云南茶树种质资源的研究进展及发展重点   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
云南是世界茶树的原产地和起源中心,茶树种质资源种类众多,遗传多样性丰富,在茶学研究中占有非常重要的地位。本文总结了60多年来云南茶树种质资源在考察征集、保存保护、鉴定评价与共享利用等方面的研究进展,阐述了云南茶树种质资源研究存在的问题及对今后发展方向的建议。提出今后应加强珍稀濒危茶树种质的收集保存、生态型及遗传多样性的研究和利用、生物技术在优良茶树种质创新的应用、优良基因的发掘和功能研究以及利用平台的构建、物种或种群保护的生物学基础等重点领域的研究。  相似文献

The larvicidal effects of polyphenols of natural crude decomposed alder leaf litter and commercially available tannic acid were experimentally compared with those of two common conventional insecticides (Bacillus thuringiensis ssp. israelensis: microbial insecticide; temephos: organophosphate insecticide). Comparative standard bioassays using third instar larval Aedes aegypti, A. albopictus, Culex pipiens and Coquillettidia richiardii as references indicated that Aedes and Culex taxa are far more sensitive to alder leaf litter than to tannic acid and conventional insecticides. C. richiardii is far more resistant to conventional insecticides than Aedes and Culex taxa, but its sensitivity to tannic acid is close to that of those taxa. Dietary vegetable polyphenols are thus proposed as new, practical, alternative chemicals for mosquito control when conventional insecticides are difficult and costly to be used (e.g., in the management of Aedes and Culex populations in man-made breeding sites and Coquillettidia control strategy).  相似文献

Abstract

Several aroma hops (Humulus lupulus L.) were recently introduced in Northern Italy as a small-scale production of excellence. In this preliminary study, the American cultivar Cascade was investigated in a combined morphological and phytochemical survey. Morphological investigation on trichome structure, density and distribution was performed by scanning electron microscopy and light microscopy. Essential oil composition, α/β-acid and polyphenol profiles over 3 years were determined by GC-MS and HPLC analyses. Two types of non-glandular (simple and cystolithic) and glandular (peltate and bulbous) trichomes were observed on leaves and female inflorescences. The peltate trichomes resulted as the main sites of terpene production and accumulation. The essential oil profiles showed myrcene, β-caryophyllene, (E)-β-farnesene and humulene epoxide II as the dominant compounds over the three collection times, although with different relative abundances. The presence of two exclusive compounds, γ-muurolene and trans-γ-cadinene, characterized the investigated cv. Cascade, potentially enhancing herbal, woody and spicy aroma traits of this cultivation in Northern Italy. The bitter acid composition showed quantitative values consistent with literature data only for the second and third monitoring year. Qualitative differences in polyphenol content were also recorded, for the presence of quercetin-3-O-malonylglucoside and kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside, which may characterize this peculiar Italian cultivation.  相似文献

Abstract

Four types of light emitting diodes (LEDs) were used in three combinations (all blue [BBB], red: blue: far-red [RBFr]=4:1:1 and red: green: blue [RGB]=4:1:1) and seven irradiation cycles (12 h/12 h photoperiod, 1 Hz, 10 Hz, 100 Hz, 1 KHz, 10 KHz and 100 KHz) were applied to examine their effect on growth, stem color and phenolic compounds (homoorientin, orientin, rutin, vitexin and isovitexin) in buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum cv. Great Ruby) sprouts. With a few exceptions, among all the combinations and irradiation cycles of LEDs, the Great Ruby cultivar showed significant differences in total height and dry weight of sprouts. The study revealed that there was a direct effect of different combination and irradiation cycles of LEDs on sprout height and dry weight; and among the combinations, RBFr and BBB had more positive effect than RGB. Increasing irradiation cycles markedly decreased the red color of stalks of F. esculentum cv. Great Ruby sprouts, with no significant effect on leaf color. In sprouts, the rutin content of leaves and stalks was higher at 12 h photoperiod and the amount in leaves was 5–7% higher than that of stalks in all combinations and irradiation cycles of LEDs. Among polyphenols, the rutin content in stalks was 1.45–2.97 mg g?1 dry weight and the maximum amount of rutin was obtained from RGB combination of LEDs. In leaves, higher amounts of homoorientin, orientin and vitexin+isovitexin were obtained from the RGB combination and there were significant differences between RGB and other two combinations of LEDs. On the other hand, in between the irradiation cycles used in the study, there were no significant differences for other polyphenols in leaves and stalks of buckwheat sprouts.  相似文献

Capsicum are among the most extensively cultivated and consumed plant species in the world, because of their unique pungency, aroma and colour. The typical burning sensation caused by chili peppers is due to the occurrence of a group of alkaloids named capsaicinoids. In the present study, the production of solid callus and cell suspensions from hypocotyl explants of three different chili pepper cultivars (Capsicum annuum L. cv. Mazzolino, Capsicum chinense Jacq. cv. Naga Morich and Pimenta de Neyde), was optimised. In addition, C. chinense cv. Naga Morich cell suspensions were supplemented with biotic elicitors (methyl-jasmonate and chitosan) and with precursors and intermediates of capsaicin biosynthesis (vanillin, phenylalanine and valine), and both cells and media were analysed for capsaicinoid, polyphenol, flavonoid contents and for antioxidant activity. This is the first report regarding capsaicinoid elicitation with pure chitosan and with a combination of precursors of both phenylpropanoid and valine pathways. Overall, the highest capsaicinoid levels were detected in cell extracts from cultures treated with 10 μM methyl-jasmonate and with a combination of phenylalanine and valine amino acids (100 μM each). The present results confirm the possibility of using hypocotyl chili pepper cell suspensions to produce high amounts of health beneficial metabolites.  相似文献

Escalation (macroevolutionary increase) or divergence (disparity between relatives) in trait values are two frequent outcomes of the plant‐herbivore arms race. We studied the defences and caterpillars associated with 21 sympatric New Guinean figs. Herbivore generalists were concentrated on hosts with low protease and oxidative activity. The distribution of specialists correlated with phylogeny, protease and trichomes. Additionally, highly specialised Asota moths used alkaloid rich plants. The evolution of proteases was conserved, alkaloid diversity has escalated across the studied species, oxidative activity has escalated within one clade, and trichomes have diverged across the phylogeny. Herbivore specificity correlated with their response to host defences: escalating traits largely affected generalists and divergent traits specialists; but the effect of escalating traits on extreme specialists was positive. In turn, the evolution of defences in Ficus can be driven towards both escalation and divergence in individual traits, in combination providing protection against a broad spectrum of herbivores.  相似文献
