NO—样松驰因子在大鼠止血带休克中的作用

为探讨NO-样松驰因子(NO-LRF)在休克中的效应及其病理生理意义,本工作在大鼠止血带休克(ToS)模型上发现离体灌流的主动脉环对去甲肾上腺素的反应性降低,组织cGMP含量增加。用NO前体L-精氨酸(L-Arg)或NO合成阻断剂L-NNA,可溶性乌苷酸环化酶抑制剂亚甲蓝灌流,分别增强或减轻ToS动物主动脉的上述变化,而且这些药物的作用不受血管内皮是否存在的影响。实验结果提示非内皮细胞源的NO-LRF是引起ToS动物血管低反应性的因素之一。体内实验表明 L-Arg治疗缓解,而L-NNA恶化ToS病程,提示NO-LRF可能参与机体的适应保护机制。     

囟土白蚁蚁后卵巢管数量、蚁巢体积与蚁群中各蚁型数量的相关性

囟土白蚁Odontotermes fontanellus Kemner是安徽为害林木、水库堤坝的主要蚁种.研究结果表明:1.在一定的巢龄范围内,随着蚁后身体增长,卵巢管数量增多,一侧的卵巢管最多可达3726条.2.蚁后体长与工蚁数、兵蚁数、幼蚁数、整巢蚁数之间成幂函数关系.3.卵巢管数与蚁后体长、工蚁数、兵蚁数、幼蚁数、整巢蚁数之间成幂函数关系,4,蚁巢体积(y)与蚁后体长(X₂)、兵蚁数(X₄)、的关系式为:y=6.687e^0.0566X₂+0.6741X₄     

两种品系油菜植株成分与蚜虫种群消长及成蚜翅型的关系

本文研究两种品系油菜植株成分与桃蚜(Myzus persicae(Sulzer))、萝卜蚜(Lipaphis erysimi(Kaltenbach))的种群消长及成蚜翅型的关系.经分析得出如下结果:1.桃蚜种群消长与苏氨酸、赖氨酸、组氨酸、丙氨酸、硬脂酸等含量有关;桃蚜成蚜无翅率与精氨酸、谷氨酸、酪氨酸、异亮氨酸等含量有关.2.萝卜蚜种群消长与苏氨酸、蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、含水量有关;萝卜蚜成蚜无翅率与含水量.亚麻酸.苏氨酸、油酸,天门冬氨酸、丝氯酸、亚油酸等含量有关.     

Pollen-specific expression of theArabidopsis thaliana α1-tubulin promoter assayed by β-glucuronidase,chloramphenicol acetyltransferase and diphtheria toxin reporter genespromoter assayed by β-glucuronidase,chloramphenicol acetyltransferase and diphtheria toxin reporter genes

We have characterized the promoter specificity of theArabidopsis thaliana α₁-tubulin (α ₁-tub) gene by studying expression patterns of gene fusions between the 2.2 kbp 5′ upstream region of theα ₁-tub gene and each of three different reporters: chloramphenical acetyltransferase, β-glucuronidase or the diphtheria toxin chain A gene. Analysis of transgenic tobacco andArabidopsis plants carrying the transgene showed that the chloramphenicol acetyltransferase and β-glucuronidase activities were not detected in any vegetative or reproductive organs except mature pollen. Transgenic tobacco plants carrying the diphtheria toxin chain A gene under the control of theα ₁-tub promoter were of normal phenotype but seed fertility was drastically reduced. Furthermore, the transgene could not be transmitted to the next generation through pollen, supporting the observation that theα ₁-tub promoter is active only in pollen. It was observed that the promoter activity was most active in mature pollen and decreased significantly duringin vitro pollen germination, indicating that the promoter is inactive or subdued in germinating pollen. The promoter activity was not affected by various plant growth hormones during pollen maturation.     

青海禽棒恙螨属一新种：蜱螨亚纲：恙螨科

本文记述从朱雀Garpodacus erythrinus(Pallas)体上采到的禽棒恙螨属Ornithogastia Vercammen-Grandjean,1960,一新种,朱雀禽棒恙螨Ornithogastia erythinae sp.nov.标本采自青海省海南藏族自冶州贵南县。     

四川鱼类寄生吸虫一新种：（复殖目：尾孔科）

本文记述了尾孔科吸虫一新种——平睾尾孔吸虫,新种Urotrema parallelorchis sp.nov.。新种采自短身间吸鳅和犁头鳅的肠道。新种的睾丸左右排列而不同于该属的所有已知种。     

寄生云杉树蜂的枝跗瘿蜂一新种(膜翅目:瘿蜂总科:枝跗瘿蜂科)

枝跗瘿蜂科(Ibahidae)是个小科,所有种类均寄生蛀干害虫树蜂科(Siricidae)的幼虫。我国大陆的本科种类由杨忠岐1991年首次作了报道。现记述采自祁连山林区的另1新种。该种寄生于为害青海云杉(Picea crassifolia Kom.)的黄肩长尾树蜂(Xeris spec-trum spectrum)等树蜂的幼虫。新种的模式标本保存于西北林学院天敌昆虫研究室。至此,我国大陆共有本科种类3种,加上台湾的1个种,我国共有4种:     

The effect of 4-week streptozotocin-induced diabetes on responses to endothelin-1 in rat isolated atria

The effect of endothelin-1 has been examined on isolated spontaneously beating right atria and electrically driven left atria from diabetic rats and age-matched controls. Diabetes was induced by a single i.v. injection of streptozotocin (65 mg/kg) 4–5 weeks before the experiments. Endothelin-1 (0.01–100 nM) caused concentration-dependent increases in atrial rate and force; the increases were not different between atria from diabetic and control rats. The ability of endothelin-1 to reduce chronotropic and inotropic responses to noradrenaline was also not different between the two groups. Endothelin-1 (10 nM) decreased the chronotropic response to sympathetic nerve stimulation (2 Hz, 10 s) in atria from control rats by 68 ± 5% (n = 8), but this decrease was slightly smaller (45 ± 6%, N = 8) in atria from diabetic rats.

The results provide no evidence to suggest that the diabetic state markedly alters cardiac responses to endothelin-1.     

绿褶托菇在我国首次发现

本文报道我国蘑菇科Agaricaceae的一个新记录种——绿褶托菇Clarkeinda trachodes (Berk.)Singer,该种所隶属的绿褶托菇属Clarkeinda O. Kuntze现知是个分布于热带亚洲的单型属。     

云南羯布罗香树脂的化学成分

从云南产羯布罗香(Dipterocarpus tubinatus Gaertn. f.)树脂中分离得到6个三萜化合物,鉴定为羟基达玛烯酮—Ⅱ(hydroxydammarenone-Ⅱ,达玛烯二醇—Ⅱ(dammarenediol—Ⅱ),白桦脂酸(betulonk acid),亚细亚酸(asiatic acid),3,23-O-异丙叉亚细亚酸(3,23-O-isopropylidene asiatic acid)和崩大碗酸(madasiatic acid)。其中崩大碗酸系首次从龙脑香科树脂中分离得到。
