根据14丘稻田稻茎毛眼水蝇幼虫调查资料.对其幼虫分布型进行了分析。结果表明;用I、CAm/m、Iσ四种聚集指标法测定,64.3%的田块呈随机分布.28.4%为均匀分布.7.3%为聚集分布。用Iwao平均拥挤度和Taylor幂法则测定.其田间分布型符合随机分布。用频次拟合法测验,50%的田块同时符合渡松、奈曼和负二项分布三种分布型;35.7%的田块同时符合2种分布型。根据该虫田间分布型的特点.制定了相应的序贯抽样技术。 相似文献

重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)和人单核细胞趋化激活因子(MCAF)融合蛋白经SephadexG-75和CM-SepharoseFF两步柱层析,获得了电泳纯的GM-CSF/MCAF融合蛋白。为进一步研究其结构与功能,我们以纯化的该融合蛋白为抗原免疫家兔制备抗血清。DotELISA和Westernblot试验表明,该抗血清效价高、特异性好,可分别与GM-CSF/MCAF、GM-CSF和MCAF发生反应。 相似文献

Properties of EPSP, evoked in efferent neurons of the parietal associative cortex by stimulation of the cerebellar nuclei, were studied in acute experiments on anesthetized and immobilized cats; intracellular recording was used. The neurons were identified by their antidromic activation after stimulation of the motor cortex, pontinen.n. proprii, or red nucleus. The effects of stimulation of the cerebellar nuclei were of oligo- and polysynaptic nature. The latencies of cerebellofugal EPSP correlated with the latencies of antidromic activation, and correlations were significant both in the cases when the effects of stimulation of separate efferent projections (cortico-cortical, cortico-pontine, or cortico-rubral) and the effects of stimulation of separate cerebellar nuclei were analyzed. Two ruthenium(II) complexes with polypyridyl, Ru(bipy)2(phen)](ClO4)2·H2O (1) and [Ru(bipy)2(Me-phen)](ClO4)2 (2), (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, Me-phen = 5-methyl-1,10-phenanthroline), were synthesized and characterized by IR, MS and NMR spectra. Their structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The strong steric interaction between the polypyridyl ligands was relieved neither by the elongation of the Ru---N bonds nor increase of the N---Ru---N bite angles. The coordination sphere was distorted to relieve the ligand interaction by forming specific angles (δ) between the polypyridyl ligand planes and coordination planes (N---Ru---N), and forming larger twisted angles between the two pyridine rings for each bipy. The bond distances of Ru---N(bipy) and Ru---N(phen) were virtually identical with experimental error, as expected of π back-bonding interactions which statistically involve each of the ligands present in the coordination sphere. 相似文献

We report production of fertile transgenic Indica rice plants by transferring a chimaeric construct consisting of promoter, first exon and intron of maize ubiquitin gene (Ubi-1) and the coding sequences of the bar gene from Streptomyces hygroscopicus to the rice protoplasts through electroporation. In total, 11 plants were regenerated. All of them were fertile and set seeds on maturity. These plants were resistant to high concentration of PPT (400 mg l?1) which was otherwise toxic to the untransformed controls. phytoplankton biomass (interms of chlorophyll-a and particulate organic matter)and primary productivity. During the spring-autmunperiod
of 1995–1996, light generally penetrated onlyinto the upper 15–40 m, with an attenuation coefficientvarying between 0.125
and 0.350 m2122;1. The averagechlorophyll-a (Chl-a) concentrations for the euphoticzone ranged from 0.1 to 1.5 μg l2122;1. Coherentsub-surface Chl-a maxima were formed near the base ofthe euphotic zone only in summer. Production rate variedbetween
247 and 1925 in the spring and between 405 and687 mgC m2122;2 d2122;1 in the summer-autumn period.The average POM concentrations in the euphotic zonevaried regionally and seasonally between 3.8

of POM data,ranged between 7.5 and 9.6, 109 and 165, and 11.2 and16.6, respectively. In the suboxic/anoxic interface,the elemental
ratios change substantially due to anaccumulation of PP cohering to Fe and Mn oxides. Thechemocline boundaries and the distinct
chemicalfeatures of the oxic/anoxic transition layer (the so-called suboxic zone) are all located at specificdensity surfaces;
however, they exhibit remarkablespatial and temporal variations both in their positionand in their magnitude, which permit
the definition of long-term changes in the biochemical properties of theBlack Sea upper layer.

The changes in carpal bone alignment secondary to the aplication of an axial compressive load through the major wrist motor tendons while the wrist is kept in neutral position (isometric loading) have been investigated on 13 fresh cadaver specimens using a biplanar radiographic method of kinematic analysis. The scaphoid, lunate and triquetrum rotate an average of 5.1, 4.2 and 3.8°, respectively, around different ‘screw displacement axes’, all implying flexion, radial deviation and supination. Based on these findings, a new interpretation of the mechanism by which the wrist remains stable under physiologic loads is provided. 相似文献

利用聚合酶链式反应技术,从真养产碱杆菌Alcaligenes eutrophus H16染色体DNA中的主增并克隆了调控聚-β-羧基丁酸生物合成的两个关键酶基因;依赖NADPH的乙酰乙酰CoA还原酶基因和PHB合成酶基因。限制性内切酶图谱和核苷酸序列分析证实了克隆结果,并表明所克隆的基因与国外报道的有很高的同源性。 相似文献
