本文报道棉铃虫、苏云金芽孢杆菌库斯塔克变种和单宁三者间的相互作用。苏云金芽孢杆菌芽孢晶体混合粉以6个不同的浓度(0%,0.005%,0.01%,0.015%,0.02%,0.025%湿重)分别加入含0.025%单宁和不含单宁的人工饲料中。初孵幼虫分别在上述饲料中饲养48h后,转入相应的不含苏云金芽孢杆菌的人工饲料上饲养,直到留存的幼虫化蛹。结果表明,单宁与苏云金芽孢杆菌混用可提高苏云金芽孢杆菌对棉铃虫的毒力,LD50降低45%,并可显著抑制该虫的生长发育,但二者在抑制生长发育方面无交互作用。选择取食试验显示,苏云金芽孢杆菌对五龄幼虫有显著的抑食性,但单宁无此作用,单宁与苏云金芽孢杆菌混用不会增强抑食性,但单宁能抑制苏云金芽孢杆菌菌落的生长,浓度高于15mg/100ml还能抑制芽孢的萌发。  相似文献

在大量田间实验的基础上,本文揭示华北棉区棉铃虫Heliothis armigera(Hbner)在棉田中的取食行为及其咬食棉花不同发育阶段的繁殖器官的组成和数量.根据棉铃虫的取食行为与其寄主植物棉花生长发育的关系,分别列出第二、三、四代幼虫期内棉花全株上各发育阶段的繁殖器官的组成、各龄幼虫所在果枝上繁殖器官的组成、各龄幼虫咬食不同发育阶段繁殖器官的组成和数量以及其中脱落的数量.分析了不同世代幼虫取食行为的差异,及其对棉花生长发育和产量形成过程的影响.建立了用于棉田害虫管理系统的棉铃虫取食模型.  相似文献

转Bt基因抗虫玉米对亚洲玉米螟幼虫取食行为的影响   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
室内研究了转cry1Ab杀虫蛋白基因的Bt抗虫玉米MON81 0和Bt1 1对亚洲玉米螟Ostriniafurnacalis初孵幼虫和3龄幼虫的取食行为、取食选择性和存活率的影响。在48h的非选择性试验中玉米螟初孵幼虫在MON81 0和Bt1 1玉米心叶组织上的幼虫取食率随时间的增加而下降,在对照玉米上的幼虫取食率随时间的增加而上升,两者间差异极显著。初孵幼虫接虫到MON81 0和Bt1 1玉米叶片48h的累计死亡率分别为67 .5 %和47 .5 % ,而在对照玉米上死亡率均为0. 3龄幼虫在Bt和非Bt玉米穗轴组织上的幼虫取食率随时间的增加呈上升趋势,第48h时在Bt和非Bt玉米上的幼虫取食率分别达到77 5 %和1 0 0 % ,差异极显著。选择性试验中,第4~48h内,初孵幼虫在Bt玉米上的幼虫取食率呈下降趋势,第48h时MON81 0和Bt1 1与各自非Bt对照的组合中初孵幼虫的累计死亡率分别为2 5 .0 %和1 7. 5 % ,二者差异不显著。3龄幼虫在Bt玉米和非Bt玉米上的幼虫取食率均随时间的延长而增加,但在非Bt玉米的幼虫取食率增加速度快,与Bt玉米差异极显著。Bt玉米对玉米螟幼虫取食有抑制和忌避作用。  相似文献

利用叶碟法在室内测定了棉铃虫对人类酸、甜、苦、咸4种基本呈味物质和麻、辣味2种植物提取物的取食反应。正交试验结果表明,棉铃虫幼虫对用甜味、苦味和辣味物质(蔗糖、奎宁和辣椒提取物)处理过的烟叶取食选择率较高,对这3种呈味物质表现出有较好的适应性;而幼虫对咸味、酸味和麻味物质(氯化钠、柠檬酸和花椒提取物)处理过的烟叶取食量较少,这3种呈味物质表现出较强的拒食活性。在选择性条件下,幼虫的取食量与花椒提取物剂量显著相关;而在非选择性条件下,幼虫的取食量与氯化钠剂量显著相关。  相似文献

为了探讨甜菜夜蛾Spodoptera exigua对不同寄主植物的产卵选择及成虫产卵选择与幼虫取食选择间的关联度, 本研究选取玉米、豇豆、甘蓝、黄瓜、棉花、辣椒和番茄7种植物进行了选择性和非选择性实验研究, 并采用Y型嗅觉仪测定了成虫对其中3种寄主植物及其挥发物抽提物的趋性。结果表明:在田间非选择性实验中, 甜菜夜蛾在不同寄主植物上的落卵量依次为:玉米>辣椒>棉花>黄瓜、豇豆、番茄>甘蓝。Y型嗅觉仪的行为测定表明, 雌成虫对玉米及其挥发物抽提物的趋性最强, 黄瓜次之, 对甘蓝的趋性最弱, 这与雌虫的产卵选择性一致。不同龄期甜菜夜蛾幼虫对寄主植物的取食选择性有所不同, 且随观测时间的延长有所改变;低龄幼虫对豇豆、玉米和黄瓜的选择性较强, 对甘蓝、番茄、辣椒和棉花的取食选择性则较弱, 高龄幼虫对辣椒也具有较强的选择性;5龄幼虫对寄主植物的选择性不如低龄幼虫明显。结果显示, 甜菜夜蛾对不同寄主植物的产卵选择性显著不同, 植物抽提物在雌成虫的产卵选择中具有重要作用, 甜菜夜蛾对寄主植物的产卵选择性和幼虫取食选择性并不一致。  相似文献

【目的】针对由Bt棉花和玉米构成的华北农田景观, 探讨不同寄主作物对棉铃虫 Helicoverpa armigera 越冬抗寒的影响。【方法】2013年在河北廊坊科研中试基地的作物田中将棉铃虫幼虫接到Bt棉和玉米上, 比较取食不同作物后棉铃虫的化蛹率、存活率和越冬蛹羽化率;在室内控制条件下分别用棉蕾和鲜玉米粒饲喂棉铃虫幼虫。 测定滞育蛹和非滞育蛹的鲜重、干重、以及脂肪、糖原和低分子物质含量等指标, 比较取食不同作物后棉铃虫的抗寒能力。【结果】取食玉米的棉铃虫滞育蛹干重(117.5 mg)、脂肪含量(457.2 μg/mg DW)以及海藻糖浓度(86.45 μg/g)均显著高于取食Bt棉的棉铃虫滞育蛹干重(56.6 mg)、脂肪含量(239.6 μg/mg DW)以及海藻糖浓度(13.87 μg/g);取食玉米的棉铃虫冰点(-10.2℃)显著低于取食Bt棉的棉铃虫冰点(-6.5℃)。【结论】结果表明取食玉米更加有利于棉铃虫越冬。 据历史数据, 近年来玉米种植面积不断增加, 这将提高棉铃虫成功越冬比率, 对棉铃虫种群扩张起到促进作用, 因此注重玉米上棉铃虫的防治尤为重要。  相似文献

为探索松墨天牛防治的新方法,实验了鱼藤酮对松墨天牛产卵和取食行为的影响及鱼藤酮对松墨天牛5龄幼虫的触杀作用。结果表明,鱼藤酮对松墨天牛具有显著的产卵忌避作用和成虫取食的干扰作用。产卵忌避作用和拒食作用随鱼藤酮浓度的增大而增强,处理浓度为1 000 mg/L时,鱼藤酮对成虫的产卵忌避率为75.63 %,处理后12 h松墨天牛的选择性和非选择性拒食率分别为72.91%和69.50%。鱼藤酮对松墨天牛5龄幼虫的触杀作用不明显。因此,利用鱼藤酮防治松墨天牛,一方面可以通过抑制其取食减少松材线虫的传播;另一方面通过忌避产卵可减少下代虫口。  相似文献

从神农架原始森林土壤中分离出苏云金芽孢杆菌 9株。经过生理生化和血清学鉴定 ,此 9株苏云金芽孢杆菌分属于H7、H6和H14。生物测定结果表明 :两株H7型菌株对棉铃虫幼虫有较高的毒力 ;另两株对致倦库蚊幼虫和白纹伊蚊幼虫有很强的毒杀作用 ,此两株属苏云金芽孢杆菌H14。  相似文献

关于棉铃虫食性和营养的某些特点   总被引:7,自引:3,他引:4  
本工作选用棉花不同器官所含有的几种化学成分作为嗅觉和味觉刺激剂, 测验棉铃虫对它们的反应;结果表明一至三龄的幼虫对甲醇三甲基胺、香草酸等的趋性不同, 四龄幼虫对不同的糖类、氨基酸等的取食反应也各不一。这说明幼虫对食料植物中的个别化学成分有感觉辨识的能力。用不同品种的海岛棉、陆地棉、以及棉花和其它锦葵科植物杂交所产生的后代的叶片来试验棉铃虫对它们的趋性和取食反应, 结果表明当有选择的机会时幼虫对陆地棉和一定品种海岛棉有较强的趋性, 对某些杂交后代的趋性很弱。在不能选择的条件下棉铃虫在一定时间内对不同种类或品种的棉叶的取食量也不相同, 并对原来的食料植物可形成条件化。 曾对棉花不同器官的含水量、含氮物质和糖类进行了测定, 同时分别用叶、蕾和铃将新孵化的幼虫饲养到老熟。幼虫取食不同器官时的累积食量、发育速度、死亡率, 和变成的蛹的重量均有明显的差别。当以大叶为食时幼虫的总食量超过以嫩叶为食时的一倍以上;以铃为食时总食量可为以嫩叶为食时的数倍。这种差异可能是因铃中水分和含糖量较高, 对幼虫的取食发生强烈的助长作用所造成的。因此, 同株植物上含糖和含水缺多的器官对棉铃虫似乎有较好的营养效应, 而这种效应可能是通过糖类等的味觉刺激来增加取食量所造成。  相似文献

亚麻荠是一种很少有害虫危害的油料作物。用室内生测和Y 型嗅觉仪研究了亚麻荠对小菜蛾Plutella xylostella幼虫取食和成虫行 为反应的影响。以甘蓝作对照,用亚麻荠叶片喂养的小菜蛾初孵幼虫3天后校正死亡率为79 .2%,显示了较强的致死作用;喂养小菜蛾3龄幼虫至化蛹,其存活率、化蛹率、蛹重及成 虫寿命都显著降低,表明亚麻荠对小菜蛾幼虫的生长发育有不利影响。在幼虫的取食选择实 验中,有甘蓝叶供选择时,小菜蛾幼虫不取食亚麻荠;在无可选择的情况下,小菜蛾幼虫也 取 食亚麻荠叶片,但取食量很小,与取食甘蓝叶的量相比,差异极显著。行为反应测试表明, 小菜蛾成虫对甘蓝和亚麻荠植株的挥发物都有明显的趋性反应,与对照(净化空气)相比, 差异极显著,而在甘蓝和亚麻荠之间无选择性。说明小菜蛾成虫对亚麻荠植株的挥发物具有 较强的定向反应。  相似文献

Abstract Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) was noticed to be highly deterrent to the feeding of Helicoverpa armigera larva when incorporated into diets, even at the non‐lethal dosage. As the dosage of Bt increased, the deterrence showed a tendency of elevation. Feeding stimulant, FS‐1 could attract larvae for feeding, and increase larval feeding time and consumption. Addition of 1% (vlv) FS1 could alleviate the deterrent effect of Bt, especialy in low concentration. In no‐choice test, it was observed that while 1% (v/v) FS1 was added, LC50, of Bt underwent a 41% decrease, but in the choice test, the mortality of larvae was not significantly enhanced.  相似文献

以我国培育的转Bt基因棉花(简称Bt棉)为材料,系统测定了Bt棉叶片对棉铃虫 Helicoverpa armigera(Hubner)不同龄期幼虫的杀虫活性和抑制生长的作用。结果表明,Bt棉的杀虫活性随着龄期的增大而趋于降低,其中处理3d只对1龄幼虫有较高效果;从1~4龄开始连续取食Bt棉后均不能化蛹,5龄幼虫则能正常化蛹。3龄幼虫取食Bt棉叶3d后的体重与初始体重之比为0.94,而取食常规棉叶的相应比值为5.48,对幼虫生长的抑制作用明显。在28℃条件下用Bt棉饲养棉铃虫1~3龄幼虫3d,对幼虫的致死率显著高于25℃处理,对3龄幼虫抑制生长的作用也显著提高。研究结果可为确定棉铃虫对Bt棉的抗性监测与治理技术以及Bt棉的田间应用技术提供依据。  相似文献

研究了延迟投饵对中华鲟开口仔鱼存活及生长的影响。初次开口摄食在11—12日龄,13日龄卵黄基本吸收完毕,营养完全依靠外界供给。12日龄后,延迟投喂时间在1—10天的范围内,仔鱼成活率在46.67—73.33%之间,各组间无显著差异;延迟投喂时间为11d,成活率下降至13.3%;延迟投喂时间为12d,成活率为0。此外,延迟投喂时间在8d(20日龄)之内,42日龄后测量,仔鱼体长和体重与对照组无明显差异;延迟投喂超过9d,则体长和体重的指标明显低于对照组。仔鱼不摄食可以存活的最长时间是42日龄,但延迟投喂12天(24日龄)以上即发生不可逆转饥饿,故其饥饿的不可逆点(PNR)是24日龄。  相似文献

We investigated the possibility of decreased feeding deterrent response following prolonged exposure in three specialist herbivores, Plutella xylostella (larvae), Pseudaletia unipuncta (larvae), and Epilachna varivestis (adults) through leaf disc choice and no‐choice tests. Neonate larvae (<24 h old) of the three species were reared on their host plants sprayed with the antifeedants until tested. Our results demonstrated that Ps. unipuncta did not show a decrease in feeding deterrent response to extracts of Melia volkensii (choice and no‐choice tests) or oregano (Origanum vulgare) (choice test) following prolonged exposure. Plutella xylostella exhibited a decrease in feeding deterrent response to M. volkensii in a choice test only, but not to oregano. Although not significant, we did find a trend toward decreasing feeding deterrent response to M. volkensii by both species in no‐choice tests. However, both species exhibited a significant decrease in feeding deterrent response to pure allelochemicals (Ps. unipuncta to thymol, and P. xylostella to thymol and toosendanin) compared with the naïve groups, following prolonged exposure in leaf disc choice tests. Epilachna varivestis showed a significant decrease in feeding deterrent responses to both oregano and thymol in leaf disc choice tests. We conclude from our present and previous studies that not only are there interspecific differences between generalist and specialist species but also among specialist species.  相似文献

We have previously determined that larval feeding experience with a feeding/oviposition deterrent modified the feeding responses of larvae and oviposition responses of subsequent moths. These behavioural changes were attributed to learning, but the possibility of chemical legacy could not be ruled out. In the present study, we have topically applied a feeding/oviposition deterrent plant extract from Hoodia gordonii (Masson) Sweet ex Decne (Asclepiadaceae) to larvae, pupae, and adults of Trichoplusia ni (Hübner) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) to determine whether the feeding response of larvae and oviposition response of subsequent female moths is similarly modified by chemicals applied to the external surface of the insect. Our results indicate that traces of the extract that may be present internally or externally on the larvae do not reduce the feeding deterrent response of larvae. Furthermore, traces of the extract in or on larvae, pupae, or adult moths did not alter oviposition choice of female moths, leading us to discount the role of experience through topical application in this study. The fact that feeding/oviposition choice was only influenced by prior feeding experience of the larvae and not by topical administration suggests that habituation via sensory stimulation through mouthpart chemosensilla is likely a central phenomenon. Continuous exposure of adult moths to the extract over a period of 7 days did not affect the oviposition response of the female moths, ruling out the role of adult experience on host-plant selection in T. ni . To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to examine the role of experience via topical application of chemicals onto all life stages of the insect except the egg. Chemical legacy may not be playing a role in influencing the oviposition choices of female T. ni moths.  相似文献

菜粉蝶幼虫在一、二、三、四龄初期饲以大菜粉蝶颗粒体病毒(PbGV),食量减少99.3—38.4%;四龄末或五龄初饲毒,食量反而比健虫高出36.3%和87.2%。幼虫感病后取食期的缩短或延长是食量变化的主要原因。幼虫病死前脱皮过程先被抑制,其结果往往使得死亡时所处的龄期明显延长。幼虫在四龄末饲毒后,由于五龄期延长,食量增加,其死亡前达到的最高体重平均为357.9毫克,远高于健虫化蛹前的最高体重。PbGV对菜粉蝶化蛹也有明显影响。幼虫在五龄前饲毒,一般不能化蛹。五龄第1—3天饲毒,化蛹率26.4—87.9%,第4天饲毒对化蛹无影响。本文结果对应用PbGv防治菜粉蝶幼虫危害以及对该病毒的大量增殖均具指导意义。  相似文献

为阐明转cry1Ab/cry1Ac基因水稻对大螟Sesamia inferens (Walker)作用的生理生化机制, 本研究用转cry1Ab/cry1Ac基因水稻茎秆饲喂大螟3龄和5龄幼虫, 采用酶活性测定方法研究了取食转Bt水稻对大螟幼虫体内3种保护酶SOD(superoxide dismutase)、 CAT(catalase)和POD(peroxidase)活性的影响。结果表明, 大螟3龄幼虫在取食转基因水稻24 h后SOD活性与对照相比提高了43.44%, 48 h后降至最低值; 在取食24 h后POD值达到最高值, 其酶活性比对照升高了29.22%, 最终在取食48 h后降至最低值, 并显著低于对照; 在取食转基因水稻4 h后, CAT活性升高了30.33%, 在取食48 h后, 与对照相比, CAT活性降低了27.01%; 5龄幼虫取食4 h后SOD活性显著高于对照水平, 36 h后降至最低值, 与对照相比, 活性下降了31.62%; 在取食8 h后POD活性达到最高值, 与对照相比, 升高了73.20%, 36 h后酶活性降至最低值; 在取食之初4 h CAT活性达到最高值, 与对照相比, 其值升高了75.73%, 在取食48 h后, 其活性与对照相比减少了7.55%。3龄幼虫与5龄幼虫相比, 对Bt的抗性水平较低, 自身防卫能力较差。结果说明, 在取食初期, 试虫体内保护酶活性升高, 以抵御Bt毒蛋白对虫体的伤害作用, 随着取食时间的延长, 保护酶活性迅速降低, 从而干扰虫体正常的代谢过程, 导致虫体出现中毒症状, 致使昆虫死亡。  相似文献

本文报道在美国农业研究中心用臭氧在室内熏蒸和田间开顶熏蒸植物,用此饲养墨西哥豆瓢虫的实验,以及熏蒸后植物体内某些化合物含量变化的测定.结果表明,墨西哥豆瓢虫(Epilachna varivestis Mulsant)喜食臭氧(O3)污染的植物,幼虫取食O3污染植物后蛹显著重于取食未受污染植物所形成的蛹.根据豆瓢虫食性和植物体内糖含量的测定,可以认为,低浓度O3污染导致植物体内糖含量的增加,是促使豆瓢虫取食量和蛹重增加的重要因素.  相似文献

Abstract: Feeding behaviour of Helicoverpa armigera Hübner (Lep.; Noctuidae) larvae on non‐transgenic Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.), Zhong 30, and transgenic cowpea trypsin inhibitor (CpTI)‐Bt cotton, SGK 321, and non‐transgenic cotton, Shiyuan 321, was investigated in both choice tests and no‐choice tests. The results of choice tests suggested that neonates have the ability to detect and avoid transgenic cotton. In the choice tests of neonates with both transgenic and non‐transgenic cotton leaves, a significantly greater proportion of larvae and higher consumption were observed on non‐transgenic cotton than on the transgenic Bt or CpTI‐Bt cotton. In the choice tests with leaves of two transgenic cotton lines, the proportion of neonates on leaf discs of the two lines was not significantly different, but there was significantly higher consumption on CpTI‐Bt transgenic cotton than that on Bt transgenic cotton. In addition, significantly more neonates were found away from the leaf discs, lower consumption and higher mortality were achieved in the choice test with two transgenic cotton leaves than in the choice tests containing non‐transgenic cotton leaves. Leaves and buds were examined in choice tests of fourth instars. It appeared that fourth instars were found in equal numbers on transgenic and non‐transgenic cotton, except when larvae were exposed to leaves for 3 h. However, the total consumption on transgenic cotton was lower than that of the non‐transgenic cotton, so fourth instars may still have the capacity to detect transgenic cotton and reduce feeding on it, although they showed no preference on either transgenic or non‐transgenic cotton. More larvae were found off diet in the treatments with leaves than that of buds, and the number of injured leaf discs by per fourth instar was significantly higher than that of buds in choice tests, suggesting that leaf is a less preferred organ for H. armigera larvae, elicited more larval movements. Similarly, in no‐choice tests of fifth instars, significantly fewer feeding time and more moving time occurred on leaf than that of bud, boll and petal. When cotton line was considered, compared with non‐transgenic cotton, significantly lower feeding time and higher resting time occurred on the two transgenic cottons. Overall, H. armigera larvae have the ability to detect the transgenic Bt and CpTI‐Bt cottons or the less preferred organs and selectively feed more on the non‐transgenic cotton or the preferred organs, especially the neonates, which have a high capacity for avoiding transgenic cotton.  相似文献
