对防城港临时性海洋倾倒区表层沉积物重金属的含量和分布进行了对比分析,并采用污染指数法和Hakanson潜在生态风险指数法对其重金属的污染特征及潜在生态风险程度进行了评价。结果表明,倾倒区沉积物Hg、Pb、As和Zn的含量显著性升高;总体污染程度为中等污染,各重金属元素的污染程度由高到低排序依次为As(3.59)>Hg(2.19)>Pb(1.42)>Zn(1.20)>Cu(1.05)>Cd(0.91),其中As是主要污染因子;该海域表层沉积物重金属总体潜在生态风险程度为中等,各重金属元素的潜在生态风险程度由高到低排序依次为Hg(87.74)>As(35.89)>Cd(27.27)>Pb(7.08)>Cu(5.23)>Zn(1.20),其中Hg为主要潜在生态风险因子。  相似文献

北京市南沙河沉积物重金属污染特征及风险评价   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
北京南沙河是海淀北部地区的重要排水和风景观赏性河道,为全面了解南沙河底泥沉积物中重金属的污染特征,采集了表层沉积物样品,分析了重金属元素的含量和形态,并利用单因子指数法、Hakanson综合污染指数法和潜在生态风险指数法对沉积物重金属进行了生态风险评价.结果表明:南沙河表层沉积物各种重金属元素存在较好的同源性,污染程度为:Cr>Cd>Zn>Cu>Pb>Ni.基于单项潜在生态风险指数的评价表明,该区域重金属生态风险等级由强至弱依次为:Cd>Pb>Cu≈Cr>Ni≈Zn,其中,仅Cd具有较高的潜在生态风险,综合潜在生态风险指数表明,除了京藏高速桥河段危害等级较高外,南沙河总体处于轻微的生态风险等级.形态分析表明,Cd的酸提取态含量高,迁移性最强,最容易对生物造成直接危害,其次是Pb和Zn,Cu和Ni具有一定程度的潜在环境危害,Cr产生环境危害的可能性较小.  相似文献

临安市雷竹林土壤重金属污染特征及生态风险评价   总被引:13,自引:0,他引:13  
为了解临安市雷竹林土壤重金属污染特征,采集并测定了160个土壤样品的Hg、As、Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Cr、Ni、Co、Mn等重金属含量,采用单因子污染指数和内梅罗综合污染指数对雷竹林土壤重金属污染程度进行分析,并应用Hankanson潜在生态风险指数法对雷竹林土壤重金属潜在生态风险进行评价.结果表明:雷竹林土壤重金属Hg、As、Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Cr、Ni、Co、Mn的平均含量分别为0.16、7.41、34.36、87.98、103.98、0.26、59.12、29.56、11.44、350.26mg·kg-1,Pb、Cd、Zn和Cu平均值超过浙江省土壤背景值,分别是对应背景值的2.89、1.70、1.12、1.12倍.经单因子污染指数评价,不同重金属元素的平均污染程度大小依次为Pb>Cd>Cu=Zn>Hg>As>Ni>Co>Cr>Mn,其中Pb有中度污染,Cd、Cu和Zn有轻度污染.经内梅罗综合污染指数评价,160个样点都受到不同程度的重金属污染,轻度污染、中度污染和重度污染水平所占比率分别为55.6%、29.4%和15.0%.各重金属单因子潜在生态风险指数平均值评价结果显示,只有Cd污染达到中等生态风险,其他重金属均为轻微生态风险,而局部采样点Cd和Hg单因子潜在生态风险指数最大值分别达到256.82和187.33,存在很强生态风险.重金属综合因子潜在生态风险指数评价结果表明,临安市雷竹林土壤整体上存在轻微生态风险.  相似文献

通过对贵州省织金县贯城河上游煤矿区煤(矸石)、周边土壤Cd、Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn、Pb、As和Se含量进行测定,分析了煤(矸石)、土壤重金属及Se的含量特征,探讨了土壤重金属元素的来源,运用单因子污染指数、内梅罗综合污染指数、地积累指数和潜在生态风险指数4种方法评价了土壤重金属污染程度及潜在生态风险。结果表明:(1)煤(矸石)中Cr、Se、Pb含量均高于世界煤的平均含量,Ni、Cu、Zn、Cd含量均高于世界和中国煤的平均含量。(2)除Pb外,土壤样品中Cd、Ni、Cu、Cr、Zn、As、Se含量较高,其平均含量均高于贵州省土壤背景值,尤其以Se、Cd和Cu突出。(3)研究区土壤具有富硒高镉、局部酸化的特点,土壤Cd、Se、Cr、Ni和Zn的来源具有一定共性,这与长期的采煤活动有关。(4)研究区土壤重金属的单因子污染指数排序为:CdCuNiZnCrAsPb,土壤重金属综合污染处于重度污染水平;土壤Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Pb的环境风险等级属于轻微级别,Cd的环境风险程度总体上处于很强级别;4种方法的评价结果基本一致,Cd的单因子污染指数最大、地积累指数最高、污染情况和潜在生态危害程度最严重,对潜在生态风险指数贡献最大。  相似文献

为了解升金湖湿地生态系统环境状况, 采集表层沉积物样品, 分析其中重金属Cd、Cu、Pb、Zn和Hg以及粒度、TOC和TN的含量和分布特征, 运用地质累积指数法和潜在生态风险指数法进行污染程度和潜在生态风险评价。结果表明, 沉积物中Cd、Cu、Pb、Zn和Hg的平均含量分别为0.91 mg•kg-1±1.00 mg•kg-1, 37.51 mg•kg-1±7.69 mg•kg-1, 50.11 mg•kg-1±12.34 mg•kg-1, 147.98 mg•kg-1±20.97 mg•kg-1和118.7 μg•kg-1±45.6 μg•kg-1, 均高于区域水系沉积物元素背景值。相关分析显示, Cu、Pb和Zn显著正相关, 指示它们具有同源性。地质累积指数法计算结果表明升金湖重金属污染水平较低, 重金属累积程度排序为Hg>Cd>Cu>Pb>Zn;而潜在生态风险指数法结果表明升金湖整体处于中高度生态风险状态, 排序为Hg>Cd>Cu=Pb=Zn, Hg和Cd是主要的风险贡献因子。重金属污染程度与潜在生态风险指数有时候取决于环境背景值的选取。  相似文献

贵州红枫水库沉积物重金属污染评价及来源分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了解红枫水库沉积物重金属污染现状,沿库区采集8个点共计80个沉积物样品,采用原子荧光光谱仪及原子吸收光谱仪对重金属Hg、As、Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu、Zn和Ni含量进行了测定,利用地积累指数(Igeo)和潜在生态风险指数(RI)进行污染评价,同时进行相关性分析并讨论其污染来源。结果表明:红枫水库北湖沉积物重金属含量明显高于南湖,8种重金属Hg、As、Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu、Zn、Ni的平均含量依次为0.56、35.76、43.66、0.50、91.03、89.14、152.44和109.30 mg·kg-1;以贵州省土壤背景值为参比,地积累指数评价结果显示Hg为中等污染,污染顺序为HgNiCuAsZnPbCrCd,综合潜在生态风险指数评价结果显示红枫水库为中等生态风险;库区沉积物重金属污染来源于三方面:一是工业排放,主要集中在北湖和中湖,重金属包括Pb、Zn、Cd;二是城市排放及周边农药、化肥残留,主要污染区为北湖、中湖,污染物为Cr、Ni、As和Cu;三是矿区开采,污染覆盖全湖区,主要包括Hg和As。  相似文献

湖南省主要水系底泥重金属污染特征及其生态风险评价   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为全面了解湖南省主要水系底泥中重金属含量及其潜在生态风险,在湖南省内的湘、资、沅、澧以及洞庭湖5个主要水系共采集了75个位点的底泥样品,分析了重金属元素含量和来源分布特征,并采用地累积指数法、内梅罗指数法和潜在生态风险指数法对其污染程度和潜在生态风险进行评价。结果表明,As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Mn、Pb和Zn的平均含量分别为32.87、7.59、78.09、70.69、1182.60、85.64 mg/kg和482.44 mg/kg。湘江和洞庭湖的污染相对严重,底泥中重金属含量明显高于资江、沅江和澧水;相关性分析表明多种重金属具有相同污染来源;地累积指数评价结果显示,湖南省主要水系底泥中Cd为重污染水平,Zn为中度污染,Cu、Mn和Pb均为轻度污染,而As和Cr污染程度为清洁;内梅罗指数法评价结果表明,除Cr为轻度污染外,湖南省主要水系底泥中其他6种重金属污染均为重污染级别;潜在生态风险评价结果显示,湖南省总体潜在生态风险属于中等级别,各水系潜在生态风险大小顺序为洞庭湖>资江>湘江>澧水>沅江,重金属Cd的潜在生态风险级别为很强,其他重金属元素都属于轻微级别。  相似文献

在综合考虑深圳市城市功能区分异特征的基础上,进行全市表层土壤系统采样,全面监测土壤表层8种重金属元素污染状况,分析不同重金属元素含量的统计学特征,探讨不同城市功能区对土壤表层重金属污染的影响,采用内梅罗指数和潜在生态危害指数评估不同重金属元素和不同城市功能区的生态风险水平,分别进行基于两种方法的全市重金属污染生态风险分区。结果表明: 1)深圳市土壤表层的Mn、Ni、Cr和Pb 4种元素受人为活动的影响程度较低,Cd、Zn、Cu和As 4类元素受人为活动影响较大。地表环境约束因素背景下的高强度城市化和工业化过程,是各种重金属污染区域分异和功能区分异的决定性因素。2)深圳市土壤重金属污染风险较高的重金属元素为Cd、Zn、Cu和Pb,特别是Pb污染问题尤为突出,必须加强管控工作。深圳市总体土壤表层重金属污染风险水平高于国内相关城市,需要引起足够重视。3)内梅罗指数法和潜在生态危害指数法的侧重点不同,在单一重金属元素风险判断、不同城市功能区生态风险的总体评价,以及市域土壤重金属污染生态风险分级评价方面结果差异较大,组合使用效果更好。  相似文献

论文对杏林湾表层沉积物重金属、有机碳和硫化物含量进行了检测,对数据作了相关性分析和因子分析,并应用潜在生态危害指数法对重金属的潜在生态风险进行了评价。结果表明:重金属之间有显著的相关性,Cu与Ni、Pb与Ni、Pb与Cr以及Cr与Hg之间的相关系数分别为0.786(P﹤0.05)、0.783(P﹤0.05)、0.937(P﹤0.01)和0.770(P﹤0.05)。重金属与有机碳及硫化物的相关性较差,表明该地区重金属污染来源与硫化物和有机碳并不相同。既有人为输入,又有自然的沉积过程。因子分析进一步解释了该水域重金属污染的主要来源。根据Eri均值大小,Hg的危害风险最大,Cr最小。6种重金属潜在生物毒性风险大小依次为:Hg > Pb > Cu > Cd > Ni > Cr。重金属的生态危害程度均较小,尚属轻微生态危害。  相似文献

对沈阳地区河流水体、沿岸地下水和表层沉积物中重金属进行了调查,并运用污染因子法及潜在生态风险指数法对污染程度进行评价。结果表明:河水中As的浓度为0.49~11.9μg.L-1,沈抚灌渠>蒲河>细河>浑河。Cd的浓度为0.01~0.66μg.L-1,细河>沈抚灌渠>浑河>蒲河。Zn浓度范围为1.0~115μg.L-1,最高浓度出现在沈抚灌渠。Pb、Cu、Cr平均浓度最高是在细河。浑河和蒲河河水中6种重金属的单因子污染指数及内梅罗指数都<1,未受污染;沈抚灌渠水中Zn和Cr的单因子污染指数和内梅罗指数都>1,为轻度污染;细河夏季内梅罗指数>1,为轻度污染。细河周边地区浅层地下水中Cd和Cr的污染较为严重,致使内梅罗指数都>1,甚至>2,污染水平为中等污染。深层地下水和水稻田水的所有污染指数均<1,未受污染。蒲河和浑河沉积物中6种重金属元素属低潜在生态风险。细河沉积物中Cd属较高潜在生态风险;Cu为中等潜在生态风险。污染来源大致分为3类:1)污水排放和固体废弃物;2)施用磷肥或粪肥;3)冶金、电镀和不锈钢产业的排放。  相似文献

The abundance and spatial distribution of copepod species werecompared in the euhaline region of the polluted estuary of Bilbao[mean biological oxygen demand (BOD): 49748.05 kg day–1in 1996] and the unperturbed estuary of Urdaibai. Sampling wasperformed at fixed salinity sites, where data of temperature,dissolved oxygen saturation, particulate organic matter, Secchidisk depth and chlorophyll were also obtained. Differences betweenthe estuaries and within the estuaries for environmental variablesand copepod abundances were tested statistically. The dominantspecies Acartia clausi and Paracalanus parvus differed significantlyin abundance between estuaries, and most of neritic speciesdiminished more drastically with decreasing salinity in Bilbaoby the effect of pollution. The different responses observedamong species in relation to pollution and water desalinationare discussed. The lack of the brackish-water species in Bilbaoindicated that water quality worsening upward the estuary ofBilbao not only limited the penetration of neritic species butalso prevented the development of autochthonous estuarine species.At the outer euhaline region of Bilbao, however, pollution wasfound to be low enough to enhance the development of tolerantneritic species that are favoured under moderate pollution conditions.Results indicate that comparisons of copepod abundances anddistributions with salinity in estuaries may be a useful toolto evaluate the health of the different estuarine pelagic habitats.  相似文献

Modelling of water and sediment quality in the Scheldt estuary   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
In 1987 the Tidal Waters Division (Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management, The Netherlands) initiated the SAWES project (Systems Analysis WEstern Scheldt). In the framework of this project, a water quality model for the Scheldt estuary was made. The model aims to establish the relation between pollution inputs and the concentration of pollutants in the abiotic compartments and to establish the fate of wasted substances. The model includes oxygen, nitrogen and trace metals. Due to the low oxygen content of the upper Scheldt estuary, a new model approach for trace metals had to be developed, taking into account precipitated metal sulphides. The calibration, verification and sensitivity analysis of the model provided a good understanding of the chemistry of the estuary. Afterwards the model was used to support policy making by computing how the water and sediment quality in the estuary respond to reduced inputs of waste.  相似文献

The response of the glutathione S-transferase (GST, EC 2.5.1.18) and related proteins of Mytilus edulis to environmental pollution load was assessed. Mussels were reciprocally transplanted between an industrial estuary (Douglas), a rural estuary (Youghal) and a m arine site (Bantry). In addition, m ussels were sam pled along a pollution gradient in an estuary receiving leather tannery effluent (Colligan). These latter m ussels were previously shown to be subject to oxidative stress resulting from the discharges. GST specific activity of cytosolic extracts from the gill and digestive gland tissues was determ ined for all anim als. Specific activity was shown to vary significantly in anim als from different sites, with highest specific activity always observed in sam ples (local and transplanted) taken from the industrial site. By com parison, the m ussels exposed to tannery discharges displayed no significant alteration in GST specific activity. Total intracellular glutathione (GSH) was also determ ined for sam ples taken from the Douglas and Youghal estuaries but no correlation with pollution load was observed. Using FPLC analysis, we observed no specific effect on the relative levels of the GST and the individual GST related proteins in gill or digestive gland sam ples from local or reciprocally transplanted anim als from Douglas or Youghal. The increase in GST specific activity observed in samples from the industrial estuary are indicative of a possible, specific inductive agent at this site. The results from the tannery site, by com parison, indicate that general oxidative stress does not result in elevated G ST specific activity in M. edulis.  相似文献

The seasonal distribution of dissolved organic matter (DOM) in Damietta estuary of the Nile was investigated to show the influence of organic pollution. The DOM values increased generally with depth. The vertical values of DOM varied from 0.23-9.97 mg O/l. The average DOM values gave noticeable local variations in each month and pronounced monthly variations at each station. The maximum monthly average value in August coincided principally with elevation of temperature and the minimum in December is due mainly to the drop in temperature. The direct effect of pollution, in increasing the DOM content in the estuary, decreases relatively towards the sea, as indicated by the minimum regional average DOM value at the mouth of Damietta estuary. An inverse relationship was found generally between the averages of DOM and those of dissolved oxygen.  相似文献

In 1987 the National Institute for Coastal and Marine Management (theNetherlands) initiated the SAWES project (Systems Analysis WEstern Scheldt).The main goals of the project were to acquire knowledge with respect to thepollution problems in the Scheldt estuary and to apply this knowledge tomanagement issues of the Scheldt on an operational level. The main interestwas to understand quantitatively the relation between inputs of pollutingsubstances and effects on the ecosystem. In the framework of the project, awater quality model for the Scheldt estuary was made. In 1995, the modelarea was expanded to include the Belgian coastal region at the mouth of theestuary. The model calculates the fate of discharged substances andestablishes the relation between pollution inputs and the resulting waterquality, including general water quality (oxygen, pH, alkalinity, major ionchemistry and nutrients) as well as pollutant concentrations. The modelincorporates all chemical processes which affect these concentrations,including the precipitation/dissolution of metal sulphides which to a largeextent controls the fate of trace metals. Based on calibration andverification exercises, it has been shown that the model provides a goodrepresentation of the physical and chemical processes taking place withinthe estuary and can therefore be used to support policy development for theestuary. For example, the model can compute how the water and sedimentquality in the estuary will respond to reduced inputs of waste or to suchhuman activities as dredging. 环境污染对小清河口大型底栖动物多样性的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用2008年7月小清河口和黄河口各8个站位的底栖动物调查资料,运用多种多样性指数对两河口底栖动物群落多样性特征进行了比较,并运用Spearman相关分析分析了14个环境因素和底栖动物群落多样性特征的相关关系。结果显示,小清河口共有大型底栖动物4门6纲17目35科37属38种,平均分类差异指数为85.7,分类差异变异指数为585.6,黄河口共有大型底栖动物6门9纲24目42科45属48种,平均分类差异指数为89.3,分类差异变异指数为435.8。小清河口的多样性指数(H’)仅约为黄河口的1/3。Spearman相关分析表明,H’与铵盐、硝酸盐、铜和汞含量呈负相关性,说明底栖动物群落多样性随着富营养化程度的提高而相应降低,营养物质氮的大量输入和重金属的污染对小清河口大型底栖动物群落产生了一定负面影响。ABC曲线法分析显示,小清河口底栖动物的丰度优势度曲线与生物量优势度曲线相交,表明小清河口底栖动物群落处于中度干扰状态;BOPA指数显示,小清河口8个站位中有4个站位受到不同程度的环境污染,生活污水和工业废水的排放可能对小清河口底栖动物生态特征带来巨大影响,加强工业和生活污水排放管理,强化清洁生产,加强工业污染源的治理力度,对恢复小清河流域水质、改善生态环境具有重要意义。  相似文献

Water samples were collected from the Humber estuary at a site subject to pollution by metal refinery effluent. V max/bacterium for glucose mineralization, the percentage of glucose uptake by bacteria which was mineralized (% R ) and dissolved copper concentrations were measured. V max/bacterium was negatively correlated with copper concentration and might be of use as an indicator of pollution stress. % R was not related to copper concentration and was not suitable as an indicator of pollution stress at this site.  相似文献

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and regression modeling techniques were used to evaluate relationships between land use and fecal pollution in Murrells Inlet, a small, urbanized, high-salinity estuary located between Myrtle Beach and Georgetown, SC. GIS techniques were used to identify and calculate land use and spatial variables to be used in a regression model. The regression analysis was performed to identify specific land-use characteristics that may influence fecal coliform densities in the estuary. The regression modeling used land-use parameters to explain the variability of fecal coliform densities measured monthly at 21 locations in the estuary over the 10-year period from 1989 to 1998. Individual regression models were generated for each season, and for a combined data set. The results of the regression analyses indicate that proximity to areas with septic tanks, and rainfall runoff from urbanized areas are important predictors of fecal coliform densities in the estuary. Sampling sites closer to areas with high densities of active septic tanks or more urbanized land uses tended to have higher fecal coliform densities. Although these results may suggest that septic tanks are a substantial human source of fecal pollution, previous research has indicated that the fecal pollution in those areas is probably not from human sources. The areas of Murrells Inlet with higher septic tank densities also are located in areas of high housing density, are in close proximity to the land-water interface, and are in the extreme upper reaches of the estuary, where flushing and dilution effects may be reduced. The higher fecal coliform densities observed at these locations may be a coincidental result of these factors and fecal deposition from pets, and not the direct result of fecal pollution input from the septic tanks.The results also show seasonal differences in the dynamics of fecal coliform bacterial pollution in the estuary. The winter model included a rainfall interaction term, which indicates that ground saturation effects may be an important part of fecal deposition in winter months. The water quality management implications of this research include identification of strategies to reduce or intercept urban stormwater runoff, reduction of waste dumping from boats, and reduction of pet waste.  相似文献

The upper reaches of Milford Haven and the Daucleddau have an unusually rich fauna because of their depth and the abundance of hard substrata. The estuary is of commercial importance both in its potential for shell-fisheries and its development as a major oil port, bringing risks of serious pollution. Recent extensive sublittoral studies have added numerous faunistic records and have also cast further light upon changes in the zonation of sedentary marine animals as they penetrate brackish regions. Re-survey of a transit across the channel near Lawrenny has shown changes largely related to the spread of a vigorous immigrant competitor of the native oyster.  相似文献

Delphinids are long‐lived, have delayed maturity and low reproductive rates which necessitate long‐term monitoring programs to detect changes in abundance. Between 1990 and 2013, an observational study of bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops aduncus) was conducted in the Port River estuary (Adelaide, Australia). The estuary has received pollution from industry, sewage plants and storm water. In recent years, pollution entering the system has reduced and the establishment of the Adelaide Dolphin Sanctuary (ADS) increased dolphin protection from harassment and deliberate attacks. Nevertheless, the estuary remains a busy port. Over a 24 yr period, we conducted boat‐based surveys (n = 735) for dolphin groups (n = 3,634) along a predetermined route in the Inner and Outer Estuary of Adelaide's Port River estuary. It is our conjecture that major infrastructure changes and pollution abatement have yielded a more favorable marine environment for dolphins, resulting in an estimated 6% annual increase in sightings, from a near absence of sightings in the 1980s. Increased dolphin numbers were likely the result of improved water quality, augmented by surveillance and education arising from the proclamation of the ADS. This study highlights the importance of long‐term monitoring and has implications for dolphin conservation in heavily impacted urban areas and their protection via protected areas.  相似文献
