在回顾白刺属研究历史的基础上,根据白刺属种间染色体倍数特征并结合形态学、生物地理学等方面的研究文献,提出新的白刺属种间分类系统:二倍体组(2n= 2X=24) 和四倍体组 (2n=4X=48)。多倍化(2X→4X)是白刺属内种间进化的基本特征。白刺属的起源中心可能是古地中海沿岸地区;中亚及我国西北地区是白刺属的现代分布中心。并指出将该属作为模式系统开展荒漠植物分子生态学研究的前景。  相似文献

葱属粗根组和根茎组6种11个居群的染色体数目和核型的研究结果如下:A.cyathophorum: 2n=2x=16=12m+4sm(2SAT)。A.przewalskianum:西藏察雅和四川理县居群分别为2n=4x=32 =28m+4st(2SAT)and 2n=4x=32=28m+2sm+2st(2SAT)。A. polyrhizum :2n=2x=20m+8sm+ 4t(2SAT)。A.mongolicum:2n=2x=16=14m+2st(2SAT)。A.senescens:朝鲜郁陵岛和中国内蒙古 科尔沁左翼后旗居群分别为2n=4x=32=28m+2sm+2st(2SAT)and 2n=4x=32=24m+4sm+4st (2SAT)。A.tuberosum:所研究的四个居群中,山西永济居群为二倍体,2n=2x=16=14m=2st (2SAT),另三个分别来自四川的理县、汶川玉龙和成都三瓦窑的居群均为四倍体,2n=4x=32=28m +4st(2SAT)。A.przewalskianum,A.polyrhizum and A. mongolicum的核型为首次报道;并首次 在中国发现了A.tuberosum的野生二倍体居群。此外,还讨论了栽培韭的起源以及A.cyathophorum,A.przewalskianum和A. senescens种内居群间的核型分化问题。  相似文献

为了给悬钩子属Rubus植物的分类、系统演化和开发利用积累细胞学证据,对悬钩子属空心莓组sect.Idaeobatus 18个种(变种)和木莓组10个种(变种)的染色体数目和核型进行了比较研究,其中10个种(变种)的染色体数目和26个种(变种)的核型以及该属植物存在混倍体类型为首次报道.研究结果表明,研究的空心莓组和木莓组sect.Malachobatus植物染色体均小形,绝对长度均在3 μm以下,染色体由中部着丝点染色体(约90%)和近中部着丝点染色体构成,核型分类主要属于"1A"型(85%以上),说明这两组植物在整个系统演化中处于相对原始的地位.本研究中的28个种(变种)均为整倍体,未发现有非整倍体类型.但是两个组的染色体数目和核型结构有较大差异.在空心莓组的18种植物中,除拟复盆子R.idaeopsis为2n=3x=21、茅莓R.parvifolius为2n=2x=14与2n=4x=28的混倍体外,其余种染色体数目和类型均为2n=2x=14.而在木莓组的10个种中,除寒莓R.buergeri为2n=8x=56外,其余种的染色体数目和倍性均为2n=4x=28.此外,本研究所涉及的空心莓组11个亚组中的7个亚组的18个种(变种),亚组内的物种间染色体核型构成差异明显,有些甚至超过了亚组间一些物种的差异;而涉及的木莓组13个亚组的6个亚组10个种(变种),亚组间物种染色体核型结构差异较明显,但亚组内物种间染色体核型结构差异较小.本文依据细胞学资料对这两组植物的系统演化和一些种的分类进行了讨论.  相似文献

作者对棉属 D 组的瑟伯氏棉(Gossypium thurberi)、戴维逊氏棉(C.davidsonii)、雷蒙德氏棉(G.raimondii)、A 组的草棉(G.herbaceum)、中棉(G.arboreum)、AD 组的陆地棉(G.htrsutum)和海岛棉(C.barbadense)等7个种的核型进行了研究。各个种的核型可简式为:瑟伯氏棉2n=2x=26=24m 2Sm(2SAT);戴维逊氏棉20=2x=26=20m 6Sm(4SAT);雷蒙德氏棉2n=2x=26=20m 6Sm(2SAT);草棉2n=2x=26=18m 4Sm 4St(4SAT);中棉2n=2x=26=18m 6Sm(2SAT) 2St(2SAT);陆地棉2n=4x=52=32m 18Sm(4SAT) 2St(2SAT);海岛棉20=4x=52=38m 12Sm(2SAT) 2St(2SAT)。此外,作者对四倍体种的 A 组和 D 组的供体问题进行了讨论。  相似文献

研究了不同地区的4种栽培蕌头(Allium chinensis G.Don)的染色体组型,结果表明:兰蕌的染色体组型为2n=4x=32=24m+8sm(SAT);桃源蕌2n=4x=32=28m(SAT)+4sm;利川蕌2n=4x=32=24m(SAT)+4sm+4st;丝蕌2n=3x=24=21m+3sm。通过分析比较4种蕌头的染色体组型,对蕌头的品种分类问题及蕌头常开花而不易结子的原因进行了探讨。  相似文献

对宽叶韭 1 0个居群的核型进行了研究 ,结果如下 :四川武隆居群 2 n=2 x=2 2 =1 6sm+6st;四川大飞水居群 2 n=2 x=2 2 =1 6sm +4st+2 t(2 SAT) ;四川南川居群 2 n=2 x=2 2 =2 m+1 4sm+4st+2 t;四川宝兴居群 2 n=2 x=2 2 =1 4sm+6st+2 t;四川青神居群 2 n=2 x=2 2 =2 m+6sm+1 0 st+4t;四川沐川居群 2 n=2 x=2 2 =2 m+1 4sm+2 st+4t;四川屏山居群 2 n=3 x=3 3 =3 m+2 1 sm+9st;云南西双版纳居群 2 n=2 x=2 2 =1 4sm+6st+2 t(2 SAT) ;广东乳源居群 2 n=3 x=3 3 =2 1 sm+6st+6t(3 SAT) ;广西龙胜居群 2 n=3 x=3 3 =2 1 sm+6st+6t(3 SAT)。研究表明 ,除四川屏山居群、广东乳源居群、广西龙胜居群是三倍体外 ,其余均为二倍体。它们都属于 Stebbins的 3 A型。此外 ,宽叶韭的不同居群间还存在随体染色体和核型组成的多态性。本文最后讨论了宽叶韭种内居群间核型分化的原因。  相似文献

作者对重楼属(Paris)的几个种:球药隔重楼(P.fargesii),毛重楼(P.mairei),花叶重搂(P.marmorata),黑籽重楼(P.thibetica),海南重楼(P.dunniana),巴山重搂(P.bashanensis),以及多叶重楼(P.polyphylla)的两个变种狭叶重楼(var.stenophylla)和华重楼(var.chinensis)的染色体核型进行了研究,发现种间及种内不同居群(population)间的核型都存在不同程度的差别。核型简式为:球药隔重楼K(2n)=2x=10=6m+2t(SAT)+2t+3bs,毛重楼K(2n)=2x=10=6m+4t+1bs,花叶重楼K(2n)=2x=10=6m+4t,黑籽重楼K(2n)=2x=10=2m+4m(SAT)+4t,海南重楼K(2n)=2X=10=6m+2t(SAT)+2t,巴山重楼K(2n)=2x=10=6m+4st,狭叶重楼K(2n)=2x=10=6m+1st+3t,华重楼K(2n)=2x=10=6m+4t。  相似文献

本文报道了陕西秦巴山区几种重楼属植物的核型研究结果。在秦岭(太白山)地区,北楼(Paris verticillata)具有一种核型,其核型公式为 2n=4 x=20=10m+2sm+4st+4t;狭叶重楼(P.polyphylla var.stenophylla)在一个居群内不同的个体间具有两种不同的核型,核型公式分别为2n=2x=10=5m+1sm+4t和2n=2x=10+2B=6m+4t+2B。在秦岭和巴山两地,宽叶重楼(P.polyphylla var.latifolia)和球药隔重楼(P.fargesii)分别具有两种不同的核型,前者的核型公式为2n=2x=10+3B=6m+3t+3B和2n=2x=10=5m+1sm+4t,后者的核型公式为2n=2x=10+2B=4m+2sm+4t+2B和2n=2x=10+2B=6m+4t+2B。这些材料均属2A核型,在核型结构及B染色体的有无和数目上与前人报道的结果不完全相同。  相似文献

对我国辽宁地区毛莨科(Ranunculaceae)乌头属(Aconitum) 6个种的染色体的数目和形态进行了研究,并进行了核型分析。其染色体基数为X=8,核型公式为:两色乌头:2n=2x=2m+10sm+4st;蛇岛乌头为:2n=4x=10m+20sm(SAT)+2st+2B;黄花乌头为:2n=4x=4m+12sm(SAT)+8st+1B;北乌头三倍体为:2n=3x=2M+4m+18sm;北乌头4倍体为2n=4x=4m+28sm。同时,对乌头属下某些种的分类学问题进行了探讨。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. The dichtomously branched stigma in each carpel of the Tricyrteae is supplied by a bifurcated dorsal bundle.  相似文献

Some closely related members of the monocotyledonous familiesAlismataceae, Liliaceae, Juncaceae, Cyperaceae, Poaceae andAraceae with variable modes of pollination (insect- and wind-pollination) were studied in relation to the ultrastructure of pollenkitt and exine (amount, consistency and distribution of pollenkitt on the surface of pollen grains). The character syndromes of pollen cementing in entomophilous, anemophilous and intermediate (ambophilous or amphiphilous) monocotyledons are the same in principal as in dicotyledons. Comparing present with former results one can summarize: 1) The pollenkitt is always produced in the same manner by the anther tapetum in all angiosperm sub-classes. 2) The variable stickiness of entomophilous and anemophilous pollen always depends on the particular distribution and consistency of the pollenkitt, but not its amount on the pollen surface. 3) The mostly dry and powdery pollen of anemophilous plants always contains a variable amount of inactive pollenkitt in its exine cavities. 4) A step-by step change of the pollen cementing syndrome can be observed from entomophily towards anemophily. 5) From the omnipresence of pollenkitt in all wind-pollinated angiosperms studied one can conclude that the ancestors of anemophilous angiosperms probably have been zoophilous (i.e. entomophilous) throughout.
