目的体外评价甘草提取物对牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普氏菌、具核梭杆菌和伴放线放线杆菌四种牙周常见致病菌的抑制效果。方法以牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普氏菌、具核梭杆菌和伴放线放线杆菌四种牙周常见致病菌作为供试菌,采用液体稀释法,考察甘草提取物对这四种细菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC);并采用不同浓度的甘草提取物溶液,绘制甘草提取物对四种牙周致病菌的时间-杀菌曲线。结果甘草提取物对牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普氏菌、具核梭杆菌和伴放线放线杆菌的MIC值分别为1.50、1.50、0.75和1.50mg/mL,MBC值分别为6、3、3和3mg/mL。当甘草提取物达到对四种细菌的MBC值时,对于牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普氏菌、伴放线放线杆菌可在2h后可达到杀菌效果,对于具核梭杆菌可在4h后达到杀菌效果。结论甘草提取物对以上四种牙周常见致病菌具有良好的抑菌及杀菌作用。  相似文献

The incidence of infection by Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans, one of the important pathogens in human periodontal diseases, has been reported to be associated with racial background and genetic factors. We attempted to determine the genetic regulation of immune responses to A. actinomycetemcomitans fimbriae, an attachment factor, using various inbred strains of mice. For this purpose, we synthesized an oligopeptide antigen using the amino acid sequence of the fimbriae and conjugated this antigen to branched lysine polymer resin beads. After immunization with the synthetic A. actinomycetemcomitans fimbrial antigen, serum antibody levels and the delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) reaction to the antigen were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and footpad swelling responses, respectively. The strains of mice found to be high-IgG responders to the antigen were B10.HTT, B10.RIII, B10A (5R) and B10.S (9R). These results indicate that mice with Eβs: Eαk, Eβr: Eαr and Eβb: Eαk respond strongly to the synthetic peptide. All of the high-IgG responders showed a high DTH response. A cell transfer experiment confirmed that CD4 T cells mediated with a DTH response to the synthetic peptide. Thus, the results of this study demonstrate that the immune responses to A. actinomycetemcomitans fimbriae are genetically controlled.  相似文献

目的:研究不同颌间牵引固定方案治疗单纯髁状突骨折的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:选取2010年1月到2015年1月我院收治的单纯髁状突骨折患者50例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为A组和B组,A组给予牵引钉植入牵引固定方案治疗,B组给予牙弓夹板行颌间牵引固定方案治疗,比较两组操作时间、术后最大开口度、五个时间点软垢指数(DI)、牙龈指数(GI)以及社区牙周需要治疗指数(CPITN),并比较两组临床疗效。结果:A组操作时间显著短于B组(P0.05);术后最大开口度和颞下颌关节情况无显著差异(P0.05);A组第2次、3次、4次以及5次的DI、GI和CPITN均显著优于B组(P0.05);两组面型偏斜、咀嚼良好、咬合关系、关节弹性、开口偏斜以及关节牙痛比较均无显著差异(P0.05)。结论:牵引钉植入与牙弓夹板颌间牵引固定均可以较好改善患者骨折情况,但牵引钉植入术对患者伤害小,操作时间短,术后患者软垢和牙龈情况均较好。  相似文献

Summary Nervous elements in the periodontal ligament and dental pulp of rat incisors were investigated by means of immunohistochemistry for neurofilament protein (NFP) and glia-specific S-100 protein. The periodontal ligament in the incisors was densely innervated by NFP-immunoreactive nerve fibers; the distribution of the nerve fibers and their terminations differed markedly from those in molars. NFP-positive, thick nerve bundles entered the lingual periodontal ligament through slits located in the mid-region of the alveolar socket, and immediately formed numerous Ruffini-like corpuscles. In the labial periodontal ligament, all of the NFP-immunoreactive nerve fibers terminated in free endings. The restricted location of the stretch receptor, Ruffini-like corpuscle, in the lingual periodontal ligament appears to be an essential element, because this region is regularly extended during mastication. The nervous elements were restricted to the alveolar half of the periodontal ligament in every region; they avoided the dental half of the periodontal ligament, which presumably moves continuously with the tooth. Pulpal nerve fibers in incisors also showed a characteristic distribution different from those in molars; individual nerve fibers with beaded structures ran in the center of the pulp toward the incisai edge, and did not form the subodontoblastic nerve plexus of Raschkow.Immunostaining for S-100 protein revealed a distribution pattern of nervous elements similar to that for NFP, suggesting that the nerves supplying the periodontal ligament and dental pulp were mostly covered by a Schwann sheath.  相似文献

The dental remains of ten adult chimpanzees from Gombe National Park, Tanzania, were examined for enamel attrition, caries, abscesses, periodontal disease, and tooth loss. Age was the underlying factor in the development of dental pathology, in that enamel wear was present to some extent in all ten but was uniformly severe only in the three for whom estimated age at death was 39-43 years. In turn, enamel wear appears to have been the direct cause of abscess development, periodontal disease, and tooth loss. Periodontal disease was commonly expressed as alveolar resorption, particularly around the premolars and molars. This involvement was variable in all except the two youngest. Some interesting wear patterns were evident in the form of deep grooves in the upper incisors and dramatic notching of the lower canines. These patterns, and enamel attrition in general, were attributed to normal mastication and to various stripping activities. Only one carious lesion was observed, in a male with an estimated age of 26 years. An accurate assessment of the actual prevalence of caries was obscured by enamel wear and tooth loss in the older individuals.  相似文献

Coumarins are a group of heterocyclic compounds naturally present in a large variety of plant families. Nevertheless, oxyprenylated coumarins have been only recently seen as valuable and promising biologically active phytochemicals. In this study, we synthesized three naturally occurring O-prenylcoumarins (1), (2), and (3), and evaluated their antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties in view of their therapeutic potential against periodontal disease. The three O-prenylcoumarins were synthesized using well-known schemes leading to the chromen-2-one nucleus. The periodontal pathogen Porphyromonas gingivalis was found to be highly susceptible to all three O-prenylcoumarins with minimal inhibitory concentration values in the range of 12.5–25 mg/ml; the non-prenylated forms of the coumarins did not show any activity. The antibacterial activity of (1), (2), and (3) appeared to result from its ability to permeate the cell membrane. Using the U937-3xkB-LUC human monocytic cell line, compounds (2) and (3) dose-dependently inhibited lipopolysaccharide-induced NF-kB activation, while (1) did not. The non-prenylated forms of the coumarins were either inactive or much less potent. In conclusion, O-prenylcoumarins (2) and (3) by exhibiting a dual mode of action including antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activities may represent promising targeted therapeutic agents for localized treatment of periodontal diseases.  相似文献

目的:探讨牙周夹板联合正畸治疗对牙周炎所致前牙扇形移位患者咀嚼功能和龈沟液中前列素E2(PGE2)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(s ICAM-1)、p2l活化激酶5(PAK5)的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法,将我院2018年2月~2020年2月间接收的93例牙周炎所致前牙扇形移位患者分为对照组(46例,牙周基础治疗、牙周夹板治疗)和研究组(47例,牙周基础治疗、牙周夹板治疗联合正畸治疗),观察两组疗效,对比两组治疗前后的牙周情况,咀嚼功能、美观度,龈沟液PGE2、s ICAM-1、PAK5水平。结果:研究组的临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后牙周菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊深度(PD)、牙龈指数(GI)、附着丧失(AL)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后探诊出血率、前牙咬合低于对照组,咀嚼功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后牙周袋深度、前牙覆盖度、牙槽骨高度低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后龈沟液PGE2、s ICAM-1、PAK5水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:牙周夹板联合正畸治疗可有效恢复牙周炎所致前牙扇形移位患者牙周功能和咀嚼功能,且美观效果好,还可减轻对龈沟液PGE2、s ICAM-1、PAK5水平的影响。  相似文献

摘要 目的:观察牙周基础治疗和牙周再生术联合正畸治疗对广泛型侵袭性牙周炎合并牙槽骨缺损患者的临床疗效及对血清炎症因子和牙龈沟细菌微生态的影响。方法:分析我院2017年8月~2018年8月期间接收的83例广泛型侵袭性牙周炎合并牙槽骨缺损患者的临床资料。根据治疗方式的不同将患者分为A组(40例,牙周基础治疗和牙周再生术治疗)和B组(43例,牙周基础治疗和牙周再生术联合正畸治疗)。观察两组疗效、血清炎症因子、牙龈沟细菌微生态、牙周指标及牙槽骨密度、牙槽骨缺损高度。结果:B组的临床总有效率高于A组(P<0.05)。B组治疗结束后龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、临床附着丧失(AL)、牙菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)低于A组(P<0.05)。B组治疗结束后牙槽骨缺损高度低于A组,牙槽骨密度高于A组(P<0.05)。B组治疗结束后血清白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平低于A组(P<0.05)。B组治疗结束后杆菌、球菌、丝状菌、弯曲菌检出率低于A组,梭状菌、螺旋体检出率高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:广泛型侵袭性牙周炎合并牙槽骨缺损患者采用牙周再生术、牙周基础治疗联合正畸治疗,疗效显著,可有效改善牙周状况及牙槽骨缺损情况,降低血清炎症因子水平,但该联合治疗方案会对口腔的细菌微生态产生破坏作用。因此,在接受该方案治疗时,应注意口腔清洁,尽量减轻对牙龈沟细菌微生态的影响。  相似文献

摘要:目的 探讨不同浓度臭氧水对4种牙周致病菌的体外抑菌效果。方法 采用定量悬液法,分别用1.02 ppm、2.03 ppm和3.88 ppm三种浓度臭氧水,0 ppm无臭氧水溶液(阴性对照组)及3%双氧水(阳性对照组),对常见的4种牙周致病菌牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas gingivalis)、具核梭杆菌(Fusobacterium nucleatum)、中间普氏菌(Prevotella intermedia)和黏性放线菌(Actinomyces viscosus)分别作用30 s、60 s后,观察不同作用时间下3种不同浓度臭氧水的抑菌效果。结果 对P. gingivalis、F. nucleatum、P. intermedia和A. viscosus作用30 s和60 s,与阴性对照组比较,1.02 ppm、2.03 ppm和3.88 ppm三种浓度臭氧水均具有明显的抑菌效果,3.88 ppm臭氧水与3%双氧水对4种细菌作用60 s的抑菌效果相同。 结论 实验所用的3种不同浓度臭氧水对牙周致病菌P. gingivalis、F. nucleatum、P. intermedia和A. viscosus均有抑菌作用,浓度越高,抑菌效果越好,臭氧水应用于牙龈牙周疾病临床防治有一定的价值和可行性。  相似文献

One strategy evolved by teeth to avoid irreversible damage is to move and deform under the loads incurred during mastication. A key component in this regard is the periodontal ligament (PDL). The role of the bone underlying the PDL is less well defined. We study the interplay between the PDL and the underlying alveolar bone when loaded in the minipig. Using an Instron loading device we confirmed that the force-displacement curves of the molars and premolars of relatively fresh minipig intact mandibles are similar to those obtained for humans and other animals. We then used this information to obtain 3D images of the teeth before and after loading the tooth in a microCT such that the load applied is in the third linear part of the force displacement curve. We observed that at many locations there is a complimentary topography of the cementum and alveolar bone surface, strongly suggesting an active interplay between the tooth and the bone during mastication. We also observed that the loaded tooth does not come into direct contact with the underlying bone surface. A highly compressed layer of PDL is present between the tooth and the bone. The structure of the bone in the upper furcation region has a unique appearance with little obvious microstructure, abundant pores that have a large size range and at many locations the bone at the PDL interface has a needle-like shape. We conclude that there is a close interaction between the tooth, the PDL and the underlying alveolar bone during mastication. The highly compressed PDL layer that separates the tooth from the bone may fulfill a key shock absorbing function.  相似文献
