Germacranolides and diterpenes from Viguiera species

The investigation of six Viguiera species afforded in addition to known compounds two new diterpenes, the 9,11-dehydro derivatives of trachylobanic and stachenic acid, two new heliangolides closely related to viguiestenin, and the acetate of falcarinol. The chemotaxonomic situation is discussed briefly.

蒙古族儿童源益生特性双歧杆菌的筛选及鉴定

【目的】双歧杆菌在人和动物胃肠道中发挥着重要的生理作用,然而双歧杆菌能否耐受胃酸、肠液及胆汁酸是影响活菌制剂益生效果的关键因素,本研究旨在从蒙古族儿童粪便中分离筛选出具有良好益生特性的双岐杆菌。【方法】本文采用双岐杆菌选择性培养基对样品进行分离纯化,并对菌株进行生理生化鉴定,以耐受人工胃肠液、耐受牛胆盐为手段对各菌株的益生特性进行评价,并且对B. animalisV9进行了16S rDNA分子生物学鉴定。【结果】本文从12位健康蒙古族儿童粪便中分离得到11株双歧杆菌,经传统生理生化试验鉴定为5株B. adolescentis：A1、H3、G4、A8、V10;3株B. longum：C6、C7、D11;1株B. pseudocatenlatum：B2;1株B. bifidum：G5;1株B. animalis：V9。B. animalis V9具有较强的耐酸性,在pH2.0的人工胃液中厌氧培养3h后存活率为92.4%,而其它10株双歧杆菌在此条件下的存活率均小于31.25%;B. animalis V9在pH2.0的人工胃液中厌氧培养3h后接入pH8.0的人工肠液中消化8h,存活率为99.7%,并且可以耐受0.3%的牛胆盐。进一步对V9菌株进行16S rDNA分子生物学鉴定,发现与Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactic BB12的同源性为99%。【结论】本研究结果显示B. animalis V9来源安全,并且具有良好耐酸、耐胆盐益生特性,有望在乳制品及保健类产品中得到广泛的应用。     

八种野豌豆属植物的核型研究

本文研究了八种野豌豆的核型,并首次报道了长尖野豌豆的染色体数目及其核型和新疆野豌豆的核型。同时提出了野豌豆属核型进化的两种趋势:原始基数的减少,从x=7→x=6→x=5;从多年生进化到一年生,核型的不对称性也随之增加。     

Reconstitution of the purified calmodulin-dependent (Ca2+ + Mg2+)-ATPase from smooth muscle

The purified calmodulin dependent (Ca2+ + Mg2+)-ATPase (CaMg ATPase) from porcine antral smooth muscle transports Ca2+ after reconstitution in lipid vesicles indicating that this enzyme is indeed a Ca2+-transport ATPase. For CaMg ATPase reconstituted in asolectin vesicles a good correlation was found between the time course of Ca2+ accumulation and the corresponding changes in CaMg ATPase activity. The ATPase activity was stimulated 8-fold by A23187, which further indicates a tight coupling between ATP hydrolysis and Ca2+ transport. Asolectin vesicles with incorporated enzyme accumulated Ca2+ with a ratio approaching one Ca2+ ion transported for each ATP hydrolyzed. For CaMg ATPase reconstituted in phosphatidylcholine vesicles on the other hand, Ca2+ transport and CaMg ATPase were poorly coupled as is shown by the approximately 3.5 fold stimulation by A23187. The activity of the CaMg ATPase when reconstituted in asolectin vesicles was stimulated 1.25 fold by calmodulin while in phosphatidylcholine a value of 4.25 was obtained. The CaMg ATPase activity of the enzyme reconstituted either in asolectin or phosphatidylcholine was, after its stimulation by A23187, still further stimulated by detergent by a factor of 5.     

Glaucolides from old world Vernonia species

The investigation of two East African and a Madagascarian Vernonia species afforded several new sesquiterpene lactones. Vernonia colorata subsp. grandis gave 19-hydroxyglaucolide A and three vernodalin derivatives, V. holstii five new cistifoliolides and V. zanzibarensis five lactones closely related to brachycalyxolide. The structures were elucidated by high field NMR techniques. The chemotaxonomic relevance is discussed briefly.     

葡萄属一新名和一新种

描述了自甘肃南部发现的葡萄属一新种,文县蘡薁Vitis wenxianensis W.T.Wang。此新种与特产浙江的三出蘡薁V.bryoniifolia Bunge var.ternata(W.T.Wang)C.L.Li有很近的亲缘关系,二者可能是由蘡薁V.bryoniifolia Bunge衍生而出的一对姊妹群。基于上述认识,将三出蘡薁由变种提升至种的等级,但由于存在一个于1871年发表的种名V.ternata Baker,因此,必须为三出蘡薁拟定一新名。     

Effect of concentrating and exposing the bioluminescent bacteria to the non‐luminescent allo‐bacterial extracellular products on their luminescence

Bioluminescence is a biochemical process occurring in many organisms. Bacterial bioluminescence has been investigated extensively that lead to many applications of such knowledge. Quorum sensing in the bioluminescent bacteria is a chemical signal process to recognize the strength of its own population to start luminescence in harmony. There is a mechanism in these bacteria to also recognize inter‐species strength. When there is a higher number of these bacteria, the possibility and frequency of cell–cell physical contact will be high. In this study, the physical proximity was artificially enhanced between cells and the effect on luminescence in the concentrated cells in the normal culture medium and in the presence of other non‐bacterial cell‐free supernatants was investigated. The role of such physical contact in the quorum sensing in the bioluminescence is not known. Increase in the luminescence of V. fischeri when concentrated shows that the presence of physical proximity facilitates the quorum sensing for their bioluminescence. 草菇(Volvariella volvacea)、银丝草菇(V.bombycina)原生质体分离研究

本文对草菇、银丝草菇菌丝原生质体制备的最佳条件作了探讨。结果表明,培养两天的草菇菌丝,以0.5MKCI或0.5MMgSO_(4.7)H_2O作渗透压稳定剂,1.5％Lywallzyme(v/m),35℃下酶解1.5—2小时,原生质体产量可达1.5×10~6个/ml以上,培养3天的银丝草菇菌丝,以0.5MKCl作渗透压稳定剂,1.5％Lywallzyme,28℃酶解2—3小时,原生质体产量可达2.8×10~6个/ml以上。此研究对以后的原生质体融合育种打下了基础。     

东北地区野豌豆属VICIA L.物种生物学研究——Ⅵ.柳叶野豌豆复合种及其近缘种核型分析和细胞地理学研究

本文报道了国产北野豌豆Vicia ramuliflra(Maxim.)Ohwi和日本产V.fauviei Franch.和V.nipponica Matsum.的核型。北野豌豆古莲居群2n=12=2m(2SAT)+8sm+2st, 千山居群2n=12=6m+6sm。V.fauriei 2n=12=2m+8sm+2st, V.nipponica 2n=12=6m(4SAT)+4sm+2st, 核型分析表明核型主要由'm'、'sm'和'st'三种染色体组成, 核型对称性高(2A或3A)。染色体倍性分布格局, 形态特征和现代分布式样揭示黄山-西天目山-庐山-带山地可能是柳叶野豌豆复合种及其近缘种的起源中心和多样化中心, 四倍体的发生可能与第四纪山地冰川有关。     

Lignoids from the fruit of three Virola species

The fruits of Virola peruviana contain, besides i 1-phenyl-1-1-(2′,6′-dihydroxyphenyl)-undecan-1-one and the neolignan 2,3-dimethyl-1,4-diveratryl-n-butan-1-ol, 3,4-methylenedioxycinnamyl alcohol. In contrast, the fruits of V. flexuosa and V. multinervia both contain oxidative dimers of cinnamyl alcohols such as asarinin, cubebin, dihydrocubebin and sesamin. The former contains additionally fargesin and O-methylpiperitol, besides 7,4′-dimethoxyflavone, and the latter contains additionally hinokinin.     

Discovery of pheophytin function in the photosynthetic energy conversion as the primary electron acceptor of Photosystem II

This minireview describes the discovery of participation of pheophytin, a metal-free derivative of chlorophyll, in the early steps of photosynthetic solar energy conversion as the primary electron acceptor of Photosystem II. Veronica fridericae,a new species from eastern Turkey

Veronica fridericae spec. nova, described from the type locality in the S.E. Turkish province Van, is related toV. acrotheca andV. farinosa, both endemic to W. Iran. All 8 perennial species with pinnatifid leaves in S.W. Asia are presented in a key.

不同地区分离的霍乱0139菌株交叉保护力试验

本文对得自不同地区的四株０１３９菌株做了毒力、免疫力及交叉免疫力试验;四个地区０１３９菌株免疫小鼠后血清ＩｇＧ、肠液ｓＩｇＡ抗体滴度的比较以及０１群霍乱与０１３９型霍乱的交叉保护力试验。结果表明：０１群霍乱与０１３９型霍乱无交叉免疫力。０１群霍乱菌苗对０１３９型霍乱弧菌基本无保护作用;四株菌株的自身毒力基本相同。３＃株免疫力高于其它株,用３＃株免疫后能抵抗２＃、３＃及５＃株的感染。四株菌株免疫小鼠
