甘肃灵台上新世晚期红粘土中的哺乳动物化石

发现于甘肃灵台任家沟上第三系红粘土中的哺乳动物化石包括５目７科９种,Ｎｙｃｔｅｒｅｕｔｅｓ ｓｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ,Ｃｈａｒｄｉｎｏｍｙｓ　ｓｐ,Ｇｏｍｐｈｏｔｈｅｅｒｉｉｄａｅ,　Ｒｈｉｎｏｃｅｒｏｔｉｄａｅ,Ｈｉｐｐａｒｉｏｎ ｈｏｕｆｅｎｅｎｓｅ　Ｐａｒａｃａｍｅｌｕｓ　ｓｐ．,　Ｇａｚｅｌｌａ　ｂｌａｃｋｉ,　　Ｇａｚｅｌｌａ　ｓｐ．及Ａｎｔｉｌｏｓｐｉｒａ　ｌｉｃｅｎｔｉ．化石野外的产出层位距第四系黄土底界约２２ｍ,古地磁测定为３．４～３．５Ｍａ,即晚上新世早期（ＭＮ１６下部）。

丙型肝炎病毒C33_c单克隆抗体的研制和鉴定

用丙型肝炎病毒重组蛋白Ｃ３３_ｃ抗原免疫ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠,运用杂交瘤技术成功地建立了７株能稳定分泌抗Ｃ３３_ｃ单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞１Ｈ６Ｄ２、２Ｇ１Ａ６、３Ａ４Ａ８、３Ｅ３Ｅ７、４Ｇ１２Ｃ１０、４Ａ１０Ｃ２、５Ｆ４Ｂ６．试验结果表明,７株ＭｃＡｂｓ具有良好的ＨＣＶ特异性,间接ＥＬＩＳＡ法测得小鼠腹水ＭｃＡｂ效价为１：１０￣４－１：４×１０￣４;竞争抑制实验和相加指数测定证实７株ＭｃＡｂｓ识别相关的抗原表位;７株ＭｃＡｂｓ中１株为ＩｇＭ（５Ｆ４Ｂ６）,其它６株为ＩｇＧ（２ａ）。

ON PENTAMPLEXUSSCHINDEWOLF, 1940 (ANTHOZOA,RUGOSA) AND ITS POSSIBLE RELATIVES AND ANALOGUES

Abstract: Three ampleximorphic taxa are revised and their most important characters are discussed in terms of possible or apparent relationships. Re‐interpretation of its early ontogeny allows the assignment of Pentamplexus Schindewolf, 1940 to the family Polycoeliidae de Fromentel, 1861. Stereolasma variabilis Vojnovsky‐Krieger, 1934 is established as the type species of Vojnovskytes gen. nov. It resembles the family Polycoeliidae in some characters and the Antiphyllidae Ilina, 1970 or the Laccophyllidae Grabau, 1928 in others. Thus, its family status is not established. Revision of the type material of Fasciculophyllum tripus Schindewolf, 1952 allows its inclusion within the new genus Silesamplus, probably related to the family Laccophyllidae Grabau, 1928 . Amplexoid morphology is further shown to be inadequate for the establishment of relationships on the family or subfamily level. Early ontogeny is most important in that respect, but biform vs normal morphology in the tabularium and free vs contratingent development of minor septa must also be considered, where appropriate.

建立了脑球体模型,赋于脑壳与内部组织不同的电参数,应用时域有限差分法（ＦＤＴＤ）计算了在脉冲电磁波辐射下脑内各点电场的瞬时波形及相应的比吸收率ＳＡＲ。计算结果表明,脉冲电磁波对大脑的瞬态作用时间比脉冲宽度要长,且各点波形不尽相同,但在脑中心有最大的ＳＡＲ,对此讨论了其安全性     

THE ROLE OF ANTIBIOTICS IN THE DECOMPOSITION OF SAWDUST: I. INHIBITION OF THE GROWTH OF CELLULOSE-DECOMPOSING BACTERIA

It has been shown that 'deal' sawdust contains substances which inhibit the growth of cellulose-decomposing bacteria of the genera Sporocytophaga and Cellulomonas , the former being the more sensitive. The substances can be extracted with water or a mildly alkaline solution of inorganic salts, the latter being rather more effective. The extracted material is acidic but still exhibits activity even after neutralization, especially towards Sporocytophaga. Sawdust which has been extracted with water or the alkaline solution, or neutralized by admixture with calcium carbonate, no longer prevents the growth of Cellulomonas on added filter paper cellulose, although there is a delay before the attack becomes evident, but Sporocytophaga is still completely inhibited under all three conditions.     

ELECTRIC IMPEDANCE OF SUSPENSIONS OF SPHERES

A general expression has been derived for the electric impedance of a suspension of spheres each having a homogeneous non-reactive interior and a thin surface layer with both resistance and reactance. The applications and limitations of impedance measurements on such suspensions are discussed.     

THE EFFECT OF ENZYME PURITY ON THE KINETICS OF TRYPTIC HYDROLYSIS

The rates of digestion of keratose have been determined with three commercial enzymes, ranging widely in strength. It has been found that the weaker the enzyme preparation, the more nearly does the course of the hydrolysis conform to that of a reaction of the first order. This has been explained on the assumption that in solution an equilibrium exists between active enzyme, and enzyme combined with inert material. In very impure enzyme preparations, the large quantities of combined enzyme act as a reservoir for active enzyme, maintaining a constant concentration of active enzyme during the course of the digestion.     

DEVELOPMENT OF EYE COLORS IN DROSOPHILA: SOME PROPERTIES OF THE HORMONES CONCERNED

The substance inducing the production of pigment in the eyes of vermilion brown mutants of Drosophila melanogaster has been shown to be a relatively stable chemical entity possessing true hormone-like activity. A simple method for obtaining hormone solutions has been developed involving extraction of dried wild type Drosophila pupae with ethyl alcohol and water. A logarithmic proportionality has been found to exist between the amount of hormone and the induced eye color. This relationship provides a simple method for the quantitative determination of hormone concentration in given extracts. Larvae and pupae of D. melanogaster contain an intracellular enzyme which inactivates the hormone in the presence of molecular oxygen. The hormone is not oxidized under ordinary conditions with either molecular oxygen or hydrogen peroxide. The hormone has been found to be an amphoteric compound with both acidic and basic groups and with a molecular weight between 400 and 600. The solubility and precipitation reactions of the hormone suggest its amino acid-like nature. However, the instability to heat, acid, and alkali, and its rather restricted occurrence indicate a rather complex specific structure.     

THE ELECTRICAL CONDUCTANCE OF SUSPENSIONS OF ELLIPSOIDS AND ITS RELATION TO THE STUDY OF AVIAN ERYTHROCYTES

1. The theory of electrical conductance of colloidal suspensions has been extended to cover the case of ellipsoids with three axes different. 2. The results have been applied to suspensions of ellipsoidal erythrocytes of birds. 3. It has been shown that fluctuations in electrical resistance of suspensions of erythrocytes after stirring are due to streaming orientation of the cells. 4. The theory has been extended to cover four cases of orientation and tested experimentally in specially designed flow cells by electrical and optical methods. 5. Application of the flow method to the study of the shape of colloidal particles is discussed.

A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE ULTRASTRUCTURE OF MICROVILLI IN THE EPITHELIUM OF SMALL AND LARGE INTESTINE OF MICE

A comparative analysis of the fine structure of the microvilli on jejunal and colonic epithelial cells of the mouse intestine has been made. The microvilli in these two locations demonstrate a remarkably similar fine structure with respect to the thickness of the plasma membrane, the extent of the filament-free zone, and the characteristics of the microfilaments situated within the microvillous core. Some of the core microfilaments appear to continue across the plasma membrane limiting the tip of the microvillus. The main difference between the microvilli of small intestine and colon is in the extent and organization of the surface coat. In the small intestine, in addition to the commonly observed thin surface "fuzz," occasional areas of the jejunal villus show a more conspicuous surface coat covering the tips of the microvilli. Evidence has been put forward which indicates that the surface coat is an integral part of the epithelial cells. In contrast to the jejunal epithelium, the colonic epithelium is endowed with a thicker surface coat. Variations in the organization of the surface coat at different levels of the colonic crypts have also been noted. The functional significance of these variations in the surface coat is discussed.
