【背景】利迪链霉菌(Streptomyces lydicus)对多种作物均有较好的促生效果,且对病原真菌具有广谱抑制作用,但该菌对细菌性青枯病的防控研究较少。【目的】探究利迪链霉菌M01能否促进番茄生长并抑制番茄青枯病,以及M01对番茄生长的影响是否通过影响根际细菌群落结构实现。【方法】采用温室盆栽试验和扩增子高通量测序技术研究M01对番茄生长、青枯病发病率及根际细菌群落组成的影响。【结果】施用利迪链霉菌M01的番茄植株鲜重、干重、株高、用土壤与作物分析开发(soil and plant analyzer develotrnent, SPAD)方法测量的叶绿素浓度、根系活力和植株P含量比对照分别提高了22.7%、12.5%、16.0%、28.1%、18.4%和17.9%,其中对株高、SPAD值和植株磷含量影响显著(P<0.05)。M01处理延缓了番茄青枯病的发病时间,接种9周后发病率比对照降低了41.8%。此外,M01对番茄根际细菌群落无显著影响(门水平群落组成,P=0.4;属水平群落组成,P=0.4)。【结论】利迪链霉菌M01可促进番茄植株生长并抑制番茄青枯病,利迪链霉菌M01对番茄生长的影响并非通过调控根际细菌群落实现。  相似文献

【目的】从银杏(Ginkgo biloba)茎叶中分离鉴定内生细菌, 测定其体外抑菌活性及对辣椒果疫病的防治效果。【方法】采用平板对峙法筛选出对辣椒疫霉菌(Phytophthora capsici)有拮抗作用的内生细菌, 并用平板对扣法测定其中一株防治效果较好的内生细菌产生的挥发性物质对辣椒疫霉菌生长的影响。通过生防菌液和病原菌孢子悬浮液喷雾接种辣椒果测定该菌株对辣椒果疫病的防治效果。基于形态特征、生理生化特性、16S rDNA和gyrA基因序列同源性分析鉴定该生防菌株。【结果】从银杏的茎和叶中分离获得9株内生细菌。平板对峙生长试验结果表明, 菌株W5对供试的辣椒疫霉菌、稻瘟病菌(Pyricularia grisea)、水稻纹枯菌(Rhizoctonia solani)、黄瓜枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum)、荔枝霜疫霉菌(Peronophythora litchi)、荔枝酸腐菌(Geotrichum candidum)均有抑制作用, 其中对辣椒疫霉菌、稻瘟病菌和荔枝霜疫霉菌的抑菌效果显著, 抑菌率分别为88.9%、86.3%和90.2%。其产生的挥发性物质能明显抑制辣椒疫霉菌菌丝的生长。对辣椒采后果疫病的防治效果表明, 先喷雾接种W5菌悬液24 h后再接种辣椒疫霉病菌孢子悬浮液的防治效果最好, 可将辣椒果的保鲜期延长2?3 d。该菌株被鉴定为解淀粉芽胞杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)。【结论】获得了一株对植物病原菌物有良好防治效果的银杏内生解淀粉芽胞杆菌W5, 对辣椒采后果疫病及其他病原真菌的防治具有潜在应用价值。  相似文献

人参(Panax ginseng)根系分泌物成分对人参致病菌的化感效应   总被引:11,自引:1,他引:10  
采用室内培养结合生物学测定的试验方法,研究了不同浓度人参(Panax ginseng)根系分泌物成分苯甲酸、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、十六酸和2,2-二(4-羟苯基)丙烷对人参立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)、黑斑菌(Alternaria panax)、疫病菌(Phytophthora cactorum)、菌核菌(Sclerotinia schinseng)、锈腐菌(Cylindrocarpon destructans)和绿色木霉菌(Trichoderma viride)菌落生长及孢子萌发的化感效应.结果显示,不同浓度人参根系分泌物成分对人参致病菌及绿色木霉菌的化感效应存在显著差异.苯甲酸浓度与人参立枯丝核菌、菌核菌和锈腐菌菌落生长以及人参黑斑菌、锈腐菌孢子萌发呈负相关,与人参黑斑菌、绿色木霉菌菌落生长呈正相关;对人参疫病菌菌落生长的化感效应表现为低浓度和高浓度抑制,中浓度促进.邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯浓度与人参立枯丝核菌、黑斑菌、菌核菌和绿色木霉菌菌落生长以及人参黑斑菌孢子萌发呈负相关;对人参锈腐菌菌落生长和孢子萌发表现为低浓度和高浓度抑制,中浓度促进;对人参疫病菌菌落生长表现为低浓度和中浓度抑制,高浓度促进.2,2-二(4-羟苯基)丙烷浓度与人参立枯丝核菌、黑斑菌、疫病菌、绿色木霉菌菌落生长以及人参黑斑菌、锈腐菌孢子萌发呈负相关;对人参菌核菌、锈腐菌菌落生长表现中浓度促进,高浓度抑制.十六酸浓度与人参锈腐菌、疫病菌和绿色木霉菌菌落生长呈正相关,与人参锈腐菌孢子萌发呈负相关,对黑斑菌孢子萌发表现为中浓度抑制.4种根系分泌物的等量混合物浓度与人参致病菌及拮抗木霉菌菌落生长速率呈负相关.  相似文献

【目的】橙带蓝尺蛾Milionia basalis近年来在我国南方地区严重危害罗汉松Podocarpusmacrophyllus和竹柏Podocarpus nagi,扩散蔓延速度快,造成了很大的损失。本研究旨在评估金龟子绿僵菌Metarhizium anisopliae MaFZ-13菌株对橙带蓝尺蛾幼虫的致病力,探寻橙带蓝尺蛾生物防治新资源。【方法】通过绿僵菌MaFZ-13不同浓度(1.0×105~1.0×109孢子/mL)孢子悬浮液接种橙带蓝尺蛾幼虫,运用时间-剂量-死亡率(TDM)模型对生物测定结果进行分析,同时通过林间喷施1.0×108孢子/mL绿僵菌孢子悬浮液进行林间防治效果试验。【结果】橙带蓝尺蛾幼虫累计死亡率随着绿僵菌MaFZ-13孢子悬浮液孢子浓度的增加和接种时间的延长而增大。接种1.0×109孢子/mL孢子悬浮液8 d后以及接种1.0×108孢子/mL孢子悬浮液10 d后,幼虫死亡率均达到100%;接种1.0×107孢子/mL孢子悬浮液15 d后幼虫死亡率为95.6%。应用TDM模型对生测数据进行分析,结果表明所建模型通过Hosmer-Lemeshow拟合异质性检验,并由模型估算出了该菌株对橙带蓝尺蛾幼虫的致死剂量和致死时间。绿僵菌MaFZ-13菌株接种4, 5, 6和7 d后的半致死剂量(LC50)对数估计值分别为7.99, 7.12, 6.46和5.83。以1.0×107, 1.0×108和1.0×109孢子/mL的孢子浓度接种时,绿僵菌MaFZ-13菌株对橙带蓝尺蛾幼虫的LT50值分别为5.19,3.99和2.81 d。林间用1.0×108孢子/mL绿僵菌孢子悬浮液喷洒9 d后橙带蓝尺蛾幼虫死亡率可达到85.8%,防治效果为85.05%。【结论】绿僵菌MaFZ-13对橙带蓝尺蛾幼虫具有较强的致病力,林间防治效果良好,具有较好的应用潜力。  相似文献

从大连湾原油污染海域生长的海绵中分离筛选到一株原油降解菌OA58,根据其生长形态、培养特征、16S rRNA序列相似性比对分析和生化指标检测,初步鉴定为脱叶链霉菌(Streptomyces exfoliatus)。同时,考察了该链霉菌对原油的降解效果,OA58能以原油为唯一碳源生长,在人工海水培养基中,14 d内对原油(初始浓度为1 g/L)的平均降解率为83%,是一株具有开发潜力的原油降解放线菌。  相似文献

链霉菌是自然界中大量存在的一类微生物,具有多种多样的功能,其基内菌丝多核有间隔,气生菌丝上附着孢子链,从孢子萌发到孢子释放完成整个生命周期。链霉菌以菌丝体的形式定殖于多种植物体的根、茎、叶等部位而发挥功能,能分泌多种具有促进植物生长与生物防治功能的代谢物。对近几年链霉菌在提升植物营养吸收、促进植物生长、增强植物应对逆境能力、改善土壤结构、恢复污染水体等方面的研究进行了综述,并对今后链霉菌的研究方向和应用前景进行了展望。  相似文献

从原始热带雨林土壤中,分离到一株产蓝色色素菌株18-A-5,对其进行了系统分类学研究。形态学特征观察表明,在高氏合成一号培养基上初产蓝绿色色素,日久为深蓝色,基内菌丝蓝色,气生菌丝灰白色,产灰色孢子,孢子丝直或柔曲,形成长孢子链,孢子圆柱形。其DNA的G+C摩尔分数为62.4%,16S rDNA序列分析结果(GenBank登陆号为EU054353),18-A-5与生靛链霉菌Streptomyces indigoferus ATCC23924T 、草绿色链霉菌Streptomyces herbaricolor ATCC23924T具有极高的同源性,达100%,聚类分析表明,18-A-5与生靛链霉菌Streptomyces indigoferus、草绿色链霉菌Streptomyces herbaricolor两株菌聚类在一起,分支置信度为74%。结合生理生化特性、细胞壁化学组成分析、脂肪酸分析等将菌株18-A-5定名为草绿色链霉菌Streptomyces herbaricolor。并对该蓝绿色可溶性色素性质进行了耐酸碱性、热稳定性、抗菌谱等初步分析。  相似文献

长枝木霉对禾谷胞囊线虫的寄生和致死作用   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
【目的】明确长枝木霉(Trichoderma longibrachiatum)孢子悬浮液对小麦禾谷胞囊线虫(Heterodera avenae)的防治潜力和可能的作用机理。【方法】通过室内显微观察和测定不同时期长枝木霉(T.longibrachiatum)孢子悬浮液对小麦禾谷胞囊线虫(H.avenae)胞囊的寄生和致死作用及其可能的机理。【结果】显微观察结果表明,侵染初期长枝木霉孢子寄生于胞囊的表面,并且萌发产生大量的菌丝,侵染后期整个胞囊被致密的菌丝包围,胞囊内卵的胚胎发育停止和内容物凝集,甚至有的胞囊表面突起形成深褐色的小液泡,或者胞囊破裂和溶解。室内测定结果表明,不同浓度长枝木霉孢子悬浮液对胞囊具有明显的寄生和致死作用,并且其可能的寄生和致死作用机理主要是通过胞囊诱导和提高长枝木霉菌几丁质酶、葡聚糖酶和酪蛋白酶的活性,进而使胞囊体壁溶解和内容物外渗。处理后第18天浓度为1.5×108CFU/mL的长枝木霉孢子悬浮液对胞囊的寄生率为93.3%,第10天对胞囊孵化的相对抑制率为93.6%;经胞囊诱导后第4天浓度为1.5×108CFU/mL的长枝木霉孢子悬浮液几丁质酶和葡聚糖酶活性最高为0.78和0.96 U/(min·mL),第6天浓度为1.5×108CFU/mL的长枝木霉孢子悬浮液酪蛋白酶活性最高为4.03 U/(min·mL),并且诱导后其几丁质酶、葡聚糖酶和酪蛋白酶活性随着长枝木霉孢子悬浮液浓度的增加而增加。【结论】长枝木霉对小麦禾谷胞囊线虫胞囊具有较强的寄生和致死作用,且可能的寄生和致死作用机理主要通过胞囊诱导和提高长枝木霉菌几丁质酶、葡聚糖酶和酪蛋白酶的活性。  相似文献

在格尔德霉素产生菌吸水链霉菌17997(Streptomyces hygroscopicus 17997)中存在两种3-氨基-5-羟基苯甲酸(3-amino-5-hydroxybenzoic acid, AHBA)的生物合成基因簇, 根据同源性可分为苯醌类和萘醌类。已证明其中苯醌类的AHBA生物合成基因簇负责格尔德霉素(geldanamycin, Gdm)起始单位的合成, 而萘醌类的AHBA基因簇可能参与未知安莎化合物的生物合成。为提高吸水链霉菌17997菌种的Gdm发酵产量, 并研究高产菌种在固体培养基上孢子的生长周期。采用基因阻断技术, 将吸水链霉菌17997中的萘醌类AHBA生物合成基因簇(shnSOP)进行破坏, 以获得DSOP菌株, 从而减少对合成所需共同底物AHBA的争夺。HPLC分析结果表明DSOP菌株Gdm的发酵产量比原株提高185%。同时, 通过孢子计数发现该菌株在固体培养基上的孢子生长经历2个周期, 第2代孢子菌种的Gdm产量较高。  相似文献

以盆栽香橙为试材,分析不同施用浓度Se6+和Se4+对植株生长和抗坏血酸(AsA) -谷胱甘肽(GSH)循环的影响.结果表明: 两种价态硒均可促进香橙生长,主要表现在增加了叶面积、株高、鲜质量和干质量.施用Se6+显著提高了香橙硒含量,且硒主要分配在叶片;而施用Se4+虽能提高硒含量,但其含量远低于Se6+处理,且主要分配在根系.施硒提高了叶片叶绿素和过氧化氢(H2O2)含量,且Se6+处理高于Se4+处理.Se6+浓度≤2.0 mg·L-1处理能提高谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)活性、GSH与氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)量,Se6+浓度≥4.0 mg·L-1处理降低GSH循环的物质和酶活性;而Se4+浓度≤ 2.0 mg·L-1处理能提高脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶(DHAR)与抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性,且具有较高的AsA/[AsA+脱氢抗坏血酸(DHA)]比值,Se4+浓度≥4.0 mg·L-1 处理的GSH循环的物质和酶活性升高.综上,硒的不同价态和施用浓度对AsA-GSH循环相关物质含量和酶活性的影响不同.结合香橙生长指标和抗氧化水平,Se6+和Se4+的适宜浓度分别为2.0和4.0 mg·L-1.  相似文献

In shake flask and fermentor studies, various media components and culture inocula were tested to improve P. fumosoroseus spore production rates, yield and stability. To evaluate inoculum potential and inoculum scale-up for fermentor studies, conidia and liquid culture-produced spores of various strains of P. fumosoroseus were compared as inoculum. Inoculation of liquid cultures with blastospores at concentrations of at least 1×106 spores mL-1 resulted in the rapid production of high concentrations of blastospores (∼1×109 spores mL-1, 48 h fermentation time) for all strains tested. The rapid germination rate of blastospores (90% after 6 h incubation) compared to conidia (>90% after 16 h incubation) and the use of higher inoculum rates reduced the fermentation time from 96 to 48 h for maximal spore yields. A comparison of various complex nitrogen sources showed that liquid media supplemented with acid hydrolyzed casein or yeast extract supported the production of high concentrations of blastospores that were significantly more desiccation-tolerant (79-82% survival after drying) when compared to blastospores produced in media supplemented with other nitrogen sources (12-50% survival after drying). For rapid spore production, requirements for trace metals and vitamin supplementation were dependent on the type of hydrolyzed casein used in the medium. Fermentor studies with two strains of P. fumosoroseus showed that high concentrations (1.3-1.8×109 spores mL-1) of desiccation-tolerant blastospores could be produced in 48-h fermentations. These studies have demonstrated that the infective spores of various strains of the fungal bioinsecticide Paecilomyces fumosoroseus can be rapidly produced using deep-tank, liquid culture fermentation techniques.  相似文献

以福建省长汀县红壤侵蚀区马尾松低效林套种杨梅、无患子、油茶及黄栀子的改造模式林分为研究对象,对林分各组分生物量年净生长量、含碳率及土壤异养呼吸进行定位观测,分析套种模式对低效马尾松林分生态系统碳储量格局及碳平衡的影响。结果表明: 杨梅、无患子、油茶、黄栀子和马尾松不同器官含碳率的变化范围分别为41.1%~50.1%、42.2%~50.6%、45.1%~48.9%、44.7%~49.6%和46.1%~51.9%。不同树种同一器官之间的含碳率存在显著差异。马尾松套种杨梅及马尾松套种无患子模式植被层碳储量及年净增碳储量最高,分别为67.62~68.42 t·hm-2和9.21~9.45 t·hm-2·a-1,马尾松套种油茶和马尾松套种黄栀子模式较小,分别为31.96~36.24 t·hm-2和4.09~4.16 t·hm-2·a-1,马尾松纯林对照最小,分别为17.01 t·hm-2和2.00 t·hm-2·a-1。土壤异养呼吸年通量从高到低依次为马尾松套种杨梅模式(7.41 t·hm-2·a-1)>马尾松套种油茶模式(5.89 t·hm-2·a-1)>马尾松套种无患子模式(5.86 t·hm-2·a-1)>马尾松套种黄栀子模式(4.95 t·hm-2·a-1)>马尾松纯林对照(2.45 t·hm-2·a-1)。马尾松套种杨梅和马尾松套种无患子模式的年净生态系统碳平衡分别为2.04和3.27 t C·hm-2·a-1,表现为“碳汇”,马尾松套种油茶和马尾松套种黄栀子模式及马尾松纯林对照的年净生态系统碳平衡分别为-1.80、-0.80和-0.45 t C·hm-2·a-1,表现为“碳源”。总体上,短期内马尾松低效林套种杨梅或无患子能够提升林分的固碳增汇效益。  相似文献

The bacterium Serratia entomophila (Enterobacteriaceae) has been developed as a commercially available biopesticide for control of the pasture pest Costelytra zealandica. The influence of culture medium composition, dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration and harvesting time were investigated in order to optimise the production of S. entomophila. In batch fermentations, highest yields were achieved using sucrose (40 g L-1) as the carbon source, followed closely by fructose and molasses. The effect of yeast extract (YE), marmite and bakery yeast as cell growth enhancers was also examined in both batch and fed-batch mode. Culture medium containing 20 g L-1 of YE (fed-batch) produced the highest cell density. No significant effect on cell yield was detected when cultures were supplemented with bakery yeast or marmite. The DO concentration influenced biomass production: a 5-fold increase in cell density was achieved when the concentration of DO was maintained in the range of 20-50% (5.7×1010 CFUs mL-1) in comparison with 1% (1.2×1010 CFUs mL-1). In cultures maintained at 1 and 20% DO concentration, cells harvested from the exponential growth phase survived for less than 2 weeks when stored at 4°C. In contrast, high cell survival (85-100%) was achieved when cells were harvested after they had entered the stationary growth phase. Recommendations are provided for the production of robust, high cell density cultures of S. entomophila.  相似文献

An antagonistic bacterium, Pseudomonas fluorescens strain LRB3W1, inhibited the fungal growth of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. conglutinans in vitro and suppressed cabbage yellows caused by F. oxysporum f. sp. conglutinans. Under glasshouse conditions, the bacterium survived at ca. 106-107 CFU g-1 in the cabbage rhizosphere for 4 weeks after the initial application. The chemical fungicide, benomyl, did not suppress the disease severity at low concentration (1 or 10 µg mL-1). However, the disease severity was decreased by the combined application of a low dosage of benomyl with strain LRB3W1. Combined application of a low dosage of benomyl with strain LRB3W1 was more effective than treatment with the bacterium alone. The survival of strain LRB3W1 was not influenced by the presence of benomyl. This combined use of the biocontrol agent, strain LRB3W1, and a fungicide, benomyl, should be an attractive approach for suppressing cabbage yellows in sustainable agriculture because of the reduced chemical dosages needed for disease management.  相似文献

利用定量PCR(QPCR)方法,对环境水体中的肠道感染菌群及几种致病菌进行4个月的连续检测。结果表明:在污染严重的水体中,埃希氏大肠菌(E.coli)是水中肠道感染菌群的主体,其强度接近于用通用引物检测出的肠道感染菌群强度。当肠道感染菌群拷贝数超过104copies·100 mL-1时,沙门氏菌(S.typhrmurium)和志贺氏痢疾杆菌(Shigella flexneri)也持续被检出,可以认为是水体病原污染的标志之一;在轻度污染和清洁水体中,当肠道感染菌群拷贝数低于104copies·100 mL-1时,通过通用引物检测到的肠道感染菌群主要是上述3种病原细菌以外的细菌,且3种病原细菌的出现频度和强度与肠道感染菌群之间没有明显的相关性。  相似文献

A ten member microbial consortium (AS) consisting of eight phenol-degrading and two non-phenol-degrading strains of bacteria was developed and maintained in a fed-batch reactor by feeding 500 mg l−1 phenol for four years at 28 ± 3 °C. The consortium could degrade 99% of 500 mg l−1 phenol after 24 hours incubation with a biomass increase of 2.6 × 107 to 4 × 1012 CFU ml−1. Characterization of the members revealed that it consisted of 4 principal genera, Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Rhodococcus, Streptomyces and an unidentified bacterium. Phenol degradation by the mixed culture and Bacillus subtilis, an isolate from the consortium was compared using a range of phenol concentrations (400 to 700 mg l−1) and by mixing with either 160 mg l−1 glucose or 50 mg l−1 of 2,4-dichlorophenol in the medium. Simultaneous utilization of unrelated mixed substrates (glucose/2,4-dichlorophenol) by the consortium and Bacillus subtilis, indicated the diauxic growth pattern of the organisms. A unique characteristic of the members of the consortia was their ability to oxidize chloro aromatic compounds via meta pathway and methyl aromatic compounds via ortho cleavage pathway. The ability of a large membered microbial consortia to maintain its stability with respect to its composition and effectiveness in phenol degradation indicated its suitability for bioremediation applications.  相似文献

尝试利用天然低共熔溶剂(NADES)提取甜叶菊(Stevia rebaudiana)中的甜菊糖, 探索一种高效、绿色和环保的甜菊糖提取新方法。以甜叶菊干叶为原料, 对照传统提取溶剂水, 以甜菊糖中甜菊苷和莱鲍迪苷A的提取浓度作为指标, 筛选出最优的NADES提取配方, 然后通过Box-Behnken响应面法对NADES提取甜叶菊中甜菊糖的工艺条件进行筛选优化。结果表明, 提取效率最高的NADES配方为1,2-丙二醇:甘油:水=8:1:1 (v/v/v), 提取的甜菊苷浓度为2.59 mg∙mL-1, 比水提取高16.40%, 提取的莱鲍迪苷A浓度为1.06 mg∙mL-1, 比水提取高12.62%; 通过响应面法得到最优提取条件: 提取时间90分钟, 提取温度60°C, 超声功率为80 J∙s-1, 预测甜菊苷提取浓度为3.49 mg∙mL-1, 莱鲍迪苷A提取浓度为1.43 mg∙mL-1, 与实验验证值(甜菊苷浓度为3.48 mg∙mL-1, 莱鲍迪苷A浓度为1.42 mg∙mL-1)接近。在最优条件下, 甜菊苷提取浓度比初始条件提高了34.36%, 莱鲍迪甘A提取浓度比初始条件提高了33.96%。NADES绿色环保, 且提取效率高于传统溶剂, 可用于甜叶菊中甜菊糖的绿色提取; 同时, 该提取方法可为后续推广至其它大宗经济植物类天然产物的绿色工业生产提供参考。  相似文献

Economically feasible inoculum mass production methods are required for successful application of Fusarium oxysporum Foxy 2 as a potential mycoherbicide. Therefore, different substrates (agricultural by-products) and the factors that influence the production of spores, especially chlamydospores, of Foxy 2 were investigated in liquid cultures. The substrates tested were cotton seed cake, maize stover, wheat and triticale stillage. The presence of plant fibers in the medium of unfiltered cotton seed cake (2.5%, w/v) significantly enhanced chlamydospore, micro- and macroconidia production by 150, 185, and 300%, respectively, compared to the filtered (fiber-free) medium. Regardless of the type of substrate tested, Foxy 2 was able to produce abundant chlamydospores (0.14-2.7×107 mL-1) in all growth media. Generally, increasing the concentrations of cotton seed cake and maize stover in the medium significantly increased chlamydospore formation; however, this was not the case for wheat-based stillage. To optimize conditions required for chlamydospore production of Foxy 2, the effect of near ultra-violet (NUV) light, substrate combinations (synergism), level of agitation, incubation time and their interaction were studied. A liquid culture of 2.5% (w/v) filtered cotton seed cake, exposed to continuous NUV for 15 days, doubled the yield of chlamydospores (4.7×106 mL-1) and macroconidia (5×105 mL-1), and increased microconidial production by one-third (1×108 mL-1) compared to natural light. An apparent synergistic effect of substrate combination was observed, since the addition of 20% (v/v) of either wheat or triticale-based stillage to maize stover medium (1%, w/v) increased the number of chlamydospores produced by 16 or 12 times, respectively, compared to maize stover alone (1.4×106 mL-1), and 2 times more than either of the stillages. A significantly positive effect between a high level of agitation tested during incubation and chlamydospore production of Foxy 2 was recorded. All in all, substantial chlamydospore production of Foxy 2 (4.3×107 mL-1) was successfully achieved within 12 days of incubation in a single-step liquid fermentation through the combination of 0.5% (w/v) maize stover plus 20% (v/v) wheat-based stillage and a high level of agitation (200 rpm).  相似文献

利用国家标本资源共享平台提供的物种分布数据,结合野外实地调查和MaxEnt模型对滇龙胆草适宜分布区进行模拟和验证,分析滇龙胆草地理分布与气候因子间的关系.结果表明:模型训练集和验证集曲线下面积(area under curve,AUC)值均>0.90,表明模型预测精度高,预测结果较准确.滇龙胆草分布区地理坐标范围:22.2°-28.75°N,98.48°-110.59°E.适宜的海拔范围为1830^1959 m.适生区总面积约63.92×10^4 km^2;其中,高度适生区4.33×10^4 km^2,中度适生区21.42×10^4 km^2.云南、四川、贵州3省适生区面积合计约59.10×10^4 km^2,占全国适生区面积的92.46%.影响滇龙胆草地理分布的主要气候因子有3、6和8月太阳辐射,温度年较差,最暖季均温,10月和11月平均降水量及最干季降水量.偏最小二乘回归(partial least squares regression,PLSR)分析表明,分布区以北和以东的太阳辐射(3月、6月和8月)、温度年较差、10-11月平均降水量、最干季降水量是主要的限制因子;分布区以南主要限制因子是6月太阳辐射、最暖季均温、10月和11月平均降水量.限制滇龙胆草向四川盆地、广西盆地分布的主要气候因子是太阳辐射、温度年较差、最暖季均温、年生物温度和年可能蒸散量.综合分析认为,滇龙胆草的适生区主要位于云贵高原,上述地区的亚热带湿润气候最适宜滇龙胆草生长.  相似文献
