初步观察记录了小弧斑姬蛙Microhyla heymonsi胚后发育的过程。在22.9~27.3℃的温度条件下,观察了其胚后发育全过程中的形态变化。该蛙胚后发育可划分为19期,历时35.7d。小弧斑姬蛙蝌蚪的头长、体长和后肢长度随发育时间的增加而增长。对其胚后发育各个阶段的后肢芽、趾、前肢的发育,以及尾的变化等方面做了系统的描述。讨论并比较了该蛙和其他蛙胚后发育的特点。  相似文献

采用静态换水法研究了杀虫剂敌敌畏、除草剂丁草胺对饰纹姬蛙(Microhyla ornata)蝌蚪的急性毒性影响。结果表明,杀虫剂敌敌畏对饰纹姬蛙蝌蚪的24-h、48-h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为3.91μl/l和1.97μ/l;除草剂丁草胺对饰纹姬蛙蝌蚪的24-h LC50和48-h LC50分别为3.37μl/1和1.88μl/1,饰纹姬蛙蝌蚪对丁草胺的敏感性稍大于敌敌畏。  相似文献

初步观察记录了秦岭山区隆肛蛙Feirana quadrana胚后发育过程.隆肛蛙蝌蚪的头长、体长、尾长和后肢长度随发育时间的增加而显著增长.将隆肛蛙的胚后发育过程划分为20期.其蝌蚪在发育中体色、荚膜(皮肤褶)、侧线以及唇齿式等结构都发生了相应的变化.唇齿式由以II∶ 5-5/II∶ 1-1型为主演变为以II∶ 6-6/II∶ 1-1、I∶ 6-6/II∶ 1-1和II∶ 5-5/II∶ 1-1型为主.  相似文献

用泽陆蛙(Fejervarya limnocharis)蝌蚪和饰纹姬蛙(Microhyla ornata)蝌蚪做研究模型,检测热驯化(20 、25 和30 C)对选择体温(Tsel)、低温耐受性(CTMin)和高温耐受性(CTMax)的影响。结果显示,两种蝌蚪的Tsel既不受驯化温度的影响,也不存在种间差异;泽陆蛙蝌蚪的CTMin显著小于饰纹姬蛙蝌蚪,而CTMax和VTR则显著大于饰纹姬蛙蝌蚪;CTMin和CTMax随驯化温度的升高而升高,VTR则随驯化温度的升高而减小。研究结果表明,热驯化显著影响两种蝌蚪的CTMin、CTMax和VTR,而对两种蝌蚪的体温调定点无显著影响;这些热生物学特征对两种蝌蚪有效适应环境温度变化、利用资源、减少种间竞争具有重要的生态学意义。  相似文献

2015年7月—2017年5月,对饰纹姬蛙Microhyla fissipes的人工驯养体系(饲养环境和饵料选择等)和繁殖(繁殖行为和人工催产等)开展了相关研究。观察发现,饰纹姬蛙繁殖期为3—10月,其中,5—8月为繁殖高峰期;同一对亲本每年可繁殖5次,2次繁殖间隔时间最短为16 d;卵团含卵量为15~1 100枚(310枚±203枚,n=98),与雌性亲本的体质量显著正相关(R~2=0.44,P0.001,n=76)。在人工驯养过程中初步建立了良好的饲养管理体系,其中饵料体系是"熟蛋黄-螺旋藻粉(饲喂蝌蚪)-跳虫(饲喂刚变态的幼蛙)-残翅果蝇(饲喂亚成体和成体蛙)",同时获得了饰纹姬蛙人工催产的最佳实验条件。该成果不仅可为饰纹姬蛙的研究工作提供适宜的实验材料,促进该物种的模式化进程,也可为无尾两栖动物的实验室驯化提供参考。  相似文献

桂林地区克氏原螯虾对泽蛙蝌蚪的捕食   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)已入侵我国江苏、湖北、江西、安徽等多个省(市)。为研究克氏原螯虾对其生境中主要两栖动物泽蛙(Rana limnocharis)的影响,我们于2006年5-6月对广西桂林地区自然生境中克氏原螯虾和泽蛙蝌蚪的数量和密度进行了调查,7月在室内进行了克氏原螯虾对泽蛙蝌蚪和饰纹姬蛙(Microhyla ornata)蝌蚪的捕食实验。野外调查结果表明克氏原螯虾的密度与泽蛙蝌蚪的密度呈显著负相关。室内实验结果表明克氏原螯虾对泽蛙蝌蚪的捕食强度与克氏原螯虾体长呈显著正相关,且对泽蛙蝌蚪的捕食强度高于饰纹姬蛙蝌蚪。表明克氏原螯虾对两栖类幼体有比较严重的危害,应加强监测,采取相应措施预防和控制其危害。  相似文献

以蛙类发育过程中的形态结构或生理特征为标志,对蛙类胚胎及胚后发育进行分期,便于对它们的发育进程进行描述,以及对发育与外界条件的关系进行比较研究。在恒温条件下培育蛙胚,可以作出能为今后重复验证的发育时刻表。比较不同蛙种的发育时,也应在相同的恒温条件下进行,才具可比性。分类学上描述蛙种时,蝌蚪也是被描述的对象。但过去描述蝌蚪,多数采用“当后肢长度若干毫米时,蝌蚪全长为若干毫米。”应用这一方法,很难与其他蛙种作比较,因为发育的水温不同和营养物丰歉不同,蝌蚪的生长速度差别很大,后肢与全长的比例关系也会产生变化。因此,制订一个比较适合多数蛙种通用、又易于掌握的蛙  相似文献

为揭示温度对饰纹姬蛙(Microhyla fissipes)蝌蚪生长的影响,将同一家系发育至28期的45只蝌蚪随机均分为3组,每组15只,分别置于水温25、28、30℃条件下饲养,测定其全长、体宽、眼距、吻长及头体长5项形态指标,分析不同温度下各项形态指标的变化。结果显示,5项形态特征有基本一致的变化趋势,其中全长最易表征蝌蚪的生长状况。从全长看,25℃组蝌蚪生长发育缓慢,但在12 d后有加快的趋势;30℃组在饲养第3~12 d,生长最迅速(增长率β=50.05%),但在12 d后生长明显变缓(β=9.42%),而到28 d时,已有较多蝌蚪死亡(5/15);28℃组的蝌蚪生长发育态势最好,且在饲养第28 d均超过30℃组,其在3 d后加快的生长趋势也强于25℃组。其他4项指标与全长有类似的结果。综合结果分析表明,30℃下蝌蚪在后期(21 d后)的成活率明显降低,而25℃下其生长缓慢,提示28℃是饰纹姬蛙蝌蚪比较适合的饲养温度。  相似文献

两栖动物幼体变态过程是受甲状腺激素所精密调控的。对中国林蛙Rana chensinensis变态前期、临近变态期、变态高峰期和变态完成期的蝌蚪进行了外部形态指标(全长、体长、尾长和后肢长等)的测定,采用解剖和组织学方法对其甲状腺进行了组织学观察,并对蝌蚪外部形态指标与甲状腺形态机能之间的相关性进行了统计分析。结果显示,中国林蛙蝌蚪甲状腺分泌甲状腺激素机能活性的峰值出现于变态高峰期的前肢伸出期。统计分析表明,蝌蚪外部形态指标全长和后肢长的发育信息也可以反映其甲状腺分泌甲状腺激素的机能活性。  相似文献

Though light conditions are known to affect the development and anti-predation strategies of several aquatic species, relatively little is known about how different species react to light, or how light can affect these species during different points in their life-cycle. In this study, we used four sympatric anuran tadpoles(Bufo gargarizans, B. melanostictus, Pelophylax nigromaculatus and Microhyla fissipes) as animal system to examine species-specific activities of the underdoing different light intensity treatments, so as to better understand how they respond to light. We exposed four different species of tadpoles to 1660 and 14 lux light intensity treatments and then measured several parameters including development stage, body length and tail length, and as well as their basic activities. The results of this observation and analysis showed that the activities of tadpoles were significantly greater in B. gargarizans and B. melanostictus than in P. nigromaculatus and M. fissipes; and were also significantly greater during times of high light intensity as compared to during low light intensity. Moreover, the observed relationship between species and light intensity was significant. The activities of B. gargarizans and B. melanostictus tadpoles were greater in high light, while the activity of P. nigromaculatus tadpoles was greater in low light intensity, while M. fissipes tadpoles showed no differences in either low or high intensity light. Furthermore, the activities of B. gargarizans, B. melanostictus and M. fissipes tadpoles in terms of developmental stage, body size or tail length did not seem to differ with light intensity, but during early larval developmental period of P. nigromaculatus, the activity of tadpoles was negatively correlated with development stage, but irrelevant to either body size or tail length in different light intensities. These results lead us to conclude the observed activities of the four sympatric anuran tadpoles are closely correlated with their specific anti-predation strategies.  相似文献

1. Fictive swimming is an experimental model to study early motor development. As vestibular activity also affects the development of spinal motor projections, the present study focused on the question whether in Xenopus laevis tadpoles, the rhythmic activity of spinal ventral roots (VR) during fictive swimming revealed age-dependent modifications after hypergravity exposure. In addition, developmental characteristics for various features of fictive swimming between stages 37/38 and 47 were determined. Parameters of interest were duration of fictive swimming episodes, burst duration, burst frequency (i.e., cycle length), and rostrocaudal delay. 2. Ventral root recordings were performed between developmental stage 37/38, which is directly after hatching and stage 47 when the hind limb buds appear. The location of recording electrodes extended from myotome 4 to 17. 3. Hypergravity exposure by 3 g-centrifugation lasted 9 to 11 days. It started when embryos had just terminated gastrulation (stage 11/19-group), when first rhythmical activity in the ventral roots appeared (stage 24/27-group), and immediately after hatching (stage 37/41-group). Ventral root recordings were taken for 8 days after termination of 3 g-exposure. 4. Between stage 37/38 (hatching) and stage 47 (hind limb bud stage) burst duration, cycle length and rostrocaudal delay recorded between the 10th and 14th postotic myotome increased while episode duration decreased significantly. In tadpoles between stage 37 and 43, the rostrocaudal delay in the proximal tail part was as long as in older tadpoles while in caudal tail parts, it was shorter. During this period of development, there was also an age-dependent progression of burst extension in the proximal tail area that could not be observed between the 10th and 14th myotome. 6. After termination of the 3 g-exposure, the mean burst duration of VR activity increased significantly (p < 0.01) when 3 g-exposure started shortly after gastrulation but not when it started thereafter. Other parameters for VR activity such as cycle length, rostrocaudal delay and episode duration were not affected by this level of hypergravity. 7. It is postulated that (i) functional separation of subunits responsible for intersegmental motor coordination starts shortly after hatching of young tadpoles; and that (ii) gravity exerts a trophic influence on the development of the vestibulospinal system during different periods of embryonic development leading to the formation of more rigid neuronal networks earlier in the spinal than in the ocular projections.  相似文献

With a view to determine ectopic limb developing capacity along with normal hind limb regeneration in response to vitamin A palmitate in well-differentiated hind limb stage tadpoles of P. maculatus, higher doses of vitamin A (30 IU/ml and 20 IU/ml) were administered for a longer period (120 hr) to the tadpoles following tail amputation through middle and hind limb amputation through middle of thigh. Simultaneous development of ectopic pelvic zone was observed along with hind limbs from the cut end of tail and duplication of regenerated hind limbs in the same tadpole for the first time. Besides, development of double ectopic pelvic girdle was also reported in one case. Results also indicate that induction of pelvic zone and duplication of regenerated limbs are concentration dependent.  相似文献

Putrescine, spermidine and spermine levels were measured during development, metamorphosis and adult life of the frog, Microhyla ornata . Development of Microhyla was accompanied by high fluctuating levels of putrescine and spermidine with low and steady levels of spermine. Putrescine was the major polyamine during development from egg to mature tadpole. During metamorphosis both putrescine and spermidine decreased significantly; but the decrease in putrescine content was more rapid than that of spermidine. Thus, in the freshly metamorphosed frog, the concentration of spermidine exceeded that of putrescine. In most of the adult tissues also spermidine concentration was higher than putrescine and spermine. While the free form of putrescine and spermidine increased during early development of the fertilized egg to tadpole, the levels of protein conjugated polyamines decreased. In the free form, putrescine was the major polyamine while in the protein conjugated form spermidine concentration was higher than putrescine and spermine. Thus polyamine pattern is different in early development, during metamorphosis and in differentiated adult tissues of this frog. ∞-Difluoromethylornithine treatment at early blastula stage did not interfere with the normal development of Microhyla embryos.  相似文献

In this study the effects of vitamin A on tadpoles of Polypedates maculatus with an amputated tail were investigated. After amputation of half the tail at the hindlimb-bud stage, tadpoles were exposed to vitamin A (palmitate) 10 IU/ml solution for 24 hr (Group I), 48 hr (II), 72 hr (III), 96 hr (IV), 120 hr (V) or 144 hr (VI). Vitamin A was deleterious to survival of the tadpoles since 10, 30 and 30% tadpoles died from Group IV, V and VI, respectively before the emergence of forelimbs. Regeneration of the tail was abnormal in 91.7% of the tadpoles. Vitamin A induced homeotic transformation of the amputated tail to hindlimbs in 11.6% of the animals. Normal limb development was suppressed partially or completely in 48.3% tadpoles. These results indicate that in addition to traumatic effects, vitamin A can lead to homeotic transformation of the tail into hindlimbs and can also interfere with normal development of limbs.  相似文献

A molecular phylogenetic survey was conducted using mtDNA sequences of 12S and 16S rRNA, and cyt-b genes to examine taxonomic relationships among populations of the Pan-Oriental microhylid, Microhyla ornata, from India, Bangladesh, Thailand, Laos, China, Taiwan, and the Ryukyu Archipelago of Japan. Two discrete clades are recognized within this species, one consisting of populations from India and Bangladesh, and the other encompassing the remaining populations. In the latter clade, populations from the Ryukyu Archipelago are clearly split from the rest (populations from Taiwan and the continent) with considerable degrees of genetic differentiations. Each of the three lineages is judged to represent a good species, and the name Microhyla ornata is restricted to the South Asian populations. For the populations from Taiwan and a wide region from China to Southeast Asia, the name Microhyla fissipes should be applied, whereas the Ryukyu populations are most appropriately referred to as Microhyla okinavensis, although further substantial genetic differentiations are recognized among some island group populations within this last species.  相似文献

The effects of ovine prolactin (oPRL) and ovine (o) or porcine (p) growth hormone (GH) on growth of anuran larvae were compared. In grass frog tadpoles (Rana pipiens), injections of oPRL (10 micrograms/gm/day) increased tail growth and body weight but had no effect on hindlimb growth or development. The same dose of oGH did not significantly affect the tail or body weight but it caused a striking increase in limb length and development. In bullfrog tadpoles (Rana catesbeiana) given an ergot drug (bromocriptine) to induce metamorphic changes, significant tail regression and loss of body weight occurred. Treatment with oPRL reversed these effects but had no effect on hindlimb growth or development. The pGH was much less effective than the oPRL in blocking tail regression and body weight loss but it significantly increased limb growth and development. These results show that GH and PRL can differentially regulate growth and development of structures in larval anurans. The effects of GH on limb growth and development can not be explained simply by a thyrotropic effect.  相似文献

本文研究了温州地区的泽蛙、日本林蛙、饰纹姬蛙的核型,并分析了9个地理居群泽蛙的核型、4个地理居群日本林蛙的核型和3个地理居群饰纹姬蛙的核型。结果表明,不同地理居群的同种蛙均有相同的染色体数和核型模式。泽蛙、日本林蛙都为 2n=26,NF=52,核模式5+8;饰纹姬蛙 2n=24,NF=48,核模式6+6。但同一种蛙的不同地理居群之间在SM数目和顺序、次缢痕或随体的位置等都有所不同,说明不同地理居群的同种蛙的染色体具有丰富的多样性。故保护蛙品种资源多样性,不仅要从整个群体上考虑,而且要针对每个品种(或类群)进行保护。 Abstract:The karyotypes of Rana limmocharis boie,Rana j.Japonica,and Microhyla ornata from Wenzhou were studied.The karyotypes of nine populations of Rana limmocharis boie,four populations of Rana j.Japonica and three populations of Microhyla ornata from different geographical regions were compared.The results demonstrated that the same species of different geographical populations have the same amount of chromosome and karyotypic formulae. Rana limmocharis boie and Rana j.Japonica have 2n=26,NF=52 and 5+8 karyotypic formulae.Microhyla ornata has 2n=24,NF=48 and 6+6 karyotypic formulae.But some dissimilarities were found among them.First,the number and sequence of submetacentric chromosome were different among them,and then the secondary contriction (SC)or satellite (Sat)were also different.It was showed that the chromosomes of same species of different geographical population have diversities.Conservation of frog genetic diversity must be considered of not only the genetic diversity conservation of the total frog population but also that of every frog breed.  相似文献
