云南高黎贡山具有多样化的生态系统和生物资源。为探清该地区绿僵菌属(Metarhizium)真菌的物种多样性及其不同海拔的垂直分布特征, 沿海拔梯度(600-3,800 m)在7种典型植被类型(I: 干热河谷; II: 季风常绿阔叶林; III: 暖性针叶林; IV: 中山暖性常绿阔叶林; V: 山地苔藓矮林; VI: 寒温性灌丛或草甸; VII: 流石滩稀疏植被)中调查绿僵菌资源。从生境土壤中分离菌株, 通过多基因(nrSSUnrLSUEF-1αRPB1RPB2)系统发育分析进行物种鉴定。结果表明, 高黎贡山绿僵菌物种资源丰富, 获得的161株菌株分属于12个物种(Metarhizium rileyi, M. viridulum, M. lepidiotae, M. brunneum, M. pingshaense, M. anisopliae, M. robertsii, M. guizhouense, M. indigoticum, M. pemphigi, M. campsosterniMetacordyceps neogunnii), 其中M. indigoticum为中国新记录种, M. anisopliae complex中的物种(8种)较集中; 同时还采集到了绿僵菌的近缘属Nigelia属物种N. martiale。高黎贡山绿僵菌广泛分布于除类型VII (海拔3,600-3,800 m)外的6种植被类型(海拔600-3,400 m)中。中低海拔植被类型(I-IV)中菌株数量较多(≥23株)、物种多样性较高(4-9种), 而高海拔植被类型(V-VI)中菌株数量较少(2-8株)、物种较单一(1-2种)。中海拔的常绿阔叶林中绿僵菌资源最丰富, 其中季风常绿阔叶林(植被类型II)中的菌株数量(52株, 占总数的32.3%)和物种数(9种)最多; 中山湿性常绿阔叶林(植被类型IV)为其次(47株, 占总数的29.2%; 7种)。高黎贡山绿僵菌优势种现象明显, M. brunneum为最优势物种, 其菌株数占总数的46.6%, 在生境条件差异很大的6种植被类型(I-VI)中都存在, 说明该物种生态适应能力最强。  相似文献

红曲霉属Monascus具有重要的经济和生态价值,但对该属的物种识别和系统发育学研究有限。本研究首先对红曲霉属红色组内物种开展ITS和LSU序列的测定并综合分析,结合GenBank中相关物种序列及菌株的形态学特征,探讨红曲霉属的系统发育关系,鉴定出红色组3个种,弗罗里达组7个种。其次采用红曲霉色素表型控制基因簇部分基因pksKS序列进行分析,以期解决ITS和LSU等基因序列分析无法有效区分红色红曲与紫色红曲不同形态种的问题。通过分子克隆测序与直接测序结果的比较,以及对3个血红红曲菌株单核苷酸多态性的分析,解析了血红红曲种内遗传差异,首次在红曲霉属真菌中发现疑似红色红曲血红自然杂交种。最后综合ITS、LSU、pksKS序列和形态学分析的结果,统一了红曲霉属内物种的系统发育关系,确认红色组包括3个种:红色红曲M. ruber、紫色红曲M. purpureus、血红红曲M. sanguineus;发现3个变种:红色红曲发白变种M. ruber var. albidulus、紫色红曲橙色变种M. purpureus var. aurantiacus及紫色红曲火红色变种M. purpureus var. rutilus;弗罗里达组包括7个种:弗罗里达红曲M. floridanus、苍白红曲M. pallens、新月红曲M. lunisporas、阿根廷红曲M. argentinensis、累西腓红曲M. recifensis、黄色红曲M. flavipigmentosum、蜂蜜红曲M. mellicola。另外,发现1个疑似杂交种:红色红曲血红杂种M. ruber × sanguineus。结果表明,红曲霉属具有丰富的物种多样性,而且通过多基因和形态学分析可以将相近种区分开来。  相似文献

巢鼠属(Micromys Dehne,1841)隶属于啮齿目(Rodentia)鼠科(Muridae),是最小的啮齿动物之一。此前的研究显示该属包含巢鼠(M.minutus)和红耳巢鼠(M.erythrotis)两个物种,但由于数据缺乏,红耳巢鼠的有效种地位仍存争议,且两个物种在中国的地理分布也不确定。本研究在安徽清凉峰国家级自然保护区采集到一批巢鼠属标本,经形态与分子学鉴定发现其包含巢鼠和红耳巢鼠两个物种,它们在清凉峰海拔1 600 m处同域分布,支持红耳巢鼠的有效种地位。基于安徽清凉峰巢鼠和红耳巢鼠的外形特点,本文对国家动物标本资源库的巢鼠属照片进行了分析,并结合相关文献资料,对中国巢鼠属的地理分布进行了整理,同时绘制了地理分布图。结果显示:在我国巢鼠主要分布在黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、内蒙古、河北、陕西、甘肃、新疆、江苏、安徽、浙江、湖南、江西、广东、福建、台湾;红耳巢鼠主要分布在云南、四川、陕西、湖北、西藏、贵州、重庆、安徽、福建、广西;两者在安徽清凉峰和陕西镇巴县、城固县皆有分布。此外,分子系统学分析显示,我国巢鼠属多样性仍被低估,极有可能存在未知的分类单元,巢鼠属的分类研究工作仍需加强。  相似文献

Miscanthus species have received considerable attention as a potential biomass source for renewable energy production because of their ability to produce high yields of biomass and adapt to a wide range of climates and soils. To explore the genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationship of Miscanthus species in China, we used 24 simple sequence repeat markers to genotype 100 natural populations representing all four Chinese Miscanthus species (M. sinensis Andersson, M. floridulus (Lab.) Warb. ex K. Schum. & Lauterb., M. sacchariflorus (Maxim.) Hack., and M. lutarioriparius L. Liu ex Renvoize & S. L. Chen). Based on phylogenetic, principal coordinate, and Structure analyses, we found that the 100 populations formed two major groups corresponding to sect. Triarrhena and sect. Miscanthus. Group 1 (i.e., sect. Triarrhena) was further subdivided into two subgroups corresponding to M. sacchariflorus and M. lutarioriparius; Group 2 (i.e., sect. Miscanthus) was subdivided into three subgroups, group 2a (M. sinensis populations in southern China), group 2b (M. sinensis populations in northern China), and group 2c (all the M. floridulus populations). Population genetics analyses indicated high levels of the genetic diversity at both population (HE = 0.468–0.599) and species (HE = 0.559–0.708) levels, indicative of the potential of these wild resources in future breeding programs. The species distribution modeling showed that M. sacchariflorus and M. lutarioriparius have experienced population reductions during the last glacial maximum and population expansion afterward; in contrast, M. sinensis and M. floridulus both underwent gradual population expansions from the last interglaciation to the present. We also suggest that M. floridulus originated from M. sinensis in southeast China through ecological speciation. The understanding of the evolutionary history and population dynamics of these species not only provides valuable information for further genetic improvement and breeding of this energy crop but also gives important insights into the origin and speciation processes of the Miscanthus species.  相似文献

麂属(Muntiacus)是一群中小型草食有蹄类,为东洋界的特有属,是典型的热带、亚热带类群。在我国,麂属的分布仅限于长江流域及其以南各地,为我国南方的重要毛皮兽。 以往对麂属的研究多限于一般的形态分类,对其系统发育尚未深入研究。在种级分类上至今还存在一些混乱现象。本文试图用分支系统学(Cladistics)的方法,对麂属的种级分化进行系统整理,并对其系统发育作一初步探讨。  相似文献

Individuals of some species of Mammillaria (Cactaceae) store some seeds on the plant over periods exceeding 1 year (serotiny). We examined the phenomenon of serotiny and germination behaviour of three rare and endangered Mammillaria species that occur in central Mexico. The species with the highest seed retention was Mammillaria solisioides, whose individuals kept on average 24% of their total seed crop throughout their observable lifetime. Individuals of Mammillaria napina and Mammillaria hernandezii did not differ in their degree of seed retention (about 5%). In M. solisioides and M. hernandezii, seed germination declined significantly with seed age, whereas in M. napina germination increased slightly. In all three species, over 70% of retained seeds were still alive after 8 years. Increasing fractions of dormant seeds were observed with seed age in M. solisioides and M. hernandezii, whereas in M. napina this fraction followed the opposite trend. All three species showed strict light dependence for germination. Serotiny was positively correlated with the harshness of the environment when species and populations were assumed independent. However, these correlations were not significant at the 5% level when the degree of relatedness of species and populations was taken into account using phylogenetically independent constrasts. We hypothesise that serotiny in these species represents a mechanism by which they can cope with a harsh, unpredictable environment. To our knowledge, this is the first assessment of serotiny in cacti.  相似文献

Mirabilis himalaica (Edgew.) Heimerl (Nyctaginaceae) is endemic to the Himalayas where it is used in traditional Tibetan folk medicine and is the only Old World representative of a large New World genus. The systematic position of M. himalaica and historical biogeography of Mirabilis and related genera was evaluated using two loci (nuclear ribosomal internal transcribed spacer, rps16), with divergence times estimated using internal transcribed spacer sequences. All 16 sampled provenances of M. himalaica formed a strongly supported terminal clade and at the sectional level formed a clade with sect. Quamoclidion sensu stricto, despite their morphology. Section Oxybaphoides and sect. Oxybaphus were not closely related to M. himalaica, suggesting their apparent morphological similarities are convergent. The beast analysis and ancestral area reconstruction indicated that M. himalaica separated from related North American species during the late Miocene to early Pleistocene ∼5.22 Ma (95% highest posterior density, 2.53–8.18). Both migration by way of the Quaternary Bering land bridge (Beringia) and long‐distance dispersal could have contributed to the present‐day disjunction between M. himalaica and the American species. These results agree with previous studies that suggest Oxybaphus should be merged into Mirabilis. However, although the infrageneric position of M. himalaica is still uncertain, it is not close to sect. Oxybaphus as has been suggested previously.  相似文献

Electrophoretic analysis of 22 genetic Loci coding for 17 enzymes was used to investigate relationships among three species of Metanephrops (M. thomsoni M. formosanus and M. japonicus var) from Taiwan. Eleven Ioci are identically monomorphic in the three species. Only one Iocus Sdh was diagnostic for identification of the three species. Electrophoretically detectable variation was confined to three species of Metanephrops with Iow frequency — the unique alleles of ALk, Gdh, Gpi, Me-1 and 6-Pgdh. The proportion of polymorphic loci (0.95 level) ranged from 0.047 to 0.091 and expected average heterozygosity 0.0043–0.0232. Estimates of Nei's genetic distances between the three species suggest that M. formosanus and M. japonicus var. are closely related.  相似文献

Specific host–parasite interactions exist between species and strains of plant parasitic root-knot nematodes and the Gram-positive bacterial hyperparasite Pasteuria penetrans. This bacterium produces endospores that adhere to the cuticle of migrating juveniles, germinate and colonise the developing female within roots. Endospore attachment of P. penetrans populations to second-stage juveniles of the root-knot nematode species Meloidogyne incognita and Meloidogyne hapla showed there were interactive differences between bacterial populations and nematode species. Infected females of M. incognita produced a few progeny which were used to establish two nematode lines from single infective juveniles encumbered with either three or 26 endospores. Single juvenile descent lines of each nematode species were produced to test whether cuticle variation was greater within M. hapla lines that reproduce by facultative meiotic parthenogenesis than within lines of M. incognita, which reproduces by obligate parthenogenesis. Assays revealed variability between broods of individual females derived from single second-stage juvenile descent lines of both M. incognita and M. hapla suggesting that progeny derived from a single individual can differ in spore adhesion in both sexual and asexual nematode species. These results suggest that special mechanisms that produced these functional differences in the cuticle surface may have evolved in both sexually and asexually reproducing nematodes as a strategy to circumvent infection by this specialised hyperparasite.  相似文献

Based on morphological, mensural and molecular characters, a new species of bat of the genus Miniopterus is described from Madagascar, M. petersoni. While showing some morphological convergence to the recently named M. sororculus, the species described herein possesses a number of external and cranial characters that separates the two. Further, molecular data indicate that these two taxa are not closely related and are from different portions of the Miniopterus clade. Based on current information, M. petersoni appears to have a distribution in the southeastern portion of Madagascar associated with littoral, lowland and transitional humid-dry forest formations. Populations in the far north of its range, at Montagne d’Ambre in the lower end of montane forest and near Maroantsetra in a lowland zone, are tentatively assigned to M. petersoni.  相似文献

Oresitrophe and Mukdenia (Saxifragaceae) are epilithic sister genera used in traditional Chinese medicine. The taxonomy of Mukdenia, especially of M. acanthifolia, has been controversial. To address this, we produced plastid and mitochondrial data using genome skimming for Mukdenia acanthifolia and Mukdenia rossii, including three individuals of each species. We assembled complete plastomes, mitochondrial CDS and nuclear ribosomal ETS/ITS sequences using these data. Comparative analysis shows that the plastomes of Mukdenia and Oresitrophe are relatively conservative in terms of genome size, structure, gene content, RNA editing sites and codon usage. Five plastid regions that represent hotspots of change (trnH-psbA, psbC-trnS, trnM-atpE, petA-psbJ and ccsA-ndhD) are identified within Mukdenia, and six regions (trnH-psbA, petN-psbM, trnM-atpE, rps16-trnQ, ycf1 and ndhF) contain a higher number of species-specific parsimony-informative sites that may serve as potential DNA barcodes for species identification. To infer phylogenetic relationships between Mukdenia and Oresitrophe, we combined our data with published data based on three different datasets. The monophyly of each species (Oresitrophe rupifraga, M. acanthifolia and M. rossii) and the inferred topology ((M. rossii, M. acanthifolia), O. rupifraga) are well supported in trees reconstructed using the complete plastome sequences, but M. acanthifolia and M. rossii did not form a separate clade in the trees based on ETS + ITS data, while the mitochondrial CDS trees are not well-resolved. We found low recovery of genes in the Angiosperms353 target enrichment panel from our unenriched genome skimming data. Hybridization or incomplete lineage sorting may be the cause of discordance between trees reconstructed from organellar and nuclear data. Considering its morphological distinctiveness and our molecular phylogenetic results, we strongly recommend that M. acanthifolia be treated as a distinct species.  相似文献

The composition of tryptic peptides was determined for Hb (major or fast electrophoretic component) from four additional species of Microtus; M. p. pennsylvanicus, M. abbreviatus, M. miurus, and M. oeconomus, The amino acids from the four Hb were compared with Hb from M. p. tananaensis, and, on the basis of the combination of analyses for the several Hb. Ca 95% of the overall amino acid composition was considered. The compositions of most of the homologous peptides were identical, and two deletions in the sequence of 21 amino acids β 41–61 are believed to characterize the Hb of all four species. From differences in peptide composition the following substitutions were inferred. In the β chain, M. pennsylvanicus (2 ssp) differed from other species at two positions, 8: Ser vs Thr and 12: Thr vs Ash. In the β chain M. pennsylvanicus (2 ssp) differed from other species at two positions, β45: Phe vs Leu, and β50: Ser-Glx vs Thr. M. p. pennsylvanicus differed from M. p. tananaensis at position β88: Val-Leu vs Leu. All species showed ambiguity among the amino acids Ala-Ser-Phe-Leu centred presumably in positions β129 and β130. On the basis of an incomplete examination, the slow electrophoretic component of M. abbreviatus Hb could not be seen to differ from the fast component in its peptide map or in the general composition of its and β peptides.  相似文献

为了解君子峰自然保护区极小种群观光木群落的种间关系和生态联系,加强观光木野生资源的保护,对群落优势树种的生态位特征和种间联结性进行研究。结果表明: 观光木、浙江润楠、木荷、赤杨叶的生态位宽度优势明显,是主要建群种;20个优势树种的190组种对中,有50.5%的种对生态位重叠值大于0.5,物种间生态位分化程度一般;观光木与其他19个物种生态位重叠度普遍较高,当资源不足时,有竞争风险;优势树种的总体联结性表现为显著正联结,群落处于相对稳定的演替后期;χ2检验、联结系数和Pearson相关系数检验结果均显示,种间联结性的显著率极低,种间独立性较强;种间联结性与生态位重叠之间呈正相关。君子峰观光木群落较为成熟,资源利用充分,种间关系稳定,为促进观光木种群恢复和壮大,可适当限制与观光木生态位重叠度大、有显著负联结的种群规模,提高与之有正相互作用的物种比例,为观光木营造良好的生境。  相似文献

植物幼苗早期适应对策对种群的更新具有决定性的作用。润楠(Machilus nanmu)是国家Ⅱ级保护植物,是重庆缙云山常绿阔叶林优势乔木树种之一。研究润楠幼苗的适应对策对于维持种群更新和保护常绿阔叶林生物多样性具有重要意义。本研究采集了重庆缙云山常绿阔叶林中不同林冠环境(林窗/林下)下不同年龄阶段(阶段1: 1~3年;阶段2: 4~6年;阶段3: 7~9年)的润楠幼苗,从构型和生物量分配角度研究其早期适应对策的时间动态及其对异质生境的响应。结果表明: 林窗中润楠幼苗的茎构型各指标(除枝倾角)和叶倾角在阶段2和阶段3显著大于林下,根构型各指标(除根直径)和叶面积在阶段1和阶段2显著大于林下;而林窗中润楠幼苗的比叶面积在3个阶段均显著小于林下。不同林冠环境和年龄阶段的生物量分配均以叶为主,但林窗中润楠幼苗从阶段2开始增加了茎的生物量分配,减少了根的生物量分配,林下润楠幼苗根的生物量分配则无显著变化。润楠幼苗各器官的协调性随生境条件不同产生适应性进化,即林窗中润楠幼苗的根与叶之间显著相关,且此相关关系随年龄增大由正到负;林下润楠幼苗的根和茎呈显著正相关,根和叶之间无显著相关。不同林冠环境下润楠幼苗枝干重与枝长的标准化主轴回归(SMA)方程斜率仅在阶段3差异显著,而叶、根生物量与构型间的SMA方程斜率的差异均不显著;大部分生物量与构型间的SMA方程截距在阶段2差异显著。  相似文献

在湖南省炎陵县青石冈国有林场选择杨梅、木荷、山矾、润楠、甜槠、青冈6种亚热带典型树种,通过测定植物不同龄组(幼龄林、中龄林、成熟林)和器官(叶、枝、皮)等指示抗火性状的形态及物理和化学性质,探究同一树种不同器官、龄组间抗火性差异以及不同树种抗火性的综合排序。结果表明: 抗火性在不同器官和龄组间均呈现显著差异;相对于枝和皮,叶片具有较高的含水率(53.7%)、较高的粗灰分含量(4.5%)和较低的粗纤维含量(23.9%);随着林龄的增长,树木抗火性呈现先降后增的规律,中龄林的含水率、粗灰分和粗纤维含量最低。各器官的综合抗火性能在不同物种间差异显著。树叶的抗火性排序为:润楠>甜槠>山矾>杨梅>木荷>青冈;树枝的综合抗火性表现为润楠、甜槠最强,其次是杨梅、木荷;树皮表现为木荷和甜槠的抗火性较强,抗火性最弱的为润楠和青冈。各物种的综合抗火性能综合得分呈现分异特征,其中抗火性最强的为木荷(1.033)和杨梅(0.526),润楠(-0.405)和青冈(-1.151)的抗火性最弱。因此,木荷和杨梅是我国南方亚热带森林防火林带的首选树种。  相似文献

对福建南平峡阳林场19年生米老排和杉木人工林的细根进行为期12个月的分解试验,研究不同树种分解过程中养分和微生物群落组成的动态变化,为理解亚热带不同人工林树种地下养分循环过程提供科学依据.结果表明: 米老排细根养分磷(P)、钾(K)初始含量显著高于杉木.分解过程中,两个树种细根P、K含量均显著降低,而细根氮(N)含量显著增加,且杉木细根N含量变化滞后于米老排.在分解过程中,杉木细根镁(Mg)含量无显著变化;米老排细根Mg含量变化显著,且在分解8个月时显著小于杉木.在分解过程中,真菌与细菌比值均显著表现为先升高后降低,且分解12个月时米老排细根真菌/细菌显著高于杉木.冗余分析表明,N(解释37.2%)、K(解释14.5%)含量和C/N(解释14.8%)是影响杉木细根分解过程中微生物群落组成变化的主要养分因子,而Mg(解释35.9%)和K(解释17.6%)含量则是米老排细根分解时影响微生物群落组成的主要养分因子.研究表明,在不同树种中,除了N之外,Mg等其他养分元素也可能是影响根系分解的重要因子.  相似文献

Thirty-two yeast isolates were cultured from guts or excrements of three different pests of corn or from the stem of healthy corn. The strains were analyzed using MSP-PCR (micro/minisatellite-primed polymerase chain reaction), sequences of the D1/D2 region of the large subunit rDNA and a 979 bp long part of the actin gene (act-1). They seem to belong to three groups that are all sister groups of Metschnikowia pulcherrima, M. fructicola and M. chrysoperlae. A new species, Metschnikowia andauensis (HA 1657T) is described. In contrast to M. pulcherrima and M. fructicola, M. andauensis is well separated in the act-1 phylogenetic tree too.  相似文献

为明确桃蚜、萝卜蚜、胡萝卜微管蚜、瓜蚜对异色瓢虫种群扩繁的适宜性,在实验室条件下,以4种蚜为食料构建异色瓢虫两性生命表,研究不同蚜虫对异色瓢虫生长发育和繁殖的影响。结果表明: 取食不同蚜虫,异色瓢虫未成熟期由长到短依次为萝卜蚜(18.18 d)、瓜蚜(17.48 d)、胡萝卜微管蚜(16.23 d)、桃蚜(15.77 d);成虫前期存活率由高到低依次为胡萝卜微管蚜(88.3%)、桃蚜(86.7%)、萝卜蚜(55.0%)、瓜蚜(55.0%);成虫繁殖力由高到低依次为胡萝卜微管蚜(1750.5粒)、桃蚜(1441.5粒)、瓜蚜(1006.3粒)、萝卜蚜(965.2粒);成虫寿命由长到短依次为胡萝卜微管蚜(78.8 d)、桃蚜(63.1 d)、瓜蚜(54.3 d)、萝卜蚜(48.4 d);异色瓢虫种群内禀增长率rm由高到低依次为桃蚜(0.19)、胡萝卜微管蚜(0.18)、萝卜蚜(0.14)、棉蚜(0.14);净增值率R0由高到低依次为胡萝卜微管蚜(895.83)、桃蚜(600.62)、萝卜蚜(273.47)、棉蚜(268.33)。4种蚜虫中,胡萝卜微管蚜和桃蚜更有利于异色瓢虫种群扩繁。  相似文献

为促进河南内乡宝天曼国家级自然保护区野生动物资源保护与管理,本研究于2015年4月—2018年9月,利用红外相机技术对区内陆生大中型兽类和地面活动鸟类进行了连续3年的调查。本次调查涉及62个红外相机位点,累积工作37 923个有效相机日,共获得12 040张独立有效照片,识别到动物12目26科54种,其中鸟类6目12科35种,兽类6目14科19种。灰头鸫(Turdus rubrocanus)、斑胸钩嘴鹛(Pomatorhinus hypoleucos)和蓝鹀(Latoucheornis siemsseni)为保护区新记录物种。保护区内有林麝(Moschus berezovskii)和金雕(Aquila chrysaeto) 2种国家一级重点保护野生动物,豹猫(Prionailurus bengalensis)、黄喉貂(Martes flavigula)、猕猴(Macaca mulatta)、中华斑羚(Naemorhedus griseus)等13种国家二级重点保护野生动物;IUCN红色名录收录濒危物种(EN)有林麝1种,易危物种(VU)有中华斑羚(Naemorhedus griseus...  相似文献
