目的:建立肾衰康浓缩丸质量控制方法。方法:采用TLC鉴别肾衰康浓缩丸中大黄、丹参;采用HPLC-ELSD对制剂中黄芪甲苷进行含量测定,流动相为乙腈-水(30:70),流速:1 mL/min,柱温:28℃,漂移管温度:42℃,氮气:355kPa。结果:大黄、丹参的TLC鉴别斑点清晰、专属性强;黄芪甲苷在1.0μg-10.0μg之间呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997,n=5),平均回收率为99.81%,RSD为1.73%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法简便准确、专属性强、重现性好,可作为控制肾衰康浓缩丸质量的方法。 相似文献

利用响应面法对乌骨藤Marsdenia tenacissima通光藤苷G的提取工艺进行优化。以通光藤苷G提取率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,选取乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数进行4因素3水平的Box-Behnken中心组合研究,并运用Design Expect 8.0软件对试验参数进行分析,研究各自变量及其交互作用对通光藤苷G提取率的影响。结果显示,通光藤苷G的最佳提取条件为:乙醇溶液浓度80%,料液比1∶20(W/V),提取时间1.5 h,提取2次,在此条件下,通光藤苷G提取率为0.253%。 相似文献

The application of fast atom bombardment- and secondary ion-mass spectrometry to the determination of molecular weights of non-volatile toxins was successfully examined with the use of authentic specimens of paralytic shellfish poisons (saxitoxin, gonyautoxin-1, gonyautoxin-2 and protogonyautoxin-1) and tetrodotoxin.Two non-sulfated toxins, saxitoxin and tetrodotoxin, produced intense pseudomolecular ion peaks in both positive and/or negative ion detection. On the other hand, each of gonyautoxin-1 and -2 and protogonyautoxin-1, all sulfated, gave only small (M + H)+ ion peaks in the positive ion detection whereas exhibiting prominent (M – H)? ion peaks in the negative ion spectrum.The molecular weights thus determined were 299 for saxitoxin, 411 for gonyautoxin-1, 395 for gonyautoxin-2, 475 for protogonyautoxin-1 and 319 for tetrodotoxin, in good accordance with their molecular weights. 相似文献

虫草类药材采用85%乙醇超声提取游离甾醇、采用0.5 mol/L氢氧化钾-乙醇溶液回流提取总甾醇,并用绿色溶剂(乙醇和水)固相萃取法纯化分析溶液。用HPLC-ELSD法测定麦角甾醇、胆甾醇和谷甾醇的含量,色谱柱为Poroshell 120 EC-C18 (100 mm×4.6 mm, 2.7 μm),绿色流动相乙醇-水(89:11),流速为0.5 mL/min,结果表明所建立的分析方法3种甾醇成分在考察的浓度范围内,线性关系好、精密度和准确度高。20批虫草类样品均含结合型甾醇和游离型甾醇;冬虫夏草繁育品与野生品均含3种甾醇,两者含量相当;凉山虫草(野生品)、蛹虫草(培植品)、蝉花(野生品)可检测到麦角甾醇。该方法可有效鉴别冬虫夏草和其他3种虫草产品,为虫草类产品质量评价提升提供了依据。 相似文献

Artemisinin, a sesquiterpene lactone endoperoxide derived from Artemisia annua L., is the most effective antimalarial drug. In an effort to increase the artemisinin production, abscisic acid (ABA) with
different concentrations (1, 10 and 100 μM) was tested by treating A. annua plants. As a result, the artemisinin content in ABA-treated plants was significantly increased. Especially, artemisinin content
in plants treated by 10 μM ABA was 65% higher than that in the control plants, up to an average of 1.84% dry weight. Gene
expression analysis showed that in both the ABA-treated plants and cell suspension cultures, HMGR, FPS, CYP71AV1 and CPR, the important genes in the artemisinin biosynthetic pathway, were significantly induced. While only a slight increase of
ADS expression was observed in ABA-treated plants, no expression of ADS was detected in cell suspension cultures. This study suggests that there is probably a crosstalk between the ABA signaling
pathway and artemisinin biosynthetic pathway and that CYP71AV1, which was induced most significantly, may play a key regulatory role in the artemisinin biosynthetic pathway. 相似文献

研究大花红天素的分离、合成,并对大花红天素的含量进行分析测定。通过东京化成HP-20和硅胶柱色谱进行分离;以2-甲基-3-丁烯-2-醇和溴代四乙酰葡萄糖通过SN2反应合成大花红天素,合成收率为18%;通过HPLC-ELSD对大花红天素的含量进行分析,通过对8种样品的分析,测定大花红景天和红景天饮片中分别含大花红天素2.06%、0.83%,其他样品中未检出大花红天素。作者对大花红天素进行了首次合成并建立了相应的分析测定方法。 相似文献

目的 建立HPLC-ELSD法测定抗宫炎片中盐酸水苏碱的含量.方法采用Lichrospher 5-NH2色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(86∶14),流速1.0 ml/min,柱温30℃;检测器参数:雾化室温度60℃,漂移管温度80℃,载气体积流量1.2 ml/min.结果盐酸水苏碱在2.654~13.270 μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9994,平均回收率为97.7%,RSD=1.9%(n=6).结论 该法简便可行,结果准确可靠,可用于抗宫炎片中盐酸水苏碱的含量测定. 相似文献
