穗状狐尾藻与不同生长期苦草种间竞争研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1       下载免费PDF全文
水生植物之间的竞争作用在水体生态系统恢复过程中具有重要作用。本研究采用取代系列实验方法,对穗状狐尾藻(Myriophyllum spicatum L.)与不同生长期(幼苗期和成株期)苦草(Vallisneria natans(Lour.)Hara)的种间竞争进行了研究。结果显示,对于不同生长期的苦草,穗状狐尾藻均具有较强的竞争优势,成株期苦草的竞争能力强于其幼苗期;苦草成株组中的穗状狐尾藻平均株高比苦草幼苗组中的穗状狐尾藻平均株高增加了128.6%(P0.05),但苦草成株组中的穗状狐尾藻植株平均干重比苦草幼苗组中的穗状狐尾藻植株平均干重降低了62.8%(P0.05);苦草幼苗组中的穗状狐尾藻分枝较多、株丛大,对苦草幼苗形成了较大的遮光作用;苦草成株组中的穗状狐尾藻分枝少、植株较长,顶端漂浮于水面生长,表明受苦草的种间竞争压力增大,但仍小于穗状狐尾藻的种内竞争;另外,苦草幼苗组中的苦草根长比苦草成株组中的苦草根长平均长28.6%(P0.05),表明在与穗状狐尾藻竞争过程中,苦草幼苗更趋于竞争地下资源。本研究结果说明穗状狐尾藻竞争能力强于苦草,苦草幼苗受穗状狐尾藻的竞争影响较大。  相似文献

对毕氏海蓬子分别进行了不同日照长度处理及不同光周期数的短日照处理,发现:(1)毕氏海蓬子开花的临界日长为15 h;(2)在光照8 h/d处理条件下,毕氏海蓬子开花所需最少光周期数为13;(3)经过13~18个短日照(8 h光照/d)光周期数处理,再移至长日照(17 h光照/d)条件下,有成花逆转现象.  相似文献

在水蔗草花序发育期间给予不同时间的光照处理后,对其花粉育性,结实率和无融合生殖频率的研究表明,(1)花粉育性在不同光照时间下无显著差异。(2)减少1h和2h光照时间的结实率和对照相比无明显变化。(3)增加1h和2h光照时间,花序发育受到抑制,抽穗延迟,只有极少数花序发育成熟,产生的种子很少。(4)在自然光照时间和增加1h光照时间条件下,无融合生殖的频率在0.41-0.64之间;在减少1h和2h及增加2h的光照条件下,无融合生殖的频率在0.19-0.22之间,和对照及增加1h光照处理相比,无融合生殖频率显著下降。  相似文献

以玉米光敏感自交系CML288和不敏感自交系黄早4为实验材料,采用长日照15 h、短日照9 h的不同光周期处理,利用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜(laser scanning confocal microscope, LCSM)观察了不同叶龄期玉米茎尖分生组织的形态学变化.结果表明,短日照能促进玉米开花,促进茎端分生组织向生殖生长转化,黄早4和CML288分别在6叶期和7叶期完成茎尖分生组织的生殖转化;而长日照则明显延迟开花,延迟茎尖分生组织向生殖生长转化,黄早4和CML288分别在8叶期和11叶期完成茎尖分生组织的生殖转化;因此光周期诱导玉米开花因光照条件和品种有一定差异,短日照条件下,光敏感和不敏感的玉米自交系开花提前,花期更接近,而长日照条件下光敏感玉米自交系开花延迟要比不敏感自交系明显得多.  相似文献

对比研究了广布种穗花狐尾藻(Myriophyllum spicatum L.)和狭域种扬子狐尾藻(M. oguraense Mikisubsp. yangtzense Wang)不同长度(5、10 和15 cm)和不同位置(顶枝、中枝和底枝)断枝的生长和再生能力。研究结果显示, 两物种由断枝生长所形成植株的总生物量、分枝生物量、分枝数均随断枝长度的增加而增大;在由不同位置的断枝生长所形成的植株中, 顶枝所形成植株的总生物量最大, 中枝所形成植株的分枝生物量、分枝数和平均分枝长最大。由断枝所形成植株的总生物量、分枝生物量、分枝数、平均分枝长和新分枝所处位置在种间均存在显著差异, 穗花狐尾藻顶枝和中枝的生物量较大, 顶枝所产生的分枝位于断枝基部; 扬子狐尾藻的分枝生物量、分枝数及平均分枝长较大, 新产生的分枝多位于断枝顶端附近。研究结果表明穗花狐尾藻和扬子狐尾藻断枝的再生对策不同, 前者是增加对断枝总生物量的投资, 而后者是增加对断枝产生新分枝的投资。研究结果可为进一步开展水生植物广布种与狭域种的生活史对策研究提供资料, 也为湿地物种多样性保护与管理提供科学指导    相似文献

为了解种间关系对沉水植物群落结构的影响,在不同光照(20%自然光和50%自然光)和不同物种组合下,研究了长江中下游常见优势沉水植物苦草(Vallisneria natans)与黑藻(Hydrilla verticillata)和穗状狐尾藻(Myriophyllum spicatum)的相互作用。结果表明,在低光下,苦草与穗状狐尾藻混种时,苦草生物量、株高和叶数均没有明显变化,当穗状狐尾藻的比例较高时,苦草根长生长受到抑制,根叶比呈下降趋势;在高光下,穗状狐尾藻比例的增加会促进苦草单株生物量和叶生物量的增加,而对苦草株高、根长和叶数无显著影响;与黑藻混种相比,苦草与穗状狐尾藻混种时,苦草的株高、根长和叶数均无显著差异,而苦草的单株生物量和叶生物量均呈降低趋势。因此,物种组合和混种比例均会影响苦草与其他物种的相互作用关系,进而影响沉水植被的群落动态。  相似文献

通过室内人工海水培养和杭州湾栽培实验,探究了穗花狐尾藻的耐盐能力及在低盐度水域中的生长情况。室内培养表明:穗花狐尾藻断枝可在盐度12以内的人工海水中正常生长;低盐度处理可促进不定根的生长;水体盐度达到15后,穗花狐尾藻叶绿素含量和最大光合效率Fv/Fm降低,生长停滞,大部分植株逐渐死亡。野外栽培表明:从2017年6月到2018年5月,穗花狐尾藻可在杭州湾水体盐度6.06~9.03,水温3.85~33.37℃条件存活,8—10月是穗花狐尾藻的快速生长期;穗花狐尾藻在杭州湾低盐度水体中可进行有性繁殖和无性繁殖,以无性繁殖为主。研究结果为穗花狐尾藻在低盐度水体中建立种群提供了依据。  相似文献

1.从三种洋麻品种对不同光照长度反应的结果,说明洋麻在短日照条件下发育显著加速;“塔什干”在短日照及上海自然日照下植株转向发育均较早,“普通洋麻”“嫁接洋麻”在短日照下发育最快,三个品种在长光照下植株发育均显著延缓。 2.洋麻植株在经过一定短日照的天数处理后,即可显著提早现蕾,亦即完成光照阶段。但是现蕾後如无适当的光照条件仍不能继续开花。植株在开花後如移入不适合的光照条件下,则植株不能继续现蕾开花而上部植株乃继续营养生长,这可能与这种植株自下而上向顶的不断开花习性有关。  相似文献

以碘量法测定水中溶解氧的变化作为衡量沉水植物光合作用和呼吸作用变化的指标 ,研究了狐尾藻、金鱼藻、苦草、菹草和黑藻光合作用对光照的响应 ,比较了它们的光合能力及光合特征。不同光照强度下 ,供试材料的光合速率高低排列各不相同。 5种沉水植物的光合作用都表现出强光抑制现象 ,不同种类在高光强下光合速率下降的程度差异较大。狐尾藻等植株的下部可形成没有叶片的茎 (非光合茎 )。这些茎不进行光合作用或光合作用很弱 ,其暗呼吸也只是光合部分的一半左右。具有非光合茎的种类可在较深的水体中生存。 5种沉水植物中 ,苦草对光的需求最低 ,适于在低光照条件的水下生长 ,不耐强光 ;狐尾藻和金鱼藻对光的需求最高 ,在上层有较强的竞争能力 ;菹草和黑藻对光的需求介于中间 ,最大光合产量出现在中层 ,可在水体中层形成优势。  相似文献

本文比较研究了不同节位和不同长度狐尾藻断枝的不定根和芽的发生时间及其形成幼苗的频率(本文中的幼苗指最终形成了不定根和芽的断枝)。结果表明:在狐尾藻顶芽以下叶已完全展开的茎段部分,不定根和芽的发生时间呈现出随着节位下降而逐渐缩短的趋势,而幼苗形成频率呈现出随着节位下降而增高的趋势;断枝的长度(用断枝所含的茎节数表示)对不定根和芽的发生时间及幼苗形成频率也有明显的影响。断枝长度增加,不定根和芽的发生时间缩短,形成幼苗的频率升高。另外与抛掷方式相比,扦插延长多节断枝的不定根和芽形成时间,但提高幼苗的形成频率。这些研究结果为制定水体生态系统中狐尾藻的恢复和管理措施提供了参考。  相似文献

Abstract Phenotypic variability of Cardamine flexuosa (Cruciferae) was examined in response to different lengths of exposure to low temperature (5°C) at the juvenile stage, and to two photoperiod regimes (8 and 16 hrs day-lengths) in the subsequent growth period. The results indicated that this species had a facultative chilling or long-day requirement for flowering. The long-day and chilling treatments both caused an earlier onset of stem internode elongation. Longer chilling treatments reduced the number of nodes and increased internode length under both long and short photoperiod regimes. Prolonged chilling treatments followed by long-day photoperiod remarkably induced more numerous basal branches and inflorescences, as a result producing more siliques. Remarkable rosette leaves Were formed at the base of the main stem when partial chilling and the short-day treatment suppressed stem internode elongation. The responses to chilling and long-day treatment closely resembled the synchronized flowering of this species in spring in the field. Delayed flowering under the short-day treatment resembled size- or age-dependent flowering in late summer to autumn in the field populations.  相似文献

The extent of natural variation among wild type Arabidopsis thaliana L. Heynh for response to environmental stimuli that affect flowering is poorly documented. The effects of photoperiod and vernalization on the number of rosette leaves at the time of anthesis was measured for 32 Arabidopsis ecotypes. All ecotypes were vernalized 24 days at 4 C under continuous illumination. Vernalized and nonvernalized plants were transplanted into 8- (short-day) and 20-hour (long-day) photoperiods in controlled environment growth chambers. Two ecotypes failed to flower after 110 days. Mean leaf number was less for all ecotypes under long day compared to short day. Sixteen ecotypes responded to vernalization; eight had reduced leaf number regardless of photoperiod, and eight had reduced leaf number only under short day. Two ecotypes required vernalization to flower in this study. For three ecotypes, vernalization and short day resulted in a reduction in leaf number whereas vernalization and long day resulted in increased leaf number. Documentation of the effects and interactions of photoperiod and vernalization across many ecotypes provides a broader range of described natural variation for genetic and physiologic study.  相似文献

Summary Inhibitory photoperiod differentially effects reproduction in deer mice (Peromyscus maniculatus nebrascensis). Pituitary-testicular function is arrested in about one-third of short-day exposed males (reproductively responsive mice), while an equal number remain fertile (reproductively nonresponsive mice). Both phenotypes are found in natural populations and their disparate reproductive responses have a genetic basis. To assess whether this difference is attributable to a prepineal/pineal or post-pineal mechanism, we compared spermatogenic responses of known and unknown phenotype to exogenous melatonin. Melatonin significantly reduced mean sperm number in long-day housed mice of unknown phenotype. But, individual responses ranged from azoospermia to normal spermatogenesis, and this range was not significantly different from that previously recorded for short-day exposed mice. Reproductively nonresponsive males were unaffected by melatonin administration when housed under long or short daylength. In contrast, melatonin significantly suppressed sperm production in reproductively responsive males housed under long photoperiod, but had no additional suppressive effect in short-day housed mice with regressed testes. These data demonstrate that melatonin is only effective in eliciting testicular regression in reproductively responsive males. The role of photoperiod on the initiation of the breeding season of brushtail possums was investigated in possums housed in three light regimens: a short-day, a natural and a long-day photoperiod. Seven possums were housed in a natural photoperiod. Four possums were transferred to a short-day photoperiod (10 h light, 14 h dark) and eight possums to a long-day photoperiod (14 h light, 10 h dark) on 22 November, when the daylength was 13.34 h. The first rises in plasma progesterone concentrations were observed on 9 January +/- 9 days (n = 4), 11 March +/- 6 days (n = 7) and 6 May +/- 6 days (n = 8), for possums held in short-day, natural or long-day photoperiods respectively. Similarly, births were observed on 12 January and 14 February in the short-day group, from 3 March to 8 May for the natural photoperiod group, and from 5 May to 8 August for the long-day group. These results suggest that photoperiod is important in the timing of the breeding season. However, annual breeding will commence in a nonstimulatory long-day photoperiod. Thus a long-day photoperiod does not prevent breeding activity.  相似文献

Abstract.  Eggs laid by adult female Dianemobius nigrofasciatus , reared under long-day (LD 16 : 8 h, 25 °C) or short-day (LD 12 : 12 h, 25 °C) conditions from the nymphal stage, are kept at several constant temperatures. At 22.5–30.0 °C, eggs laid by long-day adults show lower incidences of diapause than those laid by short-day adults. In both eggs laid by adults under long-day conditions and those under short-day conditions, the higher the temperature at which the eggs are kept, the lower the incidence of diapause. When eggs of long-day adults are exposed to a low-temperature pulse (10 °C, 24 h) on the day of deposition (day 0), the incidence of diapause increases. The low-temperature pulse on day 1 does not increase the incidence of diapause. By contrast, when the eggs of short-day adults are exposed to a high-temperature pulse (35 °C, 24 h) on day 0 or day 1, the incidence of diapause decreases. The temperature pulses on day 0 are more effective at diapause prevention. Staining of diapause eggs by the Feulgen–Rossenbeck method shows that the eggs enter diapause at the blastoderm stage, which is on day 1 or day 2 at 25 °C. The exposure of adults to long days and higher temperatures prevents the eggs from entering diapause. In D. nigrofasciatus , embryonic diapause is controlled by maternal effects, adult photoperiod and temperature, and egg temperature before or at diapause.  相似文献

Factorial combinations of three photoperiods (10, 13 and 16h), two day temperatures (18 and 28 °C) and two night temperatures(5 and 13 °C) were imposed on nodulated plants of six diversegenotypes of faba bean (Vicia faba L.). Plants were grown inpots in growth cabinets from both vernalized (1.5±0.5°C for 30 d) and non-vernalized seeds. The times from sowingto the appearance of first open flowers (f) were recorded. Seedvernalization decreased the subsequent time taken to flowerin almost all genotype x growing environment combinations (theexceptions were plants of the cv. Maris Bead grown in threecooler, short-day regimes). The influence of temperature andphotoperiod on the rate of flowering was quantified, using amodel applied previously to other long-day species of grainlegume in which positive linear relations between both temperatureand photoperiod and the rate of progress towards flowering areassumed to apply. A significant positive linear response ofrate of progress towards flowering to limited ranges of meandiurnal temperature was detected in all six genotypes, but inthree genotypes (Syrian Local Large, Aquadulce and Maris Bead)the 28 °C day temperature reduced the rate of progress towardsflowering - suggesting that the optimum temperature for floweringin these genotypes is below 28 °C. In four genotypes (MarisBead, Giza-4, Aquadulce and BPL 1722) a significant positiveresponse to photoperiod, typical of quantitative long-day plants,was observed only in plants grown from vernalized seeds. Incontrast, plants of the genotype Zeidab Local grown from bothnon-vernalized and vernalized seeds showed the same positiveresponse to photoperiod, whereas plants of the land-race SyrianLocal Large were consistently unresponsive to photoperiod. 植物由营养生长向生殖生长转变过程中光周期调控起着重要的作用。CONSTANS (CO) 是光周期途径中的特有基因,为探讨高羊茅FaCONSTANS (FaCO) 基因响应日照长短从而启动植物开花的机理,利用实时荧光定量qRT-PCR技术分析在长日照、短日照、持续光照、持续黑暗条件下FaCO基因的表达水平。构建过表达载体p1300-FaCO,利用农杆菌介导法遗传转化拟南芥,构建沉默载体p1300-FaCO-RNAi遗传转化高羊茅。结果表明,FaCO基因的表达受光周期调控,与生物钟控制的昼夜节律相关。在长日照条件下FaCO基因促进拟南芥开花,且恢复拟南芥突变体开花表型。RNAi沉默FaCO基因的高羊茅转基因植株晚花或者一直处于营养生长阶段。本研究初步探究高羊茅FaCO基因对开花过程的调控,这将有助于更进一步了解该基因的生物学功能。  相似文献

Photosynthetic CO2 uptake, the photochemical efficiency of photosystem II, the contents of chlorophyll and chlorophyll-binding proteins, and the degree of frost hardiness were determined in three-year-old Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) trees growing in the open air but under controlled daylength. The following conditions were compared: 9-h light period (short day), 16-h light period (long day), and natural daylength. Irrespective of induction by short-day photoperiods or by subfreezing temperatures, frost hardening of the trees was accompanied by a long-lasting pronounced decrease in the photosynthetic rates of one-year-old needles. Under moderate winter conditions, trees adapted to a long-day photoperiod, assimilated CO2 with higher rates than the short-day-treated trees. In the absence of strong frost, photochemical efficiency was lower under short-day conditions than under a long-day photoperiod. Under the impact of strong frost, photochemical efficiency was strongly inhibited in both sets of plants. The reduction in photosynthetic performance during winter was accompanied by a pronounced decrease in the content of chlorophyll and of several chlorophyll-binding proteins [light-harvesting complex (LHC)IIb, LHC Ib, and a chlorophyll-binding protein with MW 43 kDa (CP 43)]. This observed seasonal decrease in photosynthetic pigments and in pigment-binding proteins was irrespective of the degree of frost hardiness and was apparantly under the control of the length of the daily photoperiod. Under a constant 9-h daily photoperiod the chlorophyll content of the needles was considerably lower than under long-day conditions. Transfer of the trees from short-day to long-day conditions resulted in a significantly increased chlorophyll content, whereas the chlorophyll content decreased when trees were transferred from a long-day to a short-day photoperiod. The observed changes in photosynthetic pigments and pigment-binding proteins in Scots pine needles are interpreted as a reduction in the number of photosynthetic units induced by shortening of the daily light period during autumn. Abstract:  The influence of three photoperiods, viz. short day [8 : 16 h; light : dark (L : D)], long day (16 : 8 h; L : D) and continuous light (24 : 0 h; L : D) and four wavelengths of light, viz. white (control), yellow, blue and red on pre-imaginal development and reproductive performance of a ladybird, Coelophora (= Lemnia ) saucia (Mulsant) (Col., Coccinellidae) have been investigated under laboratory conditions. Long-day photoperiod and white light resulted in low immature stage mortality. Total larval period was longest under short-day and red-light conditions. Females kept at long-day photoperiod and under white light showed better reproductive performance than those placed under other photoperiods and wavelengths.  相似文献
