对中国苦苣苔科异片苣苔属、长檐苣苔属和报春苣苔属等3个特有属中3种代表植物的花粉形态进行了光镜和扫描电镜的观察。结果发现这些植物的花粉形状比较一致,均为长球形或近球形,表明花粉形状对苦苣苔科的系统与分类没有太大的参考价值。观察到两种类型的花粉外壁纹饰:细网状纹饰、粗网状纹饰;异片苣苔属具粗网状纹饰,长檐苣苔属和报春苣苔属具细网状纹饰。还讨论了一些花粉外壁纹饰特征在苦苣苔科的系统研究方面的潜在价值。  相似文献

报道了广西石灰岩地区苦苣苔科唇柱苣苔属(Chirita Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don)1新种--假烟叶唇柱苣苔(C.pseudoheterotricha T.J.Zhou.B.Pan & W.B.Xu).该种在叶型上与烟叶唇柱苣苔(C. heterotricha Merr.)较相近,但不同在于根状茎节间长2~8 mm,叶片和叶柄两面密被腺毛,侧脉3~4条,整个花序被开展的腺毛,花萼裂片披针形,花冠裂片长圆形,花丝在中部扭曲,密被紫色腺毛.  相似文献

首次报道了产于广西的苦苣苔科(Gesneriaceae)4属4种植物的染色体数目。其中,(1)单座苣苔属(Metabriggsia):单座苣苔(M.ovalifolia)的染色体数目2n=24;(2)异裂苣苔属(Pseudochirita):异裂苣苔(P.guangxiensis)的染色体数目为2n=28;(3)长蒴苣苔属(Didymocarpus):东南长蒴苣苔(D.hancei)的染色体数目为2n=20;(4)唇柱苣苔属(Chirita):弄岗唇柱苣苔(Ch.longgangensis)的染色体数目为2n=28。4种植物的染色体大多数为小型染色体。  相似文献

描述了中国广西石灰岩地区苦苣苔科(Gesneriaceae)1新种--鹿寨唇柱苣苔(Chirita luzhaiensis Yah Lin,Y.S.Huang & W.B.Xu).该种与桂林唇柱苣苔(Chirita gueilinensis W.T.Wang)相似,但叶面被长柔毛和短柔毛,花药无毛,花丝近基部膝状弯曲,退化雄蕊3枚,无毛,花期12月至次年1月可与后者区别.目前,鹿寨唇柱苣苔仅见于广西鹿寨县中渡镇的两个石灰岩山洞中.  相似文献

紫茎泽兰对五种苦苣苔科植物化感作用的初步研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
紫茎泽兰(Eupatorium adenophorum)为菊科一种入侵性极强的外来杂草, 现已在我国西南部地区蔓延生长, 并侵入多种苦苣苔科植物的生境。中国苦苣苔科植物均已收入《中国物种红色名录》, 其中部分已被列为国家重点保护物种。为了解紫茎泽兰对本土苦苣苔科植物生长的影响, 作者分别采用其根、茎、叶水提液(8%)对3属5种苦苣苔科植物, 即刺齿唇柱苣苔(Chirita spinulosa)、荔波唇柱苣苔(C. liboensis)、烟叶唇柱苣苔(C. heterotricha)、芒毛苣苔(Aeschynanthus acuminatus)和台闽苣苔(Titanotrichum oldhamii)的幼苗进行处理。结果表明, 紫茎泽兰叶水提液对刺齿唇柱苣苔、荔波唇柱苣苔和烟叶唇柱苣苔均有不同程度的化感作用, 其中对刺齿唇柱苣苔的化感作用最为明显, 当叶水提液在培养基中的浓度为2.4%、3.2%和4.0%时, 刺齿唇柱苣苔幼苗的生长完全受到抑制。紫茎泽兰的茎水提液对台闽苣苔有一定程度的化感作用, 当提取液在培养基中的浓度为1.6%时, 对台闽苣苔幼苗生长的抑制效应达到40%。紫茎泽兰叶和茎水提液对芒毛苣苔幼苗生长无明显的化感作用, 紫茎泽兰根水提液对5种苦苣苔科植物也均无显著影响。由此可知, 紫茎泽兰对唇柱苣苔属和台闽苣苔属的植物有一定的化感作用, 而对于芒毛苣苔属无明显的影响。分析结果显示, 紫茎泽兰对岩生苦苣苔科种类要比附生于树上的近缘种化感作用更为明显。  相似文献

首次对后蕊苣苔属(Opithandra)文采后蕊苣苔(O. wentsaii)、龙南后蕊苣苔(O. burttii)和裂檐苣苔(O. pumila)的花粉进行扫描电镜研究。结果表明:三者花粉形状与外壁纹饰差异显著。在前人研究基础上,综合花粉形状及外壁纹饰特征,将后蕊苣苔属花粉分为四大类群:第一大类群包括O. burttiiO. sinohenryiO. primuloidesO. fargesii,该类群花粉近球形,网状纹饰,网脊较宽,宽度不均匀; 第二大类群包括 O. acaulisO. pumila,该类群花粉近球形,网状纹饰不明显,刺密且显著; 第三大类群包括O. dalzieliiO. cinereaO. dinghushanensis,该类群花粉近球形或扁球形,网状纹饰,网脊较窄,宽度均匀; 第四大类群包括O. wentsaiiO. obtusidentata,该类群花粉长椭圆球形,网状纹饰,网脊较窄,宽度均匀。结果与王文采对该属的分类系统不完全一致,对该属分类提出一些建议。  相似文献

作者自1979年承担了中国苦苣苔科志的编写任务以后,整理了唇柱苣苦属Chirita D.Don、长蒴苣苔属Didymocarpus Wall.等属的标本,在此过程中发现了不少新分类群,其中的小花苣苔属Chiritopsis W.T.Wang及圆唇苣苔属Ggrocheilos W.T.Wang已在本刊第3期发表,本文现在发表唇柱苣苔属的新种,并将该属在我国拥有丰富种类的唇柱苣苔组Sect. Gibbosaccus Clarke作出初步分类安排。  相似文献

首次报道了产于云南的苦苣苔科Gesneriaceae2族7属10种植物的染色体数目。其中,1)芒毛苣苔属Aeschynanthus 2种:显苞芒毛苣苔A.bracteatus的染色体数目为2n=32,黄杨叶芒毛苣苔A.buxifolius2个居群的染色体数目不同,金平居群为2n=32,可能为二倍体,屏边居群的染色体数目为2n=64,可能为四倍体。2)吊石苣苔属Lysionotus 1种:吊石苣苔L.pauciflorus为2n=32。3)珊瑚苣苔属Corallodiscus 1种:石胆草 C.flabellatus的染色体数目为2n=40。4)唇柱苣苔属Chirita3种:圆叶唇柱苣苔Ch.dielsii,大叶唇柱苣苔Ch.macrophylla和美丽唇柱苣苔Ch.speciosa的染色体数目均为2n=18。5)半蒴苣苔属Hemiboea 1种:贵州半蒴苣苔H.cavaleriei为2n=32。6)马铃苣苔属Oreocharis 1种:黄马铃苣苔O.aurea为2n=34;7)石蝴蝶属Petrocosmea1种:髯毛胡蝶P.barbata为2n=32。  相似文献

采用扫描电子显微镜对十字花科8属12种植物的花粉形态特征进行了观察分析.其中8种为首次报道.观察结果表明:4族8属12种十字花科植物花粉形态的一般特征为:花粉粒长球形至超长球形;极面观三裂圆形,少数四裂圆形;外壁纹饰为网状或细网状纹饰;三沟,偶四沟.12种植物的花粉可划分为5种类型:(1)花粉粒长球形,网状纹饰,三沟;(2)花粉粒超长球形,网状纹饰,三沟;(3)花粉粒长球形,细网状纹饰,三沟;(4)花粉粒超长球形,细网状纹饰,三沟;(5)花粉粒长球形,三或四沟,网状纹饰.十字花科花粉形态特征在不同族间、不同属间以及同属不同种间均没有明显规律,在十字花科分类过程中,不宜单独以花粉形态特征作为依据.  相似文献

The occurrence of 'normal' 3-hydroxylated anthocyanins in 8 Malaysian species of the Gesneriaceae supports the important chemotaxonomic results for this family. New compounds found in Chirita, Didissandra and Didymocarpus are the 3-arabinosylglucoside-5-glucosides of cyanidin and malidin, pigments which may have some systematic value.  相似文献

该研究在建立贵州省野生苦苣苔科植物名录和地理分布数据库的基础上,对其物种多样性及地理分布格局进行研究。通过文献资料结合实地调查,从物种组成、特有性、水平分布、垂直分布和相似性等方面进行分析,并采用筛除算法确定贵州苦苣苔科植物分布的热点地区。结果表明:(1)贵州省苦苣苔科植物共计2族8亚族28属153种(含种下等级),分布在75个县级行政区,有128/45个中国/贵州特有种,垂直分布以900~1300 m海拔段最为丰富。(2)通过计算省级相似性系数,发现贵州与广西的相似程度最高,最后筛选得到10个热点县,共代表了75%的苦苣苔科植物。(3)贵州省为典型的喀斯特高原山地,苦苣苔科植物种类丰富,尤其是广义马铃苣苔属、广义报春苣苔属、广义石山苣苔属和蛛毛苣苔属等,有着较高的物种多样性和区域特有性。该研究可以为贵州省苦苣苔科植物资源保护和持续利用提供理论参考。  相似文献

Comparative ITS2 sequencing in the plant genus Aeschynanthus(Gesneriaceae) reveals an insertion/deletion (indel) hot spot in the ITS2 sequences that is difficult to align. Examination of other Gesneriaceae sequences shows that this is a widespread phenomenon in this plant family. Minimum free-energy secondary structure analyses localize the hot spot to the terminal part of arm 1. Arm 1 is twice as long in Gesneriaceae than in other asterids. In addition, the pattern of indels is consistent with this secondary structure model. The high variability of the extended terminal part of arm 1 in Gesneriaceae and the fact that it can be deleted altogether imply that it is functionally superfluous. In contrast, the base of arm 1 is relatively conserved and may function as an exonuclease recognition site. This study illustrates how comparative secondary structure analyses can be helpful in fine-scale alignment. Alignment based on secondary structure conflicts with our initial manual alignment and, to a lesser extent, with a CLUSTAL X alignment with default parameters.  相似文献

截至2021年12月31日,中国已知苦苣苔科植物共有805种(含种下等级,下同),隶属于45个属,主要分布在我国西南至华南地区,其中特有种和狭域种十分丰富。由于苦苣苔科大部分种类仅适应于某些特化的微生境,因此极易因自身原因和外界因素的干扰而致危。为更好地了解中国苦苣苔科已知物种的濒危风险,该研究在查阅相关文献且结合最近发表的新分类群中关于濒危等级评估的相关内容,辅以近年来实地调查掌握的第一手资料,对中国苦苣苔科已知物种的濒危等级进行了统计分析和重新评估。同时,依托中国野生植物保护协会苦苣苔专业委员会、广西植物研究所国家苦苣苔科种质资源库和中国苦苣苔科植物保育中心平台,首次创新了从新种发现和发表到濒危状况评估、即时启动保育和园艺新品种培育同步进行的物种保护新模式。分析结果表明,有必要提高政府相关部门对苦苣苔科植物多样性保护的重视程度。因此,建议:(1)进一步加强对中国苦苣苔科植物种质资源保护紧迫性的认识;(2)针对濒危的尤其是被评估为极危(CR)和濒危(EN)的类群开展“抢救性”保护、迁地与就地保护和野外回归;(3)积极开展新品种培育等方面的研究。以上结果和建议是将来苦苣苔科植物多样性保...  相似文献

The systematic position and generic differentiation of the morphologically and geographically outstanding tribe Epithemateae (Gesneriaceae) was analyzed using the rbcL/atpB-spacer and trnL-F intron-spacer regions of chloroplast DNA. In our analysis Epithemateae forms a strongly supported monophyletic clade (bootstrap [BS] = 100%; jackknife [JK] = 100%; decay index [DI] = 12) and appears as sister to the rest of the paleotropical Gesneriaceae (= subfamily Cyrtandroideae). The paleotropical Gesneriaceae form a monophyletic group (BS = 88%; JK = 85%; DI = 3) that is sister to the neotropical Gesneriaceae (subfamily Gesnerioideae) plus Austral Gesneriaceae (subfamily Coronantheroideae) (BS = 99%; JK = 98%; DI = 10). Within Epithemateae Rhynchoglossum is sister to the remaining Epithemateae (BS = 97%; JK = 96%; DI = 12), in which Epithema is sister to a clade of two genera: Loxonia/Stauranthera (BS = 68%; JK = 64%; DI = 1), which form, together with Epithema, a sister clade (BS = 85%; JK = 83%; DI = 2) to Whytockia and Monophyllaea. While the support for Loxonia and Stauranthera is moderate, the relationship of Whytockia and Monophyllaea is very strongly supported (BS = 100%; JK = 100%; DI = 13). Apart from the somewhat surprising (but well-substantiated) isolated position of Rhynchoglossum, the results are in perfect accordance with the relationships worked out earlier on grounds of architectural and floral characters. Especially remarkable is the predicted coherence between the morphologically and geographically different genera Whytockia and Monophyllaea.  相似文献

The family Gesneriaceae comprises ca. 150 genera and 3000 species, distributed in the tropics around the world. It is constituted of herbs, lianas, or shrubs, frequently with ornamental potential, due to the beauty of their flowers. Some species have been used in traditional medicine, mainly against fever, cough, colds, snakebite, pains, and infectious and inflammatory diseases. Although Gesneriaceae are a large family, only few species were chemically investigated, and this took place mainly in the last decade. In the present work, chemical and pharmacological studies on Gesneriaceae are reviewed based on original articles published. Altogether 300 compounds have been reported in Gesneriaceae species, including flavonoids, terpenes and steroids, phenolic glucosides, simple phenolics, quinones, lignans, xanthones, and compounds with unusual skeletons. Several species had been used in folk medicine, and some constituents have shown biological activities, such as antimicrobial, anti‐inflamatory, antioxidant, and antitumor properties.  相似文献

在最新分类系统框架下对长蒴苣苔亚科(Didymocarpoideae)的染色体资料进行了详细的整理和分析,结果表明,长蒴苣苔亚科的细胞学研究仍存在不足,尤其在种级水平上的研究不足25%,且存在一些属的染色体数据空白的现象。在新的分类系统下,一些修订后的属染色体数目表现出一致性或更加具有合理性,但也存在一些属的染色体数目变异仍十分复杂,如汉克苣苔属(Henckelia)和长蒴苣苔属(Didymocarpus)。基于已有的染色体数据,对长蒴苣苔亚科内一些重要属的染色体进化模式及其对物种分化的影响进行了探讨,推测染色体数目的多倍化及非整倍化进化可能对各类群的物种分化具有重要作用,但需要今后利用基于DNA探针的荧光原位杂交技术并结合分子系统学和基因组学研究才能深入地解析染色体的进化模式及其对物种分化的影响。  相似文献
