本文建立了黄芩黄酮总苷元提取物中总黄酮和3种主要成分的含量测定方法。采用HPLC法测定黄芩素、汉黄芩素和千层纸素A的含量。使用Agilent 1200型高效液相色谱仪,Eclipse XDB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水(50∶50),流速1 m L/min,柱温35℃,检测波长275 nm的方法。黄芩素、汉黄芩素和千层纸素A线性范围分别为3.501~70.016μg/m L(r=0.9999),0.832~16.640μg/m L(r=0.9998),0.418~8.352μg/m L(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为99.55%、98.86%、9.997%,RSD分别为1.74%、1.74%、1.70%。采用UV法测定总黄酮含量,黄芩素线性范围为1.71~8.54μg/m L(r=0.9991);平均加样回收率(n=6)为100.93%,RSD为2.63%。黄芩素、汉黄芩素、千层纸素A和总黄酮的含量分别为48.22%~60.36%、12.09%~14.46%、5.05%~8.81%、78.11%~90.12%;研究结果表明该方法准确、可靠,适用于黄芩黄酮总苷元提取物的含量测定。  相似文献

用高效液相色谱法测定了刺五加(Acanthopanax senticosus (Rupr.& Maxin) Harms)叶中金丝桃苷(hyperin)的含量。色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为甲醇和0.025 mol.L-1磷酸,比例为V甲醇:V0.025 mol.L-1磷酸=55:45 (混合后用三乙胺调pH3.0~3.2),检测波长360 nm。样品用甲醇超声提取。结果表明, 金丝桃苷峰形良好,与其他组分的色谱峰达到基线分离。加样回收率为104%,相对标准偏差RSD为5.38%。本研究为刺五加叶中金丝桃苷含量的测定建立了一种可靠的方法。  相似文献

目的:建立测定消栓通颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量的新方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法测定,色谱柱为kromasilC18柱,以乙腈-水(32:68)为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,ELSD条件为飘逸管温度为105℃,载气流速为2.5L/min;测定消栓通颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量.结果:黄芪甲苷在1.08μg-6.48μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.2%,RSD为0.93%.结论:方法灵敏、可靠、准确、重复性好,可作为消栓通颗粒的质量控制方法.  相似文献

目的:建立同时测定龙胆泻肝制剂中黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素和汉黄芩素4种有效成分含量的HPLC分析方法.方法:色谱柱:Dikma Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈- 0.05%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;波长:278 nm.结果:黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素和汉黄芩素的线性范围分别为0.418~4.18μg(r=0.9999),0.2~2μg(r=0.9999),0.233~2.33 μg(r=0.9999),0.215~2.15(r=0.9998).2种制剂4种成分的平均回收率分别为98.10% (RSD=0.59%),98.05%( RSD=1.37%),98.88%( RSD=1.44%),98.10%( RSD =0.59%)和98.40% (RSD=0.46%),99.33% (RSD=1.74%),99.09%( RSD=1.22%),98.82%(RSD=1.42%).结论:该方法快速、简便、准确、具有良好的重复性和回收率,可作为龙胆泻肝制剂中这4种成分的含量测定方法.  相似文献

目的:建立一种同时测定牛蒡子液体制剂中牛蒡子苷和牛蒡子苷元含量的HPLC梯度洗脱法。方法:采用Dionex Summit高效液相色谱系统,ODS C18柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml/min,测定波长280nm,柱温30℃下对牛蒡子液体制剂中牛蒡子苷和牛蒡子苷元进行含量测定。结果:牛蒡子苷进样浓度在0.098~0.98mg/ml、牛蒡子苷元进样浓度在0.0304~0.304mg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997、r=0.9995),平均回收率分别为100.80%,RSD为1.9%(n=6)和98.6%,RSD为2.3%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确可靠、重现性好,可用于牛蒡子液体制剂的含量测定。  相似文献

目的:采用HPLC法测定利鼻片中黄芩苷的含量。方法:色谱柱:Agilent C18(5μm,250×4.6mm);流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(43:57:0.2);检测波长:280nm。结果:黄芩苷在0.13~4.16μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999997),平均回收率为100.44%,RSD=1.49%。结论:采用本法测定利鼻片中黄芩苷的含量,操作简便,准确可靠,可用于该药品的质量控制指标之一。  相似文献

以高效液相色谱法测定神安颗粒中五味子醇甲含量,建立神安颗粒多指标质量控制体系中脂溶性成分的控制指标。采用Kromasil C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(60∶40),检测波长为250 nm,流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温为室温,进样量为10μL。结果五味子醇甲进样量在0.15~6.0μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(R2=1),平均回收率为97.38%(RSD=2.05%),测定神安颗粒中五味子醇甲含量约为1.30 mg/g。本方法简便、快捷、专属性强、重现性好,可用于神安颗粒天麻苷类成分的质量控制。  相似文献

目的:建立测定降糖1号胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法:室温条件下超声提取降糖1号胶囊中的淫羊藿苷,用D101大孔吸附树脂柱纯化提取物,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定含量,色谱柱:Hypersil ODS2(4.6mm×200mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(30:70);流速:1ml/min,检测波长270nm;柱温:30℃。结果:淫羊藿苷的进样量在0.08μg-0.28μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率(n=6)为96.66%,RSD为2.14%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于降糖1号胶囊的质量控制。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. The dichtomously branched stigma in each carpel of the Tricyrteae is supplied by a bifurcated dorsal bundle.  相似文献

传染性法氏囊病(Infection bursal disease, IBD)是由鸡传染性法氏囊病毒(Infectious bursal disease virus, IBDV)引起的鸡和火鸡的一种高度接触性传染病,给世界各国的禽养殖业带来了巨大损失.自IBDV发现至今新的变异株不断出现,分子结构的改变导致病毒致病力的改变及宿主对疫苗应答的改变,使得传统的疫苗已不能控制其流行,因此各国学者对其基因组结构和功能进行了广泛深入的研究,并积极研制新型有效的疫苗以达到防治的目的.  相似文献

In conclusion, the novel visual RT-LAMP assay is a simple, rapid, and sensitive approach for detection of SARS-CoV-2, and it is ready for application in primary care and community hospitals or health care centers, and even patients' own houses in response to the current SARS-CoV-2 epidemic because the assay does not require sophisticated equipment and skilled personnel. Furthermore, it is also ready to be used in fields for screening samples from wild animals and environments to facilitate the identification of potential intermediate hosts that mediate the cross-species transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from bats to humans.  相似文献

正Dear Editor,Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), an arbovirus in the family of Togaviridae, genus Alphavirus, is transmitted by the A.aegyptii or A. albopictus mosquito, and causes disease in humans characterized by fever, rash, and arthralgia (Silva and Dermody 2017; Suhrbier 2019). It was first reported in 1953 in Tanzania, and caused only a few outbreaks and sporadic cases in Africa and Asia in last century. However, in the epidemic in 2004, CHIKV acquired mutations that conferred enhanced transmission by the A. albopictus mosquito(Schuffenecker et al. 2006). Since then, it has successively caused outbreaks in Africa, the Indian Ocean, South East Asia, the South America, and Europe (Zeller et al. 2016).  相似文献
