古蔺雪胆中的新三萜皂苷   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:4  
从采自四川汉源县的古蔺雪胆(Hemsleya penxianensis var.gulinensiks)中分到9个三萜皂苷化合物,通过化学反应和光谱方法鉴定了它们的结构。其中7个为已知化合物,分别为齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-比喃葡萄糖苷(1),3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛基齐墩果酸苷(3),3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛基—齐墩果酸—28-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(4),3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛基—齐墩果酸—28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5),3-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖基—(1→3)—β—D-吡喃葡萄糖醛基—齐墩果酸—28—O—β—D—吡喃葡萄糖苷(6),3—O—(6′—丁酯)—β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛基—齐墩果酸—28-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖苷(7),3-O-(6′-丁酯)—β—D吡喃葡萄糖醛基—齐墩果酸—28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)。两个新化合物,即雪胆皂苷A(2)和雪胆皂苷B(9)。  相似文献

从铁破锣(Beesia calthaefolia(Maxim.)Ulbr.根茎中分离得到5个化合物(1-5),经化学和波谱学方法鉴定,其中2个为有机酸-铁破锣酸(beesic acid,9-phenyl-2E,4E,6E,8E-nontetraenoic acid,1)和香草酸(2);3个为齐墩果酸型三萜皂甙:oleanolic acid-3-o-α-Larabinopyranosyl--28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(3),hederasaponin B(oleanolic acid-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosly-28-Oα-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester,4)和铁破锣皂甙Q(beesioside Q,oleanolic acid-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranolsyl-28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester,5)。化合物1系首次从自然界中分离得到,化合物5为新化合物。  相似文献

首次从旋花科飞蛾藤属植物美飞蛾藤(Porana spectabilis Kurz)醇提物中分离鉴定了8个已知化合物,通过波谱方法确定了它们的结构分别为东莨菪素(7-hydroxy-6-methoxycoumarin or soopoletin)(1),东莨菪甙(scoplin)(2);咖啡酸乙酯(ethyl caffeate)(3)和3,5-二羟基肉桂酸(3-(3,5-dihydroxyphenyl)-2E-propenoic acid)(4);α-(D)-甲基呋喃果糖甙(Methylα-Dfrucofuranoside)(5)β-(D)-甲基吡喃果糖甙(Methyl β-D-frucopyranoside)(6);2,5-二羟基基苯甲酸(2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid)(7);丁香脂素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙(+)syringaresinol-4-O-β-(D)-glucopyranoside)(8)。  相似文献

为了研究藏药臭蚤草的浩性成分,我们利用各种柱色谱技术,从藏药臭蚤草甲醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取相分离到4个化合物,通过1D、2DNMR、MS和HRMS等试验,鉴定为2,4-dihydroxy-6-methyl—ethanone-4-O-β-D—Glc(1),4-(3’-hydroxypropyl)-2,6-dimethoxyphenol-3’-O-β-D—glcoside(2),4-allyl-2-methoxyphenol-1-O-β-gleo—side(3),2-methyl-1,3,6-trihydroxy-9,10-anthraquinone-3—O-(6'-O-Ac)-α—L—Rha-(1→2)-β-D—Gle(4),其中化合物1—3为苯丙素苷类化合物,化合物4为蒽醌苷。化合物1—4都是首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1为新的苯丙素苷类化合物。  相似文献

从水红木(Viburnum cylindricum)植物中分离出2个新化合物,1-phlomglucinyl-(6-methybutyryl)-β-D-glucopyranoside命名为cylindrin A(1),1-[4-(3-hydroxyl-propyl)]-pyrocatechol-(6-methybutyryl)-β-D—glucopyranoside,命名为cylindrin B(2)。以及7个已知化合物tachioside(3),syingic acid-4-β-D-glucopyran oside(4),1-β-D—glucopyanosyloxy-3-methoxy-5-hydroxybenzene(5),4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenol-1-O-β-D-glucoside(6),4-hydroxy-2,6-dimethoxyphen-1-O-β-D-glucoside(7),phlorogluc inol-1-O-β-D-glucoside(8),1-β-D-glucosyloxy-2-(3-nrethoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)propane-1,3-diol(9).它们的结构经波谱方法得到鉴定。3—9为首次从该种植物中分离得到。  相似文献

药囊花(Cyphotheca montana Diels)茎叶的乙醇提取物具有抗菌活性,进一步的活性追踪表明活性成分在乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取物中,我们从这两种萃取物中共分离鉴定出9个化合物,其结构通过波谱分析等分别鉴定为:槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖甙(1),杨梅素-3-O-α-L鼠李糖甙(2),山萘酚-3-(2″,6″-二-O-(E)-p-羟基苯丙烯酰-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙(3),3,3′-O-二甲基逆没食子酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙(4),槲皮素(5),2α,3β,19α,23-四羧基乌苏-12-烯-28-酸-28-0-β-D吡喃葡萄糖甙(6),乌苏酸(7),β-谷甾醇(8)和胡萝卜甙(9),这些化合物均为首次从我国该特有单种属植物中分离得到。  相似文献

目的:研究银莲花属植物小花草玉梅的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱,凝胶柱色谱,反相柱色谱并结合制备高效液相色谱等技术分离纯化单体化合物,并根据理化性质及光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:分离并鉴定了4个化合物,分别是常春藤皂苷元-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(1)、3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-齐墩果酸皂苷元-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(2)、3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-常春藤皂苷元-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(3)和3-O-β-D-吡喃核糖-(1→3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-常春藤皂苷元-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(4)。结论:化合物1为首次从银莲花属植物中分离得到,2-4为首次从小花草玉梅中分离得到。  相似文献

从陕西省秦岭产珠子参(Panax japonicus C.A.Meyer var.major(Burk.)Wu et Feng)的根茎中分离得到7个皂甙,经13CNMR快速原子轰击质谱(FAB-MS)等测定,并与标准品对照,其中6个分别鉴定为已知竹节参甙(chikusetsusa ponin)V(即人参甙Rg),IVa,齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-葡萄哟喃糖甙(oleanolic acid 28-O-β-glucopyranoside),人参甙(ginsenoside)Rg2,Re以及三七甙(notoginsenoside)R2.另一皂甙为竹节参甙IV,甲酯(chikusetsusa ponin IVa methyl ester),即齐墩果酸-(3-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖醛酸甲酯)-28-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖甙(oleanolie acid-(3-O-β-D-glucorunopyranosyl-methylate)-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside),系首次从植物中分离得到,对陕西省秦岭产和云南丽江产的珠子参根茎的皂甙成分进行了比较和讨论。  相似文献

Four new triterpenoid saponins were isolated and identified from the aerial parts of Fagonia cretica. They were characterized as 3-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] hederagenin 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester, 3-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] oleanolic acid 28-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester, 3-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] 27-hydroxy oleanolic acid 28-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester and 3beta-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] olean-12-en-27-al-28-oic acid 28-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester. The structures of the saponins were assigned by spectral analyses (FABMS, 1H, 13C NMR, 1H-1H COSY, TOCSY, HMQC and HMBC spectra) and NOE experiments. To the best of our knowledge the genin 3beta hydroxy olean-12-en-27-al-28-oic acid is new.  相似文献

The continued studies on the constituents of the fresh leaves and stem bark of Plumeria obtusa Linn. have led to the isolation and characterization of four new triterpenoids, dammara-12,20(22)Z-dien-3-one (1), dammara-12,20(22)Z-dien-3beta-ol (2), olean-12-en-3beta,27-diol (3), and 27-hydroxyolean-12-en-3-one (4) and 12 known compounds, which included eight triterpenoids; dammara-3beta,20(S),25-triol (5), urs-12-en-3beta-hydroxy-27-Z-feruloyloxy-28-oic acid (6), 3beta-hydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (7), 3beta,27-dihydroxylupan-29-ene (8), 3beta-hydroxylupan-29-en-28-oic acid (9), 3beta-hydroxyursan-12-en-28-oic acid (11), 3beta-hydroxy-27-p-coumaroyloxy-olea-12-en-28-oic acid (12) and urs-12-en-3-one (15); an iridoid 1alpha-plumieride (10); a cardenolide 3alpha,14beta-dihydroxy-17beta-card-20(22)-enolide (13); a fatty acid ester methyl n-octadecanoate (14) and a steroid 3beta-hydroxy-delta5-stigmastane (16). The new constituents were characterized through spectroscopic studies including 1D (1H and 31C NMR) and 2D (COSY-45, NOESY, J-resolved, HMQC and HMBC) NMR and chemical transformations. This is the first report on the isolation of dammarane triterpenoids from P. obtusa. Compounds 5 and 6 are hitherto unreported from P. obtusa. The known compounds were identified by comparison of their spectral data with those reported in the literature.  相似文献
