首次报道绒瘦足蝇属Rainieria在我国大陆有2种分布,描述新种三鬃绒瘦足蝇Rainieria triseta sp.nov.,重新描述亮翅绒瘦足蝇Rainieria leucochira Czerny,并编制我国绒瘦足蝇属分种检索表。三鬃绒瘦足蝇,新种Rainieria triseta sp.nov.(图5~8,11~12)新种独特,头部具3根眶鬃,容易与本属其他种区分。正模♂,辽宁宽甸大华山,2009-07-13,王俊潮采。副模1♂,黑龙江帽儿山,1984-06-23。词源:新种种名意指头部眶鬃数目。  相似文献

记述中国瘦足蝇科裸瘦足蝇属Cliobata Enderlein 2新种:浅褐裸瘦足蝇Cliobata ecruis sp. nov.和周氏裸瘦足蝇Cliobata choui sp. nov.。浅褐裸瘦足蝇的鉴别特征为体浅褐色,胸部褐色具黄色斑;翅近端部具宽的透明带;生殖叉褐色,其臂部几乎与基部等长,臂基部中央具新月形凹陷。周氏裸瘦足蝇的鉴别特征为体黑色;翅近端部透明带窄;生殖叉黑褐色,其臂部长于基部,臂基部中央具半圆形凹陷。新种模式标本保存在中国农业大学昆虫博物馆。  相似文献

报道了采自我国西藏自治区蝇科阳蝇属HelinaR.-D.1新种,命名为赘叶阳蝇Helina appendifolia sp.nov..新种模式标本保存于沈阳师范大学昆虫研究所标本室.赘叶阳蝇,新种Helina appendifolia sp.nov.(图1~3)正模♂,西藏林芝,海拔3000 m,2003-08-05,王明福采.新种与华夏阳蝇Helina huaxia Feng,1999近缘,但后者腹侧片鬃1:2,前缘刺约与r-m横脉等长;后胫前腹鬃4,前背鬃2,具2列(8根)后腹鬃等即可与新种区别.词源:种名意指雄性肛尾叶末端内侧突细而长,呈赘生状,故此得名.  相似文献

记述了中国产厕蝇属Fannia R.-D.1新种:暗棒厕蝇Fannia kelaenohaltera sp. nov,并与近缘种明厕蝇Fannia serena(Fann,1825)进行了比较鉴别其主要区别在于新种腋瓣淡黄色,平衡棒暗褐色,后足腹节前腹鬃列完整,均长大,触角第3节长为宽的1.5倍,腹部具灰黄色粉被,雄第5腹板宽大于长,在其基部较狭等。同时对川西厕蝇Fannia grahahi Chillcott,1961进行了雌性补充描述。新种模式标本保存于沈阳师范大学化学与生命科学学院昆虫标本室。正模♂,新疆托木尔峰海拔2 600m,1977-06-22,韩寅恒采。副模2♂♂,新疆托木尔峰海拔2 600m,1977-06-22,韩寅恒采。词源:暗棒厕蝇的名称来源于雄性平衡棒的颜色呈暗褐色的特征。  相似文献

记录中国裸眼蚜蝇属Citrogramma 11种 (包括1新种)。文中给出黄色裸眼蚜蝇C. amarilla、阿里山裸眼蚜蝇C.arisanicum、黑腿裸眼蚜蝇C. citrinoides、柑桔裸眼蚜蝇C.citrinum、卡氏裸眼蚜蝇C. currani、吉德裸眼蚜蝇C. gedehanum及新种西藏裸眼蚜蝇Citrogramma xizangensis sp. nov.等种的异名录、形态描述、特征图及分布,研究标本保存于陕西理工学院动植物标本馆。清丽裸眼蚜蝇C. clarum、褐翅裸眼蚜蝇C. fumipenne、松村裸眼蚜蝇C. matsumurai、素木裸眼蚜蝇C.shirakii等作者未见标本,文中仅列出异名录及分布。西藏裸眼蚜蝇,新种Citrogramma xizangensis sp. nov. (图36~41)体长:♂10mm,♀11mm;翅长:♂8mm,♀9mm。本种近似Citrogramma amarilla Mengual,两者颜黄色,后胸腹板具毛,胸部侧板黄色,翅透明,翅膜具微刺,腹部黄色带伸达背板侧缘,但新种雄性前足腿节后腹侧具1列黑色长毛,后者前、中足腿节主要具黑毛,仅基部具黄毛;新种雌性第2背板具1对狭长黄斑,后者第2背板具横带。正模1♂,西藏林芝,2008-09-26,潘朝晖采。副模:1♀,西藏林芝,2008-09-26,潘朝晖采;1♂,西藏林芝,2008-09-24,潘朝晖采。词源:新种种名源自模式产地。  相似文献

记述中国蝇科点池蝇属三新种 ,即 :①分布于新疆省东昆仑阿其克的煤漠点池蝇S .carbiarenosasp .nov .,新种近似于沙点池蝇S .arenosa (Ringdahl,1918) ,但新种间额略狭于侧额宽 ,侧额、侧颜粉被暗灰色 ,触角第三节长为宽的 1 5倍 ,髭角位于额角之后 ,前中鬃呈 2列长刚毛状 ;胸部炭黑色 ,具棕灰色粉被 ;翅基部褐色 ,平衡棒黑褐色 ;后足股节基半部具后腹鬃 ;雄侧尾叶侧面观前后缘平行 ,前缘基部具长毛等既可区别。②分布于云南省高黎贡山的毛眼点池蝇S .dasyoommasp .nov .新种近似于小沉点池蝇S .depressiuscula (Zetterstedt,1838) ,但新种复眼毛密而长 ;额宽狭于前单眼宽 ,侧颜狭于第三节触角宽 ;触角芒具短纤毛 ,最长芒毛短于芒基径 ;前足胫节中位后鬃 1~ 2 ,中足胫节后鬃 4~ 5 ,后足股节端部 1 3具 3~ 5根粗壮的前腹鬃 ,后足胫节前腹鬃 2 ,前背鬃 4~ 6 ;肛尾叶游离部较宽 ,侧尾叶侧面观末端无钩 ;雌性上眶鬃 1对 ,额绒黑色 ,中足胫节后鬃 3~ 4 ,腹部近圆形等与后者相区别。③分布于新疆省红其拉甫塔什库尔干的红其拉甫点池蝇S .kunjirapensissp .nov .,新种近似于岸点池蝇S .litorea (Fall啨n ,182 3) ,但新种额宽约等于后单眼外缘间距 ,间额狭于一侧额 ;第三触角节长约为宽的 1 5倍 ,触角芒  相似文献

本文记述采自云南省的秽蝇属四新种,即:①狭叶秽蝇C.angustiifolia sp.nov.,新种外形特征近似于欧洲的C.gracilis Stein,1916,但雄各胫节基部1/5黄色,中胫前背鬃1,后胫后背鬃2;雄肛尾叶和侧尾叶细长等与后者不同。②暗腹秽蝇C.obscuriabdominis sp.nov.,新种外形特征近似于长足秽蝇C.longipeda Wu et xue,1996,但新种胫节全黄色,前胫中位后鬃1,中股后腹鬃1;第一腹板裸;肛尾叶末端较尖等不同。③离叶秽蝇C.sparagmocerca sp.nov.,新种外形主要特征近似于C.oralis Schnabl,1915,但新种雄侧颜等于触角宽的1/2,髭角位于额角之后;前侧片鬃2;中股无前腹鬃,近中位具1根长的后腹鬃,中胫前背鬃1,后股近中位具1根短小的毛状后腹鬃,后胫后背鬃1;雄肛尾叶和侧尾叶短小等不同。④束秽蝇C.sponsasp.nov.,该新种近似于冯氏秽蝇C.fengi Yang et Zhao,2002,但新种额宽为头宽的0.42,侧颜为触角宽的4/5,口上片不突出,髭间距短于髭至眼缘间距;翅内鬃0+2;中股基部具2-3根长的后腹鬃,后股无明显后腹鬃,后胫前腹鬃1,跗节长于胫节;腹部无明显斑条;肛尾叶中部较宽等不同。模式标本保存在沈阳师范大学昆虫研究所。  相似文献

斑胸蚜蝇属Spilomyia Meigen,1803多为大型种类,形态及行为上近似社会性的胡蜂.Hippa将其置于迷蚜蝇族Milesiini.斑胸蚜蝇属主要分布于全北区,东洋区有少数分布,已记载约38种,中国记载8种.本文描述1新种,中国斑胸蚜蝇属种类增加到9种.模式标本保存于陕西理工学院标本馆.文中给出中国已知种类及其检索表.双齿斑胸蚜蝇,新种Spilomyia bidentica sp.nov.(图1~6)♀ 体长15 mm,翅长11mm.雄性 未知.正模♀,辽宁北票大黑山,2012-08-02,霍科科采.副模1♀,辽宁北票大黑山,2012-08-02,霍科科采.新种外形上近似Spilomyia panfilovi Zimina,1952.但新种后足腿节端前腹侧具2齿突,与本属的其他种类明显区别.词源:新种种名源自拉丁词bi-(2个)和dentica(齿)组成,指后足腿节端部具2个齿.  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. The dichtomously branched stigma in each carpel of the Tricyrteae is supplied by a bifurcated dorsal bundle.  相似文献

Rasmussen’s encephalitis (RE) is a rare pediatric neurological disorder, and the exact etiology is not clear. Viral infection may be involved in the pathogenesis of RE, but conflicting results have reported. In this study, we evaluated the expression of both Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and human herpes virus (HHV) 6 antigens in brain sections from 30 patients with RE and 16 control individuals by immunohistochemistry. In the RE group, EBV and HHV6 antigens were detected in 56.7% (17/30) and 50% (15/30) of individuals, respectively. In contrast, no detectable EBV and HHV6 antigen expression was found in brain tissues of the control group. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in 20.0% (6/30) of individuals. In particular, a 4-year-old boy had a typical clinical course, including a medical history of viral encephalitis, intractable epilepsy, and hemispheric atrophy. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in neurons and astrocytes in the brain tissue, accompanied by a high frequency of CD8+ T cells. Our results suggest that EBV and HHV6 infection and the activation of CD8+ T cells are involved in the pathogenesis of RE.  相似文献

正Dear Editor,Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), an arbovirus in the family of Togaviridae, genus Alphavirus, is transmitted by the A.aegyptii or A. albopictus mosquito, and causes disease in humans characterized by fever, rash, and arthralgia (Silva and Dermody 2017; Suhrbier 2019). It was first reported in 1953 in Tanzania, and caused only a few outbreaks and sporadic cases in Africa and Asia in last century. However, in the epidemic in 2004, CHIKV acquired mutations that conferred enhanced transmission by the A. albopictus mosquito(Schuffenecker et al. 2006). Since then, it has successively caused outbreaks in Africa, the Indian Ocean, South East Asia, the South America, and Europe (Zeller et al. 2016).  相似文献

In conclusion, the novel visual RT-LAMP assay is a simple, rapid, and sensitive approach for detection of SARS-CoV-2, and it is ready for application in primary care and community hospitals or health care centers, and even patients' own houses in response to the current SARS-CoV-2 epidemic because the assay does not require sophisticated equipment and skilled personnel. Furthermore, it is also ready to be used in fields for screening samples from wild animals and environments to facilitate the identification of potential intermediate hosts that mediate the cross-species transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from bats to humans.  相似文献
