芙新姬小蜂为蔬菜潜叶蝇类害虫的优势天敌,温度适应范围广且耐高温。为明确高温条件下补充非寄主食物营养对寄生蜂控害潜力和控害行为的影响,本研究以芙新姬小峰两性品系为对象,在室内持续恒温35℃条件下,比较了在提供3种食物源[寄主(美洲斑潜蝇2龄末幼虫)、寄主+非寄主食物(20%葡萄糖溶液)、寄主+非寄主食物(20%蜂蜜水溶液)]处理时芙新姬小蜂成虫的生活史参数。结果显示:与仅提供寄主的处理相比,补充提供20%蜂蜜水,并不显著增强雌蜂的寄主取食数、寄主叮蛰致死数、产卵寄生数、寿命和总致死数;补充提供20%的葡萄糖溶液,则显著增强雌蜂寄主取食数、产卵寄生数、寿命和总致死数;补充提供20%蜂蜜水和20%葡萄糖溶液,均不显著影响雌蜂的日均寄主取食数、日均寄主叮蛰数、日均产卵数。3种食物源处理的总寄主致死数在207头以上,日均总寄主致死数在21头以上;雌蜂具有很强的非繁殖型致死控害潜力,占总控害潜力的74%以上。研究结果为该寄生蜂在高温下的利用提供了依据和指导。  相似文献

潜蝇姬小蜂属Diglyphus寄生蜂是潜叶蝇类害虫的重要天敌。本文对其种类、 分布、 田间发生和优势度、 优势种的控害特性和生态适应性, 以及优势种的人工繁殖和田间应用等进行总结和展望, 以期为更好地应用该属寄生蜂防控我国潜叶蝇的研究和应用提供指导。迄今已鉴定该属寄生蜂36种, 全为抑性外寄生蜂, 其中针对豌豆潜蝇姬小蜂D. isaea、 贝氏潜蝇姬小蜂D. begini和中带潜蝇姬小蜂D. intermedius的研究较多。雌蜂不仅可通过繁殖型的寄生方式而且还可通过非繁殖型方式(取食寄主和产卵器插入直接杀死)致死寄主。雌蜂偏好寄生大个体寄主和取食相对较小个体的寄主, 且雌蜂对寄主幼虫的偏好具有“寄主大小依赖型性别分配”现象(host-size-dependent sex allocation)。从温度适应范围和控害潜力首推为豌豆潜蝇姬小蜂。优势种的规模饲养技术已经被研发并得到了较广泛的田间应用。未来研究可主要集中于: (1)加强优势种尤其是温度适应范围广或较为耐热的种群或地理品系的研究, 以增加对三叶草斑潜蝇Liriomyza trifolii和美洲斑潜蝇L. sativae的控效; (2)加强雌蜂寄主取食行为特性及其生理机制的研究, 以更高效利用; (3)因地制宜研发规模化饲养技术和释放技术; (4)加强潜蝇姬小蜂同其他潜叶蝇寄生蜂的协同控害及竞争共存机制的研究, 已提升对潜叶蝇的生防控制效果。  相似文献

冈崎姬小蜂是我国多种潜叶蝇的优势寄生蜂。鉴于蔬菜潜叶蝇尤其是入侵斑潜蝇在我国的肆意扩散和危害,本文总结了冈崎姬小蜂的分类地位、分布和田间发生、寄主种类、取食和繁殖、性比等生物生态学特性和田间应用进展。冈崎姬小蜂是一种抑性、卵育型的幼虫内寄生蜂,通过产卵寄生和取食2种方式致死寄主;雌蜂对寄主的偏好具有“寄主大小依赖型性别分配”现象;寄生蜂具有广泛的温度适应性和极强的控害潜力,尤其适用于控制入侵我国的相对耐高温的美洲斑潜蝇和三叶草斑潜蝇。未来将以更高效利用该寄生蜂为目标,主要集中于:(1)生物生态学和环境适应性的全面深入研究;(2)雌蜂寄主取食行为特性及生理机制的研究;(3)因地制宜的规模化饲养技术和释放应用技术研究;(4)与其他潜叶蝇寄生蜂的协同控害及竞争共存机制研究。  相似文献

营养改变对潜蝇姬小蜂寄生行为和寄主取食行为的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了研究营养状态对卵育型寄生蜂潜蝇姬小蜂Diglyphus isaea (Walker)雌蜂的寄主取食行为和产卵寄生行为及其二者行为权衡的影响, 在培养皿条件下, 比较了饥饿、加蜂蜜水和不加蜂蜜水3种营养状态的潜蝇姬小蜂雌蜂对美洲斑潜蝇Liriomyza sativae Blanchard各龄幼虫(低、中、高)的寄生、取食及致死能力。结果表明: 非选择条件下, 3种营养状态寄生蜂对高龄幼虫均具有较高的寄生率, 对中龄幼虫具有较高的取食率, 致死率和致死量之间存在显著性差异。3种状态的寄生蜂对低龄幼虫均没有表现出致死能力。有选择条件下, 饥饿状态的寄生蜂对寄主的寄生率最低(5.0%±1.6%), 取食率最高(16.0%±2.9%), 特别是对高龄幼虫的取食率占到了整个寄主食物取食率的91.9%; 加蜂蜜水状态下, 寄生蜂对寄主有最低的取食率(8.3%±0.9%)和致死率(17.7%±1.1%); 不加蜂蜜水状态下, 寄生蜂对寄主有最高的寄生率(13.3%±1.1%)和致死率(28.4%±1.8%)。综合分析发现, 取食寄主的雌蜂比取食蜂蜜水的雌蜂具有更强的致死能力和活动能力。  相似文献

【目的】芙新姬小蜂Neochrysocharis formosa是潜叶蝇类害虫的优势寄生蜂。该寄生蜂具有两性生殖和孤雌产雌生殖两种繁殖模式,其孤雌产雌品系可在低密度下快速建立种群,无需饲养雄蜂,具有种群繁育成本低,生防应用潜力突出等优点。本研究旨在明确环境温度对芙新姬小蜂孤雌产雌品系控害潜力的影响,为该蜂的低成本规模化繁育、田间释放等应用实践提供参考。【方法】在室内以美洲斑潜 蝇Liriomyza sativae 2龄末至3龄初幼虫为寄主,统计4个温度(22, 26, 30和34℃)下芙新姬小蜂孤雌产雌品系雌成虫的取食致死寄主数、寄生致死寄主数、叮蛰致死寄主数、总致死寄主数、日均致死寄主数和成蜂寿命等生活史和控害参数。【结果】随温度升高,芙新姬小蜂孤雌产雌品系雌成虫对美洲斑潜蝇幼虫取食致死寄主数、寄生致死寄主数、叮蛰致死寄主数、总致死寄主数和日均总致死寄主数呈现先增加后降低的趋势,其中取食致死寄主数、寄生致死寄主数和叮蛰致死寄主数在30℃下最高,分别为236.1, 69.2和49.7头;在34℃下最低,分别为115.2, 19.8和21.6头。总致死寄主数在26℃(282.4头)和30℃(355.0头)下显著高于22℃(194.5头)和34℃下(156.5头);日均总致死寄主数在30℃下最高(25.5头)。此外,随着环境温度升高,芙新姬小蜂孤雌产雌品系雌成虫的寿命逐渐缩短,在22℃下最长(16.9 d),在34℃下最短(7.2 d)。【结论】尽管高温缩短了芙新姬小蜂孤雌产雌品系成虫的寿命,但其在30℃下控害能力较强,说明芙新姬小蜂孤雌产雌品系成虫可在30℃高温条件下对耐高温的斑潜蝇如美洲斑潜蝇发挥其控害潜力。  相似文献

取食糖类物质有利于延长具寄主取食特性的卵育型寄生蜂的寿命。为了明确自然界常见糖分对卵育型寄生蜂的营养功能差异, 本研究比较了取食葡萄糖、 果糖、 蔗糖、 海藻糖和松三糖5种常见糖分对斑潜蝇类害虫的优势寄生蜂潜蝇姬小蜂Diglyphus isaea雌蜂寿命和卵子发生的影响。结果显示: 取食5种糖均能显著延长雌蜂寿命(P<0.0001); 取食果糖的雌蜂寿命显著长于取食葡萄糖、 蔗糖、 海藻糖和松三糖的雌蜂寿命(P<0.0001), 取食葡萄糖、 蔗糖和海藻糖3个处理间差异不显著(P>0.4234), 但均显著长于取食松三糖(P<0.0001); 同时, 各个处理的雌蜂寿命与其个体大小均分别呈显著正相关关系。初羽化雌蜂卵巢中没有Ⅲ级卵子(即成熟卵子); 清水处理的雌蜂, 24 h后卵巢中Ⅲ级卵子达到高峰, 48 h时则全部重吸收; 而取食5种糖的雌蜂, 卵巢中的Ⅲ级卵子和总卵子数量整体上均呈现先显著上升而后逐步下降的趋势, 取食不同糖分的雌蜂卵子形成高峰期的时间不同, 而且取食不同糖分的雌蜂间Ⅲ级卵子高峰日数量和总卵子高峰日数量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。该研究结果为潜蝇姬小蜂的大量室内饲养和田间释放提供了依据。  相似文献

本文报道蔬菜地潜叶绳寄生蜂的姬小蜂科Eulophidae的羽角姬小蜂亚科Eulophinae和猜面姬小蜂亚科Elachetinae5属8种寄生蜂。其中豌豆潜绳姬小蜂Diglyphus isaea是蔬菜潜叶蝇寄生蜂优势种。寄主主要是豌豆彩潜绳、美洲斑潜蝇和葱斑潜蝇等的幼虫和蛹。植物寄主涉及各种蔬菜作物。兰克瑟姬小蜂Cirrospilus lyncus Walker为中国新记录种,另有5个寄主新记录。  相似文献

【目的】班氏跳小蜂Aenasius bambawalei是扶桑绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis的伴迁性天敌,迄今已知该寄生蜂只能寄生扶桑绵粉蚧,但是我们发现该寄生蜂还能成功寄生另一种外来有害生物——石蒜绵粉蚧P. solani。本研究旨在明确班氏跳小蜂对该新寄主资源的寄生适合度,为今后充分开发、利用该寄生蜂提供科学依据。【方法】在实验室条件下,以马铃薯Solanum tuberosum块茎作为粉蚧的寄主植物,测定了班氏跳小蜂对不同龄期石蒜绵粉蚧的寄生适合度,并在非选择条件下测定了上述两种寄主上僵蚧形成时间以及该寄生蜂羽化时间、寿命、后足胫节长度、寄生率、羽化率及子代性比。【结果】班氏跳小蜂可寄生石蒜绵粉蚧的雌成虫及2龄和3龄若虫,但只有寄生雌成虫才能正常羽化出蜂。分别以石蒜绵粉蚧与扶桑绵粉蚧为寄主时,最适合的蜂蚧比分别为2∶15和2∶20。不同寄主对僵蚧形成时间及班氏跳小蜂的羽化时间无显著影响,但显著影响班氏跳小蜂的寿命以及雌蜂后足胫节长度,尤其是扶桑绵粉蚧上羽化的寄生蜂的寿命比以石蒜绵粉蚧上的长约20 d。而且,班氏跳小蜂对扶桑绵粉蚧的寄生率(54.0%)显著高于对石蒜绵粉蚧的(25.3%),但班氏跳小蜂在这两种寄主上的羽化率均在90%以上,差异不显著;寄生扶桑绵粉蚧的雌蜂比例高于寄生石蒜绵粉蚧的雌蜂比例。【结论】班氏跳小蜂能寄生石蒜绵粉蚧,且只在雌成虫上完成世代发育;与在更适寄主扶桑绵粉蚧上比较,石蒜绵粉蚧上羽化的班氏跳小蜂在寿命及雌蜂个体大小上有劣势。  相似文献

【目的】褐带蚜小蜂Aphelinus maculatus是近几年发现的棉蚜Aphis gossypii重要寄生蜂之一。目前关于该寄生蜂生物学特性包括行为习性方面的研究非常少。为有效挖掘利用褐带蚜小蜂,对其成虫生物学特性进行了研究。【方法】在室内采取体视显微镜下观察和记录褐带蚜小蜂的羽化节律、交配行为、交配各阶段持续时间、交配次数、交配竞争、不同生殖方式下所产子代性比以及成虫寿命,并观察其对棉蚜若蚜的寄生过程、在棉蚜若蚜上寄生和取食时产卵器的刺入时间以及对不同日龄棉蚜若蚜的寄生和取食选择。【结果】褐带蚜小蜂羽化时间集中在上午6∶00-10∶00。羽化当天即可交配,交配过程可分为求偶、交配前期、交配及交配后期4个阶段,交配时间短,平均为5.5±0.2 s。1头雄蜂可与2~4头雌蜂交配,但雌蜂在所观察时间内只交配1次。雌蜂和雄蜂都存在交配竞争现象。褐带蚜小蜂可进行孤雌生殖和两性生殖,孤雌生殖的子代均为雄性,两性生殖的子代雌、雄兼有。产卵寄生过程可划分为寻找寄主、试探寄主、刺探寄主、产卵寄生或取食寄主及清扫梳理这些步骤。产卵寄生或取食寄主的决策与产卵器刺入时间长短有关,刺入时间大于4.8 min时,多会决策取食寄主。褐带蚜小蜂成蜂喜欢取食棉蚜低龄若蚜,很少取食4或5日龄若蚜;但可寄生棉蚜各日龄若蚜。一头雌蜂在24 h内平均可寄生14.8头棉蚜若蚜,取食3.7头棉蚜若蚜。褐带蚜小蜂成虫寿命与羽化后补充营养有关,取食10%蔗糖和10%蜂蜜水的成虫寿命均显著延长,其寿命分别为24±2.5和28±1.6 d。【结论】褐带蚜小蜂可进行孤雌生殖和两性生殖,雌蜂个体间及雄蜂个体间均存在交配竞争。该蜂是卵育型蚜虫内寄生蜂,可取食蚜虫,提供糖蜜可延长其成蜂寿命。  相似文献

Neochrysocharis formosa (Westwood), an important biocontrol agent of agromyzid leafminers worldwide, is a host-feeding, idiobiont parasitoid. Female wasps have three types of host-killing behaviors: reproductive (parasitism), non-reproductive host feeding (host feeding), and host stinging without oviposition or feeding (host stinging). In this study, we compared the life history and host-killing behaviors of female parasitoids under four adult diets: starvation, hosts only, hosts plus honey (10% w/v honey solution), and honey only. Furthermore, we analyzed the host-feeding and oviposition preferences of adult females in the hosts-only and hosts-plus-honey treatments. Female parasitoids feeding on hosts had significantly increased longevity, higher fecundity, more host-stinging events, and caused a higher total host mortality than parasitoids in the starvation treatment. The honey supplement significantly increased longevity, fecundity, host-stinging events, and total host mortality, as well as average daily fecundity, but did not alter host-feeding events, host-stinging events, or daily total host mortality. However, the honey supplement did reduce the number of daily host-feeding events and induced a shift toward oviposition. Finally, we found that the non-reproductive host killing caused by host feeding and host stinging enhanced the control potential of N. formosa. These results should contribute to a better understanding of the biocontrol efficiency of destructive host feeders.  相似文献

烟粉虱两种寄生蜂生物学特性及寄主竞争关系研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
室内比较了寄生烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci的两种寄生蜂——丽蚜小蜂Encarsia formosa和浅黄恩蚜小蜂En. sophia的生物学特性,并研究了以烟粉虱为寄主时两种寄生蜂间的竞争关系。结果表明:两者的后足胫节长度间无显著差异。浅黄恩蚜小蜂的产卵器及卵均长于丽蚜小蜂的,但浅黄恩蚜小蜂的待产卵量显著少于丽蚜小蜂。浅黄恩蚜小蜂检测寄主所花时间短于丽蚜小蜂,但检查圈数显著多于丽蚜小蜂,产卵时间以丽蚜小蜂所花时间为多。以4龄初期的烟粉虱为寄主时,丽蚜小蜂的卵期为48 h,而浅黄恩蚜小蜂24 h即完成卵期的发育。后者的蛹历期也显著短于丽蚜小蜂的蛹历期。丽蚜小蜂由卵到成虫的总发育历期比浅黄恩蚜小蜂的要长72 h左右。一头丽蚜小蜂与一头浅黄恩蚜小蜂组合后的总产卵量为14.0粒,略高于两头丽蚜小蜂组合的总产卵量(10.2粒),显著高于两头浅黄恩蚜小蜂组合的产卵量(9.5粒);两种蜂组合的处理中被寄生寄主体内的着卵量为1.73粒,显著高于单独一种蜂组合中被寄生寄主的着卵量,后两者分别为1.29和1.39粒。在寄主竞争情况下,在被两种蜂均寄生的寄主体内丽蚜小蜂和浅黄恩蚜小蜂产入的卵量分别为1.21和1.43粒,显著高于仅被一种蜂寄生的寄主体内的对应蜂种的卵量,后者分别为1.06和1.19粒。结果提示两种蜂均能识别对方的存在,且浅黄恩蚜小蜂表现出更强的竞争能力。  相似文献

In nature, adult parasitoids feed to obtain and use nutrients for supplementing and/or replenishing some of their existing array of nutrient reserves. When adults feed on host or non-host food, they can enhance fitness, typically by increasing egg production or longevity. In the present study, ovigeny index (OI) and impact of female fitness, as well as physiological state on the reproductive strategies, were investigated in the synovigenic parasitoid, Diglyphus isaea, fed on host food (2-3rd instars of Liriomyza sativae larvae), non-host foods (10% honey solution) and starved (distilled water, control). The results showed that D. isaea was a strongly synovigenic parasitoid, of which OI value was 0.002. Both types of food enhanced the fecundity and prolonged the longevity of the females. D. isaea females fed on non-host food showed higher levels of gut sugar, body sugar and glycogen than those fed on host food, but the levels of lipid were higher in the host-fed females. D. isaea females seemed to show lipogenesis, with low rates of lipid catabolism sufficient to satisfy the requirement of egg maturation. Females might absorb lipids directly from the haemolymph of paralyzed hosts.  相似文献

The relative effects of larval and adult conditioning on Diglyphus isaea host plant preference and subsequent parasitism were investigated. Parasitoid larvae were reared on Chromatomyia syngenesiae on lettuce, chrysanthemum or in isolation, and female parasitoids were exposed to hosts on either lettuce or chrysanthemum. Hosts on lettuce and chrysanthemum were then presented to assess parasitoid preference. Larval and adult D. isaea conditioning only slightly affected the females selection of host plant type on which the host larvae were located. The major effect of conditioning was a reduction in the number of eggs laid after larvae and adults were conditioned on chrysanthemum and particularly when both stages were conditioned on this host plant.  相似文献

Many parasitoids use volatiles produced by plants as important cues during their food and host search process. We investigated the attraction of the parasitic wasp Trybliographa rapae Westwood (Hymenoptera: Figitidae) to volatiles emitted from plants infested by the cabbage root fly Delia radicum L. (Diptera: Anthomyiidae), as well as to volatiles from a nectar food plant. Behavioural choice tests showed that male parasitoids were not attracted to any volatiles from plants infested by D. radicum or from nectar plants, while females showed clear attraction to both volatile sources. Young females were more attracted to combined volatiles of host and food plants over those from only the host plant, whereas older females showed no differences in attraction to the two odour sources. This suggests that intercropping attractive flowers with host plants could potentially be used to recruit newly emerged parasitoids from surrounding fields while older parasitoids invest more energy in host location than in additional food search. Volatiles from a whole infested plant were chosen over those emitted from separated above- and below-ground parts from infested plants. It is important to consider the availability of both energy and host resources for parasitoids when designing an eco-compatible management of a vegetable crop system.  相似文献

研究斜纹夜蛾Spodoptera litura幼虫取食4种植物后对马尼拉侧沟茧蜂Microplitis manilae生长发育和繁殖的影响,为利用该蜂开展斜纹夜蛾的生物防治提供理论依据。在人工气候箱内(26℃±1℃、RH 65%±5%、L∶D=12∶12)研究了斜纹夜蛾取食豇豆Vigna unguiculata、芋艿Colocasia esculenta、烟草Nicotiana tabacum和芥蓝Brassica alboglabra 4种植物对马尼拉侧沟茧蜂的生长发育和繁殖的影响。结果表明:马尼拉侧沟茧蜂寄生取食豇豆的夜蛾幼虫,其幼虫期最短,化蛹率、羽化率和累计存活率最高,性比最低,寿命最长;寄生取食烟草的夜蛾幼虫,其幼虫期最长,化蛹率、羽化率和累计存活率最低,蛹重最轻,蛹期最长;从取食芥蓝的斜纹夜蛾幼虫体内育出的雌蜂产卵量最高,但成蜂寿命最短;斜纹夜蛾取食4种植物对雌蜂个体大小无显著影响,但取食烟草的夜蛾幼虫体内育出的雄蜂个体最小。马尼拉侧沟茧蜂寄生取食不同植物的斜纹夜蛾幼虫,马尼拉侧沟茧蜂的发育和繁殖存在显著差异。  相似文献
