探究野生和栽培产地滇重楼根际土壤中16种无机元素的5种化学形态分布规律及其与药材品质的相关性,为滇重楼科学化种植及药效功能的开发利用提供参考依据。采用BCR顺序提取法提取不同化学形态的无机元素,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)进行元素含量测定,再利用SPSS软件进行相关性分析。滇重楼的野生品和栽培品的根际土壤中16种无机元素主要以残渣态为主,且野生品和栽培品在各元素含量方面差异明显,栽培品高于野生品;Ca、Mg元素在水溶态和交换态中的含量明显高于其他元素,P、Mo元素含量则较低;Ca、Mg、Fe、Al元素在有机态和铁锰氧化态中的含量明显较高,但Na元素未检测出;相关性分析表明,滇重楼中重楼皂苷的积累与根际土壤中的P、K元素呈显著的负相关关系,与Fe、Al、Se、Ba等元素呈显著正相关关系。综上,滇重楼根际土壤中的无机元素大部分以残渣态形式存在,P、K元素的存在在一定程度上抑制了重楼皂苷的积累,Fe、Al、Se、Ba等元素促进了重楼皂苷的积累。  相似文献

利用在全国范围内分单株采集的92个黄芩根及对应的92个黄芩根际土样品,检测黄芩次生代谢产物、药材及根际土中无机元素含量,结合道地药材空间分析数据库中的环境数据,开展生态因子对黄芩次生代谢产物积累的影响及综合效应分析.结果发现,黄芩中多数化学组分与纬度成负相关,而与温度成正相关,21个化学组分总体呈现低纬度地区含量高于高纬度地区的趋势.通过逐步回归分析,得到黄芩中黄芩苷与纬度的负相关关系.发现土壤中无机元素含量过高(除Mg和Ca外)总体上不利于黄芩中化学成分的积累.基于21个组分的聚类分析将不同产地的黄芩分为2组,指出黄芩的道地性并不局限在某个特定的小区域,在从内蒙赤峰到陕西太白一线均适宜黄芩次生代谢产物的积累,为黄芩的适生区和潜在的道地产区.  相似文献

为了探索不同产地栀子及土壤中无机元素的分布规律与药材质量间的内在联系,本研究采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱及液相色谱对全国范围内36个产地的栀子及土壤无机元素、有效成分含量进行测定,发现不同产地栀子及其土壤中无机元素存在较大的变异。总体来看,Ca、B、Cu、Zn、K和Cr是栀子药材的特征无机元素。药材中B、Cu、Zn、P、Ca与土壤中无机元素的显著相关。栀子有效成分的形成是多因素的交互作用,土壤无机元素的含量不是最直接因素。本研究为合理施肥、改良土壤、控制栀子中有害元素含量及提高品质提供理论依据。  相似文献

建立苍耳草药材中无机元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱﹙ICP-MS﹚分析方法,测定苍耳草不同产地及商品药材12个样品中24种无机元素的含量,用SPSS16.0对数据进行主成分分析及相关性分析。检测结果显示苍耳草药材中24种元素之间有一定的相关性,Ca、K、Mg、P、Fe的含量较高,重金属及有害元素的含量应引起重视;主成分分析选出5个主因子,得出Ca、K、Sr、Fe、Al、V、Mg、Ba、Mn是苍耳草的特征无机元素。本实验为苍耳草药材的质量控制及安全性评价提供依据。  相似文献

以甘肃不同产地黄管秦艽为材料,测定其无机元素含量,分析黄管秦艽中无机元素特征及评价药材质量。采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定黄管秦艽中无机元素含量,并运用相关性分析和主成分分析对其含量进行分析和评价。结果表明不同产地黄管秦艽中无机元素Ca、K、Mg、Mo含量较高,部分无机元素之间存在相关性;经主成分分析得到3个主因子,3个主成分的累计方差贡献率为83.20%。从无机元素含量的主成分分析来看,产于卓尼县尼巴乡的黄管秦艽质量最优,本实验可为黄管秦艽的资源开发利用、质量控制以及安全评价提供参考依据。  相似文献

用电子探针可检测出玉米、大豆根际和根内含有Na,Mg,Al,Si,P,S,Cl,K,Ca,Ti,Fe,Cu和Zn 13种元素。这些元素在根际土壤、粘液层和根组织内的含量分布有一定的规律性。除Si,Al,Ca,Fe在根际土壤中峰值较高外,Ti仅在土壤中达到可检测量;S,Fe和Zn富集在粘液层,Mg,P,Cl只在根组织内才有较明显的峰。这些规律可作为区分根—土界面的参考指标。K含量在根内明显高于根际土壤,并由表皮层到中柱径向增加;Ca则与K不同,且受植物种类的影响。  相似文献

秦艽药材及其生长土壤中无机元素含量特征及相关性分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
该研究采用原子吸收分光光度法和火焰光度法,测定云南20个种植地的秦艽及其生长土壤中无机元素的含量,探讨药材中无机元素分布特征,并对药材中无机元素含量与土壤中无机元素含量的相关性进行了分析。结果表明:云南秦艽药材无机元素的含量呈现K>Ca>Mg>Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu有规律的分布态势;通过相关性分析、主成分分析和逐步回归分析发现秦艽的特征元素为K、Cu、Ca和Zn;药材中钾含量与土壤中锌,钙与土壤中锰和铜,锰与土壤中钙和镁,铜与土壤中钾和锌元素含量间均分别显著负相关;而药材中镁含量与土壤中钙和镁,铁、铜与土壤中铁元素含量间均呈显著正相关。对秦艽各无机元素含量影响最大的因子是秦艽生长土壤有效钙,有效铁和有效锌其次,最后为有效锰。该研究结果为秦艽道地性成因及适宜栽培区域的选择提供了参考,为秦艽资源合理利用和GAP研究以及从无机元素的角度品评药材品质提供了理论依据。  相似文献

建立川麦冬无机元素含量测定的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-OES)分析方法,并对川麦冬无机元素含量进行分析与系统评价。通过湿法消煮,用ICP-OES方法测定川麦冬无机元素含量,并用SPSS 21.0软件对数据进行相关性分析和主成分分析。结果表明川麦冬药材中Ca、P、K、Mg、Fe、Al元素的含量较高,Co、Hg、Se、Si、Sn、V在麦冬中未检测到或低于检测限,3个样品采集点的麦冬药材Cd元素含量超过WM/T2-2004Cd(≤0.5 mg/kg)的限量标准;无机元素之间有一定的相关性;主成分分析表明As、Ba、Cu、K、Mg、Mn、P、Sr、Ti是川麦冬的特征无机元素。本研究可为川麦冬质量控制和安全性评价及临床药用提供科学的参考依据。  相似文献

中国西北地区是我国干旱、盐碱化土壤分布面积较广、土壤积盐较重的地区,这里发育着丰富的盐生植物。目前对于干旱荒漠区盐生植物根际特征的研究相对较少,而不同盐生植物的根际特征对于研究盐生植物适应盐渍环境的机制有着重要意义。本研究利采用盆栽根袋法对7种不同类型的荒漠盐生植物的根际盐分和养分特征进行了初步探索。结果表明:盐分在盐生植物根际发生富集,稀盐盐生植物和泌盐盐生植物根际土壤中总盐和8种主要盐分离子的含量都有所增加,而在拒盐盐生植物根际中增加不显著,其中Cl-和Na 的富集程度相对其它6种离子的富集程度要高。稀盐盐生植物和泌盐盐生植物根际土中的SO42-/Cl-比土体有显著的降低,表明在稀盐盐生植物和泌盐盐生植物根际土壤中Cl-的富集程度比SO42-高,拒盐盐生植物根际土盐分SO42-/Cl-比略有提高。7种盐生植物根际土中的Na /K ,Na /Ca2 ,Na /Mg2 比均较土体有显著的增加,芦苇根际土中的增加最小。在所有研究植物中,根际土壤中全N含量比土体的含量高,但全P和全K含量却比土体的含量低;根际土壤中有效态养分的变化则与全态相反,根际土壤中的有效N含量比土体中的都显著降低,除芦苇外,其他六种盐生植物根际土壤中有效P和有效K的含量都高于土体,但有效P的富集不及有效K富集的程度高。在研究的七种植物中,钠猪毛菜根际土壤的有效N亏缺量最高,有效P和速效K富集也最少。7种植物,尤其是稀盐盐生植物和泌盐盐生植物的地上部分的主要盐离子含量比地下部分高,如Cl-、Na 、Ca2 和K ,在根际富集程度最高的Cl-和Na ,在植株的地上部分也增加的最多。  相似文献

This study analyzed the effects of ecological factors on secondary metabolites of Scutellaria baicalensis using two sources: 92 individual roots of S. baicalensis from all over China, and secondary metabolites, medicinal materials and inorganic element contents obtained from the testing of 92 S. baicalensis rhizosphere soil samples. The study used environmental data from the Genuine Medicinal Material Spatial Analysis Database. Most of the chemical constituents of S. baicalensis were negatively correlated to latitude and positively correlated to temperature; generally, the contents of 21 chemical constituents were higher at low latitudes than that at high latitudes. By gradual regression analysis, it was found that the content of baicalin in S. baicalensis was negatively correlated to latitude and generally the content of inorganic elements in soil was excessively high (excluding Mg and Ca), which has a negative effect on the accumulation of chemical constituents in S. baicalensis. Based on the cluster analysis of 21 constituents, S. baicalensis from different places of origin was divided into two groups, and S. baicalensis was not genuine only in a specific small region. Within the zone from Chifeng, Inner Mongolia to Taibai, Shaanxi is suitable for accumulation of secondary metabolites of S. baicalensis and such a zone represents a suitable distribution and potential genuine producing area.  相似文献

Mineral elements are important components of medicinal herbs, and their concentrations are affected by many factors. In this study, Ca, Mg, Na, K, Fe, Mn, Cu, and Zn concentrations in wild Saposhnikovia divaricata and its rhizosphere soil collected from seven locations at two different times in China were measured, and influences of rhizosphere soil on those minerals in plant were evaluated. The results showed that mean concentrations of eight minerals in plant samples decreased in the order: Ca > Mg > Na > K > Fe > Zn > Mn > Cu, and those in the soil samples followed the following order: Na > Fe > Ca > K > Mg > Mn > Zn > Cu. Mean concentrations of Ca, Na, Mg, and K in plants were higher than those in soils, while higher mean concentrations of the other four minerals were found in soils. It was found that there was a positive correlation of Mg, Na, and Cu concentrations in the plant with those in the soil respectively, but a negative correlation of Mn concentration in plant with that in the soil. Except Ca, K, and Mn, the other five minerals in plant were all directly affected by one or more chemical compositions of soil. The results also indicate that pH value and concentrations of total nitrogen, Mg, Mn, and Cu in soil had significant correlations with multimineral elements in plant. In a word, mineral elements uptake of S. divaricata can be changed by adjusting the soil fertility levels to meet the need of appropriate quality control of S. divaricata.  相似文献

Urbanization and anthropogenic activities are the major source of environmental pollution which may cause damage in terrestrial ecosystems and their organisms. Toxic elements can accumulate in soil and leave tissue; thus, through the food chain they can accumulate in predatory organisms. The aim of our study was to investigate the effects of urbanization on toxic element concentration in soil, leaf litter and Carabus violaceus and Pterostichus oblongopunctatus specimens along an urbanization gradient. The studied predator species were common and their distribution is widespread along the urbanization gradient. Soil, leaf litter and ground beetles were collected from three forested area: urban park, suburban forest and rural forest. The following toxic element concentrations were analyzed in all samples: Al, Ba, Cd, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, Sr and Zn. In the soil there was no significant difference in toxic element concentration between areas, except in seasons. Significantly higher toxic element concentration was found in autumn than in spring in the soil. In the case of leaf litter we found significant differences between areas in the following toxic elements: Ba, Cu, Mn, Sr and Zn. The concentrations of all elements were significantly higher in autumn than in spring. Significantly higher concentration was found in P. oblongopunctatus specimens than in C. violaceus for all studied elements, except Sr. We found significant differences in elemental concentrations between sexes in both species. Significantly higher Cu and Pb concentration was found in male beetles than in female ones. Just the opposite was true for the Sr concentration. We found positive correlation between toxic element concentration of C. violaceus and leaf litter for Mn and Zn. Negative correlations were found between toxic elements of ground beetles and soil for Al, Ba, Fe, Sr and Zn. Our study confirms that different breeding strategies and sexes cause differences in the accumulation of toxic elements. In summary, we demonstrated that ground beetles, leaf litter and soil were suitable bioindicators for monitoring the effects of urbanization and anthropogenic activities on terrestrial ecosystem.  相似文献

As a result of human activities such as mining, metal pollution has become one of the most serious environmental problems today. Phytoremediation, an emerging cost-effective, non-intrusive, and aesthetically pleasing technology that uses the remarkable ability of plants to concentrate elements can be potentially used to remediate metal-contaminated sites. The aim of this work was to assess the extent of metal accumulation by plants found in a mining area in Hamedan province with the ultimate goal of finding suitable plants for phytoextraction and phytostabilization (two processes of phytoremediation). To this purpose, shoots and roots of the 12 plant species and the associated soil samples were collected and analyzed by measurement of total concentrations of some elements (Fe, Mn, Zn, and Cu) using atomic absorption spectrophotometer and then biological absorption coefficient, bioconcentration factor, and translocation factor parameters calculated for each element. Our results showed that none of the plants were suitable for phytoextraction and phytostabilization of Fe, Zn, and Cu, while Chenopodium botrys, Stipa barbata, Cousinia bijarensis, Scariola orientalis, Chondrila juncea, and Verbascum speciosum, with a high biological absorption coefficient for Mn, were suitable for phytoextraction of Mn, and C. bijarensis, C. juncea, V. speciosum, S. orientalis, C. botrys, and S. barbata, with a high bioconcentration factor and low translocation factor for Mn, had the potential for the phytostabilization of this element.  相似文献

为探讨苦苣苔科植物对其岩溶生境的适应性,该研究选取黄花牛耳朵(Primulina lutea)、紫花报春苣苔(Pri.purpurea)和桂林蛛毛苣苔(Paraboea guilinensis)三种苦苣苔科植物,将其栽种在石灰土及红壤两种不同类型的土壤中,观测记录其生长性状并对其叶片元素含量进行测定和比较。植株采集过程中,同时采集自然生境中三种苦苣苔科植物叶片及取样植物基部土壤,并对叶片及土壤元素的含量进行测定,作为今后苗圃试验的参照。结果表明:三种苦苣苔科植物在两种土壤上的生长状况及适应性具有差异,其在石灰土上生长良好,在红壤上生长较差;在两种不同土壤中,除N外,桂林蛛毛苣苔的叶片其他元素(P、K、Mn、Mg、Ca、Zn、Cu)差异极显著(P0.01);除P外,紫花报春苣苔的叶片其他元素(N、K、Mn、Mg、Ca、Zn、Cu)差异极显著(P0.01);除N、Cu、Ca外,黄花牛耳朵的叶片元素(P、K、Mn、Mg、Zn)差异极显著(P0.01);三种植物的叶片元素比值,除少数值没有差异外,大部分指标差异都极显著;对叶片元素与栽培土壤元素的相关性分析,发现植物叶片Mn元素与土壤中N、Ca、Mg、Zn、Mn、有机质含量等呈正相关,土壤P元素与叶片中N、P元素呈正相关,而与叶片中Zn元素呈负相关关系。在其他栽培条件一致的条件下,土壤因素及物种差别是造成黄花牛耳朵、紫花报春苣苔和桂林蛛毛苣苔适应性产生差异的主要原因。  相似文献

Summary The influence of organic matter on the availability of 17 elements (Na, K, Cs137, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, N, P, B, Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Mo, Al, and Si) to barley seedlings grown by a modified Neubauer technique was determined. Three different soils that were treated with dry ground mustard spinach leaves (1 g/100 g soil) and incubated for various lengths of time (0, 1, 2, 5, 9, 13, and 17 weeks) in moist condition before cropping were used for this study.The addition of organic matter to the soils increased the plant yields. The average N and K concentrations were consistently increased in the plants grown in soils with added organic matter. The average concentration of B, P, Na, Mg, Sr, Ba, and Si were almost consistently decreased in the plants. The average contents of Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Mo, Ca, and Al varied with the soil types and precropping incubation time. The average Cs137 contents of the plants were reduced considerably by the addition of organic matter to the soils. The reduction of Cs137 contents ranged from 29 to 75 per cent, depending on the pre-cropping incubation time and soil type. The main factors causing this reduction were considered to be microbial immobilization, ion antagonism by K, carbohydrate dilution, and the state of decomposition and the kind of organic matter added to the soils.  相似文献

There is little information on in situ distribution of nutrient elements in N2-fixing nodules. The aim of this study was to quantify elemental distribution in tissue components of N2-fixing nodules harvested from Psoralea pinnata plants grown naturally in wetland and upland conditions in the Cape Fynbos. The data obtained from particle-induced X-ray emission revealed the occurrence of 20 elements (Si, P, S, Cl, K, Ca, Ti, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Br, Rb, Sr, Y, Zr, Mo and Ba) in nodule components. Although, in upland plants, the concentrations of S, Fe, Si, Mn and Cu showed a steady increase from the middle cortex to the medulla region of P. pinnata nodules, in wetland plants, only S, Fe and Mn showed an increase in concentration from the middle cortex to the bacteria-infected medulla of P. pinnata nodules. By contrast, the concentrations of Cl, K, Ca, Zn and Sr decreased from middle cortex to nodule medulla. The alkaline earth, alkali and transition elements Rb, Sr, Y and Zr, never before reported in N2-fixing nodules, were found to occur in root nodules of P. pinnata plants grown in both wetland and upland conditions.  相似文献

对奉节脐橙果、叶、干、根中的必需大量元素 (N、K、Ca、Mg、P、S)、微量元素 (Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、B、Mo)、有益元素 (Si、Co、F、Se、Ni、Sr)、有毒有害元素 (Hg、As、Cr、Cd、Pb、Sb、Bi)的分布特征进行分析 ,结果表明 :果、叶、干、根对各元素的吸收与富集特征具有明显的规律性 ,如叶、干、根中大量元素含量次序均为 Ca>N>K>Mg,叶、干、根中微量元素含量均有 Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu>Mo的规律 ,根、干、叶中有益微量元素含量次序均为 Si>Sr>F>Ni>Co>Se,叶、干、根中有毒有害元素含量次序均有 Pb>As>Sb >Hg的规律 ;在脐橙各器官中 ,叶是大量元素与有毒有害元素最富集的器官 ,根则是有益元素最富集的器官 ,有毒有害元素的 Cr、微量元素的 Mn、Fe、Mo也以根最为富集 ,干则是上述元素最不富集的器官 ,所有元素中 ,仅 Zn在干中最富集 ;大量元素 (除 N外 )、微量元素、有益元素在脐橙各器官的分配含量与地壳土壤背景值的分异含量趋势基本一致 ,土壤背景是这三类元素的主要控制因素。但有毒有害元素的分配形式则明显受人类活动的影响  相似文献

Atmospheric inputs of elements/ions into the soil through bulk precipitation and throughfall (precipitation below tree canopies) were monitored monthly at two forested catchments (Lesni Potok and Liz) in central and southwestern Bohemia, respectively. The annual deposition fluxes (expressed in μg/mg m?2 yr?1) of Al, As, Ba, Be, Ca, Cd, Cl?, F?, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Ntot, Na, Ni, Pb, Rb, SO 4 2? , Sr and Zn between 1997 and 2005 were calculated from their concentrations in monthly collected samples of both precipitation types. The flux of H+ was calculated from the monthly pH values as well. The more pristine character of the Liz catchment was manifested in lower inputs of anions of strong inorganic acids (mostly of anthropogenic origin) and of H+ in spite of higher precipitation amounts at the site. The comparison of fluxes in bulk precipitation (BP) and throughfall (TH) has shown significantly higher values for Rb, K, Mg, Mn, F?, Ca, SO 4 2? , Sr, Ba and Cl? in the latter flux. It is declared that high fluxes of these elements/ions in TH significantly affect the forest soil water chemistry and that the forest vegetation significantly contributes to the mobilization of several elements in soil and to their redistribution throughout the soil profile.  相似文献
