松嫩平原野大麦无性系分蘖株的年龄结构   总被引:23,自引:9,他引:14  
野大麦无性系分蘖株由3个龄级组成,为明显的增长型年龄结构、1龄级蘖在无性系生殖生长中占绝对优势。分蘖株龄级越高,其数量增长速率越小,对无性系物质积累的贡献越小,1、2龄级分蘖株数量和生物量均随着无性系丛径和总蘖数的增加而增长,3龄级蘖与总蘖数间呈直线相关。平均单蘖生产力随着龄级增加而下降。生殖蘖平均单蘖重具有相对稳定性。无性系中1龄级蘖平均单蘖重体现出一定的密度调节作用,无性系潜在种群也为明显的增  相似文献

对亚热带中山立地鸭茅分蘖丛的生长与再生特征的定量分析表明,在5月份开花期和8月份再生草的取样中,鸭茅分蘖丛的蘖数均随着丛径的增加里直线增加;丛生物量、丛枯死量分别与丛径、丛蘖数之间均有极显著的正相关;平均单蘖重随着丛径的增加均呈变形双曲线函数减少,随着丛蘖数的增加均呈幂函数减少;抽穗率随着丛径和丛菜数的增加均呈直线下降.在生长季前期,鸭茅分蘖丛的生长策略是将大部分能量投入生殖生长.  相似文献

研究了放牧强度对多年生黑麦草人工草地蘖的形态、密度、草地生产率及组织转化的影响。结果表明,重牧条件下蘖密度大于轻牧,而轻牧的单株蘖重大于重牧。重牧划地净生产率大于轻牧,主要是由于轻和手条件下,草地的高的生长率被更高的枯死率所抵消。春夏之交,采用灵活的管理措施,转换放牧强度可以提高草地的生产率。  相似文献

在温室条件下研究类芦等4种植物在干旱胁迫下的蒸腾特性。结果表明,在正常供水情况下,4种植物蒸腾速率和气孔阻力日变化规律明显;在干旱胁迫下,气孔阻力增大,蒸腾速率逐步降低,当水势下降到临界值时,气孔关闭,气孔阻力急剧增大,蒸腾速率降至最低。4种植物中,类芦的水分利用效率最高,其次为百喜草和香根草,五节芒最低。4种植物的抗旱力以类芦最强,百喜草和香根草其次,五节芒最弱。  相似文献

在封育和翻耙处理的退化羊草草地上,对羊草种群有性生殖的数量特征进行了比较研究.结果表明,翻耙样地羊草种群密度下降显著,生殖蘖密度变化不显著,生殖蘖穗长、节间长、生殖生长比率、穗节数、小穗数、小花数、饱满籽实数和结实率都有显著增长,籽实产量、净籽实重和千粒重分别是封育样地的2.68、3.49和1.3倍.在翻耙样地中,羊草种群发育有复小穗的生殖蘖比封育样地多16%,生殖蘖上复小穗的数量也显著增加,生殖蘖以相对少的小穗,生产了较多的小花和更多的籽实来提高种群的籽实产量.两个样地中羊草种群的生物量生殖分配在种群对生殖蘖RA1、生殖蘖对穗序RA4、穗序对籽实RA6 3个层次上无显著差异,而种群对穗序RA2、生殖蘖对籽实RA5的生殖分配差异显著,种群对籽实RA3的生殖分配差异极显著.  相似文献

额济纳绿洲在维持我国西北广大地区脆弱的生态平衡方面起着至关重要的作用.但目前由于水资源匮乏和水污染,以及人为干扰,该绿洲中胡杨林退化严重,更新主要依赖林隙中的根蘖形式的无性繁殖实现.从胡杨根蘖幼苗的发生和生长与林隙的特征关系着手,揭示胡杨根蘖更新的规律.在研究中,调查了胡杨林内不同林隙条件下,胡杨根蘖幼苗的密度、苗高和基径等生长状况,以及林隙内主要的环境影响因子,包括地被物、土壤条件、胡杨母株和人为干扰等.研究结果表明:在胡杨的根蘖幼苗生长过程中,苦豆子与土壤条件是主要的影响因子,苦豆子密度、人为干扰和周边大树数量对根蘖的基径和高生长具有显著的影响,但根蘖的发生的密度与苦豆子和土壤条件等环境因子的相关性却不显著.在分析原因中提出了根蘖发生机制的随机性与环境资源异质性的假说.  相似文献

以额济纳荒漠绿洲胡杨根蘖幼苗为研究对象,通过对绿洲内胡杨分布的3种主要生境内根蘖幼苗的调查,得出如下结论。近年来绿洲内胡杨种群的更新几乎完全依赖于无性繁殖更新,种子萌发产生的幼苗在调查地内没有发现。河岸沙丘地及胡杨林下地的根蘖幼苗中,3龄幼苗所占比重最大,龄级越小的根蘖苗在群落中的数量越少;在河水漫灌后的林间空地,2龄幼苗的数量最多。水漫灌后的林间空地中根蘖幼苗密度显著大于其余两生境内根蘖幼苗密度,同时该生境内每段胡杨根系萌生出的不定芽也大于另两生境。随着龄级增加,未枯枝根蘖幼苗的比率逐渐减小。根蘖幼苗的萌发点分布于土层30cm以内的根系上,分布深度大于30cm的根系不能萌发出根蘖幼苗。  相似文献

2003年春季对崇明东滩潮间带不同生境的鸟类群落进行了调查,共记录到鸟类64种,隶属7目15科。崇明东滩潮间带春季鸟类平均密度为14.60只/hm2,鸟类多样性指数2.08、均匀度指数0.49、优势度指数0.22。芦苇带、海三棱草带和盐渍藻类带是东滩潮间带典型的生境,各生境的鸟类种类、密度和多样性差异较大。其中芦苇带25种,平均密度2.56只/hm2;海三棱草带有48种,平均密度15.38只/hm2;盐渍藻类带36种,平均密度21.04只/hm2。3种生境中盐渍藻类带鸟类的生物多样性最高,海三棱草带最低。研究表明,滩涂围垦、人类活动干扰、互花米草的入侵是影响鸟类在东滩栖息的主要因素。  相似文献

以三种莎草科克隆植物藨草(Scirpus triqueter), 海三棱藨草(Scirpus mariqueter)和糙叶苔草(Carex scabrifolia)为研究对象, 通过盆栽受控实验, 探讨三种初始种植密度处理(1 株/盆、4 株/盆和16 株/盆)对个体表现与种群增长的影响。结果表明, 三种植物种群经过一个月左右的适应后均开始加速增长, 生长季后期增长率逐渐降低, 而海三棱藨草种群甚至出现了一定程度的衰退。生长季中前期藨草在中低密度处理下密度增长率高于高密度和整簇种植处理, 而海三棱藨草、糙叶苔草种群的整体密度增长与初始种植密度成反比。最终收获时, 藨草和海三棱藨草不同处理下的密度、冠层高度、最高高度、地上生物量和地下生物量均没有显著差异, 糙叶苔草在低种植密度下的密度最低, 中等种植密度下冠层高度最高。藨草、海三棱藨草的单株平均生物量与密度呈显著负相关, 而藨草、糙叶苔草的总生物量与密度呈显著正相关, 三种莎草科植物的根冠比都没有随密度发生显著变化。三种莎草科植物在高密度下的种内竞争效应均强于中密度。  相似文献

通过对6种藓类植物,即褶叶青藓(Brachythecium salebrosum(Web.et Mohr.)B.S.G.)、湿地匐灯藓(Plagiomnium acutum(Lindb.)Kop.)、侧枝匐灯藓(Plagiomnium maximoviczii(Lindb.)Kop.)、大凤尾藓(Fissidensnobilis Griff.)、大羽藓(Thuidium cymbifolium(Doz.et Molk.)B.S.G.)和大灰藓(Hypnum plumaeforme Wils.)嫩茎和老茎的石蜡切片和显微观察发现,同一藓类植株的嫩茎和老茎,茎结构稳定,不同种藓类植物茎横切面具有不同特征.植物体茎横切面形状、表层细胞的层数、细胞大小和细胞壁厚薄、皮层细胞大小和形状、中轴的有无以及比例等特征可以作为藓类植物的分科分类依据之一.  相似文献

Seed germination of an aurea mutant of tomato ( Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) is promoted by continuous irradiation with red, far-red or long-wavelength far-red (758 nm) light as well as by cyclic irradiations (5 min red or 5 min far-red/25 min darkness). Far-red light applied immediately after each red does not change the germination behaviour. Seed germination of the isogenic wild-type, cv. UC-105, is promoted by continuous and cyclic red light while it is inhibited by continuous and cyclic far-red light and by continious 758 nm irradiation. Far-red irradiation reverses almost completely the promoting effect of red light. The promoting effect (in the aurea mutant) and the inhibitory effect (in the wild-type) of continuous far-red light do not show photon fluence rate dependency above 20 nmol m−2 s−1. It is concluded that phytochrome controls tomato seed germination throgh low energy responses in both the wild type and the au mutant. The promoting effect of continuous and cyclic far-red light in the au mutant can be attributed to a greater sensitivity to Pfr.  相似文献

The levels of endogenous phytohormones and respiratory rate in nine sorts of flowers such as Cymbidium faberi Rolfe, Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth and others were investigated both at full bloom and senescence and meanwhile the effect of exogenous phytohormones on prolonging the blossoms and promoting ethylene production were tested. There is a high content of endogenous ethylene in all the long-lived flowere, about 3–16 folds higer than the short-lived ones. There is a high level of ABA at full blooming flowers of short-lived flowers, in which there is no or only some cytokinins in it, but the ratio of CTK (6BA+zeatin)/ABA is smaller(l.7). The endogenous ABA reached a much higher level at senescence in all nine sorts of flowers, so it is reasonable to consider that it is ABA which plays an important role of regulation in controlling flower's senescence. There is a much higher level of GA3 and zeatin in the long-lived flowers which is not demonstrated in the shortlived ones. The respiratory rate is one of the factors controtling the longevity of flowers, but it does not play a decided role. Application of 6BA and zeatin prolongs distinctly orchid’s longevity, however exogenous IAA through the promotive action on ethylene production, evidently extends the longevity of the flowers of the Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth.  相似文献

A complex analysis of seasonal fluctuations of the mean group parameters of the system of regulation of lipid peroxidation has been performed in liver of Balb/c mice. Association of lipid characteristics and morphophysiological parameters is studied in the Balb/c mouse liver. An inter-connection is revealed between the liver index and the amount of lysoforms of phospholipids, the scale and character of the interconnection differing essentially depending on proportion of phos-phatidylcholine in mouse liver phospholipids.  相似文献

Seven strains of aerobic carbon monoxide-oxidizing bacteria (carboxydebacteria) when growing on CO as sole source of carbon and energy had doubling times which ranged from 12–42 h. The activity profiles obtained after discontinuous sucrose density gradient centrifugation indicated that the CO-oxidizing enzymes are soluble and the hydrogenases are membrane-bound in all strains examined. The CO-oxidizing enzymes of Pseudomonas carboxydohydrogena, Pseudomonas carboxydoflava, Comamonas compransoris, and the so far unidentified strains OM2, OM3, and OM4 had a molecular weight of 230,000; that of Achromobacter carboxydus amounted to 170,000. The molecular weights of the CO-oxidizing and H2-oxidizing enzymes turned out to be identical. The cell sonicates were shown to catalyze the oxidation of both CO and H2 with methylene blue, thionine, phenazine methosulfate, toluylene blue, dichlorophenolindophenol, cytochrome c or ferricyanide as electron acceptors. Methyl viologen, benzyl viologen, FAD+, FMN+, and NAD(P)+ were not reduced. The spectrum of electron acceptors was identical for all strains tested. Neither free formate, hydrogen nor oxygen gas were involved in the CO-oxidation reaction. Methylene blue was reduced by CO at a 1:1 molar ratio. The results indicate that CO-oxidation by carboxydobacteria is catalyzed by identical or similar enzymes and that the reaction obeys the equation CO+H2OCO2+2H++2e- as previously shown for Pseudomonas carboxydovorans.Dedicated to Otto Kandler remembering almost three decades of enjoyable cooperation  相似文献

Since the introduction of the concepts of allostery about four decades ago, much advancement has been made in elucidating the structure-function correlation in allostery. However, there are still a number of issues that remain unresolved. In this review we used mammalian pyruvate kinase (PK) as a model system to understand the role of protein dynamics in modulating cooperativity. PK has a triosephosphate isomerase (TIM)(α/β)8 barrel structural motif. PK is an ideal system to address basic questions regarding regulatory mechanisms about this common (α/β)8 structural motif. The simplest model accounting for all of the solution thermodynamic and kinetic data on ligand-enzyme interactions involves two conformational states, inactive ET and active ER. These conformational states are represented by domain movements. Further studies provide the first evidence for a differential effect of ligand binding on the dynamics of the structural elements, not major secondary structural changes. These data are consistent with our model that allosteric regulation of PK is the consequence of perturbation of the distribution of an ensemble of states in which the inactive ET and active ER represent the two extreme end states. Sequence differences and ligands can modulate the distribution of states leading to alterations of functions. The future work includes: defining the network of functionally connected residues; elucidating the chemical principles governing the sequence differences which affect functions; and probing the nature of mutations on the stability of the secondary structural elements, which in turn modulate allostery.  相似文献
