播种时间对棉田害虫和天敌种群的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过对3种不同时间播种的棉田内害虫、天敌系统调查,分析和比较了播种时间对棉田害虫、天敌种群和群落的影响。结果表明,播种期推后,可减轻或避免第二代棉铃虫的为害,加重第三代和第四代棉铃虫的为害;但不同播种日期对不同时期的棉蚜影响不同,苗蚜以迟播棉田内种群数量最高,伏蚜则以夏播棉田内种群数量最高。播种期的推后,不利于棉田捕食性瓢虫、蝽类、蜘蛛和寄生性天敌种群增长。棉田害虫和天敌群落多样性指数也随播种期的推后而下降.因此.应针对不同时间播种的棉田开展相应的害虫生态管理。  相似文献

通过对棉田动物群落动态及天敌与害虫种群之间关系的系统研究,得出:l)棉田生物多样性指数越大,群落稳定性越高;2)龟纹瓢虫与棉蚜种群数量之间极相关,草间小黑株与棉蚜种群之间有相关关系,棉蚜及龟纹瓢虫种群增长为指数增长;3)棉蚜及其多种天敌在水平分布上均为聚集格局;4)棉蚜、龟纹瓢虫及草间小黑蛛在垂直分布上均为聚集格局,龟纹瓢虫对棉蚜聚集场所具有追随跟踪攻击作用.  相似文献

转Cry1Ac+CpTI基因棉对棉田害虫及其天敌种群动态的影响   总被引:11,自引:1,他引:10  
002年在河北省南皮县对转Cry1Ac+CpTI基因棉(SGK321)棉田害虫及其天敌种群动态的研究结果表明,SGK321棉田及其亲本对照棉(石远321)棉田的害虫和捕食性天敌的种类基本相同,但数量差异较大。但在5月23日至9月16日的24次调查中,SGK321棉田的5 种主要害虫棉铃虫、棉蚜、绿盲蝽、棉粉虱、小绿叶蝉的总数量分别较其亲本石远321棉田降低89.5%、64.5%、21.8%、15.6%和33.7%。SGK321棉田龟纹瓢虫和中华草蛉的种群总数量分别比石远321棉田增高34.0%和9.1%,但异色瓢虫、小花蝽、异须盲蝽、蚜茧蜂和蜘蛛类的种群数量分别降低28.6%、6.5%、43.1%、44.7%和14.0%。主要害虫和天敌种群动态的监测表明,棉蚜、小绿叶蝉和棉粉虱的发生高峰期分别为7月中下旬,8月下旬至9月中旬,8月下旬至9月上、中旬。在三者的高峰期内,SGK321棉田的种群数量基本上低于对照田。龟纹瓢虫的发生高峰期为7月上旬到8月上、中旬,且SGK321棉田的种群数量高于对照田。研究表明, SGK321在对棉铃虫具有很好抗性的同时,对棉蚜、棉粉虱、绿盲蝽、小绿叶蝉等非靶标害虫的发生也有一定的抑制作用;SGK321棉田龟纹瓢虫和中华草蛉的种群数量增加,其他主要天敌的数量则有所降低,表明SGK321对某些天敌种类的种群动态存在不利影响。  相似文献

2002年4~10月,在北京西北旺中国农科院实验园区系统研究了单价转基因棉GK321(CryIAc)和双价转基因棉SGK321CryIAc+CpTI)对棉田主要害虫及其天敌种群动态的影响。试验设三种处理:单价转基因棉田(单价棉田)、双价转基因棉田(双价棉田)和常规对照棉(石远321)田(常规棉田)。在棉花的整个生育期系统调查棉田主要害虫及其天敌的种群数量。结果表明,单、双价棉田棉铃虫的发生数量都显著低于常规棉田;双价棉抗虫性在棉铃虫第2代发生期和单价棉无差异,但第3代发生期双价棉田内棉铃虫幼虫百株累计量比单价棉田减少了36.6%,抗虫性明显优于单价转基因棉。两种转基因棉田内非靶标害虫的发生量明显高于对照棉田的发生量,每种非靶标害虫在双价棉田和单价棉田发生数量多少因种类而异。双价棉田和单价棉田相比,棉蚜、棉叶蝉和棉粉虱的累计发生数量分别减少了33.0%、50.6%和22.7%,前两种差异极显著,后一种差异不显著;棉蓟马和绿盲蝽分别增加了208.9%和18.4%,前者差异显著,后者差异不显著。大多数天敌(包括捕食性和寄生性)在转基因棉田内发生数量显著低于常规棉田的发生数量。双价棉田内的龟纹瓢虫、棉蚜茧蜂和卵形异绒螨比单价棉田分别减少30.4%、42.8%和46.8%,差异均显著;草蛉卵和蜘蛛比单价棉田分别减少20.0%和27.4%,但差异不显著;双价棉田内的中华草蛉和小花蝽分别比单价棉田增加了27.0%和8.9%,前者差异显著,后者差异不显著。所以,单、双价转基因棉相比,对不同天敌的影响差异较大。  相似文献

分析比较了化学防治对8种不同类型棉田害虫、捕食性天敌群落多样性的影响。研究结果表明,化学防治对棉田害虫、捕食性天敌群落的多样性指数、均匀性指数、丰富度及个体数的变化有较大的影响,尤其对捕食性天敌群落的影响显著。但这种作用依不同类型棉田或棉花不同生育阶段而异:化学防治对套作棉田害虫、捕食性天敌群落的影响较小,而对单作棉田和豆间棉棉田害虫、捕食性天敌群落的影响较大;晚播棉田害虫与捕食性天敌群落较早播棉田受化学防治的影响更大;化学防治对免耕棉田害虫、天敌群落的影响更大,非免耕棉田害虫、捕食性天敌群落受其干扰较小;春套棉边害虫、捕食性天敌群落与其它棉田类型相比,受化学防治的影响较少;棉花害虫在棉花生育前期对化学防治较棉花生育后期敏感,而捕食性天敌在棉花整个生育期均对化学防治敏感。  相似文献

【目的】近年来,我国长江流域和黄河流域棉花面积锐减,种植区域向滨海盐碱地或干旱地转移。研究盐碱旱地转基因棉田与非转基因棉田昆虫群落差异,可为盐碱旱地对转基因棉田生物影响和盐碱旱地转基因棉田害虫防治提供理论指导。【方法】在山东东营和河北枣强盐碱干旱地转Bt基因棉田分别设置常规施药田和非施药田,进行了系统的田间昆虫种群消长动态的调查和统计分析。【结果】中轻度盐碱旱地种植转基因棉花对靶标害虫棉铃虫具有较好的控制作用;与非转基因棉花相比,对其他非靶标害虫棉蚜、烟粉虱和盲蝽及自然天敌龟纹瓢虫、草间小黑蛛种群数量无显著影响,草蛉种群数量在转基因棉田低于非转基因棉田;喷施化学农药对棉铃虫幼虫和棉蚜的防治作用较好,对烟粉虱和盲蝽的防治效果年度间和试验点间有差异,对龟纹瓢虫的杀伤力较大,对草间小黑蛛和草蛉未见明显影响。【结论】盐碱旱地对棉田不同的害虫和天敌影响不同,且转基因棉田与非转基因棉田昆虫群落结构与对照棉田无显著差异。  相似文献

【目的】棉蚜Aphis gossypii是新疆棉田的主要害虫,近来的研究多集中于南疆棉区,较少关注北疆棉田在新种植模式下的天敌种群数量发生规律。本文研究了北疆棉田棉蚜的优势种捕食性昆虫数量发生规律。【方法】对五家渠地区棉田中棉蚜及其4种主要捕食性天敌昆虫(2种瓢虫和2种草蛉)的种群数量进行了持续2年的跟踪调查。【结果】不同种捕食性天敌昆虫对棉蚜种群数量变化具有不同的响应,具体表现为:七星瓢虫Cocinella septempunctata数量随蚜虫数量增大而显著增大,多异瓢虫Hippodamia verigata和普通草蛉Chrysopa carnea随蚜虫数量增大而逐渐增大,而大草蛉Ch.septempunctata种群数量与棉蚜数量无关;连续2年的大田调查均发现,这4种捕食性昆虫种群数量在7月底有一高峰,而且七星瓢虫和大草蛉数量大于多异瓢虫和普通草蛉。【结论】七星瓢虫和大草龄是北疆五家渠地区棉田棉蚜的优势天敌。  相似文献

本文以能量为统一单位,以生理学时间为尺度,建立了计算世代重叠的棉蚜种群能流参数模型,分析和比较了不同播种时间、间套作、免耕和化学防治处理的棉田生态系统中棉蚜种群的生产力、摄入量及生态学效率。结果表明:(1)棉蚜种群能量生产的98%来自于伏蚜时期,而苗蚜与秋蚜不足2%;(2)播种期推后,苗蚜种群生产力、摄入量减少,而伏蚜、秋蚜的生产力、摄入量增加;套间作,使苗蚜、秋蚜种群生产力、摄入量减少,伏蚜种群的生产力、摄入量增加;(3)化学防治对棉蚜种群生产力、摄入量有一定的作用,其作用强度依农药品种及施药次数而异;(4)各类型棉田棉蚜种群的同化效率与净生态学效率变化幅度较小,而摄入利用效率变化幅度较大。由此进一步探讨了不同类型棉田棉蚜的管理对策。  相似文献

【目的】昆虫多样性作为生物多样性的重要组成部分,在农业生态系统中发挥重要的生物控害与传粉功能。【方法】对山东烟台3种不同防控措施的苹果园,即普通生物防治区、功能植物调控区和化学防控区进行了为期2年(2018-2019)的害虫和天敌种群调查,比较了3种不同生态措施苹果园主要害虫、天敌发生特征。【结果】发现生防区、功能植物区的绣线菊蚜Aphis citricola Vander Goot、金纹细蛾Lithocolletis ringoniella Mats.、苹果全爪螨Panonychus ulmi(Koch)发生数量比化防区都高,而其内的异色瓢虫Harmonia axyridis、中华通草蛉Chrysoperla sinica(Tjeder)、食蚜蝇Syrphidae发生数量明显比化防区高。【结论】功能植物区和生防区的天敌数量均高于化防区,在一定程度上可抑制害虫发生的种群密度;而化防区内进行化学防治控制主要害虫的同时,也对天敌数量产生一定的负影响,其害虫种群数量波动较大,容易暴发成灾。  相似文献

2008—2011年在新疆莎车县调查研究了杏树对棉田主要害虫及自然天敌种群发生的影响。研究表明杏棉间作田主要害虫及天敌种类与棉单作田一致。杏树间作种植模式对棉田牧草盲蝽Lygus pratensis、棉蓟马Thripstabaci和棉长管蚜Acyrthosiphon gossyfii的种群发生有一定影响,不利于其在田间发生;对棉蚜Aphis gossyfii、棉叶螨Tetrangchus urticae影响不大。棉田瓢虫和食虫蝽天敌受间作和棉蚜发生量的双重影响。间作有利于蜘蛛数量的增加。  相似文献

The impacts of planting date and nitrogen fertilization on cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.) photosynthesis and soluble carbohydrate contents in relation to silverleaf whitefly, Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) biotype “B”, populations were examined in field experiments. Cotton planted in late April and early June was treated with 0, 112, 168 and 224 kg/N hectare in soil using urea fertilizer. The mean photosynthetic rate of April-planted cotton was 4%-20% higher than that of June-planted cotton early in the season, but 10%- 18% lower than that of June-planted cotton late in the season. The photosynthetic rates for both planting dates were positively correlated with levels of added nitrogen. While levels of glucose for both planting dates were positively correlated with nitrogen levels, fructose and sucrose levels were not. The mean levels of fructose were up to 40% lower, while that of sucrose were up to 59% higher, in April-planted cotton than in June-planted cotton. Levels of photosynthetic rate or stomatal conductance were not correlated with adult whitefly densities for either planting date. Levels of glucose and fructose were positively correlated with whitefly densities only for June-planted cotton late in the season.  相似文献

麦棉套作棉花根际非根际土壤微生物和土壤养分   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
在麦棉套作栽培模式下,设置不隔根、纱网隔根和塑膜隔根3种麦棉套种方式,研究麦棉套作对棉花根际和非根际土壤微生物数量、活性和土壤养分(全氮、有效磷和速效钾)含量的影响,结果表明:麦棉套作有利于棉花根际与非根际土壤细菌的增殖,盛蕾期不隔根处理棉花根际土壤与非根际土壤细菌数量分别是塑膜隔根处理的2.57和2.81倍.但麦棉套作不利于土壤真菌和放线菌的增殖.细菌在土壤微生物区系中占99.9%.所以,麦棉套作显著提高了棉花土壤微生物数量,同时也增强了微生物活性.麦棉共处期纱网隔根处理棉花土壤全氮、有效磷、速效钾含量显著高于不隔根处理和塑膜隔根处理,证明麦棉套作系统中小麦根系分泌物与脱落物的存在对棉花土壤养分含量的增加有明显的促进作用,即存在种间营养补偿效应.而共处期不隔根处理套作棉土壤养分含量总体上显著低于隔根处理的现象则反映出小麦根系对棉花土壤养分的竞争作用大于其对棉花土壤养分的促进作用.小麦收获后,小麦根系对棉花养分的竞争作用解除,不隔根处理棉花土壤养分含量显著高于塑膜隔根和纱网隔根处理.  相似文献

黄淮棉区棉麦两熟2号主要种植方式(3:2式和3:1式)共生期不同程度遮荫,影响棉苗叶片C、N代谢和可溶性蛋白质含量,过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)累积,与一熟棉相比较,遮荫棉苗的生理代谢能力降低,但3:2式共生期遮荫对棉苗生理代谢及其生长发育的影响与一熟棉差异较小,3:1式共生期遮荫对棉苗的生理代谢影响较大,不利于棉苗生长发育。  相似文献

Field experiments in the subtropical Lower Rio Grande Valley of Texas were conducted to determine the extent of adult boll weevil, Anthonomus grandis grandis Boheman (Coleoptera: Curculionidae), dispersal from cotton, Gossypium hirsutum L., fields during harvest operations and the noncotton-growing ("overwinter") period between 1 September and 1 February. Using unbaited large capacity boll weevil traps placed at intervals extending outward from commercial field edges, boll weevils did not move in substantial numbers during harvest much beyond 30 m, primarily in the direction of prevailing winds. From traps placed in fallow cotton; citrus; lake edge; pasture; treeline; sorghum, Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench, and sugarcane, Saccharum spp., habitats during the overwinter period, the most boll weevils were collected in the fallow cotton fields and adjacent treelines during the fall. However, the greatest abundances of boll weevils were found in citrus orchards in the spring, before newly planted cotton fields began to square. One of the three lake edges also harbored substantial populations in the spring. Egg development in females was not detected between November and April, but in cotton fields most females were gravid between May and August when cotton fruiting bodies were available. Mated females, as determined by discoloration of the spermatheca, made up 80-100% of the female population during November and December but declined to approximately 50% in February. The lower incidence of mating indicates a reduction in physical activity, regardless of overwinter habitat, until percentages increased in March and April after cotton fields had been planted and squares were forming.  相似文献

为探索麦田物种多样性对麦长管蚜Sitobion avenae的生态调控效应,于2007年10月至2008年7月在河北省廊坊市进行田间小区试验,系统调查了豌豆与小麦分别以2∶2,2∶4,2∶6和2∶8比例行间作(分别记作2-2间作、2-4间作、2-6间作和2-8间作)种植模式下麦长管蚜种群数量的时序动态, 同时分析了麦田主要天敌种群数量的时序动态、丰富度、多样性指数及均匀度的变化。结果表明:在麦长管蚜发生高峰期,小麦与豌豆间作麦长管蚜无翅蚜的百株蚜量(平方根转换)极显著低于单作田(P<0.01),其中小麦单作(77.38)>2-2间作(68.62)>2-4间作(68.51)>2-8间作(65.19)>2-6间作(64.94)。尽管不同种植模式下,麦长管蚜主要天敌的动态变化趋势基本一致,但间作处理的优势天敌瓢虫类和蚜茧蜂类均有较高的种群密度,天敌群落的丰富度明显提高,Shannon-Wiener多样性指数增加,但均匀度下降。总之,小麦间作豌豆不仅有效降低了麦长管蚜的种群数量,同时也增加了天敌控制害虫的稳定性和可持续性。  相似文献

【背景】随着转基因作物的大量种植,其环境安全性已成为目前的研究热点,其中转基因作物的荒地生存竞争能力,是其环境安全性评价的重要内容之一。【方法】以2种转双价抗草甘膦抗虫基因(EPSPS+crylAc)棉为试验品种,非转基因棉中棉所49为对照品种,分别于4月底和5月底在荒地用地表撒播和3cm深播2种方式播种,并于4~9月份对棉花存活率、株高、真叶数、茎直径、果枝数、蕾铃数等生长参数进行比较,以检测、评价其荒地竞争能力及杂草化风险。【结果】无论是撒播还是深播,荒地中棉花长势均较弱,表现为生长缓慢、植株矮小、生育期延迟。4月底播种的棉花有极个别植株能够结铃,但铃数极少且小,无成熟的种子;5月底播种的棉花长势更弱,至9月底未见蕾铃。【结论与意义】转基因抗草甘膦抗虫棉在荒地中无竞争优势,不能繁殖传代,无杂草化风险。本研究为转基因棉花环境安全评价技术的完善提供了理论依据。  相似文献

Nitrogen economy in relay intercropping systems of wheat and cotton   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Relay intercropping of wheat and cotton is practiced on a large scale in China. Winter wheat is thereby grown as a food crop from November to June and cotton as a cash crop from April to October. The crops overlap in time, growing as an intercrop, from April till June. High levels of nitrogen are applied. In this study, we analyzed the N-economy of the monocultures of cotton and wheat, and of four relay intercropping systems, differing in number of rows per strip of cotton or wheat. Field experiments were carried out from 2001/02 to 2003/04 in the Yellow River region in China. We quantified the nitrogen uptake and nitrogen use efficiency of wheat and cotton in relay intercropping systems to test if intercrops are more resource use efficient in comparison to monocrops. Nitrogen (N) yields of wheat per unit area in the four intercropping systems were lower than in the monocrop, which ranged from 203 to 288 kg ha−1. The total N-uptake per unit biomass was similar between wheat in mono- and intercrops. On average, the N-yield of cotton per unit area was lower in intercrops than in monocrops, which ranged from 110 to 127 kg ha−1, but the total N-uptake per unit biomass was higher in intercropped cotton, as dry matter production was reduced to a greater extent by intercropping than N-uptake. The N-uptake of cotton was diminished during the intercropping phase, but recovered partially during later growth stages. The physiological nitrogen use efficiency (IE) of wheat was not much affected by intercropping, but it was reduced in cotton, due to delayed flowering and less reproductive growth. Total N-efficiency of the system was assessed by comparing the relative nitrogen yield total (RNT), i.e. the sum of the ratio’s of total N-uptake by a component crop in the intercrop relative to the N-uptake in the monocrop, to the relative yield total. RNT ranged from 1.4 to 1.7, while the relative yield total (RYT) ranged from 1.3 to 1.4, indicating that intercrops used more nitrogen per unit production than monocrops. An analysis of the crop nitrogen balance showed that the nitrogen surplus of sole crops amounted to 220 kg ha−1 for wheat and 140 kg ha−1 for cotton, while in the intercropping systems, the annual N surplus exceeded 400 kg ha−1. Conventional N-management in intercrops thus results in high N-surpluses that pose an environmental risk. The N management could be improved by means of a demand-based rate and timing of N applications.  相似文献

在棉麦两熟双高产条件下研究了棉花根际与非根际土壤酶活性和养分含量的变化.结果表明,套作棉土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、蛋白酶及过氧化氢酶活性随生育进程的变化趋势与单作棉表现一致,但整个生育期套作棉根际与非根际土壤各种酶活性均明显高于单作棉.套作棉根际与非根际土壤养分含量在麦棉共生期低于单作棉或差异较小,而在麦收后则显著高于单作棉.套作棉土壤养分含量随生育进程的变化趋势与单作棉大体相同,但一些养分的吸收高峰晚于单作棉.无论套作棉还是单作棉,根际土壤酶活性和养分含量高于非根际.土壤各养分含量与土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶和蛋白酶活性呈显著(P=0.0,n=32)或极显著(P=0.01,n=32)相关,与土壤过氧化氢酶活性相关不显著.  相似文献
