Swertia mussotii Franch. is a herb used for treatment of liver disease in Qinghai-Tibcran Plateau folk. Further investigation on chemical constituents in aqueous extract of Swertia mussotii Franch. has been reported here. Seven compounds (Ⅰ, Ⅲ–Ⅷ) were achieved except mangiferin (Ⅱ) isolated previously by a chromatograph. They belong in secoiridoids, flavonoids and xanthonoids, respectively. The structures of known compounds were identified as amarogentin(Ⅲ), swertisin(Ⅷ), 8-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-1, 3, 5-trihydroxyxanthone(Ⅶ) and 8-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-I, 7-dihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone (Ⅵ). The structures of other three new compounds have been elucidated as 7-O-β-D-xylopy-ranosyl-1, 8-dihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone (Ⅳ), 7-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- (1-2)-β-D-xylopyranosyl]-l,8-dihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone(Ⅰ)and 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosy 1,8-dihydroxy-5-methoxyxanthone (Ⅴ), by means of the chemical and spectral methods. Mangiferin, amarogentin and 7-0- [α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-β-D-xylopyranosyl]-l,8-dihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone are the principal glucosides in this plant.  相似文献

Eleven compounds were isolated from the twigs and leaves of Rourea microphylla (Hook. et Arn) Planch. They were identified as quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (Ⅰ), hyperin (Ⅱ), quercetin (Ⅲ), astilbin (Ⅳ), β-sitosterol (Ⅴ), β-sitosteryl-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅵ), physcion (Ⅶ), erythroglaucin (Ⅷ), stearic acid (Ⅸ), palmitic acid (Ⅹ) and n-nonacosanane (Ⅺ) respectively, by means of UV, IR, NMR, MS spectra analyses and through chemical methods. The compounds Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ, Ⅷ, Ⅸ, Ⅹ and Ⅺ were first reportedin the Rourea genus.  相似文献

Ten compounds, namely physcion (Ⅰ), podophyllotoxone (Ⅱ), isopicropodophyllone (Ⅲ), picropodophyllone (Ⅳ), 4'-demethyl-podophyllotoxone (Ⅴ), dehydropodo- phyllotoxin (Ⅵ), diphyllin (Ⅶ), picropodophyllin (Ⅷ), podophyllotoxin (Ⅸ) and 4'-demethylpodophyllotoxin (Ⅹ), were separated from Dysosma majorense (Gagn.) Hsiao et Y. H. Chen, nov comb. Compound Ⅳ was first isolated from natural source and anthraquinone Ⅰ was first isolated from genus Dysosma. Ⅴ, Ⅷ and Ⅹ showed strong acttve inhibited against P388.  相似文献

短尾越橘酒精提取物用乙酸乙酯萃取后依次经氯仿、丙酮、甲醇回流提取,用薄层层析,反复硅胶柱层析,从中分离并鉴定了八个化合物,并用波谱学方法进行了结构鉴定。它们分别为正二十七烷(n-heptaco-sane,Ⅰ),木栓酮(friedelin,Ⅱ),木栓醇(friedelinol,Ⅲ),羽扇豆醇(lupenol,Ⅳ),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅴ),胡萝卜苷(dauosterol,Ⅵ),反式对羟基桂皮酸(trans-p-hydroxy cinamic acid,Ⅶ),莽草酸甲酯(methyl shiki mate,Ⅷ)。所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅰ,Ⅳ,Ⅷ为首次从该属植物中得到。  相似文献

银杏(Ginkgo biloba Linn.)在中国种植广泛,其产量占全世界总产量的70%[1]。中药白果仁是银杏种子去除肉质外种皮和骨质中种皮后得到的,具有敛肺定喘、止带缩尿的功效。目前,有关银杏种子的研究主要集中在具有药食同源的白果仁[2]及具有潜在应用价值的外种皮[3]上,鲜见对银杏种子中种皮的研究报道。生产中大量的银杏中种皮被废弃,因此,开展银杏中种皮的相关研究对于充分利用该类资源非常必要。鉴于此,作者对银杏中种皮的化学成分进行了系统分析,以期为其开发应用提供参考依据。  相似文献

Ten known alkaloids, sinoacutine (Ⅰ), 1-tetrahydropalmatine (Ⅱ), d-stepharine (Ⅲ), 1- stepholidine (Ⅳ), 1-corydalmine (Ⅴ), stephanine (Ⅵ), palmatine (Ⅶ), dehydrocorydalmine (Ⅷ), stepharanine (Ⅸ) and roemerine (Ⅹ) were isolated from the roots of Stephamia yunnanensis H. An aqueous extract of the twigs of Pyrus communis L. var. sativa (DC) DC. showed inhibitory effect against S-180. Compounds were isolated from the twigs of P. communis and eight of them were identified as nonacosane (Ⅰ), lupeol (Ⅲ), β-sitosterol (Ⅳ), betulin (Ⅴ), betulinic acid (Ⅵ), daucosterol (Ⅶ), hydroquinone (Ⅷ) and arbutin (Ⅸ) by MS, NMR, IR, UV and some chemical techniques. It was showed that the compounds Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅷ and Ⅸ possessed some bacteriostatic activities on Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi, Shigclla flexneri and Staphylococus aureus. Primary pharmacology tests showed that Ⅷ had inhibitory effect against S-180 (47.5%).  相似文献

利用DiaionHP20及硅胶柱层析进行化合物的分离,从乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到了8个化合物,借助多种光谱技术进行结构鉴定分别鉴定为E对甲氧基肉桂酸(pEMethoxycinnamicacid)(Ⅰ),Z对甲氧基肉桂酸甲酯(3(4Methoxyphenyl)2Zpropenoicacidmethylester)(Ⅱ),Z对甲氧基肉桂酸(pZMethoxycinnamicacid)(Ⅲ),E对羟基肉桂酸甲酯(pEHedroxycinnamicacidmethylester)(Ⅳ),2,4,6,4′fourhydroxydihydrochalcone(Ⅴ),5,7,4′三羟基3′,5′二甲氧基黄酮(Ⅵ),β谷甾醇(βSidosterol)(Ⅶ),胡萝卜苷(Daucosterol)(Ⅷ)。所有化合物均为已知化合物,并首次从该植物中分得。  相似文献

Swertia erythrosticta Maxim. (Gentianaceae) is a herb used for curing some diseases in Tibetan traditional medicine system. Eight xanthones were isolated from this species. Their structures were identified as 1,8-dihydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyxanthone(Ⅰ), 1,5,8-trihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone (Ⅱ), 1,3,8-trihydroxy-5-methoxyxanthone (Ⅲ), 1,7,8-trihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone (Ⅳ), 1,3,5,8-tetrahydroxyxanthone (Ⅴ), 1,3,7,8-tetrahydroxyxanthone(Ⅵ), as well as 8-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-1, 5-dihydroxy-3 -metho xy xanthone(Ⅶ), 8-O-β-D-gl ucopyr anosyl- 1,3,5- trihydroxyxanthone(Ⅷ) by means of chemical methodes and spectral analyses.  相似文献

Seven xanthonenoid compounds and a triterpenic acid have been isolated from Swertia przewalskii Pissjauk. Their structures were identified as 1,8-dihydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyxarthone(Ⅰ), 1,7-dihydroxy-3,8-dimethoxyxanthone (Ⅱ), oleanolic acid (Ⅲ), l-hydroxy-3,7,8-trimethoxyxanthone (Ⅳ), 1,7,8-trihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone (Ⅴ), 8-0-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(l--6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]- 1,7-dihydr0xy- 3-methoxyxanthone (Ⅵ), 1-O- [β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-7,8-dihydroxy- 3-methoxyxanthone (Ⅶ) and 1-O- [β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-8-hydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyanthone (Ⅷ) respectively, by means of chemical and spectral methods or comparing with the authentic samples directly.  相似文献

利用正、反相硅胶以及各种色谱技术进行分离,经理化性质和光谱分析鉴定中药玄参(Scrophularia ningpoensis)有效成分。从玄参(S. ningpoensis)根的乙醇提取物中分离了8个化合物,分别鉴定为14-去氧-12(R)-磺酸基穿心莲内酯(14-deoxy-12(R)-sulfo andrographolide, Ⅷ)、肉桂酸(cinnamic acid,Ⅰ)、对羟基肉桂酸(p-hydroxycinnamic acid,Ⅱ)、丁二酸(succinic acid,Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol, Ⅳ)、胡萝卜甙(daucosteol,Ⅴ)、葡萄糖(gluose,Ⅵ)、熊果酸(ursolic acid,Ⅶ)。Ⅷ为在玄参中首次发现的天然化合物。  相似文献

Huang Gancao (Glycyrrhiza eurycarpa P. C. Li) is a new species discovered recently. Its chemical constituents have not been reported before. This paper reports the isolation of ten components (Ⅰ—Ⅹ) from its roots and rhizomes collected in Jinta County, Gansu Province. On the basis of physico-chemlcal constants and spectroscopic (IR, UV, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, MS, and CD) analysis, they were identified as ononin(Ⅰ), liquiritigenin 4 -O-β-D-apio-D-franosyl-(1 →2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(II), isoliquiritigenin-4-O-β-D-apio-D-franosyl-(1→ 2) β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅲ), choerospondin (Ⅳ), violanthin (Ⅴ), isoviolan thin (Ⅵ), vicenin-2(Ⅶ), uralsaponin A(Ⅷ), daucosterol (Ⅸ), and phloretic acid (Ⅹ), respectively All of them were isolated from this plant for the first time. Choerospondin, violanthin, daucosteroi and phloretic acid were not found in this genus before.  相似文献

鲤动脉球内灌注0.1%胶原酶消化,分离到大量内皮细胞及少量成纤细胞,28℃,在加入蛋白含量为:350μg/mL鲤下丘脑粗提液的1640+20%小牛血汪培养液中,细胞生长良好,7d后,接近单层。原代经三次0.5%柠檬酸胰酶消化逐步淘汰少量成纤维细胞,10d后,得纯内皮细胞,并顺利传至二代,第二代细胞经血凝ⅧR因子酶标检测发现,培养细胞存在血凝ⅧR因子相同抗原,具有内皮细胞的一般特征,从而得到初步鉴定。  相似文献

Two novel C-21 steroidal aglycones named marsglogenin-A(Ⅱ) and marsglogenin-B(Ⅲ) as well as six known compounds sarcostin (Ⅰ), gymnemarsgenin (Ⅳ), 20-O-cinnamoylsarcostin (Ⅴ), penupogenin (Ⅵ), gagaminin (Ⅶ) and isolineolcn (Ⅷ) were isolated from the acid hydrolysate of the crude glycoside extracted with ethanol from the stem of Marsdenia globitera (Asclepiadaceae). The structures of marsglogenin-A and marsglogenin-B were deduced as 20-O-benzoylsarcostin and 12-O-benzoylsarcostin on the bases of chemical and spectral evidences respectively.  相似文献

Eleven alkaloids were isolated from roots of Stephania succifera Lo et Tsoong. They were identified as crebanine (Ⅰ), tetrahydropalmatine (Ⅱ), dehydrocrebanine (Ⅲ), palmatine (Ⅳ). dehydrocorydalmine (Ⅴ), crebanine nitrate (Ⅵ), oxocrebanine (Ⅶ), corydalmine (Ⅷ), phanostenine (Ⅸ), discretamine (Ⅹ) and corypalmine (Ⅺ) by means of TLC. UV, NMR MS spectral analyses and the fact that no depression of MP. with authentic samples was observed. Compounds Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ, Ⅸ, Ⅹ and Ⅺ were first reported from this plant.  相似文献

运用TWINSPAN把样方分为8个群落类型,用Levins、Shannon-wiener生态位宽度公式和Petraitis生态位特定重叠指数公式测定群落中主要种群生态位宽度和生态位重叠,并分析各种群生态位的生态学意义。在总群落中,披针苔草和草地早熟禾的生态位宽度最大,说明它们对群落环境的适应能力最强,对资源的利用能力也最强;在不同的群落里(群落Ⅰ到群落Ⅷ),相同种群生态位宽度有极大差别,草地早熟禾在群落Ⅱ中,B1为 2.753,B2为 15.561,在群落Ⅷ中,B1为0,B2为1;总群落中,各种群的生态位宽度明显大于其在其他群落里的生态位宽度。两个种群的生态位重叠值越大,说明它们占据越相似的资源空间,珠芽蓼和火绒草的生态位重叠值高达0.892(群落Ⅰ中),说明它们利用资源的相似性程度很高;在总群落中,各种群之间生态位重叠值都很低。  相似文献

Ten compounds were isolated from the roots and stems of Cynanchum komarovii Al. Iljinski. They were identified as 7-demethoxylophorine (Ⅰ), epi-alnusenol (Ⅱ), β-sitosterol (Ⅲ), triacontanolic acid (Ⅳ), sucrose (Ⅴ), desoxytylophorinin N-oxide (Ⅵ), apocynine (Ⅶ), paeonol (Ⅷ), β-sitosteryl-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅸ) and glucose (Ⅹ) by means of UV, IR, NMR, MS spectral analyses and through chemical methods. These compounds were first reported in this plant. One of them, Ⅵ is a new alkaloid. The bioassay results showed that the compounds Ⅰ, Ⅵ and reaction product Ⅺ exhibited cytotoxic effects to P-388 leukemia cell in vitro. Ⅺ is also a new compound.  相似文献
