以黄河下游典型平原农业景观封丘县为研究区,基于图论的分析方法,采用概率连通性指数(PC)和斑块重要值(dPCk)表征池塘栖息地可用性程度,在地理信息系统和R软件的支持下,分析了两栖类物种在250、500、1000和2000 m不同扩散能力下,反映池塘栖息地组成和构型的池塘平均面积(MS)以及池塘数量(NP)、至道路的最近距离(DR)组合作用对池塘栖息地可用性的影响.结果表明: 两栖类栖息地的可利用性与池塘数量、池塘平均面积和至道路的最近距离关系密切.在250 m扩散能力下,池塘平均面积和池塘数量是决定池塘可利用程度高低的重要影响因素;在500 m扩散能力下,池塘平均面积和至道路的最近距离对栖息地可用性的影响最为显著;在物种相对较高扩散能力下(1000和2000 m),池塘平均面积和池塘数量是最主要的影响因素.在平原农业景观中,两栖类生物及其栖息地的保护要充分考虑池塘斑块的数量、平均面积以及至道路的最近距离.  相似文献

黑叶猴(Trachypithecus francoisi)是仅分布于喀斯特石山生境的珍稀濒危灵长类动物。由于非法捕杀和人类活动干扰,其种群数量正在急剧减少。同时,随着森林砍伐和土地开垦的加速,其栖息地严重破碎化。因此,了解栖息地破碎化对黑叶猴种群的影响对于保护这一珍稀濒危物种具有重要意义。基于遥感影像、土地利用数据以及黑叶猴种群调查数据,通过Fragstats软件开展广西黑叶猴栖息地景观破碎化分析,并通过相关性和多元逐步回归分析,探讨了景观格局对广西黑叶猴种群数量的影响。结果表明:(1)广西黑叶猴栖息地呈现破碎化严峻、斑块形状复杂化、斑块团聚程度较弱且分散化的现象;栖息地以林地景观占据重要优势,但人为景观的干扰十分强烈;在不同地区中,生境破碎化程度、人为干扰强度以及景观配置均呈现不同的特征,其中扶绥地区人为干扰最为强烈,德保地区的景观块数破碎化程度较为严重,而龙州地区的人为干扰程度最小,其森林景观最为聚集。(2)蔓延度指数、平均斑块分维指数、林地面积、林地斑块大小、裸岩面积和裸岩面积比重等景观指数与黑叶猴种群数量有显著正向关系,Shannon多样性指数则是显著负向关系;而耕地面积、耕地...  相似文献

为揭示城镇化进程中生境破碎化对鸟类多样性及分布格局的影响, 本研究于2017-2019年每年的4-8月使用样线法对贵州花溪大学城26块破碎化林地(面积介于0.3-290.4 ha)中的鸟类群落进行了10次调查。共记录到鸟类78种, 隶属于11目37科。其中, 东洋界物种数占56.4%, 古北界物种数占32.1%, 广布种占11.5%; 有中国特有种1种。剔除高空飞行、非森林鸟类及偶然出现物种后, 不同斑块中的鸟类物种数介于12-55之间, 平均每个斑块有23.2 ± 10.5种。线性回归分析显示, 鸟类物种丰富度与林地斑块的面积有显著相关性, 斑块面积越小, 鸟类物种丰富度越低; 斑块隔离度对物种丰富度没有显著影响。基于物种多度分布矩阵的WNODF (weighted nestedness metric based on overlap and decreasing fill)嵌套分析显示, 不同斑块中鸟类群落呈现出反嵌套结构。小斑块中鸟类物种丰富度较低可能与植物丰富度较低、食物资源稀缺和繁育条件不足有关, 但短距离的隔离对鸟类迁入或扩散影响有限。环境过滤效应、种间竞争或优先效应可能导致不同斑块间存在较大的物种组成差异, 从而导致反嵌套格局。因此, 本研究建议在城市规划建设中应注重维持栖息地的完整性, 对不同面积大小的破碎化斑块都应加以保护。  相似文献

受损景观是由不同比例的植被斑块组成的镶嵌体,阐明植被斑块的景观结构特征对物种多样性的影响,有助于提高受损景观物种多样性保护。在塞罕坝自然保护区选取38个天然植被斑块,其中包括12个草地、11个灌木林和15个天然次生林。根据光合作用的不同途径将草本物种划分为C_3和C_4功能群。选取斑块面积、形状指数、隔离度指数及每个斑块500 m缓冲区内的森林和草地比例作为景观因子。通过结构方程模型探讨C_3、C_4草本物种丰富度与景观因子的相互关系。斑块面积(2.18—74.06 hm~2)与C_3、C_4草本及总物种丰富度分布格局均具有显著的正相关关系(P0.05),且对C_3草本的影响最大;形状指数(1.06—3.11)、隔离度指数(33.51—327.65)对C_3、C_4草本及总物种丰富度影响不显著(P0.05);C_3、C_4草本及总物种丰富度与毗邻斑块草地比例(4.20%—64.95%)呈正相关,而与森林比例(35.05%—95.80%)呈负相关。研究区斑块面积和毗邻斑块植被构成是影响C_3、C_4草本植物的主要因素。在破碎化景观中保存面积大的天然植被斑块及提高毗邻斑块草地比例是保护关键C_3、C_4草本植物物种的有效途径。  相似文献

以黄河下游地区封丘县为研究区域,对池塘中分布的两栖类生物进行调查,利用CANOCO软件里的冗余分析模型,分析了在250、500、1000和2000 m扩散能力下,两栖类生物多度和栖息地特征变量(化学需氧量、氨氮、总磷、p H值、植被盖度、两栖类幼体捕食者)以及景观变量(池塘数量、林地面积、Shannon多样性指数、Simpson多样性指数、至道路的最近距离、蔓延度指数、景观分化指数、聚集度指数)之间的关系。结果表明:在栖息地水平上,p H值、化学需氧量、植被盖度和两栖类幼体捕食者是影响两栖类生物的重要影响因素;在景观水平上,不同扩散能力下,至道路的最近距离对两栖类生物有显著影响;在物种扩散能力较低时(250和500 m)景观组成多样性也是重要影响因素,随着物种扩散能力的增强,两栖类生物分布与池塘数量和景观聚集度指数关系显著;农业景观中两栖类生物保护要从栖息地水平上和景观水平上进行综合考虑。  相似文献

土地利用/覆被变化通过改变生物栖息地而对物种分布产生影响。以河南省巩义市为研究区域,选取分布在该区域的哺乳动物黄鼬(Mustela sibirica)、蒙古兔(Lepus tolai)和黄喉貂(Martes flavigula)为目标物种,首先依据其生物特性和生态需求,确定了这3个物种的扩散能力;其次,基于景观连接度原理,分析了1990—2011年研究区土地利用整体变化和各类型变化情况,及其对单一物种和多物种栖息地连接度变化的影响。研究结果表明:(1)土地利用整体变化使得栖息地连接度增加,变化范围为22.22%—45.46%;(2)各土地利用类型变化对栖息地连接度的影响差异显著,连接度的升高和降低与栖息地斑块面积增加和减少密切相关;(3)基于多目标物种栖息地整体连接度空间分布图,确定了研究区目标物种保护的关键区域。  相似文献

栖息地破碎是生物多样性下降的主要原因之一。栖息地破碎引起的面积效应、隔离效应和边缘效应能影响动物种群的绝灭阈值、分布、多度、种间关系以及生态系统过程, 最终影响动物种群的数量分布。2006年10-11月和2007年10-11月, 利用全球定位系统(GPS)、地理信息系统(GIS)和样方法定量分析京杭运河邵伯至高邮段狗獾栖息地破碎化程度, 确定不同斑块的面积、斑块距离、斑块隔离度以及栖息地质量对斑块中狗獾数量分布的影响。结果表明, 各个斑块内狗獾的洞口数、粪堆数与该斑块的面积显著的正相关(r=0.961, P=0.039; r=0.999, P=0.023), 但与斑块距离、斑块隔离度无显著的相关性(P>0.05)。栖息地的质量也会影响狗獾的数量分布, 多元线性逐步回归分析表明, 人类干扰和与栖息地的郁闭性显著的影响狗獾的数量分布。以上结果说明, 京杭运河邵伯高邮段栖息地的破碎化程度对狗獾的数量分布还没有造成显著的直接影响, 但会间接降低栖息地的质量, 进而影响狗獾的生存。  相似文献

景观连接度描述了景观组分在景观格局、过程和功能上的有机联系.本文利用1986、2000和2011年土地覆被数据,基于图论方法,研究了黑河中游生态用地(林地、草地、湿地)景观连接性动态变化,并通过分析不同阈值下景观连接度值的变化揭示了研究区景观的适宜阈值.结果表明: 黑河中游1986—2011年对景观连接度产生重要作用的生态斑块面积呈减少趋势.湿地斑块面积2000—2011年减少幅度较大;草地斑块数量先减少后增加,面积变化不大,但是有斑块破碎化的趋势.不同阈值下景观连接度值的变化验证了距离阈值的正向作用.400~800 m是研究黑河中游物种扩散和生态流运行的适宜距离阈值.选择600 m作为距离阈值时,大型斑块对区域总体景观连接水平影响最为显著,是区域生态系统稳定和健康的关键组成;小型生态斑块虽然占生态斑块总面积的比例不大,但对区域的生态安全格局的维持和改善有较大影响,亦需加强保护与管理.研究结果对干旱区生态系统管理具有重要的借鉴意义.  相似文献

利用20世纪50和80年代海南坡鹿(Cervus eldi hainanus)的分布数据,构建栖息地分布模型和栖息地变化模型,分析了主要景观及其分布变化对上述2个时期坡鹿适宜栖息地的影响,并对景观因素变化对栖息地分布变化产生的影响进行了评价。结果表明:50年代海南坡鹿的适宜栖息地分布与林地面积比率、斑块丰富度显著正相关,而与林地边缘密度呈显著负相关;80年代其适宜栖息地分布则与斑块丰富度呈显著负相关,与林地边缘密度呈显著正相关;道路密度也影响本时期坡鹿适宜栖息地的分布。草地转化为林地的比率、道路密度变化率、草地转化为农田的比率、林地和草地转换为居民地的比率均对海南坡鹿的栖息地分布变化具有重要影响。研究表明,坡鹿栖息地的分布受到景观变化的重要影响,而人类活动干扰则是适宜栖息地丧失的重要因素。  相似文献

运用3S技术,以1973年MSS影像和1999年TM影像为主要数据源,研究了白头叶猴(Trachypithecus leucocephalus)栖息地26a间景观格局的变化特征,并探讨了景观格局的变化及其对白头叶猴的影响.结果表明:1973年至1999年间白头叶猴栖息地景观格局变化剧烈,九重山、咘遵和弄官山3片区域内景观斑块平均面积平均减少了34.89%,聚集度平均下降了12.23%;同时景观多样性指数平均增加了14.15%,景观形状指数平均增加了31.08%,边界密度平均增加了36.39%,破碎度指数平均增加了64.17%;林地景观类型面积平均减少了18.50%,而农田、居民点等人为景观面积则大幅增加.栖息地景观格局的剧烈变化和环境质量的降低,改变了白头叶猴原始的生存环境,将会对白头叶猴的生存产生严重的影响.  相似文献

Summary Effects of supplemental hand pollination on fruit set, seed number, and seed weight were examined for 3 perennial, woodland herbs, Uvularia sessilifolia, Geranium maculatum, and Maianthemum canadense. We found no evidence for pollen limitation of any measure of fecundity. Low light probably limited fecundity in Geranium, while soil nitrogen limited the number of sseds/fruit in Maianthemum. For Geranium and Maianthemum the relationship between the number of flowers and fecundity varied in differeent years. Maianthemum ramets with greater than average flower numbers had a decreased chance of reproductive failure than did ramets with few flowers.  相似文献

Summary Ectomycorrhizae were found in root samples of the treesAfzelia quanzensis Welw. andBrachystegia spiciformis Benth. (Caesalpiniaceae), collected in the coastal miombo type woodland 50 km west of Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania. Root nodules with a structure resembling that of nitrogen-fixing root nodules of other leguminous plants were observed in theA. quanzensis material. The climate of the locality is rather dry, and strongly seasonal. In the tropics, ectomycorrhizae have previously been found only in humid or rain forest climate zones.  相似文献

The development of seedlings of two miombo trees, Brachystegia spiciformis Benth. and Julbernardia paniculata (Benth.) Troupin, was studied during two growing seasons (December 1989–April 1991) at a Zambian grassland site. Seed germination rates under laboratory and field conditions were not significantly different although germination in the field was delayed by 1–2 weeks due to insufficient rainfall. After one year of storage J. paniculata seed germination had declined from 67% to 17% while germination of B. spiciformis seeds remained at about 83%.Leaf production was confined to the rainy season. Leaf fall occurred during the dry season and in J. paniculata this was followed by shoot die-back during the hot dry period (August–November). Two-thirds of B. spiciformis seedlings experienced shoot die-back but shoot die-back did not necessarily result in seedling mortality. Seedling deaths occurred during the germination period (6–10 weeks after planting) and in the hot dry period (40–50 weeks after planting) during September–November. Survivorship of B. spiciformis seedlings was 74% at the end of the second growing season while this was 46% for J. paniculata.Shoot growth was negligible during the second growing season. In fact mean maximum leaf area of B. spiciformis decreased significantly from 19.7 cm2 (SD=5.7) per plant at the end of the first growing season to 13.3 cm2 (SD=5.8) at the end of the second growing season (t=3.31, P<0.01). However, root biomass of B. spiciformis seedlings increased 2.8 times during the second growing season.These results suggest that shoot die-back in seedlings of miombo trees is caused by drought and that the slow shoot growth is the result of allocating most of the biomass to root growth during seedling development.  相似文献

We assessed the impact of vegetation structure and type of landscape on microclimatic conditions for flight activity, using the heliothermic butterfly Pararge aegeria as a model. Dummies (i.e., dead specimens with spread wings, on a hypodermic needle with a thermocouple) that initially were warmed up to similar thorax temperatures were able to cover larger distances, and they heated up faster, with higher ambient temperature and with lower wind speed. Convective cooling decreased with increasing degree of shelter, and with lower flight height. Simulated flight bouts bridged 140±23 m under unsheltered, 81±13 m under partly sheltered and 29±6 m under sheltered conditions. Ambient temperature and wind force were higher in highly fragmented, agricultural landscapes than in continuous woodland landscapes. Males, and not females, were furrier in agricultural landscapes. This sexual difference is interpreted in terms of differences in life history among the sexes.  相似文献

The lifespan of individual microbes in the soil influences nutrient cycling rates as well as population dynamics, but their responses to global change factors such as anthropogenic nitrogen deposition have been challenging to quantify in situ. We used minirhizotron images to track the abundance and turnover rate of individual fungal rhizomorphs under nitrogen fertilization in a pinyon-juniper woodland in New Mexico. We hypothesized that increases in nitrogen availability would alter rhizomorph lifespan and abundance. Sequential images were collected over eight sampling dates from November 1997 to August 1999, and a total of 278 rhizomorphs were examined. We found that neither standing stocks nor lifespans of rhizomorphs differed significantly between treatments. Lifespans of rhizomorphs lasted eleven months on average, indicating that nutrient immobilization in these structures could last for longer than a growing season in these sites.  相似文献

Summary The Drosophila fauna of a deciduous flood plain forest rich in undergrowth near the river Isar, close to Munich, Germany, was surveyed in summer 1990. Decaying herbage baits (decay artificially induced) were set out to study the exploitation of that resource by Drosophila. Sixteen plant species belonging to several families dominant in the collecting area were tested. All attracted and produced drosophilid flies. Ten Drosophila species utilized decaying plant material as breeding sites; at least eight of the ten are polyphagous. Decaying stalks and leaves of Angelica sylvestris (Apiaceae) were examined in detail. In the case of the most frequent species of Drosophila attracted to A. sylvestris, the number of adults collected did not correlate with the number of flies emerging from the substrate. This was particularly true of D. limbata and D. phalerata. When oviposition and larval development of D. limbata and D. phalerata on A. sylvestris was tested in the laboratory, the number of offspring per female was the same in both species. The difference between these two species of the quinaria group in the exploitation of A. sylvestris in the field is therefore not due to differential suitability of the substrate.  相似文献

Spatial and temporal changes of zoobenthos composition and density were assessed in a woodland pond, near Geneva (Switzerland), by monthly sampling (during 15 months), on the three main substrates: a submerged macrophyte (Chara sp.), an emergent macrophyte (Typha latifolia stems) and allochthonous detritus (oak leaves).Many taxa showed preferences for one or two of the substrates, as expressed by differences in densities, but few taxa presented an exclusivity for one substrate. Zoobenthos densities (per m2 of pond bottom) were largely dominated on all substrates and seasons by Chironomidae and Oligochaeta. Other dense macroinvertebrates included Ostracoda (on Chara and Typha stems), Gastropoda (on Typha stems), Ephemeroptera (all substrates), and Ceratopogonidae (on Typha stems).The magnitude of temporal differences in densities was expressed by the ratio of maximal to minimal monthly densities and reached values between 2.8 to 11.8. On all substrates the highest monthly densities were observed in summer or beginning of autumn. The temporal changes in densities were strongly influenced by the life cycles of the invertebrates: presence of numerous young individuals in summer (for example Cypridopsis vidua, Cloeon dipterum, Caenis horaria, Ferrissia wautieri), and emergence (for example Chironomidae in April). Fluctuations in densities, especially on Chara and leaves, were also attributed to modification of substrate condition (surface availability, stage in the decomposition or senescence process). Temporal fluctuations of densities were compared with other lentic water bodies: highest densities showed a common trend, occurring between end of spring and beginning of autumn.  相似文献

We investigated ground beetle communities (Coleoptera, Carabidae) in ancient woodland remnants in north-western Lower Saxony, Germany. A total of 90 pitfall traps was exposed in a stratified design in 10 stands of mature oak–beech and oak–hornbeam forests in the year 2003. Overall, 47 species (10,676 individuals) were recorded. Among these were the two relict species Carabus glabratus and Abax parallelus, and 14 further eurytopic forest species. Eleven species exhibited a high frequency and were found in all of the ten stands. Multiple linear regressions showed several significant relationships at two scales for species richness of different groups of carabids and for several of the measured environmental factors. Forest area, litter depth, amount of dead wood, distance to forest edge, and soil moisture were found to be key factors determining species richness. Furthermore, recent disturbance by logging reduced the number of forest species. According to direct gradient analyses soil moisture and litter depth have greatest influence on species communities of both, forest species and widespread species. Habitat suitability models for the two recorded relict species, A. paralellus and C. glabratus, were developed using logistic regression. The presence of A. parallelus in the mature ancient woodland remnants depends mainly on higher values of soil moisture, whereas for C. glabratus none of the measured environmental variables appeared to be key factors. Implications for the conservation of carabid assemblages in mature ancient woodlands include the advice to spread out logging over long periods of time and over various woodlands in order to keep the stand disturbance at a long-term low level. Variation in logging practices may help to conserve diverse structures. Afforestation with non-native tree species should be avoided in the managed ancient woodlands. Finally, especially the preservation of a high soil moisture seems to be important to conserve typical carabid communities.  相似文献

We determined the effect of food availability (presence/absence) and ambient temperature (25/10°C) on daily energy expenditure and the use of activity and torpor in summer-acclimated captiveGraphiurus murinus. Daily energy expenditure declined logarithmically with duration of food deprivation at a mean rate of 11 and 31% per day at 25 and 10°C, respectively. The incidence of torpor in the presence of food at 25°C was low (one in seven individuals) and increased on a single day's exposure to 10°C and with duration of food deprivation. Use of torpor was highest during the day, varied between individuals, and torpor bouts of greater than 24h duration were not noted. With food deprivation, individuals at 25°C initially responded by reducing activity but remained euthermic while the same individuals at 10°C responded by increasing their use of torpor during the light period; this difference in response probably reflects a difference in the relative energetic benefits of torpor at different temperatures.  相似文献
