中度干扰和对照生境显著大于强度干扰生境,存活笋的高度为对照>中度干扰>强度干扰.其发笋密度在3种生境中无显著差异,但强度和中度干扰生境中的存活笋密度显著大于对照,并且1年生和2年生竹密度与死亡竹密度之间呈极显著正相关.拐棍竹的发笋密度、存活笋密度、1年生、2年生和多年生竹密度之间均呈显著正相关,1年生和2年生竹密度与砾石和滑坡土壤盖度呈显著负相关,存活笋密度与郁闭度之间呈显著负相关.  相似文献

Abstract. Question: The aim of the present study is to determine whether seed/seedling predation will increase and Fagus survival will decline with the recovery of the Sasa cover. Methods: We examined Fagus crenata regeneration for seven years in an old‐growth Fagus‐Sasa forest near Lake Towada, northern Japan, by examining the effects of simultaneous death of Sasa, tree canopy gap formation, mast seeding of Fagus and seed and seedling predation by rodents on the survival of Fagus seeds and current year seedlings. We established four types of sites differing in forest canopy (closed or gap) and Sasa status (dead or alive) following the simultaneous flowering and death of Sasa kurilensis (dwarf bamboo) in 1995. Results: Fallen Fagus seed was abundant in 1997 and 2000 (mast years). In sites with alive Sasa, survival from the first growing season was low due to high seed and seedling predation. In sites with dead Sasa, seed survival under the canopy was high for both mast years, but in gaps it varied between years. Seedling survival was highest in canopy gaps with dead Sasa (gap‐dead) in 1998, because of higher light levels and lower predation by rodents. However, seedling survival in these plots was low in 2001, apparently because rapid Sasa recovery favoured rodent predation. In both mast years, Sasa die‐back had significant positive effects on seed and seedling survival under closed canopies because the seedlings there were more successful in escaping predation. Conclusion: The change in successful sites for the early stage of regeneration of Fagus appears to reflect the combined effects of canopy gap, seed/seedling predation and revegetation of Sasa.  相似文献

土壤是影响浙江双栉蝠蛾发生的重要因子之一,本文通过对浙江双栉蝠蛾发生区土壤分析,明确了影响浙江双栉蝠蛾发生的土壤主要化学性质。发生严重的林分与轻度发生的林分相比,其土壤pH值小,速效K含量低,全N、全P含量高。因此,通过毛竹林地土壤管理及合理施肥可以减轻该虫的危害。  相似文献

以集约和粗放经营的毛竹(Phyllostachys heterocycla ‘Pubescens’)林为研究对象, 探讨了春季毛竹林集约经营后土壤有机碳的变化。结果表明: (1)集约经营后毛竹林0-10和10-20 cm土层土壤总有机碳含量分别下降了7.01%和18.90%, 易氧化碳含量分别下降了31.22%和46.03%, 0-20 cm土层轻组有机质含量下降了19.87%。(2)两种毛竹林的土壤有机碳含量在剖面上整体上均随土层深度的增加而呈下降趋势, 但下降幅度不同。粗放经营的毛竹林土壤易氧化碳的剖面特征与总有机碳相似, 而集约经营的毛竹林存在明显差异。轻组有机质具有表聚性, 主要分布在土壤表层(0-20 cm)。(3)土壤总有机碳、易氧化碳、轻组有机质与土壤养分之间的相关性均达到极显著水平(p < 0.01), 总有机碳与速效磷显著相关(p < 0.05)。(4)集约经营后, 毛竹林0-10 cm土层土壤易氧化碳的碳素有效率和土壤碳库活度分别下降了26.01%和50.52%, 差异显著(p < 0.05); 10-20 cm土层分别下降了35.51%和54.41%。因此, 施加适当配比的有机肥和无机肥, 有利于土壤中各种有机碳的积累, 也可改善土壤的生物化学活性。  相似文献
