High percentages of micro-calli and micro-derived embryos were produced from isolated asparagus microspores at late uninucleate stage on MS liquid medium supplemented with 1.0 mg l–1 2,4-D and 0.5 mg l–1 BA. Two types of calli, namely compact callus (CC) and loose callus (LC), were found. Plantlets were regenerated via organogenesis, when these calli were transferred onto MS solid medium supplemented with 1.0 mg l–1 BA and 0.2 mg l–1 IBA 6 weeks. Embryos were produced from liquid cultured microspores, or from solid cultured micro-calli. The frequencies of haploid plant production from organogenesis and embryogenesis were compared. Effects of plant growth regulators on callus production, plantlet regeneration, and haploid plant production were tested. The combination of BA 1.0 mg l–1 and IBA 0.2 mg l–1 resulted the highest precentage of haploid plant production (7.7% from CC, 4.3% from LC).Abbreviations 2,4-D 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid - IBA 3-indolybutyric acid - BA 6-binzyladinine - NAA naphtalene acetic acid - MS Murashige and Skoog  相似文献

Molecular recognition between 4aS/R-galanthamine diastereoisomers (1: 4aS-galanthamine; 2: 4aR-galanthamine) and -cyclodextrin (-CD) were studied by use of docking and molecular dynamics (MD) simulation approaches. The binding energy of constructed 2···-CD complexes is ~17 kcal mol–1 lower than that of 1···-CD, implying a stronger binding ability of 2 with -CD than that of 1. The theoretical modeling result is consistent with our previous CZE result, which demonstrated that -CD is an efficient chiral additive for separating 1 and 2. The modeling result also indicates that both hydrophobic interaction and H-bond force may work as major factors for molecular recognition between the galanthamine diastereoisomers and -CD. 纯胶粒浸提液、胶粒与壤土混合的浸提液中重金属含量分析表明,纯胶粒浸提液中Zn含量最高,其次为Pb,而Cd与Cu最少;与纯胶粒浸提液相比,胶粒与壤土混合的浸提液中Zn含量显著降低.紫外吸收光谱图显示,胶粒粒径越小,浸提液中有机物越复杂.用4种不同粒径胶粒的浸提液对2种草坪植物种子浸种处理后进行培养,研究了草坪植物的生长效应.结果表明,胶粒浸提液浸种对2种草坪植物的种子萌发率影响不大,但对株高产生不同的影响.对黑麦草而言,以2~4 mm胶粒浸提液浸种的株高为最高,1~2和4~6 mm胶粒浸提液浸种株高与之差异较大,分别降低1.52和1.32 cm,但均与对照无显著差异.对于高羊茅,以粒径1~2 mm胶粒浸提液浸种的株高为最低,比对照降低了18.76%,其它处理间无明显差异.浸提液浸种对黑麦草地下生物量有明显的抑制作用,但对根长生长有促进作用.胶粒浸提液浸种对2种草坪植物的地上生物量无明显影响.从胶粒浸提液的物质释放及其浸种对草坪植物生长的影响来看,废胶粒可用于运动场草坪的基质组配.  相似文献

The effects of different concentrations of Cd on growth of maize (Zea mays L.) and metal uptake were investigated. Cd accumulations in roots and shoots and the interactions among other metals (Mn, Fe, Cu and Zn) were analyzed using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The concentrations of cadmium chloride (CdCl(2).2.5H2O) used ranged from 10(-4) M to 10(-6) M. Cd had stimulatory effects during the first 5 days on root length of Nongda No. 108 at 10(-6) M and 10(-5) M Cd concentrations. Seedlings exposed to 10(-4) M Cd solution exhibited substantial growth reduction, and root growth even stopped. Root growth of Liyu No. 6 was stimulated at concentrations of 10(-5) M and 10(-6) M Cd during the entire experiment (15 days). Cadmium inhibited root growth of Liyu No. 6 at 10(-4) M Cd after 10 days of treatment. The Cd accumulation in roots and shoots of the two cultivars increased significantly (P < 0.05) with increasing Cd concentration and duration of treatment. Cadmium concentrated mainly in the roots, and small amounts were transferred to shoots. The proportion of Cd in the roots of Nongda No. 108 decreased with increases in Cd concentrations and duration of treatment, except for the group exposed to 10(-4) M Cd. In Liyu No. 6, the proportion of Cd in the root decreased progressively with an increase in Cd concentrations. Liyu No. 6 has a greater ability to remove Cd from solution and accumulate it when compared with Nongda No. 108. Liyu No. 6 can be considered a Cd-hyperaccumulator, according to the current accepted shoot concentration that defines hyperaccumulation as 0.01% (w/w) for cadmium. This cultivar, producing many roots and a high biomass and with great ability to accumulate Cd can play an important role in the treatment of soils stressed by Cd.  相似文献

记录了采自天津的1新种郑氏金羽蛾Agdistis zhengi sp.nov. (图1 -3)。该种分布于天津,与直钩金羽蛾A.uncirectangula Hao & Li(图4)相似,但可以通过以下特征与后者区别:爪形突的左侧一支端部近圆形深凹,两侧顶端尖,均向外侧弯曲;抱器背臂整体看起来象鹅的头部;阳茎基环两叶,小而不明显;囊形突大,近环带状,末端圆;第8腹板末端突起的形状和位置与后者不一致等。文中给出了新种成虫图,以及雌雄外生殖器特征图。模式标本保存在南开大学生命科学学院昆虫标本室。 新种以著名昆虫学家郑哲民教授的姓氏命名。  相似文献

In order to further understand the coordination chemistry of diazamesocyclic systems, a series of mononuclear NiII complexes with 1,4-diazacycloheptane (DACH) functionalized by additional imidazole or pyridine donor pendants, including [NiL1](ClO4)2 · H2O (1), [NiL1Cl](ClO4) (2), [NiL2Cl](ClO4) · CH3OH (3), [NiL2Cl][NiL2](ClO4)3 (4) and [NiL3](ClO4)2 (5), where L1 = 1,4-bis(N-1-methylimidazol-2-yl-methyl)-1,4-diazacycloheptane, L2 = 1,4-bis(pyridyl-2-yl-methyl)-1,4-diazacycloheptane, and L3 = 1,4-bis-(imidazol-4-yl-methyl)-1,4-diazacycloheptane, have been prepared and characterized. A detailed study on the solid structures and solution spectra of these complexes indicates that tetradentate ligands L1, L2 and L3 would lead to new NiII complexes with different coordination environments in the solid states and solution. The N-methyl substituted imidazole functionalized ligand L1 forms green compound 2 and yellow product 1; while the pyridine functionalized ligand L2 affords red product 4 and green complex 3; the ligand L3 results in only one stable mononuclear NiII product 5. The solution behaviors of these interesting compounds were also investigated by UV-Vis technique.  相似文献

Two novel metal-organic hybrid coordination polymers {[Cu(bpo)(chdc)(H2O)](H2O)0.5}n (1) and [Pb(chdc)(H2O)]n (2) have been synthesized under different conditions and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction technique, where H2chdc refers to a flexible 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid ligand and bpo is 2,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole. Complex 1 has a two-dimensional (2-D) grid-like [11.28 × 13.63 Å2] framework in which the CuII centers are extended via bidentate bridging ligands bpo and e,e-trans-chdc along two directions, exhibiting large porous cavities. Coordination polymer 2 represents the first PbII complex of H2chdc in which the larger PbII centers are connected by e,a-cis-chdc anions to afford a 2-D close-knit structure.  相似文献
