不同育秧方式和插植密度下晚籼稻群体动态结构存在差异。旱育秧群体分蘖速度快,分蘖能力强。稀植可促进个体分蘖多发、有效穗数增多,但旱育稀植并无分蘖早发的优势。旱育稀植使主茎基部叶片变短而上部叶片变长,生育后期叶面积消长平稳,地上部干物质积累较多。旱育秧、稀植都使主茎叶总数增多,全生育期延长。  相似文献

本试验研究了红穗醋栗色素的理化性质,结果表明:红穗醋栗色素热稳定性很好,而光照对其有一定的降解作用。pH值对该色素影响明显,宜在酸性食品中应用。几种金属离子Na~ 、Ca~(2 )、Al~(3 )、Zn~(2 )。Cu~(2 )对该色素的色泽没有影响;而Fe~(3 )、Sn~(2 )则有不良影响。食品中常含的几种添加物葡萄糖、蔗糖、淀粉和抗坏血酸对该色素无不良影响。红穗醋栗色素对Na_2SO_3的还原性耐性较强,对H_2O_2的耐氧化性很差。防腐剂苯甲酸钠对该色素也有一定的不良影响。  相似文献

扩展青霉PF868变株发酵液经硫酸铵盐析和Sephadex-G-200及Sepharose4B柱层析纯化,获得纯化倍数为32.4的酶粉.该酶分子量为23442Dal.酶学特性表明:该酶的最适作用温度为32℃,50℃保温30min仍保留50%酶活性,最适pH为9.0,作用pH稳定范围在7.0—10.0之间.Ca~(2+)Mg~(2+)对酶有激活作用.Fe~(2+)、Cu~(2+)和Mn~(2+)对酶活力有抑制作用.  相似文献

从龙胆科滇黄芩属植物滇黄芩(Veratrilla baillonii Franch)中分离得到两个新的酮二糖甙,经~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR,FAB-MS,MS,2D NMR,UV,IR等物理方法和化学反应,推定为:2,3,4,7-四甲氧基酮-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖(6←1)-β-D-木糖甙(1)和7-羟基-2,3,4-三甲氧基酮-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖(6←1)-β-D-木糖甙(2),分别命名为:滇黄芩甙A和滇黄芩甙B。  相似文献

在自然风晾条件下,研究了不同植物器官的相对含水量、水势及比水容之间的相互关系。结果表明:植物叶片阻止体内蒸腾失水的能力大小顺序依次为:花生(Arrachishypogaea)>甘薯(Ipomoeabatatas)>大豆(Glycinemax)>玉米(Zeamays),各植物茎的保水能力相差不大;甘薯的茎、叶在风晾4h后仍未永久凋萎,其他植物的茎、叶在风晾1~3h就出现永久凋萎;花生、甘薯、大豆和玉米叶片风晚3~4h后,其水势的下降幅度分别为:1.00,1.30,1.80和2.70mPa,花生、甘薯、大豆茎的水势下降幅度分别为:1.95,1.40和1.30mPa;植物茎、叶的水势与其相对含水量具有较好的对数关系;植株茎、叶的比水客值范围在0.0258~0.6835mPa-1之间,叶片的比水容大于茎的比水容。因此,植物的水容特征表明不同植物茎、叶的保水、释水能力不同,因而其耐旱、抗旱性不同。玉米和大豆的耐旱性小于花生、甘薯的耐旱性。  相似文献

Summary Malignant features in three glioma cell lines were studied in four defined media of various complexity. The cell lines D37MG, D54MG, and GaMG were able to grow in monolayer culture in all media examined, and as multicellular tumor spheroids in the two most nutrient-rich media. In the defined media, none of the cell lines were able to migrate in a migration assay on poly-D-lysine-coated plastic surfaces. Flow cytometric analysis of the GaMG cell line demonstrated no medium-dependent selection of subclones of glioma cells in spheroids cultured for 30 d. Morphological diversity of spheroids varied according to the supplementation of the media. The capacity of glioma cells to invade cellular rat brain aggregates was intact in the media examined. However, glioma migration was severely inhibited by the lack of specific serum components. This study demonstrates that glioma growth and invasion was heterogenously preserved in the defined media used. Depending on the assay to be used in the study of glioma cell behavior, the degree of medium supplementation has to be considered.  相似文献

Summary An undifferentiated subset of cells within the stromal cell population of bone marrow in postnatal mammals retains the capacity to differentiate along osteogenic, adipogenic, fibroblastic, and chondrogenic lines. These cells, which are referred to as mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), can be maintainedin vitro and expanded in number through a process of subculturing. MSCs are maintained in culture in medium supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS). It is believed that certain, as yet unidentified, serum components play critical roles in the attachment and proliferation of MSCs. Commercially available FBS is poorly characterized and may vary in composition and quality from lot to lot. This study describes a method for the selection of lots of FBS that best support maintenance of the undifferentiated state, mitotic expansion of MSCsin vitro, and retention of multilineage developmental potential in response to appropriate cues.  相似文献

ABSTRACT. Planktonic sarcodines, suspended in the water column, are conveniently grouped into three categories based on functional morphology: (1) gymnamoebae and their relatives, which lack major living or nonliving compartmentalizing barriers, (2) foraminifera, and testate amoebae enclosed by a test or shell with one or more major openings, but lacking extensive cytoplasmic compartmentalizing barriers, and (3) radiolaria, which exhibit distinct compartmentalization of the cytoplasm into functional zones. Differences in feeding strategies and trophic activity of members in the three groups reflect in part these differences in functional morphology. Members of all three groups form symbiotic associations with Monera and protists, including algae, thus partially offsetting interspecific trophic competition among species occupying the same water mass. Physiological and morphological adaptations supporting a symbiotic association are presented. C14-labeling studies of endosymbiotic radiolarian species show a substantial contribution of carbon to the host. Rates of calcification (planktonic foraminfera) and silica deposition (radiolaria) are reported, based on morphometric analyses and isotopic labeling studies. Major distributional patterns in space and time for each of the three groups, and some ecological principles explaining these regularities, are presented as related to population growth dynamics, niche differentiation, water-mass properties, and the role of symbionts in supporting highly diverse communities of species within the same locale in the water column.  相似文献
