通过对文字衣科黑文衣属形态学、解剖学、化学与分子生物学的研究,发现中国新记录种1种,即变黄黑文衣(Phaeographis flavescens Dal-Forno&Eliasaro),该种主要特征为地衣体壳状,表面浅黄绿色,无光泽,光滑;子囊盘弯曲,多分支,聚生于假子座中;盘缘黑色,相邻线盘之间有小缝隙,盘面较平坦,黑色,覆有白色粉霜;子囊层无色透明,侧丝顶端分支;子囊含8个子囊孢子;子囊孢子褐色,横隔透镜型,(4~)6胞室,大小19~25.5μm×6~7μm,I+紫红色。该种分布于云南和福建,该研究丰富了对中国黑文衣属物种组成与分布的认知。 相似文献

系统发育分析结果表明,尽管Lanzia berggrenii能在寄主中形成基物子座,但与膜盘菌属的核心种关系较近,而与蜡盘菌科成员关系较远,应该归属于膜盘菌属。在广义的膜盘菌属的系统树中该种及在新西兰发现的4个新种构成一个单系群,分别命名为Hymenoscyphus haasticus,H. kiko,H.ohakune和H.waikaia。它们的共同特征:基物均为南青冈叶片,侧丝顶端分枝形成类似囊层被的结构,覆盖于子实层上部。Lanzia berggrenii var.metrosideri应为膜盘菌属中一个独立的种,即Hymenoscyphus metrosideri。 相似文献

Interest inin vitro study of entomopathogenic fungi, includingCordyceps species, has been increasing due to their valuable bioactive compounds and biocontrol effects. AmongCordyceps species,in vitro stromata ofC. militaris has been successfully produced and cultivated for industrial purposes. However, genetic study onin vitro stromata formation ofC. militaris has not been carried out yet. Here, relationship between mating system and perithecial stromata formation ofC. militaris is reported. Mating system was determined by observing perithecial stromata formation from mono-ascospore cultures and their
pair-wise combinations. Certain combinations of mono-ascospore strains produced perithecial club-shaped stromata, whereas
other combinations produced either no stromata or only abnormal non-perithecial stromata. Similarly, monoascospore cultures
without combination produced either no stromata or only abnormal nonperithecial stromata. Despite obvious heterothallism,
self-fertility was occasionally observed in few strains ofC. militaris. These observations indicated thatC. militaris behaves as a bipolar heterothallic fungus and requires two mating compatible strains in order to produce regular clubshaped

It follows from the results of the present study that erythrocyte stromata can serve as a suitable insoluble immunosorbent of complete antibodies. When using optimum conditions, such as laboratory incubation timperature, suitable buffers for both washing the column prior to absorption and for elution, it is possible to obtain, by means of the chromatographic column with 0.5 ml of erythrocyte stromata suspended in 40 g of silica glass beads (ballotini), fractions devoid of complete antibodies and subsequently to obtain the latter in purified form by elution. In complete anti antibodies, the elution yield amounted to an average of 35% of the initial amount of antibodies. Although the elution yield is not high and non-specific absorption has been demonstrated, the method can be recommended for the isolation of complete antibodies and thus for the production of monospecific sera because it is easy, rapid and inexpensive due to the regeneration ability of the mentioned columns and the relatively long duration of the immunoabsorption capacity of the incorporated erythrocyte stromata. 相似文献

Improved method for the isolation and preliminary characterization of human DAF (decay-accelerating factor) 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
DAF (decay-accelerating factor) is one of the integral membrane proteins of erythrocytes, and is considered to play an important role in the regulation of complement activation. The purification of DAF has been impeded by the difficulty in removing glycophorin. We devised an effective method for removing glycophorin. Through the limited trypsinization of stromata prior to the extraction of DAF, glycophorin was readily digested so that the DAF could be purified free of glycophorin by DEAE-Sephacel and Bio-Gel A 0.5 m chromatographies. On SDS-PAGE, DAF from trypsinized stromata showed the same mobility as that from native stromata: its molecular weight was estimated to be about 70 kDa. Amino acid analysis of DAF showed high contents of serine and glutamic acid. The amino-terminal sequence of DAF prepared by the present method, determined for the 29 residues, did not show significant homology with that of glycophorin. 相似文献

Theissenia rogersii deviates from known Theissenia species primarily in having large ascospores with a thick wall layer and a unique configuration of two stromatal tissue types, one carbonaceous and the other fibrous. The carbonaceous tissue forms palisades on and beneath the perithecial layer as well as encasing individual perithecia, whereas the fibrous tissue fills the spaces between columns of the palisades as well as between encased perithecia. Phylogenetic analyses based on DNA sequences of beta-tubulin and alpha-actin genes placed Theissenia in the subfamily Hypoxyloideae among the genera that are characterized by having bipartite stromata (i.e. with the stromata differentiated into an outer dehiscing layer and an inner perithecium-bearing layer). 相似文献

Population studies involving the grass Agrostis hiemalis infected with the endophytic fungus Epichloë typhina were made. Grass individuals were assessed for infection state (presence or absence of fungus), number of culms and fungal stromata, and location within plot. Using clustering and ANOVA procedures available in SAS, geometric groups were identified and analyzed. The tendency of plants to bear stromata was found to be significant with respect to both the plot (P < 0.05) and the cluster (P < 0.0001) within which plants occurred. A cultural study was made of the endophytes from one of the plots. Here isolates from a cluster containing stroma-bearing grass individuals were found to grow more rapidly than those from grass clusters without stromata on a variety of sugars naturally available in vivo. Histological studies of the host demonstrate that the endophyte is seed transmitted in a comparable fashion to endophytes in other grasses. It is suggested that the clustering of stromata-bearing plants in Agrostis hiemalis is the result of the presence of aggressive strains of endophyte within proximally located plants. 相似文献
