稻茎毛眼水蝇幼虫田间分布型及抽样技术

根据14丘稻田稻茎毛眼水蝇幼虫调查资料．对其幼虫分布型进行了分析。结果表明;用I、CAm／m、Iσ四种聚集指标法测定,64．3％的田块呈随机分布．28．4%为均匀分布．7．3%为聚集分布。用Iwao平均拥挤度和Taylor幂法则测定．其田间分布型符合随机分布。用频次拟合法测验,50%的田块同时符合渡松、奈曼和负二项分布三种分布型;35．7%的田块同时符合2种分布型。根据该虫田间分布型的特点．制定了相应的序贯抽样技术。     

长果秤锤树保护现状的初步研究

本文从自然环境、种群分布、数量、种群结构、人为破坏、保护及管理等方面分析了湖南石门长果秤锤树的就地保护现状,并从种子繁殖、扦插繁殖、栽培、试管保存及开发利用潜力等方面总结了武汉植物所近年来对长果秤锤树进行迁地保护研究的初步成果,并提出了相应的保护措施。     

重组人GM－CSF／MCAF融合蛋白抗血清的制备与鉴定

重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（ＧＭ－ＣＳＦ）和人单核细胞趋化激活因子（ＭＣＡＦ）融合蛋白经ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－７５和ＣＭ－ＳｅｐｈａｒｏｓｅＦＦ两步柱层析,获得了电泳纯的ＧＭ－ＣＳＦ／ＭＣＡＦ融合蛋白。为进一步研究其结构与功能,我们以纯化的该融合蛋白为抗原免疫家兔制备抗血清。ＤｏｔＥＬＩＳＡ和Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎｂｌｏｔ试验表明,该抗血清效价高、特异性好,可分别与ＧＭ－ＣＳＦ／ＭＣＡＦ、ＧＭ－ＣＳＦ和ＭＣＡＦ发生反应。     

Synaptic effects induced in efferent neurons of the parietal associative cortex of the cat by stimulation of the cerebellar nuclei

Properties of EPSP, evoked in efferent neurons of the parietal associative cortex by stimulation of the cerebellar nuclei, were studied in acute experiments on anesthetized and immobilized cats; intracellular recording was used. The neurons were identified by their antidromic activation after stimulation of the motor cortex, pontinen.n. proprii, or red nucleus. The effects of stimulation of the cerebellar nuclei were of oligo- and polysynaptic nature. The latencies of cerebellofugal EPSP correlated with the latencies of antidromic activation, and correlations were significant both in the cases when the effects of stimulation of separate efferent projections (cortico-cortical, cortico-pontine, or cortico-rubral) and the effects of stimulation of separate cerebellar nuclei were analyzed. The functional role of the efferent systems of the parietal associative cortex and significance of functional parameters of the neurons constituting these systems are discussed.Neirofiziologiya/Neurophysiology, Vol. 27, No. 3, pp. 190–198, May–June, 1995.     

Syntheses, spectra and crystal structures of ruthenium(II) complexes with polypyridyl: [Ru(bipy)2(phen)](ClO4)2 · H2O and [Ru(bipy)2(Me-phen)](ClO4)2

Two ruthenium(II) complexes with polypyridyl, Ru(bipy)₂(phen)](ClO₄)₂·H₂O (1) and [Ru(bipy)₂(Me-phen)](ClO₄)₂ (2), (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, Me-phen = 5-methyl-1,10-phenanthroline), were synthesized and characterized by IR, MS and NMR spectra. Their structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The strong steric interaction between the polypyridyl ligands was relieved neither by the elongation of the Ru---N bonds nor increase of the N---Ru---N bite angles. The coordination sphere was distorted to relieve the ligand interaction by forming specific angles (δ) between the polypyridyl ligand planes and coordination planes (N---Ru---N), and forming larger twisted angles between the two pyridine rings for each bipy. The bond distances of Ru---N(bipy) and Ru---N(phen) were virtually identical with experimental error, as expected of π back-bonding interactions which statistically involve each of the ligands present in the coordination sphere.     

Fertile Transgenic Indica Rice Produced by Expression of Maize Ubiquitin Promoter-bar Chimaeric Gene in the Protoplasts

We report production of fertile transgenic Indica rice plants by transferring a chimaeric construct consisting of promoter, first exon and intron of maize ubiquitin gene (Ubi-1) and the coding sequences of the bar gene from Streptomyces hygroscopicus to the rice protoplasts through electroporation. In total, 11 plants were regenerated. All of them were fertile and set seeds on maturity. These plants were resistant to high concentration of PPT (400 mg l^?1) which was otherwise toxic to the untransformed controls. The gene was inherited to the progenies of the five plants in Mendelian ratio.     

On the production,elemental composition (C,N, P) and distribution of photosynthetic organic matter in the Southern Black Sea

Chemical oceanographic understanding of the southernBlack Sea has been improved by recent measurements ofthe optical transparency, phytoplankton biomass (interms of chlorophyll-a and particulate organic matter)and primary productivity. During the spring-autmunperiod of 1995–1996, light generally penetrated onlyinto the upper 15–40 m, with an attenuation coefficientvarying between 0.125 and 0.350 m^2122;1. The averagechlorophyll-a (Chl-a) concentrations for the euphoticzone ranged from 0.1 to 1.5 μg l^2122;1. Coherentsub-surface Chl-a maxima were formed near the base ofthe euphotic zone only in summer. Production rate variedbetween 247 and 1925 in the spring and between 405 and687 mgC m^2122;2 d^2122;1 in the summer-autumn period.The average POM concentrations in the euphotic zonevaried regionally and seasonally between 3.8 and28.6 μm for POC, 0.5 and 3.1 μm for PON and0.02 and 0.1 μm for PP. Atomic ratios of C/N, C/Pand N/P, derived from the regressions of POM data,ranged between 7.5 and 9.6, 109 and 165, and 11.2 and16.6, respectively. In the suboxic/anoxic interface,the elemental ratios change substantially due to anaccumulation of PP cohering to Fe and Mn oxides. Thechemocline boundaries and the distinct chemicalfeatures of the oxic/anoxic transition layer (the so-called suboxic zone) are all located at specificdensity surfaces; however, they exhibit remarkablespatial and temporal variations both in their positionand in their magnitude, which permit the definition of long-term changes in the biochemical properties of theBlack Sea upper layer. Axial loading induces rotation of the proximal carpal row bones around unique screw-displacement axes

The changes in carpal bone alignment secondary to the aplication of an axial compressive load through the major wrist motor tendons while the wrist is kept in neutral position (isometric loading) have been investigated on 13 fresh cadaver specimens using a biplanar radiographic method of kinematic analysis. The scaphoid, lunate and triquetrum rotate an average of 5.1, 4.2 and 3.8°, respectively, around different ‘screw displacement axes’, all implying flexion, radial deviation and supination. Based on these findings, a new interpretation of the mechanism by which the wrist remains stable under physiologic loads is provided.     

一种模拟昆虫种群动态的改进的变维矩阵模型

提出了一种模拟昆虫种群动态的改进的变维矩阵模型,该模型以发有历期为维数,采用分解与合成的方法变维,并考虑了个体间的发育差异。经模拟检验,模型模拟结果略优于徐汝梅等（1981）变维矩阵模型的结果。     

phbB,phbC基因克隆,序列分析及植物表达载体的构建

利用聚合酶链式反应技术,从真养产碱杆菌Ａｌｃａｌｉｇｅｎｅｓ ｅｕｔｒｏｐｈｕｓ Ｈ１６染色体ＤＮＡ中的主增并克隆了调控聚－β－羧基丁酸生物合成的两个关键酶基因;依赖ＮＡＤＰＨ的乙酰乙酰ＣｏＡ还原酶基因和ＰＨＢ合成酶基因。限制性内切酶图谱和核苷酸序列分析证实了克隆结果,并表明所克隆的基因与国外报道的有很高的同源性。
