Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is a subtropic monsoon climate. Plants are various and their blossom period are long. To prevent and cure the respiratory allergic diseases, we made an investigation on the diffusion patterns of airborne allergic pollen grains and spores and their allergization as well in Nanning. Our work paves a way for further similar researches in the south of our country. The relationship between airborne pollen quantity and the climate, the diffution patterns of various pollen grains and the pollen quantity of higher level and lower level are discussed in the present paper.  相似文献

收集了海南岛49个植物采样点约300个样品,用光谱法和化学法测定了植物中大量元素(N、P、K、Ca、Mg)和微量元素(Zn、Cu、Mo、Pb、Cr、Ni、Cd、Fe、As、Hg)的含量。在应用数理统计处理数据的基础上,对海南岛86种植物的化学成分特点及各元素间的相关关系进行了分析和讨论,初步建立海南岛植物元素间的相关方程式,从而可了解元素间含量变化的特征。  相似文献

利用结晶紫测定细胞生长的方法,在96孔板培养的小鼠乳腺癌细胞GR2H6中,建立了胰岛素促细胞生长活力的测定体系。该方法具有灵敏度高,重复性好,操作简便,周期短及便于大量样品分析测试的优点。利用该方法研究了胰岛素B链C端延长与缩短的类似物和胰岛素侧链氨基对胰岛素促生长活性的影响。结果显示,胰岛素B链C端在胰岛素的促生长活性中有重要作用;B链29Lys氨基对促生长活性也有较大贡献。  相似文献

During V(D)J recombination two proteins, RAG1 and RAG2, assemble as a protein-DNA complex with the appropriate DNA targets containing recombination signal sequences (RSSs). The properties of this complex require a fairly elaborate set of protein-protein and protein-DNA contacts. Here we show that a purified derivative of RAG1, without DNA, exists predominantly as a homodimer. A RAG2 derivative alone has monomer, dimer, and larger forms. The coexpressed RAG1 and RAG2 proteins form a mixed tetramer in solution which contains two molecules of each protein. The same tetramer of RAG1 and RAG2 plus one DNA molecule is the form active in cleavage. Additionally, we show that both DNA products following cleavage can still be held together in a stable protein-DNA complex.  相似文献

A distribution‐free two‐sample rank test is proposed for testing for differences between survival distributions in the analysis of biomedical studies in which two groups of subjects are followed over time for a particular outcome, which may recur. This method is motivated by an observational HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) study in which a group of HIV‐seropositive women and a comparable group of HIV‐seronegative women were examined every 6 months for the presence of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), the cervical cancer precursor. Women entered the study serially and were subject to random loss to follow‐up. Only women free of CIN at study entry were followed resulting in left‐truncated survival times. If a woman is found to be CIN infected at a later examination, she is treated and then followed until CIN recurs. The two groups of women were compared at both occurrences of CIN on the basis of rank statistics. For the first occurrence of CIN, survival times since the beginning of the study (based on calendar time) are compared. For a recurrence of CIN, survival times since the first development of CIN are compared. The proposed test statistic for an overall difference between the two groups follows a chi‐square distribution with two degrees of freedom. Simulation results demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed test proposed test statistic, which reduces to the Gehan statistic if each person is followed only to the first failure and there is no serial enrollment.  相似文献

Effects of sodium chloride (NaCl), guanidine hydrochloride (GuHCl), or sucrose on the viscoelasticity of sodium hyaluronate (NaHA) solutions were studied. NaCl and GuHCl decreased both storage and loss moduli, while sucrose increased both moduli. The critical concentration C* was determined as an inflection point in the plot of zero shear specific viscosity vs concentration for NaHA solutions with and without NaCl, GuHCl, or sucrose. It is suggested that sodium ions or guanidinium ions shield the electrostatic repulsion of NaHA molecules, hence reduce the coil dimension, and C* shifted to higher concentrations. However, sucrose enhances the entanglement coupling between NaHA molecules and retards the disentanglement of molecular chains or promotes to create hydrogen bonds, and then C* for NaHA solutions with sucrose shifts to lower concentrations. This is in agreement with the results of light scattering measurements in the presence of 0.2M NaCl. Both the radius of gyration and hydrodynamic radius of NaHA were reduced in dilute solutions by the addition of sucrose, and added sucrose enhances the interaction between NaHA monomer units. In the case of concentrated NaHA solution, such interactions result to increase the storage and loss moduli because of the enhancement of temporary network formation. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
