栗山天牛Massicus raddei (Blessig)是我国东北林区发生面积最大的林业害虫,造成了严重的经济和生态损失.为探索诱杀栗山天牛的有效技术措施,本研究利用自主研发的专用黑光灯对栗山天牛成虫进行了诱杀技术试验研究.结果表明,将黑光灯设置在山脊是诱集栗山天牛的最佳位置;20:00~22:00是引诱的最佳时间;以天牛成虫羽化前期和末期的雄虫略多,而盛期雌虫略多,但差异不显著.诱集到的雌虫的怀卵量前期和盛期平均30粒/头,和处女雌虫无明显差异,表明诱集到的雌虫为卵刚成熟而未产出的发育阶段的成虫,而在羽化末期诱到的雌虫怀卵量不足10粒/头.和普通手电相比,该专用黑光灯的诱集数量是其2.03倍.晴天诱到的成虫数量远多于阴天.用专用黑光灯诱杀栗山天牛成虫效果显著,将在降低该害虫后代的种群数量上发挥重要作用.  相似文献

星天牛(Anoplophora chinensis Forster)是林业上危害性极大的一种蛀干害虫,行为调控是控制星天牛的重要手段。为了研发星天牛成虫植物源诱杀剂,观测了星天牛的取食行为节律,通过Y型嗅觉仪行为生测、笼养法选择趋性试验及林间诱捕试验测定了不同苦楝粗提物对星天牛成虫的引诱效果。结果表明:星天牛成虫在光照及黑暗条件下(光周期15L∶9D)均存在取食行为,且两种条件下的取食量差异不显著(P0.05);在光照条件下,雌成虫取食高峰出现在13:00—14:30,雄成虫无明显的取食高峰期。在室内,索式抽提法所得粗提物对星天牛成虫引诱效果较好,星天牛在经索式抽提法所得粗提物处理的滤纸上的平均停留时间(15.19±2.09 min)显著长于水蒸气蒸馏法所得粗提物(8.94±1.26 min,P0.05);两种粗提物在林间均诱捕到星天牛成虫,其中索式抽提法所得粗提物平均每个诱捕器诱到2.0±0.58头,水蒸蒸馏气法所得粗提物平均每个诱捕器诱到3.0±1.15头,二者差异不显著(P0.05)。  相似文献

通过室内配对饲养和野外观察,本文研究了栗山天牛成虫的取食、交配和产卵行为。结果表明:栗山天牛成虫吸食从栎树树皮受伤处溢出的汁液补充营养。栗山天牛雄成虫比雌成虫更具攻击性,在取食和交配中的雄成虫易发生争斗,交配中的雄成虫攻击性最强。其攻击方式主要是用上颚咬住对手的触角或者足进行拖拽。70%的栗山天牛雄成虫争斗是为了争夺配偶,其次是为了争夺食物资源。栗山天牛成虫完成一次完整的交配经过4个阶段,即:识别、追逐-攀附、抚慰-插入输精-交尾间歇、配后保护。整个交配过程最长可达2 h。试探性插入、插入输精和输精后保护是整个交配过程的重点,持续时间长短不一。雄成虫输入精子的次数与交配持续的时间成正比。雄成虫每次插入输精持续的时间与次数成反比,每次输精间歇时间与次数成正比。雄成虫输入精子之后会再次插入保护,平均持续约1 min。栗山天牛雌成虫产卵于寄主树皮裂缝中。以上研究为了解栗山天牛成虫的行为及其防治提供参考。  相似文献

糖醋酒液可以诱杀多种害虫,是一种传统无公害防治措施。但在植保上应用的糖醋酒液配方中的糖、醋、酒成分及配比却比较混乱,难于重复和推广应用。试验研究诱杀果树主要害虫梨小食心虫Grapholitha molesta(Busck)和苹果小卷叶蛾Adoxophyes orana Fisecher von Rslerstamm的糖醋酒液最佳配比。结果表明,糖醋酒液配比中乙酸∶乙醇∶水为3∶1∶3∶80是较理想配方,调节不同成分比例对诱虫效果会造成不良影响。试验结果还表明,梨小食心虫雌虫比例会随着糖醋酒液诱虫量的增加而减少。诱虫量小于10头/d时雌虫的比例为88.0%,诱虫量大于30头/d时雌虫比例只有56.1%。  相似文献

为有效利用引诱剂监测、防治光肩星天牛,使用引进美国Chem Tica公司开发的光肩星天牛性诱剂和植物源引诱剂,于2014年和2015年在浙江省慈溪市沿海防护林内进行连续2年的林间诱捕试验,验证其对光肩星天牛的诱捕效果。结果表明,性诱剂单独使用时,可有效诱捕雌成虫,每个诱捕器的平均诱捕量为(0.7±0.481)头;植物源引诱剂单独使用时,可有效诱捕到雄成虫,其平均诱捕量为(0.9±0.860)头;2种引诱剂配合使用时,对雌虫和雄虫的诱捕效果与各引诱剂单独使用相比无增效作用。试验中影响引诱剂诱捕效果的主要气象因子为降水量和降水天数的交互作用(χ2=10.00,df=1,P=0.0016),达到一定降水量的降水天数对诱捕效果影响较大。  相似文献

在果园试验评价了从美国引进的4种引诱剂与1种国产引诱剂对桔小实蝇的诱集效果,结果表明国产甲基丁香酚液体制剂(CME)诱捕实蝇成虫数量最大,为493.2头/诱捕器,雌虫率为9.0%,且持效期长达60 d;美国甲基丁香酚固体制剂(MEU)的诱捕实蝇成虫数量次之,为250.2头/诱捕器,雌虫率为0.4%,持效期39 d;醋酸铵+腐胺复合固体制剂(2C)、蛋白颗粒剂(PB)和醋酸铵+腐胺+三甲胺复合固体制剂(3C)3种美国产食物引诱剂中以2C诱捕实蝇成虫效果最好,诱虫数为152.8头/诱捕器,雌虫率为96.6%,持效期36 d;PB的诱虫数为49.0头/诱捕器,雌虫率为56.3%,持效期39 d;3C诱虫数为8.4头/诱捕器,雌虫率为92.8%,持效期18 d。  相似文献

为了探索可准确监测与控制沟眶象成虫种群数量的新技术,本文开发了一种沟眶象食物源引诱剂,并研究了不同配方的引诱剂对沟眶象成虫的诱集效果,结果表明:5种配方对沟眶象成虫的引诱效果均显著高于对照,在沟眶象羽化期内共诱捕沟眶象成虫1212头,其中以B配方(苹果:绵白糖:陈醋:95%酒精:大豆油:尼泊金甲酯:山梨酸钾:蒸馏水=2.7 g、1.5 g、6.15 g、4.8 g、0.162 g、0.9 g、0.9 g、60 g)引诱效果最好,共诱捕沟眶象成虫350头;一天中最佳引诱时段是6∶00-10∶00,诱捕器最佳设置高度为0 m(即将诱捕器桶体埋于土中,使桶体上缘与地表齐平,进虫口暴露于地表);沟眶象羽化高峰期为6月13日-7月4日和8月14日-9月5日两个时间段。  相似文献

【目的】松材线虫Bursaphelenchus xylophilus (Steiner&Buhrer) Nickle的媒介昆虫云杉花墨天牛Monochamus saltuarius Gebler在辽宁省被发现意味着我国北方松林的生态安全正在遭受严重的威胁。明确松材线虫入侵松林内的天牛种类、数目,可以为早期监测松材线虫媒介昆虫和潜在媒介昆虫的种群动态以及预测松材线虫病的发生提供参考。【方法】为了明确天牛广谱型引诱剂、APFI持久增强型松墨天牛高效诱剂、F8型松墨天牛引诱剂及其复配诱芯的诱捕效果,于2019-2020年的5-10月在辽宁省抚顺市的油松林、红松林、落叶松林开展诱捕天牛试验。【结果】将天牛广谱型引诱剂和F8型松墨天牛引诱剂放在同一诱捕器中具有较好引诱效果,每诱捕器捕获的天牛物种数量(油松林18种,红松林14种,共计19种)和天牛样本数量(油松林(18.31±8.86)头/周,红松林(23.44±10.92)头/周)最多。在试验林地共计诱捕到34种共计13307头天牛,其中云杉花墨天牛数量最多,占总诱捕量的67%,褐梗天牛Arhopalus rusticus、锯天牛Prionus insularis、小灰长角天牛Acanthocinus griseus、松皮花天牛Rhagium japonicum分别占总诱捕量的13.2%、6.6%、4.1%和2.7%。【结论】捕获到危害针叶树的天牛8种,包括云杉花墨天牛(优势种)、小灰长角天牛、灰长角天牛Acanthocinus aedilis、褐梗天牛、脊鞘幽天牛Asemum striatum和锯天牛。根据天牛的取食产卵习性推测,小灰长角天牛、灰长角天牛在补充营养的时候可能会传播松材线虫到健康松树上,而褐梗天牛、脊鞘幽天牛和锯天牛羽化成虫后不需补充营养且产卵在衰弱木的树皮缝隙或者表土处,它们有效传播松材线虫的几率较小。  相似文献

眉斑并脊天牛Glenea cantor Fabricius是我国华南地区园林绿化植物木棉树的重要蛀干害虫。本试验通过室内饲养观察和野外调查,对该虫的生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明该虫在南宁一年发生4代,平均世代历期为70 d,主要以4龄幼虫在受害枝干内越冬。成虫羽化后出木前期为5.97±1.11 d。雄虫较雌虫提早羽化2-3 d,成虫期需补充营养,且具弱趋光性和假死习性。在日节律中,9∶00-11∶00和14∶00-16∶00为产卵高峰期,16∶00-19∶00为交配高峰期。雌虫出木后2 d开始交配,雄虫出木后4 d开始交配。雌雄虫一生可交配15.12±7.02次,每次交配时长为3.23±0.97 h,一天内仅交配一次。成虫主要趋向长势较弱的木棉树及枝条上产卵。产卵前期为13.50±3.15 d,平均产卵量为117.31±33.25粒。雌雄寿命分别为72.34±15.60 d和46.22±14.38 d。  相似文献

利用Y-嗅觉仪测试不同生理状态(性成熟和性未成熟)番石榴实蝇Bactrocera correcta(Bezzi)两性成虫对系列质量分数(1%,3%,5%,7%,9%w/w)甲基丁香酚(ME)溶液、系列质量分数ME溶液与醋酒溶液(醋∶酒∶水=12.5%∶25%∶62.5%(w/w),VA)混合液、系列质量分数ME挥发物与糖醋酒溶液(糖∶醋∶酒∶水=2.5%∶12.5%∶25%:60%(w/w),SVA)气味混合物的反应。结果表明,质量分数在3%以上的ME溶液对性成熟和性未成熟雄虫均有显著引诱效果。饥饿状态下的4日龄性未成熟雌虫以及取食状态下的4~6日龄性未成熟雌虫均能对5%ME溶液产生显著反应。ME+VA混合液对性成熟雄虫和性未成熟雌虫均有显著引诱效果。SVA气味与5%ME溶液的挥发物混合后能显著加强5%ME溶液对性成熟雄虫的引诱效果。5%ME与SVA、7%ME与SVA的混合气味均比单一ME溶液对性未成熟雌虫有更强的引诱效果。  相似文献

栗山天牛Massicus raddei (Blessig)是危害我国东北辽东栎Quercus liaotungensis和蒙古栎Q.mongolicus天然林的重大害虫,生活周期长,3a发生1代,而且生活史整齐,在东北林区的辽宁、吉林和内蒙发育历期基本一致,因而绝大部分的成虫羽化时期出现在同一年份.为了有效防治栗山天牛,利用栗山天牛成虫具有趋光性这一特点,研究发明了诱集捕杀成虫的专用黑光灯,诱杀了大量的栗山天牛成虫,吉林省2008年共诱杀栗山天牛成虫达24.16t.根据每天晚上所诱到的栗山天牛的成虫数量(平均lkg栗山天牛成虫数量为430头,按此折合成重量kg统计),分析栗山天牛在成虫发生期其羽化数量与温湿度因子的关系.结果表明,栗山天牛成虫的羽化高峰期集中在7月下旬至8月上旬;成虫的羽化与林间气温呈显著的正相关关系,与相对湿度则呈显著负相关关系.研究对栗山天牛成虫的发生量与温湿度的关系进行了拟合.研究结果为我国东北林区栗山天牛成虫羽化年份预测预报成虫出现和发生期以及在成虫发生期开展防治提供了依据.  相似文献

The longhorn beetle, Cerambyx welensii Küster (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae), is an emerging pest involved in oak decline episodes in dehesa open woodlands. Larvae are xylophagous and cause considerable physiological, mechanical, and structural damages to trees. Chemical and biological control are currently unsatisfactory. Recent research has shown that mass trapping with a high density of baited traps (40 traps ha?1) could be useful to manage C. welensii populations, although such a trap density was too high to be cost‐effective. In this 2‐year study (2010–2011) we investigated with mark–recapture methods in a large plot (1) the flight dispersal behaviour, (2) the adult population density, and (3) the efficiency of mass trapping at two low trap densities (one or four traps ha?1). Results indicated that many adults were sedentary (60%) but flying adults displayed a strong propensity to move, both sexes dispersing on average more than 200 m and one male and one female flying at least 540 and 349 m, respectively. Recapture rates were high (0.26–0.35) and population density was estimated to be 6–22 adults ha?1 with maximum likelihood models. Trapping efficiency ranged 48–61% with no significant effect of trap density or year. We conclude that results were not satisfactory enough to recommend mass trapping with low trap densities as control method for C. welensii and that more research is still required on the technical, ecological, and behavioural factors affecting control efficiency.  相似文献

Japanese beetle traps baited with the Popillia japonica Newman (Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae) pheromone lure and a eugenol feeding attractant were placed at five golf courses in Korea to determine how well they work for detecting activity of a closely related species, Popillia quadriguttata (F.) (Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae), a turf pest in Korea. The traps also were used to determine the time of day and time of year that P. quadriguttata is most active. Nineteen scarab species of 13 genera were attracted to the Japanese beetle traps with P. quadriguttata clearly being the most abundant (383 beetles per trap), followed by Adoretus tenuimaculatus Waterhouse (10 per trap), Popilliaflavosellata Fairmaire (seven per trap), Exomala orientalis Waterhouse (four per trap), and Maladera japonica (two per trap). Other scarab species were trapped at a rate of <1.0 per trap. Popillia quadriguttata adults were active over a 5-wk period in late June and early July. At Yongwon Golf Club in 2002, peak adult activity was during the last week of June in visual counts and approximately 1 wk later in the Japanese beetle traps. In Korea, P. quadriguttata adults are most active between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. This information should be helpful to golf course superintendents in Korea and to entomologists interested in finding natural enemies of P. quadriguttata to evaluate as potential biocontrol organisms for the very closely related species, the Japanese beetle.  相似文献

Abstract 1 The attractiveness of pitfall traps baited with a synthetic host volatile attractant to colonizing adult Colorado potato beetle, Leptinotarsa decemlineata (Say) was evaluated in a field setting. 2 Significantly more postdiapause, colonizing adult L. decemlineata were captured in baited than unbaited pitfall traps. 3 The potential for this synthetic kairomone to enhance the efficacy of trap cropping as a management tool was evaluated by comparing conventionally managed plots with like‐sized plots bordered by either attractant‐treated trap crop or untreated trap crop. 4 More postdiapause, colonizing adults, egg masses and small larvae were present in attractant‐treated trap crops than in untreated trap crops. 5 There were no significant differences in egg mass and small larvae densities between plots bordered by attractant‐treated trap crops and conventionally managed plots, but there were significantly fewer large larvae and adult beetles in conventionally managed plots. 6 Plant canopy area of conventionally managed plots was significantly greater than in plots bordered by either type of trap crop. 7 Yields for conventionally managed plots and plots bordered by attractant‐treated trap crops did not differ, and less insecticide (44%) was applied to plots bordered by attractant‐treated trap crops.  相似文献

Field trapping experiments investigated the response of the pollen beetle Astylus atromaculatus to visual and olfactory cues during a 3-year period, 1999–2001. The visual preference of the pollen beetle was determined using yellow, white, blue, green and red water traps. The yellow trap was most attractive, capturing 56% of the total beetles trapped, with 30% caught by the blue and white traps, while 14% was caught by the red and green traps. The response of the beetle to olfactory cues was then evaluated by using the yellow water trap with three antennally active components identified in the volatiles of sorghum panicles by coupled gas chromatography (GC)–electroantennographic detection and GC–mass spectrometry. These components were 2-phenylethanol, benzyl alcohol and linalool. There were no significant colour × chemical compound interactions and traps baited with 2-phenylethanol captured significantly more beetles than unbaited traps, irrespective of trap colour, demonstrating the effectiveness of olfactory cues in trapping the pollen beetle. Traps baited with 2-phenylethanol were more attractive than and caught more beetles than traps baited with linalool. 2-Phenylethanol had the greatest effect on the relatively unattractive blue trap, confirming the importance of olfactory cues mediating A. atromaculatus attraction .  相似文献

为了阐明栎旋木柄天牛Aphrodisium sauteri Matsushita生殖行为的方式和特点,寻找有效的防治手段,本试验观察了栎旋木柄天牛的生殖行为,并在林间尝试了成虫诱集。结果表明:雌雄成虫之间表现出较强的吸引作用,近距离时雌雄虫可相互吸引,而远距离时雌虫引诱力更强。室内试验中求偶时间会随着成虫的衰弱而增加。成虫交配主要发生于白天。羽化出孔后1~14日龄雌虫和2~13日龄雄虫均可多次交配。成虫一次完整交配平均需时70.12min,交配后保护平均仅用时3.86min。一次完整交配过程中,不同日龄成虫的交配历时、交配间隔历时及交配次数都存在差异,各日龄成虫的交配间隔历时均大于交配历时。交配或产卵经历对雄虫交配行为的影响明显大于雌虫。雌虫产卵前期平均为30.71h。雌虫每产1粒卵平均需时99.58s,并随日龄增长显著加长。每头雌虫平均每日产卵量和总产卵量分别为7.89和26.20粒。雌虫多在白天产卵,用产卵器触探树皮表面寻找合适的产卵部位。卵主要产于树皮裂缝和枝条疤痕内,一般每次产卵1粒,卵表面无覆盖物。  相似文献

为了明确灯诱和引诱剂对田间金龟害虫的诱捕效果,利用自动虫情测报灯和2种引诱剂诱捕器对同一块花生田发生的金龟甲的诱集效果进行了对比试验。结果表明,两种方式对金龟甲的诱集效果差异明显。诱虫灯对东北大黑鳃金龟Holotrichia diomphalia和铜绿丽金龟Anomala corpulenta的日均诱虫量分别为3.30头和1.27头,引诱剂诱捕器对两种金龟甲的日均诱虫量分别为1.25头和0.34头。自动虫情测报灯的诱虫总量和持效性较好,均明显优于引诱剂诱捕器的诱捕效果。引诱剂诱捕器对雌性东北大黑鳃金龟的特异诱集效果优于自动虫情测报灯。尽管两种诱捕方式全年诱虫量存在较大差异,但两者所监测得到的金龟甲发生动态趋势基本一致,且特殊气象条件诱集数据可相互补充,并提出大面积防治工作中应以虫情测报灯为主,引诱剂诱捕器可作为重要辅助手段。  相似文献

The relationship between number of holes in a grain probe trap body and capture of stored-grain pests was determined in laboratory tests using adults of the rice weevil, Sitophilus oryzae (L.), the sawtoothed grain beetle, Oryzaephilus surinamensis (L.), and the red flour beetle, Tribolium castaneum (Herbst). Polyvinylchloride (PVC) probe bodies were attached to electronic sensor heads, and insect captures were recorded electronically using an Electronic Grain Probe Insect Counter (EGPIC) system. In comparisons among PVC probe trap bodies with 60-492 holes, tested at 71 insects per kg in 2.8 kg of soft wheat in cylindrical mini-silos, sawtoothed grain beetle and rice weevil captures were directly related to number of holes in the probe trap body, but there was no relationship for red flour beetle capture. Subsequent tests were conducted comparing sawtoothed grain beetle and rice weevil captures in a PVC probe body with 210 holes over a 40-cm long trapping surface with two commercially available probe traps, a polycarbonate (Lexan) probe trap with 180 holes over a 14-cm long trapping surface and a polyethylene (WBII) probe trap with 750 holes over a 34-cm long trapping surface. The highest percentage capture of both species was in the WBII probe trap, but the 210-hole PVC probe body was as effective as the Lexan probe body for rice weevils and sawtoothed grain beetles at 71 and 17 insects per kg of wheat, respectively.  相似文献

The red flour beetle, Tribolium castaneum (Herbst) (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae), is an important insect pest in food processing facilities. Pheromone trapping is frequently used to monitor red flour beetle populations in structures; however, the optimal trap density and the relationship between trap captures and beetle density is not known. Two experiments were performed concurrently in environmentally controlled 30‐m2 walk‐in chambers to determine the relationship between aggregation pheromone trap captures of red flour beetles and beetle and trap number. In one experiment, beetle density was kept constant at 200 individuals per chamber while trap number was varied from 1 to 8, and in the other experiment trap number remained constant at one per chamber while beetle density varied from 20 to 800 individuals. Results indicated that approximately one out of 23 red flour beetles were captured in a trap. Number of beetles captured in traps increased significantly as beetle density increased; however, the proportion of beetles captured remained consistent across beetle densities with a mean of 4.7 ± 0.6% of individuals captured. Trap captures varied significantly with trap placement within experimental chambers, indicating that subtle differences in the trapping environment can influence trap captures. Data suggested that trap densities of 0.07–0.10 m?2 (2–3 traps per chamber) would maximize trap capture, whereas a trap density of 0.13 m?2 (four traps per chamber) would maximize the predictive ability of a trapping equation estimating beetle density from trap captures. Results provide information needed to more thoroughly explore how environmental factors might influence red flour beetle trap capture in the absence of changes in beetle density. Further understanding of these relationships will allow for more accurate assessments of absolute beetle density from pheromone trap capture data.  相似文献
