黄芪注射液的化学成分   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
采用正、反相硅胶柱层析从黄芪注射液原液中分离纯化出 14个化合物 ,经波谱分析鉴定了它们的结构。其中 6个为异黄酮化合物 ,分别是芒柄花素 (1) ,毛蕊异黄酮 (2 ) ,6″ O 乙酰基芒柄花苷 (3) ,芒柄花苷 (7) ,红车轴草异黄酮 7 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖 (12 ) ,毛蕊异黄酮 7 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖 (13) ;1个紫檀烷化合物 ,结构为 9,10 二甲氧基紫檀烷 3 O β D吡喃葡萄糖 (4) ;1个异黄烷化合物 ,结构为 2′ 羟基 3′ ,4′ 二甲氧基异黄烷 7 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖 (6 ) ;另外 6个为黄芪皂苷类化合物 ,分别是乙酰黄芪皂苷Ⅰ(5 ) ,黄芪皂苷Ⅰ (8) ,异黄芪皂苷Ⅰ (9) ,异黄芪皂苷Ⅱ (10 ) ,黄芪皂苷Ⅱ (11)和黄芪甲苷 (14)。其中化合物 3系首次从黄芪属植物中分离得到。  相似文献

从鬼针草BidenspilosaL .地上部分的丙酮提取物中 ,分离鉴定了 1 8个化合物 ,其中包括一个新的查耳酮甙类化合物 (α,3,2′,4′ tetrahydroxy 2′ O β D glucopyranosylchalcone,2 )。其它化合物分别鉴定为butein (1 ) ,okanin 4 methylether 3′ O β glucoside (3) ,sulfuretin (4) ,6 ,7,3′,4′ tetrahydroxyaurone (5) ,海生菊苷 (maritimein ,6) ,(Z ) 6 O (6″ acetyl β D glucopyr anosyl) 6 ,7,3′,4′ tetrahydroxy aurone (7) ,(Z ) 6 O (4″,6″ diacetyl β D glucopyranosyl) 6 ,7,3′,4′ tetrahydroxy aurone (8) ,(Z ) 6 O (3″,4″,6″ triacetyl β D glucopyranosyl) 6 ,7,3′,4′ tetrahydroxy aurone (9) ,木犀草素 (luteolin ,1 0 ) ,槲皮素 (quercetin,1 1 ) ,异槲皮苷 (iso quercitrin,1 2 ) ,芦丁 (rutin,1 3) ,黄芪苷 (astragalin,1 4 ) ,quercetin 3,4′ dimethylether 7 O rutinoside (1 5) ,反式丁烯二酸 (1 6) ,2 β D glucopyranosyloxy 1 hydroxy trideca 3 ,5,7,9,1 1 pentayne (1 7)和 3 β D glucopyranosyloxy 1 hydroxy 6 (E ) tetradecene 8,1 0 ,1 2 triyne (1 8)。  相似文献

从椭圆叶绣线菊 (Spiraeajaponicavar ovalifoliaFranch)全株的乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了 10个非生物碱类化合物 ,包括 5个木脂素 :(± )syringaresinol (1) ,( )cyclo olivil(2 ) ,isolariciresinol 9 O β D xylopyranoside (3) ,isolariciresinol 9 O β D glucopyranoside (4) ,5 methoxy isolariciresinol 9 O β D xylopyranoside (5 ) ,1个三萜酸 :18-羟基乌索酸 (18 hy droxyursolicacid ,6 ) ;2个甾醇类 :β -谷甾醇 (β sitosterol,7)和葫萝卜苷 (daucosterol,8) ;1个脂肪醇 :10 nonacosanol (9)和 1个脂肪酸三棱酸 :(sanlengacid ,10 )。除化合物 6~ 8外 ,其它 7个化合物均为首次从该复合群植物仔得到。木脂素等成分的鉴定为该植物的药效学研究提供了新的化学依据  相似文献

采用硅胶和凝胶柱层析方法对桑白皮(Cortex Mori)的化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和光谱数据分析鉴定得到11个化合物,分别是:羟基白藜芦醇(Hydroxyresveratrol,1),桑叶苷A(mulberroside A,2),熊果酸(ursolic acid,3),3-乙酰基-α-香树酯醇(3-acetyl-α-amyranol,4),熊果烷(ursane,5),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,6),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,7),十六碳烷酸(palmitic acid,8),十八碳烷酸(stearic acid,9),二十六烷酸-α-单甘油酯(α-glycerol monohexacosanoate,10),二十八烷酸-α-单甘油酯(α-glycerol monooctacosanoate,11)。其中化合物5、8~11均为首次从桑白皮中获得。  相似文献

从女贞小蜡树 (LigustrumsinenseLour.)茎叶甲醇提取物的水溶性部分得到 1个新的和 6个已知酚性配糖体成分。它们是两个已知的裂环环烯醚萜类化合物 :1 0 hydroxyoleuropein( 1 )和specneuzhenide( 2 ) ,五个苯乙醇类化合物 :3 ,4 二羟基苯乙醇 ( 3 ) ,3 ,4 二羟基苯乙醇 2′ O β D 吡喃葡萄糖甙 ( 4 ) ,3 甲氧基 苯乙醇 4 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖甙 ( 5 ) ,4 羟基苯乙醇 ( 6) ,4 羟基苯乙醇 2′ O β D 吡喃葡萄糖甙 ( 7) ,化合物 5为新化合物 ,命名为小蜡甙A(sinenosideA) ,经理化和波谱分析鉴定了论文中的所有化合物的结构  相似文献

采用硅胶、RP-18等柱色谱,从腺花香茶菜地下根茎70%丙酮提取物的乙酸乙酯部位分离得到16个化合物,通过理化性质和波谱数据分别鉴定为维西香茶菜甲素(1)、2α-羟基齐墩果酸(2)、2α,23-二羟基齐墩果酸(3)、2β,3β-二-O-异丙叉基-齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸(4)、乙酰熊果酸(5)、1-棕榈酸单甘油酯(6)、1-油酸单甘油酯(7)、1-亚油酸单甘油酯(8)、1,2-亚油酸甘油二酯(9)、α-亚麻酸甲酯(10)、棕榈酸(11)、硬脂酸(12)、油酸(13)、7α-羟基豆甾醇(14)、7β-羟基谷甾醇(15)、β-谷甾醇(16)。化合物4、6~10和13~15为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物2、3、5、11和12为首次从该植物中分离得到。  相似文献

对神黄豆Cassia agnes Brenan茎部的化学成分进行了研究。从其甲醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到了10个化合物,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构分别为:(–)-表阿夫儿茶精(1)、12,13-dihydromicromeric acid(2)、白桦脂醇(3)、8(17),12E,14-labdatrien-19-ol(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)、二十四烷酰单甘油酯(7)、sitoindoside I(8)、9Z,12Z-octadecadienoic acid(9)和间苯三酚(10)。以上化合物均为首次从神黄豆中发现。  相似文献

The effects of naturally-occurring organic compounds on ferrous iron oxidation by the bacterium Thiobacillus ferrooxidans were examined with a view to using these compounds to treat or prevent acid mine/rock drainage. The compounds glucose, cellobiose, galacturonic acid, and citric acid were added to the growth medium of five different strains of the bacterium and growth studies were done to determine whether or not strain differences existed with respect to organic compound sensitivity. The effects of these compounds were compared to the effects of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) an anionic detergent. Each of the compounds tested had an inhibitory effect on the strains of the bacterium and sensitivity to these compounds was strain dependent. All strains appeared to be equally susceptible to SDS. Inhibitory concentrations ranged from 70 mM to >280 mM for glucose, 7.5 mM to 150 mM for cellobiose, 20 mM to 230 mM for galacturonic acid, and 50 mM to 130 mM for citric acid. SDS effectively inhibited iron oxidation for all strains at a concentration of 0.3 mM, the lowest concentration tested. Some naturally-occurring organic compounds, therefore, might be candidates for the growth control of T. ferrooxidans.  相似文献

Four pinguisane type sesquiterpenes were isolated from the liverwort Trocholejeunea scandvicensis, together with three aromatic compounds. The structures of the cited compounds were established on the basis of spectroscopic means. The first two compounds were new sesquiterpenes, while the other compounds were previously isolated from other liverworts and lichen sp., respectively. The stereochemistry for lejeuneapinguisanolide was determined by X-ray analysis, a possible biosynthetic pathway to it was postulated. The other new sesquiterpene is lejeuneapinguisenone.  相似文献

Five weakly acidic carbonyl compounds and two neutral carbonyl compounds were newly isolated as their 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazones besides the previously reported compounds by using column and thin-layer chromatographies.

These compounds were characterized and identified by their IR, UV and MS spectra and the mixed melting points test.

The newly isolated and identified compounds were as follows; weakly acidic carbonyl compounds: 2-pyrrolealdehyde, vanillin, p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, syringaldehyde, proto-catechuic aldehyde, neutral carbonyl compounds: glyoxal, 5-hydroxymethylfurfural.

These compounds, particularly vanillin, protocatechuic aldehyde, 2-pyrrolealdehyde and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, appeared to be concerned with the flavor of roast barley (Mugi-Cha).  相似文献

Dulcinoside (1), dulcisisoflavone (2), dulcisxanthone A (3) and sphaerobioside acetate (6) together with 22 known compounds were isolated from the green fruit of G. dulcis. Dulcisflavan (4), dulcisxanthone B (5) and isonormangostin (7) together with 22 known compounds were isolated from the ripe fruit. Compounds 6 and 7 were synthetic known compounds. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods. The radical scavenging and antibacterial activities of some of the compounds were investigated.  相似文献

The volatile carbonyl compounds generated in casein solution heated at 140°C for 60 minutes were isolated as 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazone derivatives. The mixture of derivatives were fractionated into 8 derivatives by column chromatography and preparative thin layer chromatography. Compounds identified were ethanal, propanai, 2-methylpropanal, 3-methylbutanai and 2-methylbutanal. Evidence was also presented for the occurrence of methanal, acetone and crotonal.

These compounds seemed to have some relation with heat induced flavor compounds in dairy products.  相似文献

Summary The yeast fungus Dipodascus aggregatus was grown aerobically in a synthetic nutrient solution and the volatile compounds produced were concentrated. Identification of the volatiles was performed by combined gas chromatographymass spectrometry or by one of these methods. The compounds identified were 11 esters, 9 alcohols, 5 acids and 3 carbonyls.The time course production of volatile neutral compounds was followed. During the phase of no apparent growth only a few substances were formed (mostly alcohols). The rapid phase of growth was characterized by an intense synthesis of many compounds in relatively high concentrations and later a sudden decrease in the number and amounts of substances. A slow successive, decline in the number and amounts of volatile components was observed during the phase of no net growth.The volatiles emitted by the fungus were concentrated, when most of the compounds were most abundant and the relative amounts of the major volatile neutral compounds were determined. The main components were ethyl acetate, ethyl propionate and ethanol.  相似文献

Summary The behaviour ofRhizoctonia solani on the surface of groundnut seedling hypocotyls was studied at different stages of growth. Characteristic variation in the growth and production on infection cushions was observed. No infection cushions were observed as the seedling reaches the age of three weeks. Hypocotyl exudates were collected at various stages of growth and analysed for total phenols, carbohydrates and ninhydrin positive compounds. The exudates were also analysed for individual amino acids, sugars and organic acids. Gradual decline in the total quantities of various compounds was observed with age. Quantitative and qualitative change in the individual compounds was also evident and some of the compounds were not at all detected as age increases. The possible correlation between the exudation and behaviour of the fungus on host surface is discussed.  相似文献

将紫芝Ganoderma sinense(“闽紫96”,HMAS 77207,阔叶树枝桠材或边材栽培)超微粉碎加工成500目的子实体超细粉。激光粒度分析表明:紫芝超细粉的表面积到834.18m~2/kg,中位径(D50)为12.68μm。气质联用分析结果表明:从紫芝超细粉挥发油中分离到35种成分,出峰时间为7.872~30.239min,确定了其中32个成分,占相对含量的88.642%;绝大多数成分为脂肪族化合物(67.216%),主要成分(20.67%)为2,6-二叔丁基一苯酚为芳香族化合物,还检出2种杂环族化合物。  相似文献

Cyclohexyliden- and 2-methylcyclohexyliden-hydrazo-4-arylthiazoles were synthesized and tested as antifungal agents. All compounds exhibited minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) values comparable with those of fluconazole (FLC). Moreover, some compounds showed fungicidal activity at low concentration. Worth noting five out of nine compounds were active towards Candida albicans 25 FLC resistant isolated from clinical specimens. The cellular toxicity was evaluated and none of the compounds is toxic at the MIC. On the basis of our data we can conclude that these derivatives are promising agents for the treatment of resistant C. albicans.  相似文献
