塔克拉玛干沙漠腹地多枝柽柳茎干液流及耗水量   总被引:13,自引:2,他引:11  
2005年4—11月,利用植物茎流计研究了塔克拉玛干沙漠腹地沙漠公路防护林植物多枝柽柳的茎干液流特性和耗水量.结果表明:在极端干旱的沙漠腹地,土壤水分充足时,直径为3.5和2.0 cm的多枝柽柳在整个生长季的日平均耗水量分别为6.322和1.179 kg;多枝柽柳的茎干液流呈单峰曲线型,有明显的昼夜变化规律,茎干液流随环境因子变化而波动;在土壤水分充足的条件下,总辐射、风速、温度是影响茎干液流变化的主要环境因子,可以用总辐射和风速的线性回归模型预测茎干液流的变化.沙漠腹地多枝柽柳的蒸腾耗水量相对较高,是因为在较为充足的水分供应条件下,多枝柽柳通过大量的水分消耗来抵御干燥高温的沙漠环境.  相似文献

利用热平衡式茎流计和压力室对塔里木沙漠公路防护林不同灌溉量条件下3种荒漠植物多枝柽柳(Tamarix ramosissima)、梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron)和乔木状沙拐枣(Calligonum arborescens)的液流变化、水势进行了测定。研究结果表明:(1)茎干液流速率因灌溉量和物种的不同而异,同一灌溉量条件下不同物种间表现为多枝柽柳>乔木状沙拐枣>梭梭,不同灌溉量条件下3种荒漠植物的茎干液流速率均随灌溉量的减少而显著降低。3种荒漠植物的夜间蒸腾占有一定比例,表现为梭梭(18.68%)>乔木状沙拐枣(17.48%)>多枝柽柳(12.82%),表明3种灌木均可通过夜间液流以补充植物体白天的水分消耗,表现出较强的抗旱性,但梭梭形成的叶片-冠-根的水势差相对较大,夜间补偿流较多,表现出更强的抗旱性。多枝柽柳和乔木状沙拐枣茎干液流日变化趋势基本相同,在灌溉量为35 kg·株-1.次-1和28 kg·株-1.次-1时均呈单峰曲线,液流速率较高且变化幅度较大,而灌溉量为17.5 kg·株-1.次-1时呈双峰曲线,液流速率较低;梭梭在不同灌溉量条件下其变化均呈单峰曲线,即当灌溉量降低到17.5 kg·株-1.次-1时多枝柽柳和乔木状沙拐枣可能出现了水分亏缺,通过调节气孔张开度或部分关闭降低蒸腾来适应其胁迫条件,但该灌溉条件下梭梭并没有出现水分亏缺,表明出较强的抗旱性。(2)相同时间不同灌溉量条件下,3种荒漠植物的清晨水势和午后水势均随着灌溉量的减少而降低;整个生长季相同时间同一灌溉量条件下,3种防护林植物的清晨、午后水势表现为乔木状沙拐枣>多枝柽柳>梭梭,表明3种荒漠植物在相同的灌溉条件下梭梭因保持较低的水势表现出较强的抗旱性。(3)相同时间不同灌溉量条件下,3种荒漠植物单株日耗水量均随着灌溉量的减少而减少,整个生长季各处理日平均耗水量的动态变化趋势均为单峰型,7月份耗水量最大,表明在塔克拉玛干沙漠腹地最炎热的7月份,3种防护林植物可以通过增加其蒸腾耗水量来适应干旱的环境条件。  相似文献

利用热平衡式茎流计和压力室,对不同灌溉量下塔克拉玛干沙漠腹地防护林植物梭梭的水分生理特性进行了测定.结果表明:梭梭茎干液流的日变化曲线随着灌溉量的不同而有所差异,灌溉量为每次每株35和24.5 kg条件下,茎干液流日变化曲线呈单峰型,且变幅较大,灌溉量为每次每株14 kg条件下,其日变化曲线为双峰型,变化较平缓;随着灌溉量的减少,梭梭日平均液流速率逐渐降低,其日单株耗水量也随之降低;随着灌溉量的减少,梭梭的清晨水势和午后水势逐渐降低, 且茎干液流速率与总辐射、空气温度、相对湿度和风速的相关性均增强,但不同灌溉量下,其与总辐射的相关性都最强.  相似文献

利用热平衡包裹式Flow32茎干液流仪和环境要素监测系统研究了河西走廊中段典型固沙植物梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron)、白刺(Nitraria tangutorum)、沙拐枣(Calligonum mongolicum)夜间液流活动特征,分析影响3种植物夜间耗水的主要环境因素及其利用途径。结果表明:(1)梭梭、白刺、沙拐枣茎干夜间液流密度在前半夜(20:00~0:00)较大且迅速降低,在后半夜(0:00~6:00)仍有微弱液流密度且波动较大;梭梭、白刺、沙拐枣的夜间液流密度差异极显著,平均夜间液流密度依次为3.73、1.12、6.07g·cm-2·h-1,且在典型降雨天气条件下3种植物夜间液流活动明显减弱。(2)在观测期间,总夜间耗水量与基茎显著相关,但3种植物夜间耗水分配在不同月份间差异不显著;梭梭、白刺、沙拐枣夜间耗水对日总耗水贡献率变化范围分别为1%~30%、0.1%~16%和1.5%~20%。(3)饱和水汽压差和风速仅能解释梭梭、沙拐枣、白刺夜间液流密度24%、25%、27%的变化,3种植物夜间液流主要用以茎干补水。  相似文献

利用Li-6400光合作用系统在沙漠腹地测定分析塔里木沙漠公路防护林植物梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron)、多枝柽柳(Tamarix ramosissima)和乔木状沙拐枣(Calligonum arborescens)光合特性对干旱胁迫的响应,探讨了水分亏缺对防护林植物光合积累的影响作用。结果显示:沙拐枣的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、水分利用效率、光能利用效率及潜在光合作用能力对水分亏缺最敏感,而柽柳则最不敏感;不同处理下3种植物光合特性变化的差异表明,不同植物对水分亏缺有着不同的响应变化和适应方式;此外,干旱胁迫未提高3种植物的水分利用效率,反而降低了其光能利用效率;C3植物多枝柽柳在干旱高温条件下保持着比C4植物梭梭和沙拐枣更为稳定的光合积累和水分利用效率,说明部分C3植物具备不弱于C4荒漠植物的干旱耐受适应能力;虽然水分亏缺对3种植物的光合作用能力均存在不同程度抑制作用,但未对其光合积累造成不可逆转的影响。可见3种植物都有很强的干旱适应与耐受能力,这种能力表明沙漠公路防护林的灌溉管理还有进一步的节水空间。  相似文献

利用基于热补偿理论的SF300分体液流仪对干旱荒漠区人工防护林典型树种(俄罗斯杨、胡杨、榆树、沙枣)树干液流全天候监测,自动气象站同步记录相关环境因子变化。研究表明:①4种防护林树种茎干液流日变化除沙枣树外均存在明显昼夜节律,液流速度在同属种间差异较小,在不同属种间差异显著,俄罗斯杨的日平均液流速度可以达到沙枣的13.8倍,耗水量排序为俄罗斯杨胡杨榆树沙枣树。②水分充足条件下,增加实验地灌溉量使4种树木蒸腾受到抑制,液流流速降低,水分利用效率降低。③液流流速因所处树干径向位点不同而存在差异,俄罗斯杨、榆树、沙枣液流速度表现出由形成层到髓心的递减趋势,胡杨树干径向位点液流没有表现一定规律。④树干液流流速与环境因子进行相关分析,通过逐步回归分析建立了4个典型树种茎干液流速度与环境因子关系估算模型,分析认为4种树木的环境敏感性排序为俄罗斯杨榆树胡杨沙枣。  相似文献

利用澳大利亚Dynamax公司生产的热平衡包裹式树干液流仪(Stem Heat Balance, SHB)和自动气象站对干旱荒漠区3种固沙灌木梭梭、多枝柽柳和唐古特白刺的液流变化及其气象因子进行测定, 研究了3种固沙灌木茎干液流日、季变化规律以及对气象因子的响应.结果表明:(1) 在生长季,不同地茎、不同树种液流启动时间存在差异, 地茎1.70、 3.64cm和5.07cm的梭梭启动时间分别为 5:00~7:00、5:00~7:20和6:00~8:00; 地茎1.57cm和3.03cm的柽柳启动时间5:20~7:20和5:40~7:40;地茎1.59cm白刺启动时间6:00~8:00.梭梭的日变化表现为双峰型,最高峰出现在11:40~13:20;而柽柳和白刺日变化表现为多峰格型,最大峰值分别出现在12:40~13:00和12:00~13:00;3种灌木液流在中午存在"午休"现象,但"午休"不明显.(2) 3种固沙灌木在夜间也保持一定的液流速率,而且地茎越粗夜间液流持续的时间越长,越细持续时间越短,不同地茎灌木在第2天液流启动之前,夜间液流都有一个明显的下降过程, 甚至为0.(3) 3种典型固沙灌木茎干液流季节变化表现为单峰型,梭梭和柽柳茎干液流8月份最高,7月份次之,6月与9月基本一致,而白刺7月份最高,8月次之;在整个生长季,相近地茎3种灌木单位面积液流量为:白刺﹥柽柳﹥梭梭, 梭梭耐旱性较高.(4)气象因子对不同树种茎干液流的影响有一定的差异,茎干液流与气象因子的关系比较复杂.相关分析表明,在整个生长季,空气水汽压差或气温对梭梭起主导作用,而太阳辐射对柽柳和白刺起主导作用.  相似文献

北京山区元宝枫夜间液流活动特征及影响因素   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
树木夜间会维持部分气孔开放,从而能够在一定环境驱动因子的情况下进行夜间蒸腾。夜间液流作为储存水的重要来源,能够补充植物白天的水分亏缺,使其恢复水分储备,对植物生长发育有重要意义。采用TDP热探针法测定了位于八达岭林场的元宝枫树干液流密度,同步监测了主要环境因子,以深入揭示树木夜间蒸腾耗水规律和植被应对环境胁迫的调控机制,为山区植被建设、森林健康经营和挑选节水树种提供理论依据。结果表明:以0:00为界区分前半夜和后半夜,元宝枫夜间液流速率前半夜较后半夜活跃,且前半夜夜间累积液流量占夜间累积液流量的53.85%—64.10%,而后半夜夜间累积液流量占夜间累积液流量的35.9%—46.15%。5月的夜间累积液流量最大,平均夜间液流通量为5月6月8月9月7月。存在水分胁迫的条件下降雨之后夜间液流会增大,而当土壤水分条件较好,土壤水分不再是夜间液流的限制因子时,夜间液流通量并不高。不同树木形态的夜间液流通量有显著差异,在一定范围内,胸径树高冠幅越大的样木,夜间液流通量越大。用于夜间蒸腾的夜间液流通量与饱和水汽压差、温度、空气相对湿度、风速相关,其中夜间蒸腾存在于前半夜,表现为前半夜夜间液流通量与环境因子的相关性相较后半夜相关性较为显著,后半夜则以补水为主,补水量取决于土壤含水量和日蒸腾强度。存在干旱胁迫的条件下,夜间液流既用于夜间蒸腾,又有一部分用来补水;而土壤水分条件好时夜间液流则主要用于补水,此时夜间树干液流与环境因子相关性不高。元宝枫夜间液流通量的日蒸腾贡献率5、6月份大于7、8月份,即干季比湿季贡献率更高。夜间液流通量的日蒸腾贡献率与白天总蒸腾量相关性较高,并与累积太阳辐射成负相关。  相似文献

梭梭广泛分布于我国西部干旱区,利用热脉冲技术对古尔班通古特沙漠生长期原生梭梭的树干液流耗水特征进行了研究。随着水分条件的不同,影响树干液流过程的主导因素有所不同。根区土壤体积含水量在8.7%-12.1%时,梭梭日树干液流量与土壤水分显著相关;土壤含水量>12.1%时,液流更多的受到气象因素的影响;土壤含水量<8.7%,树干液流与气象要素之间没有相关性,液流更多的受植物生理特征影响。在土壤水分最丰富的4月份,随着土壤水分的降低,白天与夜间的液流变化趋同;4月份日平均液流量约是5-9月份的2倍。梭梭的液流通量从古尔班通古特沙漠原生林的0.156L?cm-2?d-1到塔中人工滴灌林的0.876 L?cm-2?d-1,均处于正常生长状态,表明梭梭生态需水的可塑性范围较广。基径为7.8cm和9.0cm的梭梭在4月至9月份生长期的实际耗水量分别是95mm和117mm。  相似文献

蒸腾是植物重要的生理活动之一, 受到多个环境要素的综合影响。该文利用热平衡包裹式茎干液流仪Flow32监测系统, 对河西走廊中段绿洲—荒漠过渡带主要固沙植物梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron)生长季的蒸腾过程进行连续监测, 并分析了其对环境要素的响应。结果表明: (1)梭梭茎干液流速率随枝直径的增加而增加, 液流密度随枝直径的增加而降低, 梭梭液流密度日变化呈多峰特征, 整个生长季液流密度变化比较稳定。(2)主成分分析表明第1、2、3主成分能够分别解释环境信息49%、15%、12%的变化, 第一主成分中水汽压亏缺、光合有效辐射及气温反映了大气的蒸腾需求。(3) S型模型对液流密度日变化模拟精度达到0.86, 考虑时滞效应后模拟精度提高至0.9, 降水天气条件下模拟精度降低至0.65。(4)液流密度对主要环境要素存在非对称响应, 同光合有效辐射呈逆时针环状, 同水汽压亏缺、蒸腾需求指数呈顺时针环状。  相似文献

通过对6种藓类植物,即褶叶青藓(Brachythecium salebrosum(Web.et Mohr.)B.S.G.)、湿地匐灯藓(Plagiomnium acutum(Lindb.)Kop.)、侧枝匐灯藓(Plagiomnium maximoviczii(Lindb.)Kop.)、大凤尾藓(Fissidensnobilis Griff.)、大羽藓(Thuidium cymbifolium(Doz.et Molk.)B.S.G.)和大灰藓(Hypnum plumaeforme Wils.)嫩茎和老茎的石蜡切片和显微观察发现,同一藓类植株的嫩茎和老茎,茎结构稳定,不同种藓类植物茎横切面具有不同特征.植物体茎横切面形状、表层细胞的层数、细胞大小和细胞壁厚薄、皮层细胞大小和形状、中轴的有无以及比例等特征可以作为藓类植物的分科分类依据之一.  相似文献

Seed germination of an aurea mutant of tomato ( Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) is promoted by continuous irradiation with red, far-red or long-wavelength far-red (758 nm) light as well as by cyclic irradiations (5 min red or 5 min far-red/25 min darkness). Far-red light applied immediately after each red does not change the germination behaviour. Seed germination of the isogenic wild-type, cv. UC-105, is promoted by continuous and cyclic red light while it is inhibited by continuous and cyclic far-red light and by continious 758 nm irradiation. Far-red irradiation reverses almost completely the promoting effect of red light. The promoting effect (in the aurea mutant) and the inhibitory effect (in the wild-type) of continuous far-red light do not show photon fluence rate dependency above 20 nmol m−2 s−1. It is concluded that phytochrome controls tomato seed germination throgh low energy responses in both the wild type and the au mutant. The promoting effect of continuous and cyclic far-red light in the au mutant can be attributed to a greater sensitivity to Pfr.  相似文献

The levels of endogenous phytohormones and respiratory rate in nine sorts of flowers such as Cymbidium faberi Rolfe, Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth and others were investigated both at full bloom and senescence and meanwhile the effect of exogenous phytohormones on prolonging the blossoms and promoting ethylene production were tested. There is a high content of endogenous ethylene in all the long-lived flowere, about 3–16 folds higer than the short-lived ones. There is a high level of ABA at full blooming flowers of short-lived flowers, in which there is no or only some cytokinins in it, but the ratio of CTK (6BA+zeatin)/ABA is smaller(l.7). The endogenous ABA reached a much higher level at senescence in all nine sorts of flowers, so it is reasonable to consider that it is ABA which plays an important role of regulation in controlling flower's senescence. There is a much higher level of GA3 and zeatin in the long-lived flowers which is not demonstrated in the shortlived ones. The respiratory rate is one of the factors controtling the longevity of flowers, but it does not play a decided role. Application of 6BA and zeatin prolongs distinctly orchid’s longevity, however exogenous IAA through the promotive action on ethylene production, evidently extends the longevity of the flowers of the Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth.  相似文献

A complex analysis of seasonal fluctuations of the mean group parameters of the system of regulation of lipid peroxidation has been performed in liver of Balb/c mice. Association of lipid characteristics and morphophysiological parameters is studied in the Balb/c mouse liver. An inter-connection is revealed between the liver index and the amount of lysoforms of phospholipids, the scale and character of the interconnection differing essentially depending on proportion of phos-phatidylcholine in mouse liver phospholipids.  相似文献

Summary Embryogenic tissues of sugi (Cryptomeria japonica) were induced on a modified Campbell and Durzan (CD) medium containing 1 μM 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and 600 mg l−1 glutamine, and subcultured in the medium of the same composition for over 1 yr. This resulted in a mixed culture of embryogenic and non-embryogenic cells. When embryogenic cells were isolated and cultured independently, their capacity to form embryogenic aggregates was lost. Thus, the non-embryogenic cells present within a mixed culture system were essential to the formation of embryogenic aggregates. When embryogenic tissues were isolated and cultured independently on a high glutamine-containing (2400 mg l−1) medium, dry weights and endogenous levels of glutamine increased, and the tissue could generate a large number of embryogenic aggregates. Amino acid analysis of embryogenic and non-embryogenic cells from the maintenance culture indicated a higher level of glutamine was present in the latter. The high endogenous level of glutamine in the non-embryogenic portion of mixed cell masses may be the supplier of glutamine for maintaining the embryogenic property of the tissues.  相似文献

The review deals with study of enzymologic properties of a novel highly specific acetylcholinesterase substrate, N-(β-acetoxyethyl) piperidinium iodomethylate (“piperidylcholine”), and its 30 derivatives that were tested as effectors of cholinesterases of mammals and various species of Pacific squids. It was proven for the first time that responsible for specificity of action was structure of cyclic ammonium grouping of the alcohol part of molecule of the ester substrate. Analysis of specificity is performed based on enzymatic hydrolysis parameters—activity of catalytic center of cholinesterases and bimolecular constant of the reaction rate that are determined at optimal and low substrate concentrations. Among the specially synthesized group of thioester compounds there is revealed one more highly specific acetylcholinesterase substrate—N-(β-acetoxyethyl) piperidinium.  相似文献

Seven strains of aerobic carbon monoxide-oxidizing bacteria (carboxydebacteria) when growing on CO as sole source of carbon and energy had doubling times which ranged from 12–42 h. The activity profiles obtained after discontinuous sucrose density gradient centrifugation indicated that the CO-oxidizing enzymes are soluble and the hydrogenases are membrane-bound in all strains examined. The CO-oxidizing enzymes of Pseudomonas carboxydohydrogena, Pseudomonas carboxydoflava, Comamonas compransoris, and the so far unidentified strains OM2, OM3, and OM4 had a molecular weight of 230,000; that of Achromobacter carboxydus amounted to 170,000. The molecular weights of the CO-oxidizing and H2-oxidizing enzymes turned out to be identical. The cell sonicates were shown to catalyze the oxidation of both CO and H2 with methylene blue, thionine, phenazine methosulfate, toluylene blue, dichlorophenolindophenol, cytochrome c or ferricyanide as electron acceptors. Methyl viologen, benzyl viologen, FAD+, FMN+, and NAD(P)+ were not reduced. The spectrum of electron acceptors was identical for all strains tested. Neither free formate, hydrogen nor oxygen gas were involved in the CO-oxidation reaction. Methylene blue was reduced by CO at a 1:1 molar ratio. The results indicate that CO-oxidation by carboxydobacteria is catalyzed by identical or similar enzymes and that the reaction obeys the equation CO+H2OCO2+2H++2e- as previously shown for Pseudomonas carboxydovorans.Dedicated to Otto Kandler remembering almost three decades of enjoyable cooperation  相似文献

Since the introduction of the concepts of allostery about four decades ago, much advancement has been made in elucidating the structure-function correlation in allostery. However, there are still a number of issues that remain unresolved. In this review we used mammalian pyruvate kinase (PK) as a model system to understand the role of protein dynamics in modulating cooperativity. PK has a triosephosphate isomerase (TIM)(α/β)8 barrel structural motif. PK is an ideal system to address basic questions regarding regulatory mechanisms about this common (α/β)8 structural motif. The simplest model accounting for all of the solution thermodynamic and kinetic data on ligand-enzyme interactions involves two conformational states, inactive ET and active ER. These conformational states are represented by domain movements. Further studies provide the first evidence for a differential effect of ligand binding on the dynamics of the structural elements, not major secondary structural changes. These data are consistent with our model that allosteric regulation of PK is the consequence of perturbation of the distribution of an ensemble of states in which the inactive ET and active ER represent the two extreme end states. Sequence differences and ligands can modulate the distribution of states leading to alterations of functions. The future work includes: defining the network of functionally connected residues; elucidating the chemical principles governing the sequence differences which affect functions; and probing the nature of mutations on the stability of the secondary structural elements, which in turn modulate allostery.  相似文献
