飞来峡水库蓄水初期浮游植物组成与数量的变化   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
于2000~2002年的丰水期和枯水期对飞来峡水新建后库的营养状态和浮游植物进行监测。结果表明,水库中氮盐的浓度无显著变化,总磷浓度下降显著。浮游植物优势种类和丰度有较大差异。2000年浮游植物种类为29种,2001和2002年增加到99种;其中以绿藻和硅藻增加的种类数最多,分别增加34和27种。浮游植物丰度为13.4×104~41.6×104cells.L-1,2000年最高,2001年最低。2000年丰水期优势种较为单一,主要以假鱼腥藻(Pseudoanbeanaspp.)为主,枯水期主要是硅藻中的颗粒直链藻(Melosira granulata)丰度较高;2001和2002年丰水期蓝藻、绿藻和硅藻共同占优势,浮游植物无绝对的优势种,蓝藻的相对丰度较高的为假鱼腥藻、蓝纤维藻(Dactylococcopsis acicularis)和粘球藻(Gloeocapsa magma),绿藻的优势种为衣藻(Chlamydomonassp.)和美丽胶网藻(Dictyospharium pul-chellum);硅藻的优势种为梅尼小环藻(Cyclotella menighiniana)和针杆藻(Synedraspp.),枯水期主要是硅藻占优势,优势种为颗粒直链藻、变异直链藻(Melosira varians)等。  相似文献

在2000年的丰水期(6—7月份)和枯水期(11—12月份)分别对广东省19个大中型水库的浮游植物进行采样调查。一共发现有7门89属142种的藻类。其中绿藻84种,硅藻25种,蓝藻19种,裸藻9种,甲藻和金藻各两种以及隐藻1种。水库的主要优势种为蓝藻或硅藻。藻类的细胞密度和叶绿素含量从水库上游到水库下游依次降低。丰水期的藻类丰度要高于枯水期。绝大多数水库在丰水期优势种为蓝藻,而在枯水期的优势种为硅藻。人为导致的水量增减会对季节性变化造成影响。从空间分布上看,每西和珠江三角洲地区主要优势种为蓝藻,而每东地区和东江、韩江流域的主要优势种为绿藻,北江流域的各种类组成比较均匀。  相似文献

通过调查汤溪水库2003年水文、水质和浮游植物数据,分析了浮游植物群落季节变化的影响因素。结果表明,汤溪水库浮游植物丰度与群落结构具有明显季节变化。丰水期浮游植物丰度明显高于枯水期,并以7月份最高(〉10^4 cells ml^-1)。全年中,蓝藻(Cyanophyta)与硅藻(Bacillariophyta)比例变化较大,二者呈相反的变化趋势。1月份硅藻占较高比例(63.1%),蓝藻较低(〈20%);3、5、7月份蓝藻比例较高(分别为45.6%、55.9%、87.7%),而硅藻较低(30.1%、25.9%、1.1%);11月份硅藻与绿藻比例相当(各占40%),蓝藻低于20%;12月份硅藻与蓝藻比例分别为25.6%与38.2%。3月份和丰水期浮游植物优势种主要为铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)、假鱼腥藻(Pseudoanabaena)和线形粘杆藻(Gloeothece linearis)等蓝藻种类,枯水期的1月、11月和12月主要以曲壳藻类(Achnanthes)、模糊直链藻(Melosira ambigua)、颗粒直链藻(Melosira granulata)和梅尼小环藻(Cyclotella meneghiniana)等硅藻种类为优势种。枯水期营养盐可能对浮游植物生长彤成限制,但相关性分析表明,营养盐并不是汤溪水库浮游植物群落季节变化的主要影响凶素。汤溪水库全年水体较稳定,在全年范刚内水动力学对浮游植物群落季节变化没有明显影响,但丰水期5月份至7月份优势种的变化可能主要受水动力学的影响。水温与蓝藻丰度呈显著正相关,与硅藻呈显著负相关,表明水温可能是引起汤溪水库浮游植物群落季节变化的主要因素。  相似文献

桂江流域附生硅藻群落特征及影响因素   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
研究了桂江流域水质、土地利用、地理因素对河流附生硅藻群落的影响。结果显示,桂江流域电导率(Conductivity,Cond.)由下游至源头呈降低趋势,其它水质参数变化趋势不明显。主成分分析(Principle Component Analysis,PCA)显示前两个主成分共解释了56.2%的水质特征,第一轴反映了氨氮(NH4-N)、硝氮(NO3-N)、总氮(Total Nitrogen,TN)的变化梯度,第二轴反映了水温(WT)、pH、Cond.、溶解氧(Dissolve Oxygen,DO)的变化梯度。桂江流域硅藻特定污染敏感指数(Specific PolluoSensitivity Index,IPS)和硅藻生物指数(Biological Diatom Index,IBD)下游低于源头,差异不显著,与多项水质、土地利用以及地理因子呈线性显著相关。24个样地共发现112种硅藻,丰富度大于5%的37种,丰富度最大的几个种类依次为Achnanthidium minutissimum,A.pusilla,A.tropica,Cymbella laevis。对应分析(Corresponding Analysis,CA)显示桂江流域存在3个差异较大的硅藻群落,流域下游以Nitzschia recta为优势种,A.lanceolata、Amphora montan、Planothidium frequentissimum在中下游丰度较高,上游区域种类较多。典型相关分析(Canonical Correspondence Analysis,CCA)排序前两轴解释了硅藻群落变异程度的28.60%,CCA排序轴1与水质(Cond.、WT、NH4-N、NO3-N、TN)和土地利用(城市面积、农田面积、植被覆盖)显著负相关,与地理因素(流域面积、海拔、坡度)显著正相关,第二轴与浊度(NTU)显著正相关(P<0.05)。偏典型相关分析(Partial CCAAnalyses)显示,土地利用、地理因子、水质分别解释了桂江流域硅藻群落变异的7.20%,17.50%,48.50%。结果表明,桂江流域附生硅藻群落结构是水质、地理因子和土地利用共同作用的结果,水质起决定性作用,电导和不同形态的氮是影响附生硅藻群落结构的主要水质因素。  相似文献

为了解广东省鉴江水系底栖硅藻多样性和时空分布特征,对全流域进行了底栖硅藻采样调查。结果表明,从19个采样点4次采样中共检出底栖硅藻10科52属242种,其中舟形藻属(Navicula)、菱形藻属(Nitzschia)和异极藻属(Gomphonema)是优势类群,出现频次和相对丰度较高。硅藻多样性指数(丰富度、真香农多样性指数和真辛普森多样性指数)随河流等级呈现一定的空间分布特征,但它们季节变化不明显。底栖硅藻群落相异性在上游和下游河段较高,从一级到三级河流递减,四级河流又增加。底栖硅藻群落结构空间变化明显,季节变化显著。群落丰富度的稀疏曲线表明,热带河流底栖硅藻群落以400个体计数,不能完整反映底栖硅藻多样性。这些为鉴江水系河流健康监测和水生态保护奠定了基础。  相似文献

于2000年丰水期和枯水期调查分析了新建河流型水库-飞来峡水库在蓄水初期的营养状态及浮游生物特征。结果表明:水库处于营养累积高峰期,已开始回落,但流域上游大量含磷废水使水库中磷含量继续上升,目前属于中营养型。共记录到浮游植物29种(属),以蓝藻门、绿藻门、硅藻门种类较多,其中丰水期以蓝藻和绿藻为主,枯水期是硅藻占优势,除大坝附近外,浮游植物两个季节密度变化不大,为0.39×106cells·L-1.浮游动物53种(属),其中包括僧帽溞和透明薄皮溞两种嗜寒性种类,丰度为52ind.·L-1,枯水期高于丰水期,数量以轮虫和无节幼体为多。  相似文献

根据2009年9月(丰水期)和2010年1月(枯水期)广西近岸海域的调查资料,分析了该海域浮游植物的种类组成、优势种、丰度及其分布和多样性等群落生态特征。结果表明:调查海域共鉴定浮游植物4门40属134种,其中硅藻是主要优势类群,占总种数的87.3%;丰水期和枯水期共有种类达84种,种类相似性指数为81.4%,无明显的季节性差异;丰水期优势种较多,其中最主要的优势种为旋链角毛藻(Chaetoceros curvisetus)和柔弱伪菱形藻(Pseudo-nitzschia delicatissima);枯水期优势种组成相对简单,以球形棕囊藻(Phaeoecystis globosa)占绝对优势,优势度指数为96.1%;浮游植物的丰度呈显著的区域和季节差异;丰水期表现为近岸海域自东向西递减,沿岸普遍高于离岸海域的特征;浮游植物群落的Shannon指数和Pielou均匀度指数平均值分别为2.79和0.58,多样性水平较高;多样性指数和均匀度指数季节变化不明显,但具有显著的空间分布规律,呈中部高而两侧低的单峰态;相关性分析表明,浮游植物丰度与环境因子存在一定的相关性;丰水期,浮游植物丰度与水温呈负相关(P0.05);枯水期,浮游植物丰度与无机氮呈显著正相关(P0.01),而与生化需氧量(P0.01)、盐度(P0.05)呈负相关。  相似文献

比较河流浮游藻类和着生藻类群落的时空格局及其与环境因子关系的差异,有助于了解两类藻的区别与联系。然而,目前这方面的研究还不多。基于2019年秋季和2020年夏季金沙江上段干流17个样点藻类及水体理化指标的调查数据,分析了不同季节浮游藻类和着生藻类群落结构及其主要环境驱动因子,比较了两类藻的多样性格局及其与环境关系的异同。结果发现,调查河段的浮游藻类和着生藻类均以硅藻为主,其中浮游藻类以极小曲壳藻(Achnanthes minutissima)、钝脆杆藻(Fragilaria capucina)、适中舟形藻(Navicula accomoda)为主要优势种,着生藻类以极小曲壳藻(Achnanthes minutissima)、扁圆卵形藻(Cocconeis placentula)、橄榄绿色异极藻(Gomphonema olivaceum)为主要优势种。浮游藻类和着生藻类秋季平均密度分别为:2.41×10~5个/L、9.43×10~3个/cm~2,均明显高于夏季的平均密度(4.84×10~4个/L、4.84×10~3个/cm~2)。两类藻的群落格局表现出明显的季节变化,但只有着生藻分类单元...  相似文献

于2000年丰水期和枯水期调查分析了鹤地水库的营养状态及浮游生物特征。结果表明:鹤地水库营养盐含量很高,综合营养状态指数评价为中一富营养化水平。浮游植物丰水期和枯水期的细胞密度分别为1950.5~3509.7×104cells·L-1和130.5~231.3×104cells·L-1,蓝藻中的微囊藻和席藻数量占细胞总数的83%以上。在丰水期和枯水期,浮游植物的群落结构均为蓝藻-绿藻-硅藻型,优势种为微囊藻和席藻。次优势种由丰水期蓝藻中的粘球藻,颤藻,绿藻中的衣藻,和硅藻中的颗粒直链藻等转变为枯水期的蓝藻门的水华束丝藻和硅藻门的颗粒直链藻等富营养化指示种。鹤地水库的浮游动物种类不多,但数量很高。丰水期的无节幼体和桡足幼体数量很多,但从优势种类来说,轮虫以曲腿龟甲轮虫,纵长异尾轮虫,剪形臂尾轮虫为主,枝角类的优势种为长额象鼻蚤;枯水期时无节幼体的数量最多,桡足幼体数量急剧下降,优势种类则转变为枝角类的长额象鼻蚤和桡足类的广布中剑水蚤。两个水期浮游动物的优势种类均是以耐污种和广布性种类为主。  相似文献

于2000年丰水期和枯水期,调查了新丰江水库的浮游生物群落结构。新丰江水库处于贫营养状态,浮游生物密度和生物量均较低。浮游植物34种,丰水期以蓝、绿藻为主,分别占总数量的31.7%和26.8%,蓝藻、绿藻细胞微小,chl-a量未占优势;枯水期硅藻为优势种群,占63.9%。浮游动物22种,丰水期轮虫为主,占65.3%,枯水期桡足类占81%,丰水期动物密度较高,但丰水期以轮虫如螺形龟甲轮虫为主,枯水期以无节幼体、桡足幼体及广布中剑水蚤居多,因此枯水期生物量高于丰水期。  相似文献

Gut passage and insect grazer selectivity of lotic diatoms   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
SUMMARY 1. Grazing experiments were conducted in a small Kentucky stream to determine if epilithic diatom taxa differed in susceptibility to grazing by the larval caddisfly, Neophylax autumnus , and whether ingested taxa varied in digestibility. Live/dead ratios of diatom cells from N. autumnus faecal material were compared with live/dead ratios of cells taken from adjacent epilithic habitats to determine diatom digestibility. Selectivity was studied by comparing relative abundances of diatom taxa on substrata with the relative abundances of these taxa in grazer faecal material.
2. 73% of the diatoms collected from epilithic habitats contained intact chloroplasts and were characterized as live cells. Only 42% of diatoms eliminated in caddisfly faeces were living. The five dominant diatom taxa did not differ in digestibility. Elimination of viable diatoms in grazer faecal material may contribute to diatom drift in streams, and thus supply individuals for downstream recolonization. Failure to document live/dead ratios of diatoms from grazed substrata can lead to overestimation of the digestibility of taxa and misinterpretation of results.
3. Grazers in this investigation were more successful at ingesting large, high-profile diatom taxa (i.e. Cymbella, Meridion and Gomphonema ) and less able to remove small, adnate forms ( Achnanthes minutissima ). In the framework of the international project EMERGE, species composition of epilithic diatoms of 34 selected high mountain lakes of Slovak part of the Tatra Mountains were investigated. In all, 127 taxa of diatoms belonging to 26 genera were recorded. Comparison of the epilithic assemblages of the investigated lakes showed differences both in relative abundance and taxa present in the individual lakes. On the basis of species composition and relative abundance of epilithic diatoms using hierarchical cluster analysis, two main groups of lakes were created. The first group includes 4 lakes which can be classified as strongly acidified and 9 lakes which are acidified or threatened by acidification. In this group, acidophilous species such as Achnanthes helvetica, A. marginulata, Aulacoseira distans and Tabellaria flocculosa prevailed. The second group includes 19 non-acidified lakes. The most common diatoms in these lakes were Achnanthes minutissima, A. helvetica, Cymbella minuta and Denticula tenuis which occur practically in all these lakes but with different abundances. The division of lakes due to their diatom species composition mostly confirmed the status of these lakes as judged from their water chemistry.  相似文献

分别于2011年枯水期(2月)、丰水期(5月)和平水期(10月),系统调查研究了福建九龙江北溪浮游植物群落组成、丰度的分布特征及其与环境因子的关系.共鉴定浮游植物107种,隶属于7门64属.不同水文期浮游植物主要优势种类不同,枯水期为马索隐藻和梅尼小环藻,丰水期为四尾栅藻和四角十字藻,平水期则演替为微小平裂藻.不同水文期浮游植物丰度变化明显,其平均值依次为枯水期(154.77×104 cells·L-1)>平水期(76.40×104 cells·L-1)>丰水期(45.40×104 cells·L-1).相关分析表明, 枯水期和平水期浮游植物丰度与铵态氮(NH4+-N)呈显著正相关,丰水期浮游植物丰度与温度呈极显著正相关.典范对应分析(CCA)表明,水体温度是影响该水域浮游植物分布格局的重要因子,溶解态活性磷浓度也对浮游植物的分布有较大的影响.CCA排序图较好显示了浮游植物物种分布和环境因子之间的关系.  相似文献

The algal flora of the Truckee River below Reno, Washoe County, Nevada was examined during the summer and fall months of 1986. This reach of the lower Truckee River exhibited a substantial gradient in dissolved inorganic nitrogen associated with sources which included treated wastewater from the Reno metropolitan area. The algal communities were similar to those of other river systems of the Great Basin. Cyanophyta and Chlorophyta formed encrusting mats on the substrate, with the nitrogen fixer Calothrix atricha relatively abundant upstream from the nitrogen source. Diatoms were abundant within and upon this mat. A total of 139 diatom taxa and 11 taxa other than diatoms was identified from this flora. Several of the diatom taxa, including Achnanthes minutissima, Diatoma vulgare, Nitzschia dissipata, and Nitzschia palea, demonstrated distinct downriver patterns in relative abundance.  相似文献

沿长江中下游(宜昌-铜陵段)13座城市共37个位点,分别于丰水期和枯水期对岸带的湿生植物进行调查,从物种和系统发育2个维度研究群落的构建机制,并结合环境和空间因子探讨其驱动因素。结果显示:(1)丰水期湿生植物群落的α多样性高于枯水期,且丰水期α多样性主要与水分条件呈正相关,而枯水期则主要与温度和土壤总氮含量有关。(2)丰水期的系统发育结构指数呈聚集趋势,暗示生境过滤起着主导作用,而枯水期的NRI(net relatedness index)和NTI(nearest taxon index)呈不同趋势,暗示存在近期的群落分化。(3)群落的α多样性在物种层面和系统发育层面存在显著关联性,其多样性水平可在一定程度上互为表征。(4)长江中下游沿岸湿生植物群落的构建机制在不同时期存在差异,丰水期的群落构建是环境筛选和扩散限制共同作用的结果,且以环境筛选作用占主导,而枯水期的群落构建仅在物种层面受一定程度环境筛选作用的影响。(5)大生境的温度变化、微生境的土壤水分和养分条件是影响长江中下游岸带湿生植物群落差异的主要驱动因素。该研究结果可为长江中下游岸带湿地生态系统的管理和保护提供科学支持。  相似文献

Large epiphytic and epilithic diatom species hosting other diatoms were observed in several fresh- and brackish water sites in Southern California. The most commonly encountered hosts were species forming long filaments attached to rocks or macroalgae, Hydrosera whampoensis (Schwarz) Hendey, Melosira varians Agardh, Pleurosira laevis (Ehrenberg) Compere and Terpsinoe musica Ehrenberg. These large diatoms often had smaller diatoms attached, usually to the girdle bands and occasionally to the mucilage pads connecting the cells. For example, cells of T. musica were observed supporting growth of a diverse diatom assemblage composed of species of the genera Achnanthes , Achnanthidium , Amphora , Cocconeis and Tabularia; Synedra sp. was attached to M. varians and B. paxillifer; and Cocconeis placentula was seen on H. whampoensis. Thus, large epiphytic and epilithic diatoms seem to provide suitable sites for attachment of small epiphytic diatom species, and it appears that this phenomenon is more common than previously thought.  相似文献
