探讨了不同围封年限(6、8、30年)对大针茅草原生产力和土壤碳氮贮量的变化,以期构建围封年限与草地利用的关系,为草地管理提供科学依据。本实验通过实地样方调查及实验室分析,对不同围封年限大针茅草原群落的植被、土壤特征进行测定,分析了不同围封年限草原的生物量、土壤有机碳、氮贮量的恢复情况。结果表明:与持续自由放牧样地相比,围封后草原的生物量和土壤碳、氮贮量均呈显著增加;随着围封年限的延长,生物量和土壤碳、氮贮量也表现出增加的趋势,地上生物碳和土壤有机碳的增加趋于稳定。  相似文献

内蒙古放牧草地土壤碳固持速率和潜力   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
放牧是典型草地最重要的利用方式,弄清放牧对草地碳固速率的影响,将为我国内蒙古地区草地碳汇管理提供重要的科学依据。通过在平坦草地和斜坡草地设置相同的放牧梯度实验 (放牧强度0、1.5、3.0、4.5、6.0、7.5、9.0 羊/hm2),探讨了放牧和地形对草地土壤碳固持速率的影响。实验结果表明:轻度放牧草地表现为碳固持,重度放草地表现为碳流失;对放牧草地而言,存在碳源/碳汇的转化阈值(或放牧强度),且坡地阈值低于平地。为了实现草地碳增汇目的,平坦草地的放牧强度应低于 4.5羊/hm2(放牧期6-9月),斜坡草地应低于3 羊/hm2。地形因素(平地VS斜坡)使准确评估放牧草地土壤的碳固持速率变得更加复杂。总之,内蒙古地区放牧草地具有较大的碳固持潜力,通过控制放牧强度是实现其碳固持潜力的重要途径之一。  相似文献

火烧是内蒙古典型草原的自然现象,对长期封育草地碳固持效应具有潜在的重要影响。基于野外控制火烧实验(未火烧、1a火烧1次、2a火烧1次、4a火烧1次),采用土壤和土壤粒级组分相结合的指标体系,分析了火烧以及火烧频率对长期封育草地土壤碳贮量的影响。结果表明:火烧会降低长期封育草地0—30 cm土壤碳贮量;其中,频繁火烧将显著降低草地土壤碳贮量,而4a 1次的火烧对土壤碳贮量影响较小。火烧对0—10 cm土壤碳贮量影响明显,而对10—30 cm土层影响较小。此外,火烧对长期封育草地土壤砂粒和粉粒碳氮贮量影响较大、对粘粒碳氮贮量影响较小。火烧后表层土壤砂粒和粉粒C∶N比下降,表层土壤有机质的稳定性有所提高。与自由放牧草地相比,连续遭受火烧处理的长期封育草地仍具有较高的碳贮量。总之,火烧会一定程度降低长期封育草地的碳贮量,但并不会彻底改变其显著的碳固持效应。  相似文献

西藏草地生态系统植被碳贮量及其空间分布格局   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
在广泛收集资料的基础上,利用平均碳密度方法,估算了西藏高原草地生态系统17类草地植被的碳贮量,并分析了其空间分布格局.结果表明:(1)17类草地植被总面积为8205.194×104hm2,总碳贮量为189.367 Tg (1TgC=1012g),平均碳密度为2307.895 kgC/hm2,不同植被类型差异较大,在395.977~20471.161kgC/hm2之间波动;(2)从草地类型分布看,高寒草原和高寒草甸是西藏分布面积最大的2类草地,分布面积占西藏草地总面积的70.210%,又是西藏草地碳贮量的主要贮库,碳贮量占西藏草地总碳贮量的79.393%;(3)在空间分布格局上,随着自藏东南向西北的延伸,草地植被总碳密度逐次降低,这一水平分布格局与西藏独特的水热分布相一致;碳密度的垂直分布规律因地区而异,但各地区均以高寒草甸或高寒荒漠的低碳密度为终点,表现出"殊途同归"的特征.  相似文献

采用样方取样方法实地调查内蒙古呼伦贝尔草甸草原的植物群落特征,利用植被和土壤数据,应用系统聚类分析方法对其草地退化等级进行定量划分.结果表明:(1)植被指标聚类可将草地划分为3个等级,即轻度退化、中度退化和重度退化草地,而利用土壤指标聚类则划分为2个等级,其中轻度退化和中度退化草地的土壤状况相似合为一个等级,重度退化草地为另一个等级;(2)随着放牧梯度的变化,植被和土壤都发生了变化,中度退化草地植被变化大,而土壤变化不大;(3)内蒙古呼伦贝尔草甸草原为同一草地利用单元,所划分的草地退化等级系列是由放牧引起的.  相似文献

以青海省果洛州藏族自治州甘德县青珍乡高山嵩草Kobresia pygmaea草甸轻度退化草地和重度退化草地为研究对象,通过植物地上部分主要功能群(禾草类、杂类草、莎草类)、植物根系和土壤碳、氮浓度及储量动态研究,结果表明:高寒小嵩草草甸轻度退化草地地上部分主要功能群碳、氮浓度和C ∶ N比值明显高于重度退化草地的浓度.同一草地类型主要功能群比较,碳、氮浓度依次为杂类草>禾草类>莎草类;植物地上部分的碳、氮浓度明显高于地下根系的碳、氮浓度.重度退化草地植物根系碳、氮浓度高于轻度退化草地植物根系碳、氮浓度.重度退化草地土壤总有机碳浓度显著低于轻度退化草地土壤总有机碳浓度,随着土层的加深碳、氮浓度有减少的趋势.江河源区高山嵩草草甸的土壤有机碳、氮储量最大,植物根系碳、氮储量居中,植物地上部分碳、氮储量最小.重度退化草地总有机碳储量(13554.3 g/m2)较轻度退化草地储量(14669.2 g/m2)下降7.60%.其中,0~40cm土壤层碳储量下降4.10%,植物根系碳储量下降59.97%,植物地上部分碳储量下降15.39%;重度退化草地总氮储量(3780.6 g/m2)较轻度退化草地储量(3352.7 g/m2)高12.76%,其中,0~40cm土壤中总氮储量高13.07%,植物根系全氮储量下降55.09%,植物地上部分全氮下降16.00%.由于草地退化损失有机碳11149 kg/hm2,而全氮增加4278 kg/hm2.  相似文献

采用样方收获法,利用实测数据,研究了湖南桃江血水草的生物量、碳含量、碳贮量及其分配特征.结果表明,血水草生物量为1744.70 kg/hm2,其中以地下根系生物量最高,为1278.63 kg/hm2,占血水草生物量的73.9%,且地下根系部分生物量与地上叶、茎部分生物量比值为2.74.血水草各器官平均碳含量为450.54 g/kg,从高到低排序为叶>茎>根.土壤层有机碳含量为6.63-38.50 g/kg,各层次碳含量分布不均,表层(015cm)土壤碳含量较高,并随土壤深度的增加而逐渐下降.生态系统碳贮量为101.19 t/hm2,碳库的分布格局为土壤层>植被层>枯落物层.植被层的碳贮量为0.79 t/hm2,占整个生态系统总碳贮量的0.78%;在植被层中,地下根系碳贮量为0.57 t/hm2,占植被层总碳贮量的72.2%,是植被层的主要碳库.枯落物层碳贮量较少,为0.22t/hm2,仅占整个生态系统的0.22%,它是维系植物体地上碳库与土壤碳库形成循环的主要通道.血水草生态系统中的碳贮量绝大部分集中在土壤中,土壤层碳贮量可观,为100.18 t/hm2,占系统总碳贮量的99.0%,是血水草生态系统中的主要碳库.研究结果,可为深入研究亚热带地区草本植物的生态功能提供参考.  相似文献

基于4个长期封育草地,采用成对取样方法(封育-自由放牧草地)分析了长期封育和自由放牧草地地上生物量、地表凋落物、0-100 cm根系和土壤的碳氮贮量,探讨了长期封育草地的碳固持速率。实验结果表明:长期封育显著提高了草地碳氮贮量;经30a围封处理后,草地碳固持量为1401-2858 g C m-2,平均2126 g C m-2;草地碳固持速率为46.7-129.2 g C m-2 a-1,平均84.2 g C m-2 a-1。长期封育草地氮固持速率为2.8-14.7 g N m-2 a-1,平均7.3 g N m-2 a-1。封育草地碳和氮固持速率表现为:针茅草地<羊草草地<退化羊草草地<补播黄花苜蓿+羊草草地。长期封育草地0-40 cm土壤碳固持速率相对较高,但下层土壤对草地碳固持的贡献也比较大,因此,未来的相关研究应给予下层土壤更大关注。内蒙古典型草地具有巨大的碳固持潜力,长期封育(或禁牧)是实现其碳固持效应最经济、最有效的途径之一。  相似文献

为了解不同退化阶段高寒草甸土壤碳、氮和碳稳定同位素的差异,对若尔盖湿地内沼泽草甸、草原化草甸、退化草甸3个阶段土壤的碳、氮和碳稳定同位素进行了分析.结果表明:若尔盖湿地草甸土壤δ13C 值介于-26.21‰~-24.72‰之间,土壤δ13C 值随土层加深而增大.土壤δ13C 值与有机碳含量对数值呈线性负相关.表层土壤(0~10 cm)δ13C值大小顺序为草原化草甸>退化草甸>沼泽草甸,β值大小顺序为草原化草甸>沼泽草甸>退化草甸.沼泽草甸、草原化草甸、退化草甸0~30 cm 土壤碳含量分别为105.32、42.11和31.12 g·kg-1,氮含量分别为8.74、3.41和2.81 g·kg-1,C/N分别为11.26、11.23和10.89.随着草甸的退化,土壤碳、氮呈降低趋势,退化草甸C/N值低于沼泽草甸和草原化草甸.随着土层深度加深,碳、氮含量呈现降低趋势.草甸退化导致的土壤δ13C 值差异主要发生在表层0~10 cm.3个退化阶段中,退化草甸土壤的β值和C/N最低,表明退化草甸土壤矿化作用较强.  相似文献

植物营养贮存蛋白(vegetative storage proteins)是广泛存在于植物营养组织且含量丰富的蛋白,最初是作为植物氮源的临时贮存形式而被人们认识。然而,不同植物中的营养贮存蛋白的生化来源和生物学特性并不相同,并且除了营养贮存功能外,更重要的是这类蛋白在植物防御中也承担着多种多样的重要角色,或具有抗虫活性,或能够抑制病原细菌和病原真菌的生长,或参与植物防御过程中的信号转导等。对植物营养贮存蛋白在植物防御中作用机制的深入研究将使这类蛋白在新型生物农药的开发和植物抗病基因工程中具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

森林溪流木质残体是森林生态系统与水域之间物质循环和能量流动的主要联结之一,其碳、氮和磷贮量不仅可影响森林与溪流生态系统的结构和功能,而且与下游水体环境密切相关。因此,于2013年8月雨季以岷江上游典型高山森林为研究对象,调查了12条森林溪流木质残体的碳、氮和磷贮量分配特征,并汇算了研究区域内碳、氮和磷在溪流中单位面积的总贮量。结果表明,高山森林溪流木质残体碳、氮和磷的溪流单位面积总贮量分别为312.1 g/m2、809.5 mg/m2和110.9 mg/m2;在溪流中,木质残体碳、氮和磷贮量以径级为1—2.5 cm和2.5—5 cm的木质残体分布居多,分别共占碳、氮和磷总贮量的86.71%、87.20%和84.55%;木质残体碳、氮和磷贮量以Ⅴ腐烂级分配最多,分别共占碳、氮和磷总贮量的65.86%、67.86%和60.31%;尽管溪流各项特征与碳、氮和磷元素贮量的相关性不显著,但基本达到中度相关关系。这些结果为认识森林生态系统中以木质残体为载体的碳、氮和磷输出潜力提供了基础数据。  相似文献

采收期对猕猴桃果实品质及其耐贮性的影响   总被引:20,自引:1,他引:19  
选用海沃德猕猴桃为试验材料,对8个不同采收期(盛花后151、155、159、163、167、171、175和179 d,采收Ⅰ~Ⅷ期)猕猴桃果实在(0±1)℃冷藏过程中的生理生化变化进行比较.结果显示:(1)采收Ⅰ、Ⅱ期果实采收时具有较高的硬度、淀粉含量和可滴定酸含量,可溶性固形物含量则低于6%,贮藏期间出现的呼吸高峰和乙烯释放高峰均比其它采收期高;采收Ⅶ、Ⅷ期果实采收时硬度明显低于前面的采收期,淀粉含量和可滴定酸含量降低,可溶性固形物含量达到8%以上,贮藏期间乙烯释放速率高峰比其它采收期提前10 d,果实衰老过程明显提前;(2)入贮150 d后,采收Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅶ和Ⅷ期果实的失重率差异不显著,采收Ⅰ期与采收Ⅷ期果实的腐烂率差异不显著,但均与其它采收期存在显著差异.研究发现,盛花后第159~171天采收猕猴桃,果实采收时的可溶性固形物含量在6.5%以上,贮藏120 d后与其它采收期相比仍保持相对较高的硬度、淀粉含量、Vc含量和可滴定酸含量,而且贮藏150 d后失重率和腐烂率都比较低,表明该期间为海沃德"猕猴桃的适宜采收期.  相似文献

A new variant of multisystemic lipid storage myopathy (type 3) has been identified. Human cultured fibroblasts present a major triacylglycerol storage whereas other neutral lipids and phospholipids are in the normal range. When feeding the cells in the presence of radiolabelled oleic acid we observed an accumulation of radiolabelled triacylglycerols demonstrating the endogenous biosynthesis of the stored triacylglycerols. After a 72-hr chase period, no degradation of radiolabelled triacylglycerols was observed. Histochemical examination of multisystemic lipid storage myopathy skin fibroblasts showed a massive accumulation of neutral lipids (stained by the fluorescent probe Nile Red) in cells grown in medium supplemented with 10% fetal calf serum. These cytoplasmic vacuoles were not obviously membrane-surrounded as shown by electron microscopy.  相似文献

Increasing climate variability, resulting in frequent years of poor rainfall, has recently subjected the traditional subsistence farmers in the Central Clay Plain of the Sudan to longer periods of food shortage. However, excess production in years of good rainfall could bridge the gap of years with poor rainfall if the grain is properly stored. Resource-poor farmers have tried several linings to improve the traditional underground pit (”matmura”) they use for storage of sorghum. In the experimental study described here, pits with two types of lining: (i) a mixture of mud, cow dung and straw and (ii) sorghum chaff, were compared with unlined pits. Six closed pits were used, two for each type, and temperature and moisture content were monitored. It was found that the temperature increased in all pits and at all positions within the pits, with few differences between the linings. Moisture levels also increased everywhere but the sources of moisture were at the sides and bottoms of the pits. The chaff-lined pits were superior to the others because they showed smaller increases in moisture content at all positions and thus maintained a better quality of sorghum. A total storage protein fraction was prepared from mustard (Sinapis alba L.) seeds via isolated protein bodies and characterized by sedimentation, immunological, and electrophoretic techniques. Mustard seed storage protein consists of three fractions (1) a “legumin-like” 13-S complex composed of two pairs of disulfide-linked polypeptides (16.5 + 28.5 kDa and 19.5 + 34 kDa, respectively) and two single polypeptides (18 kDa and 26 kDa), (2) a “vicilin-like” 9-S complex composed of two glycoproteins (64 kDa and 77 kDa), and (3) two small polypeptides (10 kDa and 11 kDa) which probably represent the 1.7-S complex found in other Cruciferae. In contrast to related species, no glycosylated polypeptide was found in the 13-S complex. Immunological relationships were found between the paired polypeptides of the 13-S complex but not between polypeptides of the 13-S complex and polypeptides of the 9-S complex. Pulse-chase labeling and in vitro translation of polysomal RNA from young embryos demonstrated that the polypeptides of the 13-S complex originate from high molecular mass precursors, except for the 18 kDa polypeptide which appears to be synthesized in its final size. The amino-acid composition of the major polypeptides of the mustard storage protein is given.  相似文献

利用空间代替时间样地调查法,分析了豫西黄土丘陵区栎类和侧柏人工林生态系统碳、氮储量的分布格局,以及不同土层碳储量和氮储量随林龄的动态变化.结果表明:随着树龄的增加,两类人工林乔木层和枯落物层碳储量均增加,土壤碳储量和氮储量主要在表层(0~20 cm)汇聚,且各土层碳储量和氮储量随着林龄增加表现为减少-增加-减少的趋势.各林龄栎类人工林土壤表层碳、氮储量分别为20.31~50.07和1.68~2.12 t·hm-2;不同林龄侧柏人工林土壤表层碳、氮储量分别为23.99~48.76和1.59~2.34 t·hm-2;各林龄栎类和侧柏人工林生态系统的碳储量分别为52.04~275.82和62.18~279.81 t·hm-2;侧柏人工林碳汇能力略高于栎类人工林.土壤C/N随着造林年限的增加呈增加趋势.  相似文献

We identified a single hexameric storage protein in the grasshopper, Schistocerca americana, and monitored its abundance through the last larval instar and up until reproductive competence in adults of both sexes. This storage hexamerin, termed Schistocerca americana Persistent Storage Protein (saPSP) was the most abundant soluble protein in both larvae and adults. In both sexes, saPSP abundance started out low at the onset of the last larval instar and accumulated during feeding, peaking just prior to molting. Adults of both sexes contained significant amounts of saPSP after eclosion. In adult males, saPSP content dropped continuously after eclosion and was lowest once individuals reached reproductive maturity. In contrast, adult females depleted saPSP reserves during the first days of adulthood, but subsequently accumulated significant saPSP stores. In adult females, saPSP stores peaked just prior to the completion of egg provisioning. Given the overall patterns of abundance, saPSP has functions in both larvae and adults. In addition, the observed pattern of storage hexamerin accumulation differs from patterns of accumulation in the other known grasshoppers, Locusta migratoria and Romalea microptera, suggesting that significant functional diversity has evolved in storage hexamerins among the grasshoppers.  相似文献

Located at the anterior end of the turkey hen's vagina are numerous discrete tubular invaginations of the surface epithelium, collectively referred to as the sperm storage tubules (SSTs). After mating or artificial insemination, sperm ascend the vagina, enter the SSTs, and over the ensuing days and weeks, gradually exit the SSTs and are transported to the anterior end of the oviduct to fertilize a daily succession of ova. Little is known regarding the cellular and molecular mechanisms responsible for sperm subsistence in the lumen of the SST. In this study, the origin of microvillus blebs (MvBs) on the apical tips of SST epithelial cells was examined, and their possible role in sperm survival was discussed. Regardless, if sperm are present or not, transmission electron microscopy revealed two types of microvilli differentiated by the presence or absence of pleomorphic unilaminar MvBs localized to their apical tips. Although some MvBs appeared to be discharging their contents into the SST lumen, others appeared to have pinched off the microvillus stem. When SSTs contained clusters of densely packed sperm, the sperm heads of those sperm adjacent to the SST epithelial cell surface were surrounded by the microvilli. Associated with the plasmalemma of sperm throughout the SST lumina were membrane fragments and small vesicles (30–130 nm in diameter), some of which appeared to have fused with sperm. It is concluded that the MvBs are a form of shedding vesicle released from the SST epithelial cell microvilli by apocrine secretion. On the basis of observations described herein and those of other authors, it is suggested that the MvBs contribute to sustained sperm storage in the SSTs by (1) supplying metabolic substrates used by resident sperm, (2) serving as fusogenic vehicles providing exogenous macromolecules that reversibly suppress sperm functions associated with fertilization (decapacitation?) and stabilize the sperm plasmalemma, and (3) acting as transport vesicles actively transporting fluid from the SST epithelial cells to the SST lumen.  相似文献
