Cordyceps sinensis is a Chinese medicinal fungus traditionally used in cancer treatments. In a previous study, we investigated the antimetastatic activity of Cordyceps sinensis (WECS) extract using liver metastatic model mice injected with B16-F0 mouse melanoma cells into the spleen. WECS reduced the number of metastatic nodules of B16-F0 cells in the liver of C57BL/6 mice, and significantly prolonged survival of the mice. Furthermore, we examined the effects of WECS on hepatocyte growth factor (HGF)-accelerated invasion of B16-F0 cells using a chemo-invasion assay in vitro. WECS was shown to significantly reduce HGF-accelerated B16-F0 cell invasion. In the present study, we investigated the effect of WECS on Tissue Inhibitor of Metalloproteinase (TIMP)-1 secretion from B16-F0 cells in order to identify clues to the mechanism underlying the anti-invasive action of WECS. As a result, WECS significantly increased the secretion of TIMP-1 from B16-F0 cells. Moreover, we investigated the effect of cordycepin (3′-deoxyadenosine), a component of WECS, on TIMP-1 secretion from B16-F0 cells to potentially identify the pharmacologically active ingredient in WECS extract. Cordycepin was shown to significantly accelerate the release of TIMP-1 from cells. These findings suggest that WECS exerts anti-invasive activity, in part by increasing TIMP-1 secretion from melanoma cells, and that cordycepin potentially functions as the effective component.  相似文献

PKC412, a selective inhibitor of protein kinase C (PKC), is currently in clinical trials as an anti-tumor drug. In the present study, we investigated the anti-metastatic effect of PKC412 using an experimental metastatic mouse model intravenously injected with melanoma cells. One-hour exposure to various concentrations of PKC412 (0.5, 5 and 50 microM) dose-dependently reduced the lung-metastatic potential of highly metastatic B16-F10 and -BL6 mouse melanoma cells in syngeneic mice. Following the exposure, PKC activities in B16-F10 and -BL6 cells were significantly decreased, but growth curves were not influenced. To elucidate the mechanism of the anti-metastatic effect of PKC412, we examined the activity to invade the extracellular matrix and the platelet-aggregating activity of the melanoma cells incubated with PKC412 (0.5, 5 and 50 microM) for 1 hour. PKC412 significantly reduced both the invasive and platelet-aggregating activities. These results suggest that PKC412 shows an anti-metastatic function through the inhibition of the invasive and/or platelet-aggregating activities of melanoma cells. PKC412 is potentially a promising candidate for an anti-metastatic agent.  相似文献

 We examined the influence of surgical stress on hematogenous metastasis of malignant tumor cells. The study was performed by focusing on the involvement of inflammatory cytokines in the serum, raised acutely after surgery, and endothelial adhesion molecules in the metastatic process. Surgical stress, given to C57BL/6 mice before B16-BL6 melanoma inoculation, significantly enhanced the pulmonary metastasis. This enhancement was seen when the surgery lasted for more than 2 h. After the 2-h surgery, the enhancement of pulmonary metastasis was seen most remarkably when B16-BL6 was inoculated 24 h after surgery. The serum level of tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) in the mice that underwent the 2-h surgery peaked 12 h after the surgery. In contrast, serum interferon γ was not detectable. Administration of an anti-TNFα mAb before the surgery inhibited the enhanced metastasis by inhibiting the increased expression of vascular cell adhesion molecule 1 (VCAM-1) on lung vascular endothelium after the surgery. Pretreatment of B16-BL6 cells with an anti-very late activation antigen 4 (anti-VLA-4) mAb completely inhibited the enhanced metastasis after surgery. Administration of an anti-VCAM-1 mAb before surgery also inhibited the enhancement. These results indicate that serum TNFα , raised by surgical stress, is critically involved in the enhanced pulmonary metastasis of mouse melanoma by inducing VCAM-1 expression on lung vascular endothelium. The polypeptides of mouse B16 melanoma lines of defined metastatic potential have been analyzed by two-dimensional electrophoresis. Parent B16 melanoma and two independently isolated B16-F1 lines, which are low metastatic, exhibited a new polypeptide, Ax (pI 5.2; Mr = 43,000), comprising approximately 30% of the total actin, in addition to normal beta- and gamma-actin. The Ax is present in the Triton-insoluble fraction (cytoskeleton and nuclear matrix) as well as in the Triton-soluble fraction at a constant ratio of about 0.5 to beta- plus gamma-actin. The Ax polypeptide has been identified as a variant form of actin by immunostaining with anti-actin antibody and by a comparison of its tryptic patterns with those produced by beta- and gamma-actin polypeptides; the Ax is also identified as a component of microfilaments. On the other hand, the Ax polypeptide disappears or its expression is very low in high metastatic lines, two independently isolated B16-F10s and B16-BL6. By in vitro translation, we have identified the mRNA species that code for Ax in B16-F1, but not in B16-F10.  相似文献

Summary. The in vitro and in vivo effects of two flavonons, naringenin (NG) and hesperitin (HP) on the proliferation rate of highly metastatic murine B16-F10 melanoma cell were investigated. NG or HP treatment of melanoma cells produced a remarkable reduction of cell proliferation, paralleled with both the lowering of the intracellular levels of polyamine, spermidine and spermine and the enhancement of transglutaminase (TGase, EC 2.3.2.13) activity. Orally administered NG or HP in C57BL6/N mice inoculated with B16-F10 cells affected the pulmonary invasion of melanoma cells in an in vivo metastatic assay. The number of lung metastases detected by a computerized image analyzer was reduced, compared to untreated animals, by about 69% in NG-treated mice and by about 36% in HP-treated mice. Survival studies showed that 50% of the NG-treated animals died 38 ± 3.1 days after tumor cell injection (control group: 18 ± 1.5 days) and HP-treated mice died 27 ± 2.3 days after cell inoculation. Taken together, these findings provide further evidences for the potential anticancer properties of dietary flavonoids as chemopreventive agents against malignant melanoma.  相似文献

Summary The effect of Lactobacillus casei YIT9018 (LC 9018) on a highly metastatic variant of B16 melanoma, B16-BL6, was determined in C57BL/6 mice. Intralesional (i.l.) injection of LC 9018 inhibited tumor growth and prolonged the survival after s.c. inoculation of B16-BL6 into C57BL/6 mice. Injection of LC 9018 i.v. protected the mice against pulmonary metastasis after i.v. inoculation of B16-BL6. Injection of LC 9018 i.l. before surgical excision of the primary tumor inhibited axillary lymph node metastasis and i.v. injection of LC 9018 after surgical excision of the primary tumor inhibited both axillary lymph node and lung metastases. On the other hand, the combination of i.l. and i.v. injections of LC 9018 markedly inhibited both lymph node and lung metastases. Natural killer cell activity of axillary lymph node cells was augmented by the injection of LC 9018 into a front footpad, while the cytolytic activity of axillary lymph node cells was significantly enhanced. However, the cytolytic activity was diminished by depleting whole lymph node cells of the plastic adherent cells. Furthermore, alveolar macrophage-mediated cytotoxic activity was augmented by the i.v. injection of LC 9018.  相似文献

The role of glycoconjugates in cell surface and blood-borne implantation properties of murine metastatic melanoma sublines of low (B16-F1) or high (B 16-F10) potential to colonize lungs was investigated by treating melanoma cells with the antibiotic tunicamycin. This drug prevents glycosylation of glycoproteins by inhibiting the formation of lipid-linked oligosaccharide precursors. The degree of tunicamycin-mediated modifications in glycoproteins was assessed by monitoring the decrease in cell surface sialogalactoproteins by binding of 125I-labeled Ricinus communis agglutinin I. Scanning electron microscopy of tunicamycin-treated B16-F1 and B16-F10 cells showed morphologic changes such as cell rounding and formation of numerous surface blebs. Tunicamycin-treated B16-F1 and B16-F10 cells lost their lung colonization abilities when injected intravenously into C57BL/6 mice, concomitant with lowered rates of adhesion to endothelial cell monolayers, endothelial extracellular matrix (basal lamina), and polyvinyl-immobilized fibronectin in vitro, suggesting that this drug inhibits experimental metastasis by modifying the surface glycoproteins involved in determining the adhesive properties of malignant cells.  相似文献

Tyroserleutide (YSL) is an active, low-molecular-weight polypeptide, comprised of three amino acids, that has shown antitumor effects on human hepatocarcinoma BEL-7402 in vitro and in vivo. In this study, we evaluated the inhibition of YSL on invasion and adhesion of the mouse B16-F10 melanoma cell line by injecting B16-F10 cells into the tail veins of C57BL/6 mice to establish an experimental lung metastasis model. YSL inhibited B16-F10 cell metastasis to lung, reducing the number and area of metastasis lesions. When we treated B16-F10 cells with YSL (0.01, 0.1, 1, 10, or 100 microg/mL) in vitro, we found that YSL inhibited the proliferation of B16-F10 cells with a 28.11% rate of inhibition. YSL significantly decreased the adhesiveness of B16-F10 cells to Matrigel with a 29.15% inhibition rate; YSL also significantly inhibited the invasion of B16-F10 cells, producing an inhibition of 35.31%. By analyses with Western blot and real-time RT-PCR, we found that YSL markedly inhibited the expression of ICAM-1 in B16-F10 cells. These data suggest that YSL inhibits the growth, invasion, and adhesion of B16-F10 cells.  相似文献

核糖核酸酶抑制因子(ribonuclease inhibitor,RI)是胞浆内的一种酸性蛋白质.已有研究证明,RI与核糖核酸酶A(RNaseA)和血管生成素(angiogenin,ANG)结合可抑制其活性.本室前期实验证实,RI可有效抑制某些肿瘤的生长和转移. 然而,RI抑制肿瘤的分子机制尚不清楚. 本研究探讨RI对小鼠黑色素瘤B16-F10细胞生长和凋亡的影响及其机制. MTT法结合流式细胞术分析结果证明,RI基因稳定转染导致B16+F10黑色素瘤细胞S期阻滞,抑制B16-F10黑色素瘤细胞增殖. Annexin V/PI结合流式细胞术结果显示,RI过表达引起细胞凋亡.与此相一致,蛋白质印迹分析显示,过表达RI引起抗凋亡分子Bcl-2表达下调,而Bax上调,同时伴有Pro-casepase 3激活. C57BL/ 6小鼠移植成瘤实验显示,与对照相比,转染RI的B16-F10细胞形成的肿瘤重量显著减少,同时伴有肿瘤组织微血管密度降低.提示RI过表达能抑制微血管生成. 此外,体内外组织/细胞免疫化学和蛋白质印迹结果揭示,过表达RI可显著抑制整合素连接激酶(integrin-linked kinase,ILK)下游靶分子Akt和GSK-3β的磷酸化,并降低β-联蛋白的表达.研究结果证明,过表达RI可通过抑制ILK/ PI3K/AKT信号通路,促进细胞凋亡,引起S期阻滞,并抑制血管生成,从而显著抑制小鼠黑色素瘤B16-F10细胞在体内、外的生长.上述结果提示,RI可能是治疗黑色素瘤的有效分子靶点.  相似文献

Murine melanoma line B16-F1, which shows some specificity for metastatic organ colonization of lung but rarely metastasizes to ovary, was used to select variant cell lines with increased preference for experimental ovary metastasis. Ovary-colonizing melanoma cell lines were sequentially selected in syngeneic C57BL/6 mice by repeated intravenous administration and surgical recovery of ovarian melanoma tumors for tissue culture. After ten selections for experimental ovary metastasis, line B16-010 was established which formed experimental metastatic ovary tumors in almost every test animal. In tissue culture B16–010 cells grew in circular in circular colonies with rounded, smooth cell peripheries compared to B16-F1 cells which were flatter, grew in irregular patterns, and exhibited long cellular projections. Ovary-selected B16 lines contained less melainin pigment (B16-010 < B16-05 < B16-01 ? B16-F1) compared to the parental melanoma line. Together with previous cloning and selection data, these results are consistent with the preexistence of highly malignant cells in the parental tumor population that possess the ability to metastasize to specific organs.  相似文献

The timing of AI in relation to ovulation was examined to improve intrabursal transfer of spermatozoa (ITS) in mice, a new method of AI that involves transfer of spermatozoa into a space near the infundibulum. Two microliters of fresh epididymal B6C3F1 spermatozoa (containing 2 x 10(5) spermatozoa) were inseminated 1, 7, 12, or 17 h after hCG administration. At 1.7 days after ITS, normal cleaving embryos were recovered at rates ranging from 6 to 50% (21.5 +/- 15.8%; mean +/- S.D.), 40-100% (75.2 +/- 20.2%), 33-100% (60.1 +/- 19.3%), and 6-47% (22.7 +/- 13.3%), respectively. The rate obtained by ITS 7h after hCG administration was comparable (P > 0.05) to that (90.5 +/- 6.3%) for embryos obtained after natural mating (control), but rates at all other times were significantly less than control. To examine whether in vivo fertilization rate differs when spermatozoa from various mouse strains are used, B6C3F1 females were inseminated with spermatozoa from ICR, C57BL/6N and C3H/HeN mice 7 h after hCG administration. There were strain differences (P < 0.01 for ICR and B6C3F1 versus C57BL/6N and C3H/HeN) for in vivo fertilization rates (83.9 +/- 10.3%, 75.2 +/- 20.2%, 33.6 +/- 24.5% and 25.6 +/- 16.1% for ICR, B6C3F1, C57BL/6N and C3H/HeN, respectively). Similar rates (72.9 +/- 7.3% and 27.5 +/- 46.2% for ICR and C57BL/6N, respectively) were also obtained when oocytes were inseminated with spermatozoa of the same strain. In addition, females (B6C3F1) inseminated by ITS of fresh B6C3F1 spermatozoa 7 h after hCG administration yielded normal mid-gestational fetuses with an average litter size of 7.0 +/- 4.9, which seemed much higher than the previously reported litter size of 3.2. In conclusion, the timing of AI was considered a key factor affecting in vivo fertilization efficiency.  相似文献

Aberrant expression of cell surface carbohydrates such as sialyl Lewis X is associated with tumor formation and metastasis. In order to determine the roles of sialyl Lewis X in tumor metastasis, mouse melanoma B16-F1 cells were stably transfected with alpha1, 3-fucosyltransferase III to express sialyl Lewis X structures. The transfected B16-F1 cells, B16-FTIII, were separated by cell sorting into three different groups based on the expression levels of sialyl Lewis X. When these transfected cells were injected into tail veins of C57BL/6 mice, B16-FTIII.M cells expressing moderate amounts of sialyl Lewis X in poly-N-acetyllactosamines produced large numbers of lung tumor nodules. Surprisingly, B16-FTIII.H cells expressing the highest amount of sialyl Lewis X in shorter N-glycans died in lung blood vessels, producing as few lung nodules as B16-FTIII.N cells which lack sialyl Lewis X. In contrast, B16-FIII.H cells formed more tumors in beige mice and NK cell-depleted C57BL/6 mice than did B16-FTIII.M cells. B16-FTIII.H cells bound to E-selectin better than did B16-FTIII.M cells, but both cells grew at the same rate. These results indicate that excessive expression of sialyl Lewis X in tumor cells leads to rejection by NK cells rather than tumor formation facilitated by attachment to endothelial cells.  相似文献

Two natural outbreaks of mouse minute virus (MMV) are described. Observations during management of the naturally infected colonies led to a study in which 4-wk-old C57BL/6NCr and C57BL/6Tac mice were inoculated oronasally with an immunosuppressive variant of MMV (MMVi), as were adult C57BL/6NCr lactating dams or their pups (age, 10 d). By day 28 postinoculation, 100% of the 4-wk-old male C57BL/6NCr and C57BL/6Tac mice, 56.2% of 4-wk-old C57BL/6NCr female and 62.5% of 4-wk-old C57BL/6Tac female mice, 100% of adult lactating C57BL/6NCr dams, and 100% of inoculated pups (10 d) had seroconverted. Serologically positive nursing dams did not infect their nursing pups. In contrast, when nursing pups were inoculated, 100% of their dams seroconverted by 28 d postinoculation. Only 1 of 4 facility sentinels (Tac:SW female mice) seroconverted to MMVi and none of the 4 research sentinels (Tac:SW female mice) seroconverted under a once-weekly bedding transfer program. Consequently, 4 new research Tac:SW sentinels of each gender (n = 8) were placed in known-positive cages at cage-change; 100% of the male mice but 0% of the females seroconverted by day 48. Study results suggest gender influences both infectivity and the ability to detect subclinical infections of MMVi. Other factors that may influence detection of MMV include mouse strain or stock, short shedding period, and prolonged time between cage changes. In light of the data from both the natural infections and the experimental cases, cessation of breeding likely will be beneficial when trying to eradicate this virus.  相似文献

越来越多的证据表明压力可能会导致头发颜色发生变化,但其潜在机制尚不完全清楚。本研究采用雌性C57BL/6小鼠脚底电刺激结合束缚来建立慢性应激小鼠模型,并用比色法检测小鼠皮肤和B16F10黑色素瘤细胞中黑色素含量和酪氨酸酶活性;通过酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)测定小鼠皮肤中肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factorα, TNF-α)、白细胞介素1β(interleukin-1β, IL-1β)和白细胞介素6 (interleukin-6, IL-6)含量;通过免疫荧光染色评估小鼠皮肤中核因子κB (nuclear factorκB, NFκB)/p65亚基的含量。结果显示:C57BL/6小鼠在慢性应激下由于皮肤中的毛囊黑色素细胞和酪氨酸酶活性降低,其毛皮颜色从暗色变为棕色。同时,慢性应激小鼠皮肤炎症反应增加,表现为皮肤中NFκB活性和TNF-α表达增加。在体外,TNF-α以剂量依赖性方式降低B16F10黑色素瘤细胞中黑色素生成和酪氨酸酶活性。以上结果表明,慢性应激通过降低雌性C57BL/6小鼠的毛囊黑色素细胞和酪氨酸酶活性来诱导皮毛颜色改变,而TNF-α可能在应激诱导的毛色改变中起重要作用。  相似文献

目的:观察干扰MMP-9和FAK双基因对恶性黑色素瘤高转移细胞B16F10体内转移的影响。方法:构建PGV102-MMP9-siRNA、PGV102-FAK-siRNA重组质粒载体,脂质体TM2000介导转染小鼠黑色素瘤B16F10细胞,RT-PCR检测基因的干扰效果;建立C57BL/6小鼠皮下移植瘤模型观察细胞在体成瘤和肿瘤的生长情况,常规组织切片,H&E染色观察肿瘤组织病理学特征;经C57BL/6小鼠尾静脉注射细胞5×105个/只,24天后计数小鼠肺转移结节数评价肿瘤细胞在体迁移能力。结果:RT-PCR结果表明,重组质粒转染细胞组的MMP-9和FAK的mRNA水平显著低于正常细胞组(P<0.01),转染细胞组C57BL/6小鼠皮下成瘤的肿瘤生长速率、黑色素瘤肺转移结节数明显低于正常细胞组(P<0.01)。结论:干扰B16F10细胞MMP-9和FAK双基因可明显抑制小鼠体内恶性肿瘤的生长和迁移。  相似文献

The present study was designed to determine the minimum number of Cryptosporidium parvum oocysts capable of producing patent infections in immunosuppressed C57BL/6N adult mice. Sixty-four female mice were divided into 6 groups of 8 mice each, except group 1 that contained 24 mice. Mice in groups 1-3 were immunosuppressed with dexamethasone and inoculated with 1, 5, and 10 oocysts per mouse, respectively. The accuracy of the inoculum size was microscopically confirmed. Mice in groups 4-6 served as controls: they received either only oocyst inoculation (group 4), or immunosuppression (group 5), or no treatments (group 6). Fecal oocyst shedding was monitored daily for each mouse using an indirect immunofluorescent assay. Parasite colonization in the terminal ileum of each mouse was evaluated histologically. Four of 24 mice in group 1 developed patent infections, with a prepatent period of approximately 6 days. All mice in groups 2 and 3 developed patent infections, with prepatent periods ranging from 4 to 7 days. Mice in groups 4-6 remained uninfected. Parasite colonization was observed in the terminal ilea of all mice in groups 1-3 that shed fecal oocysts. The present study experimentally demonstrates that a single viable oocyst can induce patent C. parvum infections in immunosuppressed C57BL/6N adult mice and indicates that this mouse model could be used for the parasite genotype or isolate cloning.  相似文献

Single gene control of resistance to cutaneous leishmaniasis in mice   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
A series of inbred, congenic resistant, and hybrid strains of mice were intradermally inoculated with 106 promastigotes of Leishmania tropica. These mice were divided into susceptible and resistant groups using the criteria of lesion size, development of metastatic foci and skin-test reactivity. At 16 weeks of infection, resistant strains A/J, DBA/1J, AKR/J, CBA/J, C3H/HeJ, NZB/BINJ, C57BL/6J, C57BL/10Sn, B10.D2, B10.129(10M), and B10.CE(30NX) had completely resolved their lesions, while susceptible SWR/J and BALB/cJ mice demonstrated large, nonhealing cutaneous lesions. In addition, BALB/cJ developed metastatic lesions on the extremities which progressively increased in size. All BALB/cJ and SWR/J mice died by 7 1/2 months of infection. The BALB/cJ x C57BL/6JF1 hybrid behaved in an intermediate fashion showing a slower expansion of cutaneous ulcers and a delayed development of metastatic foci, however, the infection ultimately proved fatal. The F2 generation could be separated into three distinct groups: resistant, intermediate, and susceptible mice with a lesion size distribution pattern in conformity with a 1:2:1 ratio. Male/female susceptibility differences were not noted. These data indicated that development of acquired resistance may be under the control of a single, autosomal gene. The gene did not appear to be H-2-, Ir-2-, or H-11-linked as is seen with Leishmania donovani infections.  相似文献

Metastatic mouse models of melanoma have been characterized by gross necropsy examination, histopathology, and optical imaging. To determine if the time progression, extent, and metabolism of melanoma metastases could be monitored noninvasively, serial micro-CT and small-animal PET imaging studies were performed by using a mouse model of melanoma. Juvenile female C57BL/6 mice were injected intravenously with syngenic B16-F10 melanoma cells. Serial micro-CT imaging studies were performed on anesthetized mice. Mice were necropsied at the development of adverse clinical signs or at postinjection Day 30, and tissues were collected for histopathology. In a separate study of four mice, tumor viability was assessed with 2-deoxy-2-[18F]fluoro-d-glucose ([18F]FDG) and studied by using small-animal PET imaging. A total of 59% of the mice developed metastatic tumors. Micro-CT image analysis was able to identify and follow up to 36% of metastatic lesions. Examples of metastatic lesions identified and followed up by micro-CT imaging included a lung metastasis, mandibular metastasis, subcutaneous metastasis, and tibial/femoral metastasis. Micro-CT and small-animal PET fusion imaging successfully correlated anatomic localization of glucose metabolism of the metastatic tumors. Micro-CT and small-animal PET imaging were found to be highly effective in detection and characterization of lesions produced by this metastatic melanoma model.  相似文献

The B16-F10 mouse model of melanoma is a widely used model to study many aspects of cancer biology and therapeutics in a solid tumor. Melanomas aggressively progress within a dynamic microenvironment containing in addition to tumor cells, stroma cells and components such as fibroblasts, immune cells, vascular cells, extracellular matrix (ECM) and extracellular molecules. The goal of this study was to elucidate the processes of tumor progression by identifying differentially expressed proteins in the tumor mass during specific stages of tumor growth. A comparative proteome analysis was performed on B16-F10 derived tumors in C57BL/6 mice at days 3, 5, 7, and 10. Statistical approaches were used to determine quantitative differential protein expression at each tumor time stage. Hierarchical clustering of 44 protein spots (p < 0.01) revealed a progressive change in the tumor mass when all 4 time stages were classified together, but there was a clear switch in expression of these proteins between the day 5 and the day 7 tumors. A trend analysis showed 53 protein spots (p < 0.001) following 6 predominant kinetic paths of expression as the tumor progressed. The protein spots were then identified using MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. Proteins involved in glycolysis, inflammation, wounding, superoxide metabolism, and chemotaxis increased during tumorigenesis. From day 3 to day 7 VEGF and active cathepsin D were induced 7-fold and 4-fold, respectively. Proteins involved in electron transport, protein folding, blood coagulation, and transport decreased during tumorigenesis. Low metastatic parent B16 melanoma and isolated B16-F1 cell lines have a third actin designated as beta m(Ax:previously). beta m actin is scantily or not at all detected in highly metastatic cell lines, such as B16-F10 and BL6. To directly assess the physiological role of beta m in phenotypic changes of B16 melanoma, we transfected expression plasmids of beta m into B16-F10 cells. The actin expressed in the transfectants is located largely in cytoskeletal fractions. The transfectants exhibited a larger number of stress fibers and a lower invasiveness than did the recipient cells. Thus, beta m actin plays an important role in the organization of actin stress fibers, the result being a decrease in invasiveness of B16 melanoma.  相似文献
